The drinks are always great but the Scotcharoos are the truth. I’m obsessed.

We only have Swig and Fizz in Draper. Sodalicious almost blew my mind. They have so many drink options I didn’t know what to choose. The girl who helped us was so friendly and so helpful I ended up making my own drink and she gave me some great suggestions and it turned out so good. The monster cookie I ordered was so good!! Hands down one of the best cookies I have ever had!! Seriously beat out crumble. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They have couches and tables and chairs. I will go back here even though it is far away from my home. They have a drive thru if you need your drink to go. I want to take my girls here.

Great soda. Very fast service (8:00pm)! Said something about your mom and then asked if I wanted a NCMO? Had good manners and said You’re Welcome. This place is My Jam!

Honestly I feel terrible leaving one star, but why does it take 20 minutes to make a soda? Honestly… I’ve worked in fast food before and know that it shouldn’t take so long. No one should have to wait 20 minutes with 5 cars in front of them for a medium drink. The in n out drive through moves faster then this location and that is saying something.

Small shop with lots of soda combinations! Many base sodas with tons of add-ins. I tied the cougar, Mt Dew base with a couple add-ins, it was pretty good.

Sodas good, but they dont mention that you pay extra for every flavor in a drink, like its a pizza or something.

Drinks were fine but the employees were concerned more about their own conversation rather than helping us.

Unfortunately, I became addicted, lol. Like almost every day on my way to work.Let me tell you why I ONLY do sodalicious, besides great drinks and amazing customer service. They provide health care discounts! I do home health/hospice. I sometimes do 13 hr shifts. Patients die. Being a healthcare provider during covid has been brutal. It may seem like a little thing, but a cold drink between patients, and days I struggled to keep it together, I was always met with a smile, The young girls at the sodalicious Im Orem, Utah. Are the kindest sweetest girls EVER. They came to know me, asked how Im holding out, how my patients are.They cared, and so I gave back. I always tipped way over, because they made me feel like a part of their family.One young lady, especially. I would come sometimes just to see her.No the sodalicious in orem, became more than my caffeine fix, they truly excel in customer service!

K, so I wouldnt be a true blue Utah mom if I didnt love this place! But I truly love it! I really think its more about the lifestyle and the status that the white and red cup brings with it! I just love having the excuse to get out of the house and treat myself, ya know! Having my favorite drink (By Common) in my cup holder while driving around town or strolling through target just says something about you! I also really enjoy pretty much all the amazing employees like Jared, and Gage and Maddie and Paco(Jacob) and everyone else! Lets just say anyone who is anyone drinks a sodalicious a day to keep the doctor away, am I right!?? And besides all the most important thing that Sodalicious cup brings to your life is happiness!! Can I get an amen to that!? 🙏😊😉😂

Workers extremely rude!! they gave us the wrong drink but let saying it was the right one. never will be coming back to this location. disappointed.

Cant get enough of Dr. Pepper with anything. They dont have coconut cream though. Bummer. They do have a really yummy raspberry Italian soda.

Why have you guys changed the ice @both Provo locations !?Please wipe down your soda cups before serving them to customers the cups are still dripping of soda or the lid is overfill with soda and the foam cups are sticky

I love all the drink options. Each drink Ive tried has been delicious. The combos are great, and I love the names they give them. They also have popcorn and cookies. I noticed they also serve hot chocolate. This location was clean and had a lot of indoor seating--couches, chairs, and some small tables.

I just wanna day what amazing service! I was out doing DoorDash tonight and decided to stop in for a drink, the two girls working where so kind and helpful in recommending a great drink and an amazing chocolate brownie cookie! 100/10 recommend, i will definitely be a regular now

We waited in line for 20 minutes and then at the window they told us they were out of Mt. Dew. So we ordered something else and they got that order wrong... Don’t waste your time here

Just as the name implies, Sodalicious truly is so delicious. It provides a tasty twist to common drinks that will have you coming back for more and more. I, being and ex-Mountain Dew addict, HIGHLY recommend both the Persephone, a Mountain Dew and pomegranate fusion, and the Fictionist, a Code Red with whipped cream and a fruit puree. If you like smores and/or Root Beer, try the Boy Scout, a mix of Root Beer and marshmallow. Sodalicious is a great place that will appeal to everyone.

Very poor service. People who werent on shift went behind counter. I went back up to counter for service and she just ignored me. I was hoping for a nice visit with my son there and it just wasnt.

I really like the variety of soda flavors and the friendly service.

I just discovered that I could get a refill for practically nothing! They’re my new fave drink stop.

I just received my drink(32oz create your own energy cocktail). I opened up my lid to see that my drink was half full. I tried to call the location and they never answered their phone. I thought I would try this place since I couldn’t order off from fizz. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

The busiest times for this particular location are between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. a good not busy time is between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. This location is good for a refreshing drink however there is not a lot of parking if you wish to go in

I love Sodalicious! They have a great selection of pre-made drinks to choose from, their cookies are delicious, and their customer service is usually outstanding. That being said, the customer service at this particular location leaves something to be desired. The teenagers who work here in the evenings when I usually visit seem to find it inconvenient that I am there, which is not the best experience.

Cool place. Doing some renovations now but that doesnt distract much. The ping pong table is broken but it is still usable for now. If they fixed that it would get 5 stars from me.

Sodalicious is the best soda place we have been to! Summer Lovin, Just Dew It and their oatmeal raisin cookies with cream cheese frosting are just a few of our favorites! I love that they have not only diet drinks but sugar free syrups too!!

I dont actually like any kind of soda but their cookies are pretty good. Unfortunately they got rid of the ping pong table :( But they are adding an ice cream shop inside of it! Fun atmosphere too.

We had a big order (9 drinks) and after leaving we realized we didnt get one of them. So we went back and they gave us four free drink coupons for the trouble!! They really make sure you are happy when you leave and are eager to correct any problems you encounter! Thanks Sodalicious!

Great sodas, but you pay a premium for them. They have both Coke and Pepsi products, and do refills. The cookies are big, and served cold. The seasonal cookie flavors are some of the best, like the, lemon sugar cookie with strawberry frosting in the spring.This location is quieter than others, so you might see a couple cars in the drive thru, but Ive never see the lines like you see at Orem Center or Johnnys.

It can take a while to get through the line after 9:00 (thats when they close the walk-in area), but I was really impressed with the service at the drive-through.

Went to the new ice cream bar and it was heaven! If I lived any closer my doctor might make me move! I got the biscoff and honeycomb, but the other toppings were tempting. Ill be back!

So I actually dont drink soda but the cookies are super good, especially the Off The Rails- its a peanut butter cookie w/ nutella frosting. Staff is friendly + helpful, and it has a fun atmosphere. Also there is now an ice cream (actually soft serve) place in the store called Sweet Cream by Rockwell Ice Cream (!) that is sooo good, so if you dont like soda you can always get ice cream!!!

Sodalicious has many amazing flavors, is priced reasonably, and has amazing cookies. Their location at The River bottoms is easy to get to and rarely has long lines, a true hidden gem.

GREAT customer service! They were so kind to me when I was desperately searching for wifi to get an Uber 😂 Just to note, they dont have wifi, but they helped me find some, and the server was willing to do so much to help me! Ill definitely be back for soda soon😅

Very disappointed with their service. Our sodas were flat and tasted like they forgot to add any syrup. I ordered a frosted cookie too. They didnt frost the cookie. I went back to ask for replacement sodas (as these were undrinkable) and frosting. They ignored me in their empty store for 6 minutes and when they finally acknowledged my presence they just laughed and said Guess that was a swing and a miss. The sodas were just as bad the 2nd time and they stuck my cookie inside the bag, squishing the top so all the frosting was stuck to the bag. Very disappointed in the terrible service.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this needed to be said. i went into sodalicious on friday morning around 8 am and the employee working there was so rude. she was very hostile and not welcoming at all. i felt very intimidated by her and couldn’t believe how she was talking to me. i realize it was early in the morning so she might have been tired but i still feel like that’s no excuse to be rude to customers. i love sodalicious but this experience was just not good at all.

Wowow the bathrooms were very disgusting and unmaintained. There was no toilet paper, hand sanitizer instead of soap, crusty poop all over, the men’s bathroom has been closed for 2 weeks, and over all the whole store was very dirty. I don’t think the bathroom had been cleaned for a week plus. I usually love sodalicious and their drinks and costumer service are mostly great!!!

I ordered online, where it said it would take 25 mins to make the order. When I got there, the employees said they hadnt checked online orders in a while, and hadnt made it. They then brought me one item on the order, and I had to wait for an employee to come back up to the register to tell them I had other items. When I got to my car, all of the items on the order were wrong, and I just did not have time to go back in.
