Extremely happy with my service and arrangement! I needed a last minute gift and thought this would be nice instead of flowers. I called to see if they had any ready to go at the store. I spoke with Ava and she was so kind and helpful. She said they didnt have any done, but she had time to make it for me right then. I arrived within 30 minutes and it was ready and looked awesome. I appreciated the box around the base, it made it easy to transport without tipping over.

I placed an order that was never delivered. I ordered on November 6 for a Happy Birthday Delicious Fruit Design with Confetti Berries - Large with extra add-ons that raised the price, and I carefully chose to have it delivered Saturday November 14, and I see the delivery date confirmed in the email receipt. But now its near the end of the day on November 14 with no delivery, and the track order link from email now says they will deliver Monday November 16. Two days after her birthday is not her birthday, and is not what I paid for. Couldnt reach them on the phone, nor leave a message.

I placed 6 orders through the Edible Arrangements website for delivery before Christmas. Each order was in a different state - CT, MA, GA, AZ, TN and this one in UT. The other five were perfect. This store in Provo was a disaster. They did not deliver. The order never went beyond ORDER CONFIRMED. They didn’t contact me. I couldn’t contact them. My sister couldn’t contact them. I finally had to call the customer service number and after waiting half an hour got through. When the rep asked me if I wanted to reschedule delivery I laughed and said No Thank You! Sadly, this particular store is terrible.

Terrible service. I ordered 2 arrangements on their website to be delivered before Christmas. Tracking only says order confirmed. As of today Feb. 6th these orders have not been delivered. When I call the store Verizon answers and says its temporarily out of service. Ive tried calling the customer service number and it just hangs up on me. I just want my money back if they cant deliver what I ordered.

Well, its good to know that Amanda is taking care of costumers. Well see if she contacts me. It seems like the people that are working at the store dont care about their costumers or that they even have a job. I placed an order and just got half of it. Were paying almost 50 bucks for 6 pieces of fruit, it should be done right! Who gets away with charging all this money for 6 pieces of fruit? With Valentines day coming up, I just want to let everyone know.... My dad passed away ago February 13th, 2020, so my work so kindly sent my family an edible arrangement to be delivered the next day (Valentines Day). HOWEVER, my arrangement did not show up until the following Tuesday, the 17th. The girl that delivered my order said that they were too busy to deliver my order in time due to the Valentine orders. AND I swear, my arrangement had to have been sitting for so long as the fruit was old and there was so much juice in the bottom of the arrangement. THEY COULDNT EVEN MAKE A FRESH ONE?My bottom line to ANY and ALL Ediable Arrangement companies is that if you have an order for anyone that had lost a loved one, it should take precedents over any valentines arrangement.A DEATH IS A ONE TIME THING! VALENTINES DAY COMES EVERY YEAR!

REVIEW RE-SUBMITTED: Initially I gave a one star review based on below, but I spoke to Amanda, the store manager and she delivered a second, beautiful arrangement to my daughter and refunded $30.Im raising the review to a 3 star - I really appreciate all of her effort to rectify things.I splurged because I wanted to do something really special for my daughter because I thought it could be a lonely and difficult birthday for her. I bought a $70 Daisy bouquet that looked beautiful online. What she got looked like something a 5 year old put together. The bouquet looked absolutely horrible. The service was terrible as well. No confirmation of the order so I tried calling. I had to try multiple times to get through to a person because their mailbox was full. Finally reached someone who said it would be delivered before 5:00. Didnt happen. I thought this was a quality company and Im very disappointed.

Received an email about a fresh fruit box. What a great idea. I ordered one for my daughters family along with a 6 piece box of dipped fruit. It was to be delivered by 3pm. Let my daughter know to watch for a delivery by 3pm. A delivery was made at 6:20. Only the small box of dipped fruit was delivered. No box of fresh fruit. I called at 6:30, automated voice told me they closed at 7pm. Waited to leave a message, inbox full.

I placed an order to be delivered on Sunday the 20th. It was the only delivery option I could choose online. It’s the 22nd now and no delivery, no update to the online order. The tracking only shows “confirmed” I have tried calling a dozen times now and have not been able to get through on the phone or leave any kind of message. I paid almost $60 for this for a dear friend in mourning and can’t get any kind of resolution. So frustrated. I wish I had seen reviews for this location sooner.

Placed two orders. One was supposed to be a pick-up order for my mother for Mother’s Day. I had ordered a beautiful fruit bouquet. The other was supposed to be a delivery to my friend for Mother’s Day. I had ordered a box of chocolate dipped strawberry for her. Not even one of the two orders was received correctly. My mother received my friend’s order (including the message that was supposed to be for my friend) and my friend never received anything. On top of that, the website states that the store is open un Sundays. My father drove all the way to the store, but the store was closed. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company...talk about messing it up big time...

It’s the worst run company in Utah and it isn’t even close. 3 conversations happened today, from an order placed days ago. The importance of this delivery was understood by all parties from the beginning. This is the worst management and ownership I have ever seen, from any establishment. Thank goodness for one compassionate employee Byron. After management was filled with false promises, he let me know it wouldn’t make it until tomorrow because of short staffing. I explained the importance and the promises that it would be today. He called the driver back and got the order delivered at 9:00pm. I’m so thankful that an employee cares more than management and ownership. What a disgraceful company. If you don’t believe me, read through the other reviews.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!!! I ordered the “Sweet Lover’s Platter” for my son’s marriage proposal! I specifically selected this platter as it had the most chocolate dipped strawberries of all the platters. In the picture, there were 2 full rows of strawberries, totaling 31 strawberries. with a handful of red grapes nicely circled around a heart shaped pineapple slice in the center. It was a bit pricey at $59.99 but I thought there were more important items I needed to focus on. My niece helped pick up my order and alarmed me the order did not look like the picture. My platter had 1 row of small strawberries (16 total), there was a partial bunch of grapes tossed in the middle (still on the vine with most of the grapes picked off) and the heart-shaped pineapple slice in the middle.I called the store to advise of the lack of strawberries and this was not at all what I paid for. The worker said “well we included everything advertised on the list and the strawberries are much larger so there weren’t as many added.” What a lie?! I stressed I paid for chocolate dipped strawberries and not for a few fruits thrown on a platter. I then asked to have the order corrected. I drove back to the store, gave the girl the platter. I waited for about 10 mins only to have the girl only throw on 5 small undipped strawberries with 2 more slices of pineapple. The girl then said our chocolate dipper already left for the day. Some of the worse service I have ever received. Who ever owns this store needs to hold themselves to a higher standard for their employees and the products they offer. Unacceptable!!!!

UPDATE: Store Manager reached out to me several days after I left my original review. They apologized for my inconvenience and wanted to make things right. They came up with a solution that exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their ownership to the unpleasant experience I had and wish them the best.There really should be negative stars. First and Last time I order here. Ordered online, called the store to confirm delivery time. Never arrived, called store to find out why and recording said it was closed even though it was only 5:30 pm and it stated they were open until 7pm. Their voice box was full so I couldnt leave a message. After contacting main company at 7pm the order arrived at 7:30pm. The delivery driver was rude and unprepared for signature. The order was wrong and was switched to a smaller less expensive bouquet. The whole idea was to brighten someones day and they blew it. I will be asking the store to reimburse me for the difference in size. This place is a joke!!! I should have read google reviews first.

UPDATE: the arrangement was never delivered and we were never able to get ahold of anyone at the store past 7pm. WORST SERVICE EVER NOBODY WANTS A VALENTINES DAY ARRANGEMENT AFTER VALENTINES DAYWish that there was a 0 star rating, because that is what this company deserves. My boyfriend spent $120 in attempt to get an arrangement to me by early this afternoon. It is now 9:45pm and obviously the arrangement isn’t coming. This order was placed days ago, there have been multiple people make empty promises today. After the last call made a woman said the order would arrive by 9pm at the latest. Of course nothing ever was delivered. The absolute worst customer service we have ever received for such an expensive bouquet of fruit. I will be going in person in the morning to get a refund because the delivery date had a purpose. Please save yourself from ordering something from here, it’s a hassle and they truly steal your money. We never even got the order by the delivery date, the business is now closed and not taking calls, but they sure do have our money!!!!!!!

Edit:So I was finally able to get through to someone at the store and they were able to refund my order. Bumped it up to 2 stars since they were able to do that.I placed an order on a Sunday (04/12) morning to have it delivered Sunday. Nowhere did it show that they were closed on Sunday. I paid extra to have it delivered day of. Every time I checked online it said the order was received by the store. I finally tried calling around 1700, order was placed around 0800 morning of. They said their store was closed. Delivery did not happen. I have tried calling today and have been unsuccessful to get ahold of anyone. Very disappointed.

I think it’s awesome to give someone bouquet of fruits instead of roses and such! It’s very bright and happy colors! You can even eat it up! They are healthy and good. I love to send it to my family and friends on their special occasions. I love their designs and how they arranged it. I think it’s amazing. It’s nice to do something different beside flowers.

I decided to buy your product for our 5 year anniversary. All we got was smashed, not fresh, non presentable bouquet of fruit flowers. I even paid extra for the cut out #5 fruit and it came all broken and smashed up. You couldnt even tell that it was done on purpose. I am very upset on how the bouquet of fruit flowers conditions were when it was delivered. The strawberries were going bad. You can tell it was not kept in a cold environment while it was being delivered. All the fruits (pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, and strawberries) were semi warm and droopy. Ive requested a refund on the product that I paid for that was not delivered in the condition that I was promised. Having it be an anniversary gift it was very upsetting seeing the result. We will not be ordering from them again due to this unpleasant experience.

Im only giving one star because you have to to leave a review or I would give none.. my husband ordered the large mothers day arrangement from the draper store and provo made it and they delivered the small one. we tried calling all the stored and only one answered it was the district manager and he said he would have the owner call us and make it right it has been 3 days and no one has called us. my husband went into the store and still was no help. We will never order from them again they are way over priced for the product they deliver... If they make This right I will change my review

I called and wanted to order an arrangement but their internet was down. Later I went online and ordered what I wanted and it gave me the option to pick it up at 4:30pm. I called in again to see if they got my order and they did but wanted me to wait till 4:45pm. The timing just wasnt going to work so I called to cancel at 4:20pm but they had already created it. Thanks to their customer service the timing worked and Ill buy again. With better lead time, but they did awesome!!

My first experience with Edible Arrangements. I saw the poor reviews, and Im more of a go getter anyways, so I decided to go in the shop for my order and pick it up myself. There was nothing on display and no menu, making it felt kind of run down, but the employee was very nice and helpful. She got me the perfect order and made it in less than 10 minutes!

I called in multiple times on my delivery day and they kept telling me within the hour. My wife was no longer surprised because it arrived after 6pm... Poorly run company.

Ordering online was easy enough, though overpriced. But they never sent a confirmation email. I called the number on their website, was on hold for over ten minutes with the same 30 sec ad playing on repeat before I gave up. Found the stores number on google, called them, they resent me the confirmation email and said my order would be delivered soon. This was at 12. My husband left his work at 3 and never received it.

I go in there to pick up my moms arrangement for mothers day and they said they couldnt find my order so they couldnt make the arrangement or give me a refund for it. The girl who helped me in store didnt apologize and kept asking me if im sure i actually ordered it. The lady in line before me had the same problem but yet they made her arrangement and told her to wait 15 minutes while they made it but they didnt do the same for me. I paid alot to not get the arrangement or a refund. Terrible customer service.

The quality of the arrangements have been perfect every time I have ordered from this location. They always have discounts online! They have good hours and open all day! They also have sale items online. Can order anytime and be ready soon! There is a lot of variation for different occasions, but it doesnt have to be for a special occasion. Pretty expensive, but the quality and customer service are definitely worth it!!

I ordered an arrangement earlier today for delivery to also be today, before the 3 PM cut off time, and watched as my order status went from being received, to being crafted, and then the status was changed to “out for delivery”. But here I am, it’s after 10 o’clock PM, and my order never came. I never got a phone call, voicemail or anything from a driver if they were lost or needed directions, I never got a single message. I spent about $5 shy of $100 and am not at ALL impressed. I see no way of being able to contact a live person in customer service after the store closes at 7 o’clock, so I have had no contact with anyone to ask about my order.If they couldn’t deliver my purchase today, and I’m not far away in Orem mind you, they shouldn’t have said it would be delivered today and they definitely shouldn’t have said it was out for delivery if it was never going to be delivered today. I have picture proof of my order and projected delivery date, as well as the order number. I covered my tracks.I am extremely upset that for something that costs this much money, the service is severely lacking.I will be doing my absolute best to get my money back. From reading reviews that I wish I would have read before making a purchase, not receiving items you pay for seems to be a trend.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Love the Provo store (Bonnie and her co-workers)! Due to delays with the recipient, they went above and beyond to deliver the arrangement that I had ordered online. They also kept me informed of the delays and their plans to deliver it, which completely took me by surprise.The recipient ended up getting it and was very, very happy with it (especially the chocolate covered strawberries). Also within the office were co-workers that always wanted to try an Edible Arrangement before, so this was a first time for them and they too informed me that they loved it. Beautiful, fresh and delicious. Thank you again Provo store for doing an outstanding job!

I had a terrible experience at this Edible Arrangements store. I received a coupon at a business expo that I attended for $50 off your first business purchase. I had a client I wanted to send a thank-you gift to, so I decided to go in. I showed the card to the associate, who then directed me to their catalog. Although everything looked excellent, it was extremely overpriced. When I ultimately decided upon an arrangement, I proceeded to give the associate my contact information. It was only then (after they had my contact information) that they decided to tell me that I would not get $50 off my first purchase, but rather I needed to spend $350 in a one year period and then I would get $50 off my next purchase. There was nothing on the card I received that explained that. It was clear, $50 off your first purchase. It was not $50 off a future purchase, it was $50 off your FIRST purchase. It was a classic bait and switch scam. I was very disappointed. I wasted 30 minutes of my life at this store. I will never step foot in that store ever again.

Definitely would never buy, because they are disgustingly expensive. You can make a bouquet for maybe $10 at most, and the cheaper ones are $70-80!!!!!! Do not feed into this company. Its not worth your money! Dont pay that much for fruit. It lasts like 5-10 minutes and its gone.

I don’t really write reviews. However this was a terrible experience. The order was a day late. The chocolate strawberries were mushy and then it’s 4:25pm on a Saturday and they are closed. The voicemail mentioned they are suppose to be open until 5:00pm on Saturdays. I was going to let a manger know about the terrible experience I’ve had and not blast the poor review online however this is what I’m forced to do.I really don’t feel at this time I can refer this company to anyone else.Very unimpressed about this.

Tried to place and order with a representative that hung up on me twice. She was one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She was so exasperated and overwhelmed from the moment that she started speaking to me that I think she hung up on me because she was mentally incapable of placing a simple order of pineapple dipped in chocolate (that’s it). Very disappointing because I wanted to order it special for my husband on Valentine’s Day. I called back to speak with the manager, and she hung up on me, then I called back again and she turned off the phones. So disappointed and confused. I was very polite to her the entire time.

Worked here for a coulple of days. I was honestly surprised at the lack of quality and organization. The assembly room is kept weirdly warm and unused fruit would be left on trays. The quality of the fruit and ediblity was a prominent overlooked detail, which is striking because thats the novelty of these, to eat them. No one really cares. The shop is run by a woman and her rich friends who probably just needed a hobby, its definetly not run like a business should be run and I half just wanted to take over when everyone dissapeared and left me alone in the store. Quit after a couple days of doing menial work. I am very surprised theyre still in business, just riding on Edible Arraognments reputation I assume.

Went for T-Mobile Tuesday edible pinapple pops sadly their chocolate machine was off by the time we got there which is fair as we were there 15 minutes before closing, the pineapple was really tart sadly we also got pineapple and strawberry froyo but the froyo base was really nasty and you couldnt blend enough in it to make it taste better. Good customer service lady was very considerate. Only reason 2 stars.

This was the most frustrating customer service experience my fiancé and I have ever encountered. Edible arrangements should be ashamed to allow this store and its manager Liz to represent their brand. My mother is in a senior living center in Utah and is physically limited. She has hinted over the months how special it would be to receive an edible arrangement. So for her birthday I ordered a $70 birthday bundle on Friday the 8th to be delivered on Sunday the 10th. Sunday came and went and nothing was delivered. I was devasted and so disappointed. I live out of state and was unable to deliver it myself. I put my trust in this store and their brand to deliver a premium product and experience. When I spoke to Liz today she was clearly unaware of why it was not delivered and ensured it would be delivered today. It showed up without the balloons which in my opinion is the biggest part of the BIRTHDAY BUNDLE. When I called back Liz her response was they are busy and they just can’t get it right. She offered me free chocolates and an $8 discount. To me that is just unacceptable. She promised they would be delivered, My mother is still waiting for her birthday balloons. This entire experience is beyond unsatisfactory. She has not followed up with me as to why it wasn’t delivered on time or when the balloons will be delivered. I hope by writing this others will become aware and not get taken advantage of like I was. Do not waste your money or put your faith in them to ensure a special experience for your loved ones.
