Okay, so I am generally not the type to leave a negative review but in this situation I feel like I have to make an exception.Because honestly I didn’t think it would be possible to screw up my order. I ordered ahead so they had plenty of time to get it rightOne everything bagel sliced not toasted withplain shmear! Simple right!I received the order and yes it was an everything bagel and it was sliced sort of it looked more like it was torn in half and only part way as for the plain shmear they did not have enough between the torn bagel to cover even 1/2 of the portion of the bagel that they did manage to divide.Needless to say I was super disappointed.I would l have been better off taking my $4.00 to the grocery store and buying a half dozen day old bagels and a tub of Philadelphia cream cheese at least that would have fed me for a week and I probably would have had money left over!Just another quick thing I should mention…as I waited for my order ahead item to come up I also observed that a customer who just ordered coffee went to the counter to fill up her cup and surprise every carafe was empty NO COFFEE!! Which led my eye to look over at the soda fountain and what do you know it still bares the out of everything papers that the previous review mentioned not even reapplied so as to appear like it was a new temporary problem.I would definitely recommend someone look into that.Bummer Einstein’s

I can see that occasionally you have drinks go out. This machine had no ice and these signs that say “out” looked like they had been there for months. Otherwise, I love bagels and Einstein’s does bagels well but in this case got a simple order wrong.

Love. Fantastic as always. But, HUGE tripping hazard seems like a injury lawsuit waiting to happen.

Good food. A little slow at certain times. Went in just before 11am for a sandwich. Left at 11:25. So it took 30 minutes to get my food. I think they had a lot of online orders. Maybe those should be capped to speed up on-person service?

Abysmal customer service. I called for a bagelrito, they told me they couldn’t take an order over the phone and that I should come in. Understandable. However, when I arrived, ten minutes later, they were out of bagelritos and told me they had been for the last hour plus. Furthermore, the manager was yelling at employees while myself and five other customers were in the store. This is my first time to this location and I don’t think I’ll come back to this one.

The bagels are good but whenever I go they seem to be out of a lot of the varieties of bagels. They arent super quick about restocking them.

Ordered online via EBB Catering- 10 dozen bagels and Schmear. The fella who fulfilled my order claimed he packed and counted it himself assuring me that all was correct. When I checked two hours later, prior to my event, I discovered that there were only 9 dozen, plus 3 bagels... NOT the 10 dozen that I paid for! NOT HAPPY! Since they close at 2pm daily, there is/was no way to get the remaining bagels purchased. Next time Ill go elsewhere...

I like bagels, so I like Einstein Bros. My wife and I got sandwiches, they were fantastic, she also got a vanilla cold brew that she really liked, a good experience overall.

I asked for a dairy free bagel because I am severely lactose intolerant and the person taking our order seemed to think that meant no eggs and no meat. We clarified that it meant no cheese, butter, or milk. After eating about half of the bagel, I got worried and checked on the website, only to find out that I was eating the asiago cheese bagel. There also was not any egg on the bagel still. It seemed like they did not listen to me at all and I ended up eating a lot of cheese. Not good.

I buy coffee for some friends once a week. Every other store is beyond great with service, friendliness, & professionalism. I now drive out of my way to get to another location because my experiences have been so bad. Not a valued customer, Mgr. always stressed out & made a big deal (twice) about lids for cups. Go to the Orem location if you can help it.

Love Einstein bros! I always get their egg sandwich with bacon and it’s great every time! They gave me a free sandwich for my birthday on the app, which was actually really cool! The only complaint I have is that they get pretty busy and don’t always bring out the curbside food quickly. I had to wait once for about 15-20 mins, called their phone several times, (no answer) and finally when I went inside to grab it, it had just been sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it to me. Granted, they were super swamped with people in line, so I get it. Just make sure to go inside and order instead of waiting curbside:)

Okay I love this place! The specialty bagels are soooooo killer! One warning though if you are in a hurry this isn’t the place to go! I feel like every time I’ve been here it takes so long, employees are helping call ins before you, and sometimes the employees walk in right as you do from a break outside or something. But I will say their hash brown bagel is to die for!

Can’t respect a place that chastises you over how you wear your mask. Had it pulled down below my nose to ask my toddler who couldn’t hear me what they wanted to eat and was told to wear my mask above my nose the entire time I was in there. Which it was besides when I was talking to my kids. This is not the first time we’ve had a poor experience there but it was certainly the last. I’m done supporting them.

The Nova Lox on Asiago bagel with extra tomatoes is eye-rollingly delicious.

Great (kinda pricy) bagels! Hit or miss service. They don’t really seem to get things right the first time… so double check your orders before paying!Here’s our Karen rant:Today we went in and got a “half dozen+1 shmear” bundle. They charged us for the 6 bagels, not the shmear+bagels package so we told them that they forgot to charge us for the shmear. Then the guy rang us up $4 for the shmear!! When we said that we had intended to purchase the bundle (which was $2 cheaper) he said “it’s only a few dollars so it’s not worth refunding everything and ringing it up again”what?!? $2?! That’s the price of another bagel!!Another time we went in and bought the “baker’s dozen + 2 shmears,” we only got 12 bagels. When the guy was filling up our box, we asked “don’t we have 1 more?” he told us that we didn’t, so we paid. We checked and we were right. Another worker handed us a bagel.

Very slow service. Waited over 20 minutes for my order and there were 5 people working and only 3 people waiting in the dining room fir their orders.

Dont go if youre in a rush. These guys have one speed: slow. The bagels are good, but just ok on the customer service.

They are ridiculous, they didnt let me eat inside. I was eating there with my toddler and someone came to tell me we couldnt eat there. Why? When every other restaurant allows to dine in.

I wouldn’t recommended catering through them they first didn’t even have my order ready when I arrived and I wasn’t early and they weren’t busy either and when I asked for a physical receipt they said they don’t give out physical receipts which I think is a lie they just didn’t wanna get me it

Pretty disappointed. We went there in the early morning to place an order for fresh warm bagels but that is not what we got. They were cold like refrigerator cold and stiff. Had I known their quality had gone down like this I wouldnt have wasted my time standing line forever and just gotten the same quality of bagel at a grocery store in half the time.

They’re good at moving the line quickly. Bagels are usually fresh. Minus a star because a few staff members weren’t super friendly, and looked annoyed to be working there. Also, the ovens really heated the place up so we got our order to go.

Triple check your order - we had family in town and got the box of 13 bagels twice over a couple days. The first day they didn’t give us the spread with the bagels. The second day they shorted us a bagel. We tried to order on the app to save some time/contact at the store, but it’s a pain to sign up for the app (no guest checkout, you have to provide an email and a phone number, etc) and then after finally signing up there’s not a way to just order a box of 13 assorted bagels (and adding 13 individual bagels to the cart charges at the per-bagel price). The bagels are still good, but I’m not super impressed with the attention to detail on order preparation, or the ability to order through the app.

Ordered a bagelrito it was so chewy I couldnt eat it. Also ordered 2 different coffees a mocha and a caramel macchiato. The caramel macchiato was served cold. The mocha had no flavor, other than coffee. I choked both of them down only to discover that the flavoring had been left at the bottom. After an experience as egregious as this, I dont think Ill be going back.

This place was amazing! The bagel was delicious, and all the ingredients were fresh!! The staff was really nice! They even gave me a free extra topping! I’m definitely coming here again! 10/10

Normally, I love Einsteins, but my experience today was pretty bad. I waited for my food for soooo long and I was the only one in line when I got there. Then, after waiting for like forever, I got my food and left, only to realize when I got home that my food was burned. Probably wont be coming back here again

It seems a little overpriced for bagels, but then again, theyre awesome, and they usually have a good deal in their app going on. We live a bit away from here now, but we still come as a treat when were in the area.

30 minutes to get a Cold breakfast sandwiches. I asked to speak to the manager to see if they wanted to compensate me for their mistake I asked for a gift card but they only offered food in exchange which I already had plenty of cold sandwiches. Thanks to covid its really fun negotiating with masked people. The manager didnt even come out from behind the counter to talk to me and chose to yell at me from all the way across the store. I call that extreme social distancing. I do recognize that wearing masks increases stress. And they appeared under staffed because there were a lot of other people standing around outside for almost as long as I was. Only to find that they were hiding a whole bunch of orders behind the counter.

Best breakfast sandwich Ive had in a long time

Couldnt even place an order at the store. Had to go outside and user their app, had to create a new account on their app, no guest checkout. then we couldnt figure out how to pay for it! They only option was to buy a pre paid card and use that to pay! Forget that, ended up calling them from outside and placing the order over the phone. Two stars because the bagels are still good. Just no convenient way to order them.

Don’t get me wrong — the bagels are good. If you are looking for a satisfying, good, bagel, this is the place. However at this particular place the staff was not receptive or pleasant to be around. It made the experience less enjoyable.At the end of the day, all that matters is the taste, really, and so I will give this place a nice review. I would recommend it.

I picked up bagels on the morning I was proposing to my girlfriend. When I told them my plans, they gave me the employee discount and wished me luck. Great staff! Great bagels!

Fast service. The cashier was nice and took my name. I got the Santa Fe Bagel Sandwich. The whole thing felt fresh and it was delicious. Perfect for a quick breakfast. Definitely would recommend

It is a good bagel place, but the first time I ordered with them, I ordered online and it let me do so when there was only 15 minutes until close. I didnt realize the hours were different, so I drove straight over and they were closed. I didnt want them on Monday, but I offered to just replace them on Monday and I came in to the store to pick them up and I waited, but the staff was running around answering doordash and online orders without even talking to the customer ahead of me for over five minutes. I left and asked for a refund over the phone, but they said they dont offer refunds for online orders. So, the moral of the story, I am out $20 for paying online in a faulty system. If you order, do it in the store.

I called Tuesday 3/17/2020 to ask if they had a drive up or were offering curbside pickup. I explained that I have health problems and I was doing what I could to social distance myself.I realize this was before we were told to do so as the general public. I just happen to fall into the group of immune compromised and elderly that was told to use caution.The lady that answered the the phone laughed and told me no they would not bring it to my car if I wanted it I could come in and get it.👎

Never been there before. They were very helpful and patient with me. The only thing wrong was no iced lattes available. Thanks Einstein Bros!

I decided to go and get a bagel before work for breakfast. After waiting there about 25 min I finally decided to go up and ask where my order was.. The girl was shocked and apologized. I said its okay no worries. She then started making it and I was able to finally eat it. I asked it to go because I did not want to be late for work. I then eat it there because well might as well I was late already... The egg was nasty and she did not make right, I was so frustrated and mad. after one bite I just got up and throw it away and walked out! NEVER going back to this place. waste of my money and time.

Im not a breakfast kind of guy but this is the 2nd time ive gotten the Bagelrito and it was just as good as the first. The bagel is delicious with the full variety of rich different flavors of sausage, hashbrown, cheese and eggs, gives you that full breakfast feeling. Very filling.

I just stopped in to get a bagel and the comradery I witnessed was awesome. The manager deserves a raise. Thank you for making it such a pleasant place.

Some places are successful at adjusting to serving food during the COVID-19 reality. This is not one of them.

I often go here to buy bagels for the office. I like the variety and the bagels are always fresh. The cream cheese schemer is always tasty too. My favorite is honey almond. The staff is generally kind. Sometimes they struggle slicing the bagels evenly...but that happens. Overall its a great place.

This place was really nice. The cashier girl is really nice and looks like she cares for customer. I did get hella charged extra for a bagel sandwich 3 times the price to be exact . Overall of my 5 visits that was only once so I’ll look past it but I’ll probably go back because they’re quality is really top tier

Amazing bagels! I have always loved Einsteins, but the chain must have been bought recently or something because it doesnt have the same family run vibe as it used to. They are trying to push some new brand of coffee, and they are working it too hard in my opinion.

After a recent trip to New York, my husband and I were craving good bagels. Store bagels from the grocery store dont cut it. We got a bunch of bagels from Einsteins and they were so good and fresh! They hit the spot. If only theyd open a location in Spanish Fork!

A meal so delicious I thought warmly of it still hours later. Maybe a little upscale for bagels, you might think, but totally worth it. We had the Crispy Chicken & Tater, Farmhouse, and Chorizo Sunrise. The Farmhouse was good but somewhat standard, the CC&T was great, but we both agreed the real winner was the Chorizo Sunrise, would highly recommend trying it.

This is a great place to stop and get some good food. I love their breakfast sandwiches! Who knew a bagel with some cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and eggs could taste so good? I will have to make eating here a habit. Go see for yourself... and you see what Im talking about.

If you are a lover of breakfast foods for every meal, this is the place to go! They have an excellent variety of bagels including sweet, savory, plain, and a selection of bagel sandwiches. Good service. Also, excellent blackberry lemonade. Just saying. You should try it! :)

Great place to get bagels

I go in as the only customer, workers were cleaning, no rush of any kind, employee that took my order got the order down correctly on my receipt, but they messed up the actual order, didn’t seem like they care too much

We had to ask if we could order . Then when we did we asked if we could get the combos . He said yes rang me up for an ice tea and a drink. But then when we got the food there was no hash browns apparently they were out . But said we werent charged for a drink and the two sandwiches came to 18 which seems pricy for no combo. The manager did apologize but didnt offer anything.

Their bagels are great! My favorite is the french toast breakfast bagel and anything with just a plain bagel. The hot chocolate is really well done (not too sweet) and their smoothies are really good! The only thing thats really disappointed me has been their coffee. Very rarely is it good, but generally its too bitter or just kind of bland.

Food was yummy. Like any restaurant, the pictures of food look much better than in person. Clean. Not a lot of parking.

Santa Fe is my personal favorite. We always go through Einsteins for our employee meetings and they do great work. I do however, wish that they stayed open just a little longer, maybe until 7pm instead of 5pm.Will definitely be back.

Food was excellent, staff was lazy and rude. My orange juice was mostly water so as I returned to the counter, the gentleman standing behind it made eye contact with me and walked into the back room. The yound lady making a bagel for drive through looked at me and asked the young person, who was staring at the bottom of a coffee cup, to serve me. That individual said Im busy. No one even bothered to help at all. I finally caught the attention of the first girl and told her about my juice and picked up another leaving mine at the register.

Its frustrating that they close so early, but the bagels and cream cheese are seriously so good.

Cant complain about food or service just great all around. The only complaint I have is the design of the parking lot,,,, handicapped cant get out of car bushes in the way, curb is to high if you try to step over which you have to and trip and get hurt who is responsible for any doctor bills...come on people there is a federal law for handicapped services

The staff is always fast and friendly. Dont expect a New York bagel, but these are still really good. Mondays carry a hefty discount, 13 bagels for $6. I regularly buy them for the office and am praised as a hero!

The Asiago bagel is my favorite- when they not usually a cream cheese fan, but I love to pair it with the onion and chive shmear. Its absolutely divine.For a warm, quick small item to-go, Einsteins Bagels is an obvious choice. Its quick and delicious with a big variety of bagels and shmears to choose from so youll always have something new to try.

Bagels are really good. They have a lot of good varieties of bagels and other food items. Good customer service and clean store.

I think due to a lack of competition this place has been successful. I have been in other states and have had way better, it is hard to see why this place is here. You can do better UT. Where is your sense of exportation? I crave baffles all the time but I refuse to eat them in this state because they fall well below my expectations. Please stop this nonsense. Seriously, please.

Love this place for the wifi, location, and yummy muffins. Its never quite clean as Id like though. The tables are never straight and Im not sure why it has carpet, since I can see every crumb! I dont really like their bagels. But thats probably personal preference. I still come here to do homework!

Their bagel sandwiches are great, and so is their coffee. But even though they seem to have a million people working, they are all constantly behind the counter. I dont think Ive ever seen anyone come around to wipe down tables - youve gotta do that yourself.

I just got a bagel sandwich and paid an up charge to get it with a different bagel but they still gave me the original bagel it came with. So I paid extra for the normal sandwich. Normally I wouldn’t be upset about something like this, but it wasn’t really busy enough to be excused for this mistake.

My girlfriend dumped me here. Dont let your significant other being you here unless you want to break up. If you do want that, imagine this as a 5 star review. Also I got extremely sick from the bagel. It was an overall bad day.

The bagels were great. The service was excellent. Being a bakery style place, the hours are different than most places. This means I didnt get to go here a lot as the hours werent always convenient for me.

Kind of over priced for what you get. Once we waited over fifteen minutes for them to just put cream cheese on our bagels. They didnt even call our names and tell us our order was ready. Its good, dont get me wrong, just depends on if theyre in the mood to get the job done or not.

Pretty bad!! We came here today with some friends and they got all of our orders wrong. They forgot to put meat on everyone’s sandwiches, and then, they left the cheese paper wrappers on the cheese in the sandwich. It was pretty embarrassing because we told our friends how much we loved this place.....

Usually get breakfast here at least three times a week. Super friendly staff.

I called in a Monday morning at 9 a.m. and was disappointed to feel like they didnt want to fill my order, like it was just too much of a hassle. I asked for 2 dozen cinnamon sugar and she said, I could maybe make one. When I said could I get a dozen chocolate chip she said, I dont even have that many. Felt like she was short and just not interested in filling my order.

They had apple cinnamon when I went this time so 5 stars it is.

Really great little place for breakfast in Provo. The staff is friendly, the service has been quick every time Ive been there, and theres free wifi and plenty of room to study if youre a student.

Very disappointing. They were stingy with the avocado I paid extra for (I couldnt even see it on the sandwich, I took it in and they took it apart to show me the measly little spread), every worker was cold and snobby (I dealt with three different ones), and it was overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for breakfast.

I love their smoothies its so good! I also love their pizza bagels and all different types of bagels and cream cheese that they have!

Although a bit overpriced, I love their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Not so much the lunch. The make my favorite bagel ever which is the asiago cheese.

The cashier went from taking my order to immediately touching my bagel with her bare hands and didnt wash them. Grossed me out. Those computers arent clean enough to touch food right after.
