The cinnamon roll cookie is the best, period.That bring said, the rest of them and the original are excellent and have no off notes or store bought taste like another competitor that starts with a C.Whomever was running things on October 15th, thank you very much for the excellent customer service and taking care of a second delivery on a very busy night.I had ordered to try the butterfinger ones but they accidentally put the Reeses ones in the box. The last was polite on the phone and took care of it and set property expectations for the re-delivery.Thank you.

Chip cookies has really stepped it up over the years. The cookies are tasty, the staff friendly, the building clean, and the aesthetic is on point. Cookies themselves are really good and they have some fun flavors that are delicious. Definitely worth the try, we will be coming back!

Can someone explain to me how it is that every week we are assaulted with cookie flavors that have no business even being a thing. Like for example among this weeks flavors is a Bubblegum sugar cookie. A. Bubblegum sugar cookie. Yet nowhere to be found for months and months: semi sweet choc chip cookies. Aka the original since 1939I would like,someone at Crumbl to explain or justify that above.

Chip cookies are under cooked mounds of dough and I wouldnt have it any other way. They are better than Crumble in every way (ballence of flavors, texture, and thoughtfulness in monthly flavor options) so Im shocked they arent as popular. Lovely well lit store location with a large garage door thats open when the weather is nice. Takeout only and with limited parking so get in, get the goods, and get home before the cookies cool (or eat them on the way when you just cant wait!)

This is my favorite cookie place in The Valley. I like the sizes and the flavors that are available and the quality is consistent and top notch. I know what I’m getting when I get chip and I get it every time.

Terrible customer service! My boyfriend and I just wanted a box of cookies and the brunette girl working the cash register gave us the biggest attitude tonight (8/17)! After I asked her what a box of four was called she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t respond. I used to love Chip but after this I don’t think I’m going again. I ordered cookies on their app last night. It was almost $19 for four cookies. The charge came out on my card but I wasn’t sent an order confirmation # or email. They cookies never came and I called them all morning long and they never answered. I then drove to their store and the girl laughs and says her phone was turned off. She then says she can’t give me a refund and has to text her manager and he’ll text her back sometime and get back to me. Honestly, she made me feel like it was my fault. I showed her my notificarion from my credit card company that it was charged and she still treated me like it was my fault. Super upset! The

The OG is like a homemade chocolate chip cookie but bigger and better. Biscoff is great too. I appreciate that they taste and feel like eating homemade cookies, whereas Crumbl cookies always give me a store bought after taste

A provo classic and must-go if you’re in town! Their standard chocolate chip cookie is better than the other big-cookie places in the area.

Cookies are amazing tasting but they need some improvement in staff and organization. Ordered cookies ahead of time to be delivered and they were an hour and a half later than I was told. When I called a half and hour after they were expected, I was told that my order was next. Then another half an hour later i called again and couldnt get through for 10 minutes. Finally I got through and was told the driver had to stop at the store? No communication, such a joke.

I really liked chip cookies the first couple of times that I went. Then I started ordering the cookies for delivery. When ordering delivery you have to pay like $3 for delivery (which is fine) but the past few times I have ordered delivery the cookies have been either burnt or cold. If you are going to get these cookies they are much better when you buy them straight from the store. But all the uncooked cookie dough clogs my digestive system up for about a week or two.

Hmm. I’m not sure about these, but I do think they had a lot of flour and I could taste it. The sugar cookie was very good and I enjoyed the frosting on it, but I was disappointed by the chocolate chip one. They used high quality chocolate, but the cookie was doughy from all the flour. I’ll try again later. This location also seemed very empty and not welcoming.

Saw a worker sneeze all over a tray of cookies (and I mean a big sneeze) and then wipe their nose with their hand. I thought I would let the manager know, but then I found out the manager was the girl who sneezed on the cookies. I had to pass on the snot cookies and left without buying anything.

These are unique, yummy, large, rich, soft, thick cookies. They sell boxes of 4 for about $12, so they are $3 each. They always have chocolate chip cookies but have a variety of other flavors of chips or candies they add that they rotate each month. You can order ahead & pick up still warm or just walk in & buy at the counter to take home.

I love all the desert places in UT. My daughter found this her first year in college and I finally got around to trying them. Not disappointed at all. The service was great and the cookies are delicious. Not a lot more to say about it. If you like cookies, youll like this

I always stop at Chip when Im in town. The original chocolate chip is my favorite -- thick, gooey, a little crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked IMO, amazing warm or cold. Its my all-time favorite CC cookie. Tried the Biscoff today and it is also decadent. These cookies are big; perfect for splitting, but also good the next day.

I have purchased an average of three boxes a month over the past six months from the Provo, UT Chip location. Their chocolate chip cookies are divine but their chip of the months often disappoint. My recent visit was particularly disappointing. I purchased a box of their sugar chip of the month earlier in the week and loved it. The cookie was perfectly baked, moist, thick, and had a wonderful frosting to cookie ratio.I went back today to get a box of half OG half Sugar and was SO disappointed to find that the sugar cookies were flat, greasy, and too thin for my liking. I have encountered inconsistency with their chip of the month before and expect better for a box of four cookies for $10 that should be of the highest quality. If they implement better quality control and serve consistent cookies I would gladly change this review to a five star.Summary: If you are looking for a solid chocolate chip cookie, Chip is your place. If you’re making the trip just for the chip of the month, your experience will depend on the day of the week.

I was walking down a long and lonely road then out of nowhere I saw this glowing light that awakened my soul and the scent of fresh cookies wafted my direction as someone opened the door to leave with a huge smile on her face and a white box in her hand. How could a little white box bring soo much happiness? I had to know for myself so I walked inside and ordered up what ever she had. When I took the fist bite I saw explosions of yummy chocolate chips and cookie and felt the warm tender insides of a heavenly dessert. And every time since then I melt a little inside with every bite.

It was super busy, but that was probably my fault for going on a Saturday night. The biscoff cookies are to die for. If you want chocolate chip, get it with semisweet. The milk chocolate chip cookies are way too sweet.

Chip has great cookies! They are huge and when fresh are incredibly good. Really crispy outside with super soft, almost gooey center. 4 cookies/box and is $10/box. Lost a star because it is over-priced and the location is awful, but the location doesnt really matter, I guess. Parking is bad, though. They priced it well enough that Id buy again, knowing that it is too expensive, haha. The cookies are huge, and one per person is more than enough. I looked online and it said that 1 cookie is a little more than 750 calories. Not sure if theres an extra charge for delivery. Overall, very good.

With a cute logo and delicious cookies, Chip Cookies is a nice place for an evening treat. Upon arrival, the store itself is very plain and the menu was sadly very limiting with only 4 or 5 cookie options (as someone who doesn’t like chocolate, there was were only 2 available options) but the quality of food was very good and the customer service matched! Would definitely visit again!

Chip Cookies are delicious and a terrific idea. The sweets industry is a brutal game in Utah County, but Chip arrives offering a twist with late night delivery (Provo and Salt Lake), store front and now buy the dough to make yourself! Even just the concept was enough to give them a try. The cookies arrive hot and fresh, center actually very close to cookie dough, with a quart of milk for dipping. Reasonably priced and easy ordering online. Just opened recently so chocolate chip was the only cookie at this time, but excited to see what they add next.

My cookies were not delivered. Huge disappointment

I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son at the mtc. They called me the day they were to be delivered at 11 and said they couldn’t do it. They offered to deliver them 4 days later when he would be flying out on his mission. That wasn’t really helpful. Thankfully, Provo Bakery pulled through for us since I had promised my son a treat would be delivered.

Cookies are good but I am ALWAYS sorely disappointed by the delivery every time. My orders are always 2-3 hours after the 30 minute timeframe that I request. Terrible delivery system and that’s the main service. Not only should they take a page out of Crumbl’s book, they need the whole playbook. I’m only giving two stars because the cookies are actually good.

I came here on recommendation from a friend. The location has some parking challenges, limited to two curbside spots and a dirt parking lot. There was a bit of a line so I was impressed by their apparent popularity. I was, however, a little concerned with what appeared to be bullet holes in the glass in the front. I was not expecting to have to buy a whole $10 box of cookies, it was just my wife and I and we were going to split one. We got the whole box of milk chocolate chip though and gave them a try. Looking through the photos on here, it appears that there is considerable variability in the baking. Some look super soft and gooey, some look golden brown and crunchy. Ours were warm but hard and crunchy on the outside, almost like they had been slighty overbaked and then held too long in a warmer that deprived them of any of their original moisture. I also learned how much I appreciate semi-sweet chocolate chips. The milk chocolate chips in these are so sweet in an if themselves, that in the context of the rest of the cookie its almost overwhelming. Semi-sweet chunks would have broken up the sweetness just right. The middle bite on the cookie was really good; exactly how I imagined the entire cookie would taste. I have the remaining 3 sealed in a bag, hoping that maybe theyll soften up a bit to enjoy later. The employees were plenty friendly and even provided a complimentary milk when we indicated it was our first time in, but the product itself left much to be desired. Its possible that we just got an odd batch that was harder than intended, but $10 a swing on a maybe-theyll-be-just-right gamble, were probably not going to return. I certainly wouldnt discourage anyone from going though, it just wasnt exactly what we were looking for.

Ahhhhhhhh! So dang amazing! The best flavor and texture of any cookie Ive ever had. On top of the fact that they delivered it right to my dorm room, they came warm and gooey and crispy and everything a cookie should be. They are so big, too! I will hands down order these again.

My brother has been converting everyone in my family to these cookies, and I had yet to try them. While we were out my husband and I decided to go and try them. I was hesitant because we dont live close to Provo and i have a low chocolate tolerance, especially bitter chocolate. I called on our way there and they didnt answer. I was surprised when they called me back (I didnt leave a message or anything), and asked how they could help. I asked if they only had one flavor and they said they currently only had one. I asked inquired about the chocolate chips they used and they said it was milk chocolate, score!We went about 4pm on a Saturday and it wasnt too busy, but fyi there is limited parking.A box of four huge, thick cookies was $10, and the milk was $2. You can only buy them in a box of 4. We were so pleased that the milk was actually really big and we could share it!Although I thought that their store could use some work in appearance and ambiance, the cookies decided for me! 5 stars, I cant help it! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, Ive been dreaming about them ever since. Also their customer service was very friendly, and thats a big deal to me.

These cookies are so freaking good! I drove 30 mins to Provo just to try them out for the 1st time. Beside them being super yummy they are so big just look at the size of them next to my daughters head she is 1.5. At 4 cookies for $10 they are not a bad deal.

Their cookies are seriously amazing! The taste is phenomenal, and their the size of my hand lol. I had a friend tell me Crumbl was better, so we tried them.... Chip for the win! The bakers are really nice also.

Any of their cookies dipped in milk taste amazing! A nice level of softness. Not too soft, but soft enough for your teeth to slide right in! And their customer service workers are always friendly and happy to serve you!

Man, I really wanted to like Chip. Their cookies are good, but their customer service is the worst. I tried to give them a few chances thinking it was a one off. It wasn’t. Last experience I ordered 300 cookies and they ended up getting them done 2 hours late. No apology, no discount. Just deal with it. While I was waiting for the cookies to get done, some women came in and bought a box of cookies. They came back a few minutes later because there was a rubber band in one of the cookies. I just wanted to give people a heads up to double check everything with this Chip location.

Truly the holy grail of cookies. The OG Choco chip cookies cannot be beat. They bring me so so so much joy. Yes, crumbl may have more flavors, BUT they will never have a chocolate chip cookies and warm and gooey and delicious as chip. I’ve eaten a whole box by myself more times than I’d like to admit. They are just that good.

Their biscoff and red velvet cookies are amazing. The OG chip, however, is nothing special. There are places with better chocolate chip cookies. They’re made with milk chocolate chips and have more of a cake consistency so it’s hard to eat more than one bite without feeling sick.

I went in on monday night 12/7/20 and the girl with short brown hair and really long red nails acted like she couldnt be bothered to help me... I felt like I was imposing on her to do her job!! She seemed really irritated that she had to get off her phone to help me. I usually have great service when I go in here and I love your cookies but I will not be back if she is there. Get off your phone and help your customers!

Ive been here several times so here is my official opinion: Chip is BY FAR THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE youll ever have on the planet. No, your grandma doesnt even come close to these. If you perhaps want a unique cookie other than chocolate chip, then go to Crumble. But if you want a chocolate chip cookie thats crispy on the outside and has that PERFECT balance of chewy-gooey and baked on the inside, then there is no. other. place. than Chip. This is my opinion verified by multiple visits to both places, so Im obviously an expert here 👌🏻

Love chip cookie, but something needs to be updated with the address and pictures of the store front should be posted. We drove to the address specified in Google and could not find the store anywhere. Maybe we just missed it, so it would be nice if better pics of the store front were posted so it’s easier to locate.

Two uncommonly known things:1. Chip ships cooking nationwide2. You can buy SINGLE cookiesIf you walk into Chip, it seriously looks like Santa’s workshop because they have stacks of boxes that they’re shipping all over the country! They pack their cookies super well so they don’t break and then ship them. So amazing! 🍪They don’t advertise this on their menu, but they will let you buy a single cookie (hallelujah). Not everyone needs a whole box. I’m unsure if they’ll deliver a single cookie, but you can walk in and buy one from them.A few other things: the pumpkin Nutella flavor isn’t half as good as the original, so I wouldn’t recommend it. I also had friends do a taste test between Chip, Baked, Crumble, and Insomnia cookies (without knowing which was which) and every single person picked Chip cookies as the best because they really are to die for!

There is no sadness in this world that a chip cookie cannot cure.I have never been the type of person to become completely loyal to one brand or one company…that is until I tried my first ever chip cookie. It was a warm night in June of 2018, a day that I will remember forever as the day I discovered the most delicious cookies to grace this planet. Since that day I have been a LOYAL chip customer. No other cookie company or dessert shop has been able to compete. I have been a devote chip customer ever since that first bite and I look forward to the beginning of every month when the new cookie is announced. I have enjoyed introducing all of my closest family, friends, and even complete strangers to the joy that is Chip.Just in case you dont understand the commitment I have to this establishment, in the month of november when they had their Pumkin Chocolate Chip Nutella cookie I ate 27 chip cookies that month. 27 COOKIES. And if it wasnt for my wallet I would have happily eaten more. If you have never been to Chip, GO. If you have already been, GO AGAIN.

Not all that it’s put up to be. Been there twice and have been quite disappointed. The first time, the cookies were not cooked all the way or something. And the second time, half the cookies were super dry. Not worth the trip or the delivery fee. The cookies that were fine were good, but it’s not worth the $$.

Im sad to be giving this review. My wife and I are Chip fans and always argue with those who think the competitors are better. But the past couple times weve gotten Chip, weve been sorely displeased. Has something changed in the recipe or the cooking? We dont know. Were the kind of people that look a cookie moist and almost doughy in the middle. Its a shame to overcook a cookie. Well, the last bunch of times weve ordered Chip, the cookies have been overcooked, and we dont know who to talk to about it. If Chip has just changed the recipe and started overcooking all of their cookies, we may never return. Sorry, Chip. Please let me know who to contact if overcooked isnt correct.

I love all things dessert, but being able to order from your butt and get them delivered to your door without even pre-heating the oven?! Heck yes!! Love every second of this meal of a cookie! It’s huge and soft and delicious! You won’t regret giving these guys a go, the safe way to eat this is not all at once, but breaking off piece by piece so you don’t feel like you are eating the whole thing at once haha! Seriously though give this place a go!

Chip is amazing!! I love their unique flavors, but even just the classic OG Chip is always so good. Their red velvet and butterfinger cookies are extraordinary. This location is especially great. Always clean, the workers are so friendly, they do a great job and you can see them working with fresh cookie dough right there. Such a great place!

I rarely have issues w chip but when I do, they’re so annoying. I ordered cookies 2 hours ago, my status has not been updated at all, it’s now an hour past the delivery window, I’ve called the store 8 times and nobody has answered, I’ve already been charged. This is ridiculous. I don’t know how else to get a response but to leave a bad review.

Had them once and they were AMAZING, but then reordered a second and third time and they’ve been TERRIBLE recently!! Cookies are great. Customer service is disappointing. When there are so many cookie places in town, its the customer service that brings customers back. Chip responds to these reviews saying they will reach out to the store to address these problems, but obviously there has been no change. It makes it clear they dont actually care about their customers.

Chips Chocolate Chip Cookie was absolutely divine. The cookies were soft and delectable. Definitely the go to for choice-chip cookies. But if you are looking for different types...you may want to go someplace else.

My experience was horrible!! We order cookies and they told us they would arrive between 12:15-12:30pm. That didn’t happen... they didn’t come until 1:45pm!!!! No one contacted us saying it was going to be late. The cookies finally arrived and they were cold and stale... no happy with this company

I’m know I’m in the minority here, but the cookies really weren’t good. I’ve never been and got one of each, including the Lucky chip. They were all rather flavorless.

I am so upset. I went to get cookies last week and was not greeted by anyone. There was only one employee in the room and he was so glued to his phone that he didnt notice me for an uncomfortably long time. He also didnt wear a mask, there wasnt a mask in sight. He was a caucasian male with a beard and blue eyes.

Adore it. Even as a dorm student, they called and helped me to find where they were, and the cookies were warm and milk cold! Right on time, and a perfect comfort food (AND you can add a note! a good surprise for anybody). Delicious. Will recommend to anyone.

Been in the mood for some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies but I don’t want to go through the mess to bake them. We decided to order through Chip instead of Crumbl, and I immediately like Chip’s cookies more than Crumble’s. We got the chocolate chip and biscoff chip. I was lucky enough to have Chip Cookies delivered to me for my birthday and I couldn’t have been happier!! The cookies were warm and fresh and the milk was cold!!! It really made my day as I am a bit of a Cookie Monster. Really amazing cookies and great service with the notifications and tracking your delivery to it telling me right when they arrived!! Fantastic and definitely would recommend!

I go to the Chip in downtown Boise, and the service is unmatched. The cookies are incredible. Their delivery service is super cheap and so fast! They are always ahead of schedule, and you can track your driver so you know exactly when to expect them. Will definitely continue buying their cookies and sending them to others as gifts!

We love chip cookies 😍We have enjoyed Chip cookies many times but this was the first time having delivery to our home in Meridian. Very timely, efficient and I loved getting text updates about where they are at in the process of getting to us. Worth every penny!

I have never been given a discount here and I am an avid customer. Disappointed they dont treat me well; but I still keep coming back.

I have been to CHIP many times in the past. They have usually been good. But lately their quality has gone downhill big time. I visited on 2/11/2020 and got two boxes of the mini chip cookies. After delivering them to some clients, I had one. They were awful! They were horribly stale and probably at least a couple days old. It’s too bad to see them losing the quality that at one time set them apart. Now with all of the other cookie options out there, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Chip has the BEST choc chip cookies I’ve ever had. Dip the cookie in milk, it’s the perfect combo of crunchy and soft sweetness.
