I normally love Dutch bros, but this time…. I had a dead fly in my brand new drink. Honestly I feel like the Provo Dutch bros is not very clean, clearly from a dead fly in my drink, and they also have the slowest Drive thru. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.

They charged us for not having ice in the chocolate milk drink. Then they gave us ice even tho their screen said no ice. They didn’t wanna fix our order and was very disrespectful Karen working the register. This happened October 11, 2021 in the evening. The one thing is they could handle the situation a lot better. We just asked them nicely to fix it. Thanks for that one worker. Haha

Finally we have Dutch Bros in Utah! Fantastic and friendly staff. Great coffee thats way better than bucks of stars.

First time there. The line went pretty fast since they had staff outside taking orders. I got a small, white and dark chocolate mocha. Very sweet and I could barely taste the Expresso. Will get more added next time. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Awesome drinks as always. However, paying $6 for a drink(after tip) for a 16oz drink and having it 90% filled with ice is stupid. I paid for 16oz of coffee. However when I got home and dumped the coffee I got 8oz of actual drinkable coffee. Just because its in a 16oz cup, doesnt make it 16oz if you fill half the space with ice. I like ice also, but ease up on the ice...its one thing if its a $1 coke at McDonalds, but when its a $6 drink, I feel a little more cheated 😂

Friday is my Dutch bros day and every time I go through, this one girl (can’t remember her name I’m sorry) just makes my day. She remembers who I am and my usual. Super sweet and very positive staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Compared to some of the other Dutch Bros locations Ive been to, this one is.. OK. Some of the workers here are very friendly and you can tell they care about their job. The other half; however, are disgenuine and are only here because their friends are. They tend to put on an annoying over-the-top persona that they drop If you dont tip them and the service, again is okay. Nothing bad here, just nothing great or memorable. If you are craving Dutch bros definitely check this place out, but if you just want coffee stick to Starbucks.

Best coffee EVER. The staff is always kind, helpful, and a delight to be around. The coffee is what I go for but the customer service makes me not want to go anywhere else. They also have kid drinks and my 3 year old thinks hes drinking coffee and is thrilled. Download the app. They give you a free welcome drink, free birthday drink, and you earn points with every purchase toward free drinks.

Their mixed energy drinks are Awesome!! U can do any flavor u want. They have lots of coffee drinks too. Frozen,iced or hot. Drive thru is long usually but goes fast. I usually park and order at window.

I love it! The employees are always so friendly and remember you, too. Moved here from Ohio where I normally would go to Dunkin for an iced coffee, Dutch Bros blows them out of the water with their Raspberry Mocha Cold Brew. My kids love getting their kid sized smoothie while mom gets her coffee.Also, for the people complaining about the amount of ice in the drinks, you can always ask for light ice. ;)

French toast mocha. I cried it was so good.UPDATE: got it iced and I love Dutch bros but there was more ice than drink and I had a sad. I know it has to cool down but like I should’ve gotten a small not ice and I would’ve had more.

I went to dutch bros on my birthday for the first time ever. They give you a free drink any size on your birthday 🎉 that alone made me impressed by their customer service. I got the mango strawberry smoothie and loved it! Especially with the whipped cream on top. It definitely is more of a treat than a breakfast smoothie though. The employees were super happy and talkative. Highly recommend. However, the line is long usually so try to go at times most people wouldnt to avoid the wait.

Theyre open on Sundays, which is nice. They dont really have a menu to look at, so you might need to use the online one unless you know what youre getting already. Its a drive through.

Everyone there is great, lines always move pretty well and the coffee is BOMB.com. Kenzie is my favorite she always goes above and beyond and always has a great hidden under a mask smile. Everyone makes you feel like you are at home the moment you have interaction with any of them.Dutch Bros is my favorite from my home of Oregon. So when it appeared in Utah you could only imagine how happy I was. THANKS DUTCH BROS FAMILY!!

The line here is always pretty long, but the two lanes make it move pretty quick! We tried the Reese’s hot chocolate for something new and it was great!

Always great, but specifically the women working this morning deserve a shout out. Maddie is always so cool and efficient, and the other two were really on top of it today, getting orders out quick and super friendly. I was impressed! Extra shout out to these girls please!

So glad to finally have a Dutch Bros in Provo. The last time I went to a Dutch Bros was 4 years ago when I lived in Washington State where I am from. Dutch Bros is my all time favorite coffee place. Worth every penny Spent. Will be going everyday from now on. Thank you Dutch Bros for finally coming to Provo. My life is complete now lol

Had to wait in line an hour just to get one drink, meanwhile could clearly see the staff chatting just with each other. The way the parking lot is structured you can’t even leave. I don’t care how good a drink tastes, it’s not worth that kind of wait.

They gave us the wrong drink size. Ordered a large and they gave us a medium. But they did remake the drink and gave us the one they messed up for free. Also the blended rebel just had the syrup at the top and wasnt blended at all. The sugar free green tea double rainbow wasnt very good either. Maybe its just this Provo location that sux.

Don’t come here unless you just want a cup of milk & syrup. This is not a place for people who actually love coffee or chai tea. The staff was nice, but I will say it looks really bad that the company response to all these reviews is the same copy & pasted, “Hi there! Share your experience with this email.” Maybe you should respond to the reviews people are leaving because they leave a review here for a reason!

Tips before product and service, this is a poor normal practice by places today. Drinks are the best. No free drinks on opening day. I waited 6 years for a dutch bros grand opening here and was disappointed. I was there at 7am, a friend took me back at 9am and they gave me a sticker the second go round. Not like my experience in Cali.

Im torn between being sad theres not a location closer to me, and glad because Id be broke if there was. Delicious coffee, speedy service, friendly staff!

This is a hot chocolate review.DB has become our go-to spot for hot chocolate.I’ve heard from my “coffee snob” friends that this place blows. Couldn’t tell ya.But the hot chocolate is fantastic, and I like that I’m able to try a new flavor every time.

Amazing drinks. Very consistent with the flavor and amount. Long wait in the drive thru but that’s only because they are so good. I recommend they build more locations specifically on N 900 E (only because I live on that street).

Most expensive ice in all of Utah! I couldn’t get my straw in my cup because all of the ice. $4.50 is a lot to pay for ice. I won’t be wasting any more money there.

I’m a huuuge dutch fan but my drinks have always been poorly made at this place. I’ve asked for my drinks remade but it happens every time. And when I bring it up that it’s pale and missing syrups, they always say it’s right the way it is and eventually offer to remake it. Better training for their employees is definitely needed

Like the coffee, and their other drinks are good too. Just wish they werent so busy all the time, or that they didnt constantly remind me how much of a loser I am when they ask me any plans today?, to which my response is going home and sitting at my computer.

She gave me a drink recommendation and it’s the best drink I’ve tried there so far. My favorite coffee place from trips to Oregon and California finally made it to Utah. I just learned that they had opened up and even though it was pretty late I was so excited that I almost flipped a u-turn to go get a cup. Amazing service and a really unique blend that doesnt just taste like every other cup of coffee youve ever had awesome company, awesome coffee. Dont take my word for it, go give them a try and let them win you over themselves.

The staff, the coffee, the vibe...this place kills it! I was super impressed with how efficient they ran the double drive through and with as many cars in line as there were the wait didn’t even seem like a wait. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and made you feel like you couldn’t wait to come back. The selection of kid friendly drinks is a double plus!

They have 2 lines and people taking orders, theyll drop off the orders to your car before you make it to the window. It was great

If you are looking for a pick-me-up, this is the place. Not only will the drinks make you feel good but the employees are over the top nice and compliment you at every given moment. Legit chick fil a levels. Line looks long but they are really quick. Recommend the billy jean Chocolate Milk with light ice, its poppin.

I could get literally buy any Rebel mix here and it would be bomb. In fact, I always just ask the cashier for their favorite and theyve never has a miss.

Dutch bros is THE BEST!! The customer service is always amazing, they will remake your drink if you don’t like it. The customer service way out does Starbucks and you get bigger drinks for the less money! Not only that, but they have a ton of options! The White Cookie is my favorite freeze/frappe they have. Snickers is another great one. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here!

I love Dutch bros but they need to get cars through faster. The people taking orders are fast & efficient but need more runners & people taking out drinks. The line takes sooo long to get through!! And it’s only gonna get busier as more people find out how yummy the drinks are.

We love Dutch bros and still go there regularly. Sometimes the wait is very long. Also once we had a hair on the lid of one of our drinks, although that could happen anywhere. Still tasty coffee.

I love coming here, I am a regular. I fully support Dutch Bros. Im here, its a Saturday night, and still in line after 30 min (drive thru). When you guys first opened, flawless. Management of this location is starting to get sloppy though. I know the demand is high, but step it up bros!

Love Dutch Bros and I’m used to long lines in their other locations, but this particular branch is so painfully slow! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced quick service here. Shame, really, but the wait times are not worth it.

Usually very busy. If the drive thru is to the street expect to be there 25 minutes but coffee flavor and selection is good. Came from another state and so I was super excited to finally see it here in Utah. Employees have been friendly, and inside looks clean. Sometimes it is really worth the wait, coffee doesnt taste burnt like other places...

Every time Ive been to this location, the drinks they make taste really watered down. Theyre either not making the drinks correctly, or not adding enough syrup. And its not an issue at any other location Ive been to, and Ive been to a few in and out of state. Makes me sad, it was exciting to have one so close to home.

I am incredibly disappointed in this location. I havent moved in this double line in 15 minutes! Although I have had the opportunity to watch both of the little ladies taking orders get in and out of 3 different vehicles chatting a catching up with friends! So unprofessional!If there was a way out of this god forsaken line of cars I would have left it 30 min ago!I am truly disappointed.

Dutch bros consistently makes the best drinks out there. Blows Starbucks out of the water. And tons of amazing non coffee drinks too. All of the 1 star reviews on here are nonsensical if you are even a little bit knowledgeable. 5 stars every visit.

Nothing like a great late night coffee run, with exceptional customer service! Abby was very helpful and triple checked our order, same with the rest of the team and they got it out to us super fast and everything tasted great as usual! Would recommend to anyone!

The drinks met the standard of good like all dutch locations. I understand that chatting and being friendly is apart of being a dutch employee (been drinking their beverages for about 4 years now), but quite frankly the staff at this location are slow and unprofessional. My drink was made and waiting at the counter but I had to wait an extra time because the car in front of me and cashier would not stop talking even after they received their drink (which in a drive through you are supposed to leave so the rest of the line can proceed). Another employee had to leave the building and deliver my drink to me and I drove around the car who was still at the window chatting away. Just really disappointing overall and I am not going to this location ever again.

1 star for this specific location. I’ll never go to this location again. Horrible business practice. They had a fully staffed building for training today but not “open.”Fully operable. Fully staffed. No closed signs in the drive thru. yet won’t take my money and turned me away? What good is your training if they’re not even training with customers? I’ll make sure to get my coffee in salt lake county before coming to work next time. You guys turned me away for good today.

Ok I’ll make this brief. In essence, their chocolate milk is insanely good. Even though everything is overpriced, it all tastes amazing & the workers are always way nice and will jump in your car with you to chit-chat if you invite them in. Remember the chocolate milk. A must go if you wanna make a girl happy.

Starbucks on Cougar Blvd. was closed today so I decided to try out some coffee at Dutch Bros. The line wasn’t quite as fast as I was hoping but I didn’t let it bother me too much. I ordered 2 drinks and one of them wasn’t done to my liking. I was a bit disappointed with the interaction/service. However, I will admit the new drink ended up being a good alternative, hence the 3 stars. I will say though, from my experience coming here twice it seems like their drinks are a little too sweet for me. However, not bad for an every once in awhile treat.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros! I have been to every location in Utah so far & Im so excited theres one in Provo. Fell in love with their drinks when we were in Twin Falls so couldnt be happier. The staff was super friendly when we went & had a good time!
