Awesome coffee spot with the most friendly staff. They know their coffee and that makes it even better. Gave us a taster and their white chocolate, coconut, brown sugar drink is so delicious!!!! So glad to have found this little gem on our travels.

I’m trying to switch from Starbucks. I always get a “salted caramel cold brew.” They don’t have that, but the lady blended a drink similar for me. I loved it & have been sleeping on this place!

Its hard to find good coffee in Utah County but Coffee Pod never fails me. They always make my drink perfect to order and the lovely workers are always so nice. They have a nice covered area for you to sit and have hour drink or if your on the go the drive thru is quick.

Heading out from camping and my husband and I wanted some coffee for our trip back home. Great little coffee shack. I tried their pistachio frappe, my husband had the milkyway latte, both were delicious. Thank you for serving on memorial day. My husband and I both served in the United States Coast Guard and always appreciate places that stay open for the holiday.

Great coffee!! Although they do over charge the drinks. I’ve been over charged 3x’s now on my items. The guy who’s there never gives you a receipt but the prices on the sign never add up to what he charges me. Last time I ended up asking for a receipt and he over charged me .90 cents on every drink even though I didn’t do any upgrades or anything. I recommend you ask for a receipt everytime and compare it to the price board because they overcharge you and eventually after going often it adds up.

The Coffee Pod has big airy windows that makes the light flood while you are relaxing in the open space built for productivity. The menu is extensive & includes the classics for coffee snobs. The chai tea was amazing, add that espresso to make it dirty. I also enjoyed a raspberry scone that is making my mouth water now that its gone. A few crumbs left on the table, I am glad to discover this place.

Four stars for considering the limited choices in Provo. Not going to go to Starbucks. Lots of seating and free wifi. Good place to study or work. Weekends are super busy. Coffee jockeys have minimum coffee knowledge. Can make you a basic coffee but anything outside of that, such as a flat white or white americano, which are basic drinks outside of Utah, they are completely lost.

I used to frequent Coffee Pod when it was in its bigger location on Bulldog Boulevard. Baristas have always been so friendly and know their coffee. I highly recommend stopping by for you daily cup of happiness.

Im a work-from-home freelancer, and I love coming to work here for a change of scenery and a good selection of breakfast foods. Very nice place to hang out during the day for a few hours of focused work. Plenty of outlets, and Ive never had a problem with the wifi connection.

I absolutely love this place but i wish the drinks were consistent. every barrista makes them different, i’ve had the same drink taste different multiple times and it’s upsetting. other than that, i really enjoy getting my coffee here.

I was very disappointed today 8/2/20 with the service at Coffee Pod. I have been several times previously with great service. So this happened today, I was second in line at the drive up, it took several minutes to pull up to the drive up window, which is fine. A man walked up to the window as I pulled up to the window. I was told she would be with me in a minute, that is fine... well three music songs later and waiting for her to finish chatting with the man at the window, I decided to leave. She could have taken my order and continued visiting with the man at the window. I waited over 15 minutes before I left with out a purchase. Very frustrating and very rude.

Their coffee is so good that it spoiled other coffee places for me. Try out their Mexi Mocha, its the best! 5/5 This place only drops bangers

Coffee Pod coffee has pretty good coffee, stay away from their whipped stuff cause all you get is foam. Their furniture is like all from Deseret Industries. Loud construction too, but that may not be their fault.

I dont like coffee, but they have excellent alternatives. The hot chocolate, chai tea, and rooibos are all really, really good. Theyre friendly, accommodating, and they have a drive-thru! What more could you want?

Of you are still buying coffee from Starbucks, you obviously have not tasted coffee from coffee pod!! They are little slow at times at the drive up window, and not always the friendliest, (reason for 4 starts instead of 5) but their espresso taste like heaven!Iced Americano with heavy cream. Mmmmmm

I always love stopping here. I wish they were open a little later but its okay. The workers are always so nice to me and the drinks are made slow but its worth the wait. Kinda wish the prices were a little lower, but I understand why theyre more. Keep doing good!

Love the coffee pod!! Great people, great service, great taste. I recommend trying a Large Iced MexiMocha with only 2 shots of espresso. (P.S. can be addicting, don’t overdue it and get it too often it’s such a good drink but the burnout from to often sucks)

Love this coffee shop. I like to order a plain old coffee most days, and they brew the best coffee in town. (Their specialty drinks are always great too of course.) Of all the coffee shops in this area they have the best seating and atmosphere. You can sit and talk with a friend and it feels as relaxing as being in your own house. Nice outdoor seating too.

Love the Coffee Pod! All the baristas are so sweet and nice! They always remember me, and ask how Im doing. The coffee is really good. Im a bit of an espresso snob. Theirs is great! I cant say enough good things. The owner has really made a nice and welcoming environment.

I love the coffee here! Some of the best I’ve had in Utah. This would be a 5 star review but every time I come here and get the Dr. feel good and ask for almond milk the employees always say it will explode. The thing is almond milk is not as thick as cream so this shouldn’t be a problem. And either way, if you put the straw in first, the carbon dioxide can escape and won’t cause a mess. Today was the last straw when I asked for this drink and the employee made a scene for me asking for this. I was actually shocked as usually the customer service is amazing and they will politely let me know that it may explode and I kindly say that I’ve asked for it before and it’s never happened. But she was just not having it. Maybe she was having a bad day. Either way it was unacceptable and I don’t think I will be coming back. The whole time she was making the drink she kept passive aggressively commenting on my choice and how it “isn’t going to work”. I’ve been patient and understanding with this place in the past, but I can’t have dairy and if such a simple requests can’t be handled, I think I will refrain from supporting this company any longer.

So nice to find a place in Utah that can actually make coffee correctly. This is a must visit location for us coffee snobs out there and really anybody who wants to drink good coffee. Thanks for consistently making great coffee and always having such wonderful Baristas!!

Such a homey and warm atmosphere! It is a bit loud, so if youre looking for a quiet place, dont come here. The place is lively with conversations between good groups of friends. The staff is familiar with their regulars and treats them like family. The coffee is fantastic. All-in-all, its a great local coffee shop.

A little drivethrough with the largest menu! They have Red Rooibos Espresso (hard to find), which makes a most delicious latte!! The non-drive through side allows for walk-ups, with an open-air, covered seating area next to it.

This is an awesome coffee shop. Its an awesome environment for reading a book or working or doing homework. This is where all the cool people hang out in north Provo. They have outdoor seating, but its pretty smoky, so I usually sit inside. The coffee and the service are pretty good, too. The only thing that I dont like about it is that they lock the bathroom door, and have a stick with a key on to get to it, and who knows when the last time those things were sanitized.

We love this place! We’ve tried several different kinds of their coffees and the Mexican coffee is a favorite! The girls are always very friendly and the coffee is always spot on! Definitely recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The coffee is super good, me & my husband love the Mexi-Mocha iced coffee. The customer service is amazing too. My dog knows when we are pulling up and they always have a treat ready for her.

I just had a regular cup of coffee and it was pretty close to perfect. Plenty of other options like smoothies and stuff. Had a few things on the menu that looked interesting. Great little coffee hut/shack. Friendly staff. Nice little drive thru. Wonderful!

Always friendly, fast, and accommodating. They have a nice selection of drinks both coffee and non-coffee. There is a fee for using a card so bring cash if you can.

My favorite place in Utah county to get coffee. The employees here are amazing and always make great coffee and tea.The only unfortunate thing is that if youre a non-smoker and want to sit outside, you will have to deal with the cigarette smoke as the whole outside is usually occupied by smokers.I do wish coffee pod would have an area that their customers could enjoy outdoor seating without the cigarette smoke.

I had not been to coffee pod since they moved from the larger location. I thought with this being so small it would be inconvenient and small selection. I was happy I stopped. I ordered the viatemese coffee large with 4 shots. The worker recommended doing the 4 shots in a smaller size so that there was less water. This was amazing and I will be back.

Best Coffee/Tea drink place Ive been to in forever

This is a golden gem tucked away in Provo. Its great if you want to escape the whole Mormon-vibe Happy Valley brings around here. The employees are polite and great, the establishment promotes local artists and musicians, and its a great spot to relax and focus.

My mochas have been yummy every time. The first couple times my son got the mixed berry smoothie and he loved it. Tried the strawberry banana today and it honestly was kinda gross. It was just flavored syrup. Other than that I love this coffee stand and will continue to frequent it =) Plus the donuts from the Provo Bakery that they sell are top notch!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It has the best coffee in Utah county that Ive found, plus it has a very calming atmosphere. The staff is very nice and they always get my drinks right. If youre looking for something new to try, I suggest the almond joy.

Coffee was ok but the muffin had an odd taste to it like it was old. Food is definitely the afterthought so only come if you just want coffee. They told me they used to do more food but that was a long time ago

Cozy place. Great for studying. They had a cool photography exhibit telling stories of local homeless individuals. Nice owners. They also sell books for $2 and condoms for $0.23, haha (not kidding).

This is a great coffee shop but its location is a bit off. They have a great customer base though. The staff have changed quite a bit over the last few months and I have to say, I miss the old crew. The new staff dont seem to have the level of customer service I was accustomed to. Their drinks and selection are great!

Best coffee so far on my trip. The large is 24oz and comes with 4 shots. I had a black & white mocha. They had other interesting options, but I get the same thing at each new place to better compare.

I am so happy that Coffee Pod took over Quench. I love the new paint job and am so happy that the morning barista stayed from Quench. I go every day she in because the coffee is always fantastic. I really enjoy the new Mexi-Mocha and the assortment of Teas.

I love the Vietnamese Coffee here! It always tastes so good! Also, the woman who works here is super sweet! If you happen to have dogs with you they may get a treat as well. So far I have had a great experience but if for some reason I got a bad coffee or she was in a bad mood in the future, Id give her a free pass cause she deserves it! :) but I doubt that will ever happen!

This place is a fantastic place to grab coffee and relax or hangout, comfortable couches and/or tables to take a load off on. I go here constantly and have loved every coffe I have gotten here. Service is great! Very nice and socialable. This is by far the coffee shop I have been looking for. Who needs Starbucks anymore.

I have loved and supported this shop for over 5 years. Even after they moved way further away. I have always had a great experience... until today. I drive 10 miles to get their chai tea. It has been deliciously made every time. Today it tasted like dirty almond milk . Instead of simply remaking them for me, I was met with the barista and owner telling me that their girls don’t mess up and I was wrong. Sorry but they were not my same favorite chai I have had for years.!!! l am saddened that this horrible customer service issue has ruined my interest in ever coming back. What a Horrible way to handle a customer experience. Best of luck. I hope this is a learning experience .Ps: one of the nicest Barristas just sought me out and kindly apologized, handled the situation and I am Feeling a little less bamboozled. Thank you so very much. Bravo!
