Sometimes I don’t like a specific flavor, but they are always getting feedback and improving their recipes. Their app is the best I’ve seen! The new feature to send a digital gift card immediately to contacts in your phone and add a personalized video message (or text if preferred) is a game changer! So convenient. So seamless. So helpful. So well designed. Can’t say enough. Plus - it helps that their cookies are unique and delicious! I’m a fan.

I just want to tell you about my experience at Crumbl today in Provo Utah. I went in and there was a ton of people inside the store. That’s normal on a Friday night, but after I had ordered I quickly realized that we’d made a mistake by coming to this location. We waited an hour for our order. The girl there was dropping cookies, playing with her hair and then pulling cookies out. She changed her gloves ONCE, since we were there. She even touched the door handle to take cookies outside and never once changed her gloves. That’s the most unsanitary thing. When we finally got our order an hour later the cookies looked like the pic above. The box was dirty as well and got chocolate all over us. Not the best experience! They said they were “understaffed” as well.By the way I love Crumbl, the cookies are always so delicious but tonight… it just wasn’t the same .

I have never been disappointed by Crumbl!! Even though there are only four new flavors every week it feels like a wide variety. They do a great job of balancing out their options so theres something for everyone! Everything I have tried has been delicious, but my personal favorites are any of their birthday cake variations, peanut butter brittle, and classic chocolate chip. Definitely give them a shot, and keep watching the menu!

SO SO GOOD!! I have an unhealthy addiction to this place, except it’s healthy ;) because crumbl is the absolute best! I love how they switch out their flavors but even the classic ones never get old. Love coming here!!

These people are a horrible at customer service. Stood there for over 5 minutes with another guy waiting to order. When people walked in after us, they were greeted, and helped right away. Finally after waiting I asked if they were going to help us and the girl told me it was a self order, even though the customer before me was helped by staff. After ordering, they gave me a nasty cookie. Overall experience was garbage. I will not be back!

I love crumbl. Their cookies are always great. When you get milk with it you feel like you’re in heaven. If you don’t have that grandma who bakes you the most delicious cookies, then Crumbl will be your grandma. JUST LET IT HAPPEN. But don’t visit grandma too much, you will put on the pounds.I love crumbl

Hmmmmm coookies. Crumble is fantastic and has amazing flavors each week. The cookies are a lot, so expect to share because one is hard to eat by yourself. Check each week to see the new flavors. Feature here is the fruti pebbles sandwhich cookie.

I really like the cookies, they are always so good! But no matter how I order them (pickup, delivery), I have issues. In store, it takes 20-25 min. I’ve had multiple deliveries misplaced or given hours later. I’m not sure if it’s just the Provo location, but each time I’m less inclined to order.

The best cookies on the planet!!! Like your grandmas cookies with a modern twist. The most delicious and flavorful cookie I have ever had! I felt like I was a judge on one of those baking shows feeling all the flavors explode with every bite! I don’t live near a Crumbl cookie and I dream about the sugar cookie all the time after I tried it on a road trip. They don’t ship this particular cookie since they say it’s too delicate but I don’t care if it shows ups broken! I just want to eat it!! Can’t wait to have one in the near future but I guess I’ll have to wait. I should knock a star off for that but I do believe they are the best cookie out there. Crumbl, send me the sugar cookie please!!!

They were super delicious!! Love the different flavors! Honestly, its kinda hard to choose a favorite for me. My husband loves the reeses chip. My kids love ALL OF THEM they said. Best cookies ever has been repeated quite a few times after taking a bite.

Crumbl cookies are fantastic!!! Always fresh when handed to you. With new flavors every week make sure to keep up with their selection. Some cookies are better than others but its fun, quick, fresh, and delicious. Wish theyd bring the key lime one back but one can only hope.

Love the flavors. Delicious cookies. Definitely pricey though so they can’t be a weekly thing even though the flavors change every week and you want to.

I normally LOVE crumbl and I go there pretty frequently so I hope that anyone reading this knows that in general it’s a great place. However this week they have macadamia and white chocolate (my favorite flavour.) The cookie and white chocolate chip was of course delicious but there wasn’t a single macadamia nut used in the cookie. It was pretty lame to feel shortchanged on an ingredient used in the name.

I have yet to be disappointed by Crumbl’s quality and huge range of amazing cookie flavors. The cookies are always soft and chewy on the inside, which is my fav. And their employees are kind and accommodating. Highly recommended. Only wish the flavors would last forever instead of weekly!🤪

Really disappointed. Placed an order for specific pick up time and even called in to make sure they would not run out of the flavors I had chosen since I had already paid for them. They assured me that would not be an issue, however when I arrived at the designated pick up time, they did not have my order ready, no one was in front of me in line, and they took over 20 minutes to prepare my order AND were missing multiple cookies that I had ordered. Felt very disorganized and unapologetic.

Dont get me wrong- I think that crumbl has some of the yummiest cookies out there. But the Provo store let me down today! Not only was my order delivered an hour and a half later than requested (with a $5.99 delivery fee by the way), but they also didnt send the one cookie flavor I wanted most to try. I mean, I can understand being sold out, but at least have the decency to call your customer and let them know. Not impressed Provo Crumbl. Not impressed.

We ordered a 6 pack of cookies and the order kept getting pushed back. It ended up being an hour late when it was delivered. However, there were no cookies delivered at all. This Provo location essentially took our money and literally didnt deliver. Im not sure what happened, but I dont appreciate paying almost $30 for only 6 cookies, and then never getting the cookies. I feel robbed.

Crumbl is by far the best cookie place I’ve ever been to. I didn’t even know cookies could taste this good! When I say it’s perfectly cooked, it seriously is! I didn’t even know perfection was a thing until I met crumbl. I have had Chip and Twisted Sugar, but I prefer Crumbl every time!

Kinda expensive. The donut cookie taste worse than an actual donut. The guy accidentally gave us a sugar cookie instead of fruity pebble. When we mentioned it he replaced it and we watched him walk to the trash and throw away the sugar cookie. Kinda sad. But banana bread is bomb

Update: I followed their instructions in their reply to this review, and they still won’t reply or fix the issue.Placed a delivery order that arrived 3 hours late. When I contacted them, they said they would email me a replacement voucher, but they never sent it.

We ordered online and they told us it would take about 40 minutes to arrive. An hour and a half later it arrived, only for us to find two of the four cookies burned to the point of being inedible. The other two cookies were not what we ordered. Typically, we love Crumbl, but after tonight I can’t say we’ll be ordering again.

On time. Tasted good. Two big orders Boxed wrong for the second time now which was inconvenient for good reason both times but not a deal breaker. Why ask for instruction if you don’t check the note.

Everytime I go to crumbl I am never disappointed. The cookies are a bit pricey but they are huge so I don’t think it’s overkill.

I love these cookies! It has almost everything over its competitor, Chip, except one thing, which is the quality of its chocolate chip and Biscoff chip cookies. But other than that, I love that Crumble changes its selection every week and has a bunch of super creative flavors of cookies. Delicious!

I placed an order through this stores website AND talked to the store personally about the order and am beyond disappointed and will never order from this location again! The order was not delivered at the appropriate time- which was crucial because my niece was only going to be at her collage apartment for lunch as well as the order was delivered to some random building(not hers) and just left outside a door next to a garbage can.If that wasn’t bad enough- when I called the store I spoke to the rudest employee name Maizee(sp) that REFUSED to apologize for the error & REFUSED to re-deliver the order. Only after me insisting on it did I receive an order refund.I realize mistakes happen and this order was turned over to a 3rd party company for delivery(not by my choice) but YOU the company are who I ordered from and paid, therefore YOU are responsible. Clearly meeting & exceeding the customers expectations do not apply in this location.My niece is a new, young freshman at BYU and I wanted to surprise her with something “sweet” to help her 1st week away from home not feel so lonely. Unfortunately your company failed miserably from start to finish.Christie Ricks

This place was a hot mess! Only 3 staff members on a Friday night. Staff constantly dropping baked cookies on the floor. Even full boxes of them. Staff wearing gloves and touching their faces and hair and then picking up cookies, frosting them and putting their hands into the sprinkles. I got a 4 pack and waited 45 minutes. There was a customer that ordered a party box of 12 and they kept taking cookies out of the party box to fill orders that they dropped. We ended up taking the party box to the customer as she had to get back to work at the hospital. In all we were there 2 hours. People filled the store. It was insane! Never, ever again going to this location! It was so messy, unclean and disorganized. Who ever owns or manages the Provo location…this is a disgrace for Crumbl.

If I was rating only on cookies I would give 5 stars. Their classic chocolate chip never disappoints. If I go pick them up I’m always a lot happier. If I have them delivered for $4.99 fee plus tip the driver I always feel I’ve over paid for 4 cookies. My advise go pick them up, and make sure you get a chocolate chip and you won’t be disappointed.

These cookies are amazing! I definitely recommend getting these with a group because even one is big enough and delicious enough to share. I was introduced at a class party and they were the first thing gone, so you know youll be popular if you bring them to a party.

Won’t be visiting this location again unfortunately. You would think a cookie store would know how to actually bake cookies but the last 3 cookies I have had from here have all been raw in the middle. When asking for a refund, was told that’s just how they are? They’re always baked when I get them from the Orem location. 🤷‍♀️

The cookies are delicious! However, their delivery fee is insanely expensive. After delivery and tip it would be $20, and I live less than 5 minutes away.

The Taste of the cookies are usually good but the last few times Ive been my favorite cookie is always super sad looking.... as in little to no topping on the cookie. when asked to be fixed at the counter they tell me they cant fix it. why even show me to approve if your not going to fix anything unsatisfactory???

Chip, Nutella, ores, all mint flavors, waffle, the list goes on.Sometimes the icing is too much or the chocolate base is not the best (note, they just changed the chocolate base recipe, so I hear its potentially better, but I am too scarred from multiple chocolate ones tasting bad.Their OG rotation is where its at. I secretly wish theyd stop adding in new flavors so its not so long in between certain flavors.

This Crumbl is efficient! The cookies always come out so warm and delicious! I put fours stars because sometimes they run out of some of the cookies by the end of the week which is when I have the time to go buy them, but I understand why. So if you want to get the specific flavors you want, I suggest going before late Saturday night haha!

In store and curbside pickup are typically efficient even with the business of Provo. The employees are always kind and considerate and do their best to get the cookies out as quickly as possible— and we’ve never had an order messed up yet (which says a lot because we are loyal customers 😄).
