Nice place to come! They do take a little while and drinks seem to sit for a bit before you get it.

Disclaimer: Im ethically unable to rate a chain coffee place, five star, because I will forever love the small mom and pop coffee places.A little preface: from 2011 to 2015, I went to school at BYU.... And what everyone would do, is they would bring in caffeine from outside places, because you werent able to get caffeine beverages at the University.The fact that a large coffee shop, has opened up next to a very religious university was very surprising, but I have no complaintsWhat has really surprised me, is how crazy busy this place always seems to be... But Im sure the good ethical Mormon boys and girls are only ordering hot chocolate.No, from the outside looking in, it looks like a really wonderfully designed placeI like how they have some ample parking, and I appreciate that they have properly marked handicap parking. (If there isnt a sign, at least 52 in above the ground, with painting on the parking spot, it isnt a properly marked handicap spot)The drive-thru, always seems crazy busy, and I dont know if Ive ever driven by this place without seeing cars backed up.I love the design, inside the building, and I think it looks really wonderful, in tribute to the mountains around Utah.I opened the app, to order my drink, and I chose a... I dont even know what they call it. Haha. I think I ordered a honey almond cold brew coffee?... Theres a new size, to help order large things, and it begins with TR, but I dont remember what the rest of that.My drink was decent enough, But nothing to write home about.I generally am not a fan of coffee, and tend to order a lot more tea, but they dont have many tea options at this location.I liked how the indoors was cleaned very nice, and I also find it helpful, that the indoor tables were all closed, to help prevent the spread of covid-19There are some tables and chairs outside, which is nice, and I appreciate how the place looks relatively clean.Will you ever come back to this place? Probably not, but That isnt anything against this place, its just the fact that I dont really tend to crave coffee... in a much rather would prefer to visit the small mom and pop shops.Take a look at this place, and the wonderful design inside, and be sure to use the app if you want to order ahead

Starbucks is Starbucks and this location is no exception. Great staff, they make the drinks right, and there is hardly ever a wait. They make a mean Salted Carmel Cream Cold Brew, by far my favorite drink there, give it a try if you haven’t already.

This is the worst location ever. First I ordered 4 drinks and they asked me if I wanted a drink carrier I said yes. When I pulled up to the window the lady started to hand me them one by one. I asked for a drink carrier then when she handed it to me I got burned with one of the hot drinks and asked her to put drink stoppers in them. With all that I had forgotten to make sure she returned my card which she didnt. And hour later I realized it and called the location they told me they would call me if they find it. Something made me want to check my online banking. When I saw there was a second purchase at the location after I left I knew for sure it was there. Went in person to get it. They kept telling me they didnt have it until I showed them the second purchase that was made. Turns out one of the employees used my card to buy something. The lady I talked to did not care about an employee using my card to buy themselves something and just said I can refund it for you. The whole thing is that an employee USED MY CARD which is a very serious matter. Definitely making a report to corporate.

We came to this particular Starbucks at 8:45am & ordered ONE plain bagel w cream cheese as well as a few other food items. Got to the window & paid n waited then right before they handed us our order THEN they told us they’re out of cream cheese. This EARLY in the day & they’re already OUT of an important item??? VERY DISAPPOINTED. And that they told us at the last minute. We wouldn’t have ordered the bagel if we knew beforehand they were out of cream cheese.Also, this has happened to us before at this same location. Timing and all. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU’RE OUT OF CREAM CHEESE BEFOREHAND. And NO we don’t want to substitute it with butter or avocado spread. Thank you.

So no complaints about the drinks or staff, hours is my problem, I go to Starbucks for convenience and it’s closed right now at 7:30 am really on a weekday …. The owner needs to also look into opening Sunday again I know Provo it’s all about their religion and going to church on SUNDAY BUT COME ON, hire people that WANT AND CAN WORK SUNDAY!!!!

I went to several Starbucks before but Provo has the best Frappuccino! The ice is always nicely blended with the flavor.

The drink was great! But the lid.... was dirty? I could actually make out a finger print. I just took the lid off and drank from the cup, but I was kinda grossed out :(

We have been there 3 times this month. All 3 times they have been out of what we wanted. I’ll go to the one in south provo, they always have it.

The employees at this location are amazing!! Every time I have come to this location the employees have been friendly. If you have to wait, they make conversation and they are speedy with their service.

Love their coffee! The blonde roast is my fav. But theres so many reasons to visit this location, mainly the baristas. And in my book, Kara is absolutely the best. She lights up the place when shes there. It always warms my heart to see her personally greet so many customers by name. Seems like so many regular patrons are looking for a connection during their routines and Kara is absolutely amazing at making me, and every other coffee patron, feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. This is why we keep coming back. The beautiful people like her that brighten my day.

So great to have a Starbucks in Provo. Their service has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful when there are order problems. Its a busy Starbucks just like the Orem ones. They have a bin you can get coffee grounds for your garden.

Starbucks is starbucks, but whoever designed the parking lot is no genius. Probably about one of the most screwed up ones Ive seen.

I went to the Starbucks drive through and saw they had a $2 bill, my aunt collects them so I kindly asked if I could give them a $5 bill for the $2 bill. The barista that was attending me was very sweet and said yes. She gave me consent to trade the bills and as I was going to get the $1 bill, another barista raised her voice at both, me and the other barista, saying I could not grab the bill because it was against the policy. I asked her why that wasn’t allowed and she kept saying it was store policy. I respected that and kept my $5 and left the $2 there in the jar. She was very rude to me and kept saying it was illegal to do that. Even though I didn’t understand why, I was still respectful and kind to her. I expected the same in return but unfortunately, she was extremely rude and I was very upset about it. I work in customer service as well and follow policies too which is why I didn’t argue with her or anything, but as an employer, it is still your responsibility to be nice to customers. I felt very upset about the situation and just left. I didn’t even get the chance to get her name but I wanted to let your company know that this experience was horrible and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This location is great, so modern and nice. I am so happy to have a Starbucks in Provo. It is busy and it takes a while to get a drink. The parking isnt great because the drive-through line will go all the way around the parking lot blocking access to parking spots. Provo needs more Starbucks, but I am so happy we have this one.

More than just a Starbucks! 💫 I cannot express how kind and incredible the employees at this Starbucks are. They are so sweet and have such good energy! It’s one of my favorite places to go when I have a bad day. Today they even gave me a free brownie for no reason! Still the excellent Starbucks that we know and love (the caramel crunch frappe is my current favorite drink) but with excellent energy and kind employees, it’s the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone should go here!

My favorite part of the day is stopping by here and getting an iced chi with vanilla and pumpkin sweet cream! The baristas are always so friendly and are always quick to get your order out! The consistency of the drinks are are always great. However, it can be pricey. I don’t think it’s necessary to charge $1.00 for pumpkin sweet cream.

Katea helped us with our order today, it had been a beast of a day. She not only was friendly and well trained on drinks, she let us vent about the frustrations that were having. If you want a model of training that will bring people into your store, you might want to have Katea as your baritsa guide. We will only visit this Starbucks now.

Just bought two Grande Lattes both of which only had a single shot of espresso. Disappointing! Went back today (a day later) and they comped us our order to make it right. Excellent staff! Will be making this a daily!

Huge credit to the new team at this new Starbucks! They are lightning fast, incredibly kind (how are yous, etc. when you get to the drive in), and accurate. I also heard them trying to learn the names of regulars, which I thought was totally above & beyond. Delighted to have them, and cant wait for it to be safe to go in and sit in what looks like a gorgeous space. Until then, Ill gladly take my trips that take less than 5 minutes. Theyre the best.

So far my experience with this location has been great. The staff is friendly and I love the positive energy here, even in the morning. Drinks always taste on point and I say this as an ex-barista. I’ve only had one occasion where I had to switch my drink for a new one but the service has always been good. My only negative thing is they occasionally close for random periods, which I don’t understand. I’m wondering if it might be a COVID-related situation? I went by today and they had a closed sign outside, kind of strange. Other than that I hope everything is cool! It’s been a great experience so far.

Nice modern atmosphere where you can come and sit with someone or by yourself and relax. They currently have some social distancing protocols in place, but I dont think theyre being super strict about enforcing those guidelines. Thats the one downside I saw while I was there.

We went to order yesterday around 2:30 and we don’t really go to star bucks so we asked some simple questions and they were basically making fun of us. Sounded like a boy over the headset, the cashier was a girl though.

Great experience. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, so I told the barista I wanted something with a lot of caffeine, sweet, and was cheap. I know this wasn’t the most convenient order, but Asher was very patient, kind, and helpful through the drive through order process. And since it was on christmas eve I extra appreciated the good service since it would have been easy for said employee to be frustrated with my complicated order, but they were super nice and helpful!

It was okay but the dt lady chatted with her friend at the drive-thru for 10 min. Not cool.

I’m actually MAD. The night before I came here but you were closed, yet on Google you said you were open. NVM, today I came again at 1:30 PM and of course on Google still say you’re open but what’s actually wrong with you?? You’re closed for what reason? I drove all the way from my house for what!? Take care of your business like it’s not a joke pls. If you’re closed then update your Google telling everyone you’re closed so they don’t WASTE time coming here to look at this close sign with no explanation or when you’ll be back in business

I never get my drink right been buying Starbucks for years and never had been so disappointed like I am my coffee is always cold or warm not hot I ask for dark roast and get medium or light seriously and today I asked for a grande dark roast with extra shot and the girl made me a pour over and before asked me if I wanted a decaf like what? And on top it was cold

Arrived 25 minutes before closing. Drive thru was closed with green cones blocking and pretty much all the lights were turned off.

I wish my local Starbucks was open after 10 pm but it not. Got to see what this new Starbucks look like. Too bad inside wasnt open.

Drive thru lady was very nice and we got the order pretty fast.

This place always has the nicest, friendliest baristas. I dont normally like small talk while ordering, but theyre all just so darn genuine

The frappes here always taste like just plain ice when I get them here I don’t know why it hasn’t always been like that. I’d recommend taking the extra ten minutes to drive to the Orem Starbucks cause this one is trash with its inconsistent drink quality.

Had me pay for my refreshers before telling me they were out of berries. The berries are my favorite part. Looks like I just bought $10 worth of waters. Thanks.

The people here are AMAZING. They seem genuinely interested in how my day is going and they start my day off on a positive note before I go to work. Plus, they make the best caramel macchiato out of all the Starbucks Ive ever been to! :)

Good evening, Provo. I must declare that the experience I had while in the drive-thru line of Starbucks was not completely satisfactory. The line was long. They were out of apple based products. They were also out of peppermint. While I understand shortages (after all, we are in the midst of a global pandemic), I was surprised of this shortage. In a city like Provo, coffee is not in as high demand as say, any other city in America. This is Mormonville, after all.After conceding, I resorted to their hot chocolate. It is quite bitter and honestly tastes like they threw burnt crisps in the beverage. As President Trump would say, “SAD!”But despite the long line, lack of tasty products, and the overall costliness of Starbucks, the woman who attended to me was quite kind. She was the only good thing about this place.Adieu.

Parking was slightly annoying since the drive thru will block you until someone nice lets you back out of your spot.The male worker (younger -blonde hair) was very rude when my drink was ready. Maybe it was a bad day for him, or maybe he needed a break to cool his head and be more relaxed?

I love Starbucks but this location was so rude. It was my boyfriends birthday and for some reason the app couldn’t load to show his birthday drink reward. We had ID to show it was his birthday and they still wouldn’t honor it. The employee was just giving us excuses instead of trying to make his day. I’m so blown away at the lack of sympathy or understanding.

I’ve come to this location 3 or 4 times now, and EVERY SINGLE TIME my drink has had absolutely no flavor. Today I paid $6 for what was supposed to be a chai Frappuccino, instead it tastes like blended water and almond milk. I’m so annoyed.

This place is packed constantly and has the worst parking lot system ever. Its nearly impossible to back out of the parking lot if theres a line in the drive thru or even reach a parking space. The coffee is good and staff is friendly but the place is really busy being right next to BYU so make sure to order ahead and give yourself extra time in case theyre backed up.

We go to Starbucks a lot, this is the best one in the area. Quick drive thru service and drinks made perfectly.

I love starbucks. And I know that this location is super busy, and since the drive thru was packed, I decided to go inside. Ordered a venti toasted mocha, and proceeded to wait. Thirty minutes later, and after multiple people after me got their drinks, I got mine. I understand when its busy, or if theyre short staffed and ask me to be patient. 30 minutes is a long time.

This Starbucks is the BEST one I have ever been to. They are always so kind and do their best to make the customer happy. On multiple occasions the worker at the window has introduced themselves to us and said it was a pleasure to meet us. I can express enough how kind the workers are at the Provo location. They never seem annoyed which is something I have experienced at other locations. They also always give my dog a puppuccino and that just makes it that much better. Thank you provo Starbucks for making just going through a drive through a pleasurable experince! You guys are the best!!!
