Love their coffee!!! Their employees are awesome. We go there often enough that they know us by name, which is awesome customer service!!!! If you get a hot coffee, my favorite is The Delicious and my husband likes Van Halen and The Smilin Hawaiian. Now, if you get an iced coffee, the Caramel Macchiato is the best!!!!! Would reccomend!

I love this place, I used to come here frequently when I worked in the area. Amazing coffee, I get the Irish something coffee? Forgot the name already but when I come to utah I always stop by. Service has always been awesome, great people to come across during your day.

This place is so nice I was surprised there werent more people. Being the only one there I got to conversate with the girls here and they were incredibly nice and greeted me even before I stepped into the store. They made me a super yummy London fog and were also playing King Krule so.... Yeah.

Very cool Harry Potter vibes even though Im not a HP fan. Creative delicious coffee options and WAFFLES! The cashier was a tad snooty when I asked him which waffle option is best he kind of gave me a sarcastic non-answer but whatever I get it hes probably too cool. I am a fan though and cant wait to try the rest of the menu

The coffee shop is THE BEST.If youre out shopping or on your way to work, its a convenient stop.Every one in this shop is super friendly and knowledgeable, they will have an answer to any question or concern and probably a joke or ten as well.I am a coffee lover and I have never been disappointed here, they use an awesome roaster with flavorful fresh beans. But dont worry you dont need to be an expert to know good coffee when you taste it!

This place introduced me to peanut butter in coffee, its changed my world!Besides that its a cool place, live music on Fridays, which is cool. They also have pretty sweet kids drinks and are fun and nice to my kids when I take them in.Lastly the Apple Cider is incredible! Nice for a yummy change and as the fall approached its going to be a regular!Lots for all, highly recommend.

Great service! Friendly staff. Asked the barista to fill up my babys bottle with water so I could feed him formula, and she did! Lots to have for non-coffee drinkers: smoothies, fresh juice, Italian sodas, and tasty bagels and muffins. Definitely the best place to go in the malls food court.

Honestly great. Prices are great, the food and drinks are better. Really great ambiance and the loveliest and kindest staff to accompany it. Great place for a hang out as they provide table games!

Went with my wife and we got a cinnamon roll latte and regular latte. Both were really good. I would put them better than Starbucks but before beans and brews. They are fast and friendly to deal with which makes for a good trip to the mall.

Great little coffee shop, the only real reason Id ever go to the Provo mall. Lots of choices that include fresh ingredients instead of just syrups. The staff members are really great and obviously passionate about the drinks they make and the food they serve.

Great little shop in the casino at the Ogden address downtown. Humorous banter with ladies at the counter. I would certainly go back for more!

Not bad, not great either which is why I give it 3 stars. Its not really worth getting out of your car and walking all the way through the mall just to get coffee but if you so happen to be in the mall in the morning/early afternoon and have a craving for coffee its pretty convenient. Their hours seem kinda random and I dont know if they changed them recently but they always seem to open and close at random times.

I absolutely love the Coffee Shop. Best Blended Chai Lattes I have ever had. The staff is amazing and the vibes this shop gives are 👌🏻 perfect. They all know my usual order, and that is so important to me. I love taking my friends here and seeing their reaction when they try the drinks they order. I think that says it all. Im a repeat customer for sure.

Cozy little coffee shop in the Town Center Mall. Great helpful and friendly staff. Awesome selection of coffees, teas and italian sodas. My family was just going to grab a quick drink and ended up staying for an hour. It is a nice place to sit for a while and watch the world walk by at the mall.

Didnt have coffee but they sell other snacks and breakfast items when you stay nearby at the Sheraton hotel. Nice store and friendly staff. Overall prices were inflated. Theres a Walmart down the street so I recommend going there instead. Im a frugal traveler. If you care more for convenience then this will do it for you.

Great place to get your ube fix as many of the pastries are made with it. Had the Thai monster tea (Thai tea slushy with cookie crumbs), hibiscus cooler, and the ube cookie sandwich all of which were yummy. My only complaint is that the cookies were super hard and the ube ice cream didnt really soften them at all. Thats just a personal preference, though.The atmosphere was nice and they had cool mason jar lights hung everywhere. The people at the cashier were pleasant and the food didnt take much to come out. Will gladly update my review and give it 5 stars if my experience is the same next time I come in.

Very solid coffee not the best Ive had. But a good solid cup of coffee.. i would buy it again. I loved the atmosphere. The people were very nice.

It’s surprisingly good. I had low expectations since it’s located in the Provo mall. I ordered their cold brew and it was actually quite tasty.

I wish they opene earlier, but I know it’s because of mall hours. Some mall employees get there early and need some go go juice 😅 The staff is so friendly, and quick. I absolutely love the atmosphere!! It’s a huge blessing to have this in the actual mall.

We had a wonderful experience here. The coffee was great, the juice was amazing, and the staff were fun. Easily my favorite place at Provo Towne Centre.

Oh my goodness. Why I never tried this place until today, I have no idea. So easy to get to, easy to order, and so good! The guy who helped me was so kind and the atmosphere was very calming, especially for being in a mall. I will be back for sure!

I got a Carmel Macchiato and was rather splendidly surprised by how well it tasted. It was a brilliant experience needless to say and I will be coming back for more.

Who would have thunk you could find great coffee in the heart of Mormon country! The owner and general manager are wonderful, and so is the young woman from Texas who works there. The coffee is ground fresh from high quality beans. The prices are very reasonable (a large drip coffee is just slightly more than two dollars), and they offer real half and half. Better still, they have a variety of sweeteners, even sugar in the raw and Stevia packets. I was hesitant to go there because mall coffee is generally not the best; but this place rocks! Even if you have to wait 10 minutes (I was served right away both times I went) its the best coffee in Provo. Looking forward to my morning Joe next time I travel through.

Best coffee shop by far, great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Really good at remembering the regulars who come in. Definitely recommend this place over any coffee shop in Utah County.

Decent coffee shop. Cool atmosphere and employees that are kind and fast. I have been about half a dozen times and tried a cappuccino, some lattes and a drip.My only qualm with the place is that they get their coffee from a huge coffee company and everything just tastes over-roasted. They have a sign advertising the company in the entrance.I think that a lot of big coffee roasters like this give away free industrial coffee machines when you sign a contract to buy beans from them so I certainly understand the incentive even if their beans arent the best.Because everything else about the place is spot on, I would for sure give a 5 start if they used a local roaster like Hobble Creek Coffee or La Barba Coffee that dont over-roast.As is, the coffee reminds me of Starbucks. So if you are going to go heavy on the sugar to mask the over roasted homogenized beans I am sure you will love this place. Everythings else about it is awesome.

Been here a couple of times and ordered a small mocha. A little pricey compared to other coffee shops, but still better than the swill they serve at the nearby McDonalds. Fast wi-fi, too. Will definitely visit as often as I can.

Decent place for a coffee but dont expect real barista coffee or premium quality beans. Its just regular burnt beans with added artificial flavoring. Baristas have no clue about extraction, pre-infusion and acidity levels. They should not know anything about coffee since they are only high school/ college kids working for minimum wage
