This jiffy lube is hands down the best in the valley! I’ve been to several and this one was by far the cleanest and most efficient with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

The definition of a neighborhood car shop. They aren’t pushy. They will consult with you on what to do and what not to do. Filled up my tires with air for free last week and were so happy to just help that I came back in today to have them to replace my tires rather than taking my car to the Mercedes dealership. And they are putting the exact same tires on for WAY less than the Mercedes dealership. I’m sold on going here for everything I ever need in the future.

Every experience that Ive had with this Jiffy Lube team has been extremely positive. Ive consistently been impressed with their friendliness and efficiency. Seeing as I know very little of cars, Ive always appreciated how they simplify their explanations to my level of understanding, and more importantly for me, Ive never felt any pressure to buy a service that I wasnt planning on from them. If theres ever an issue I wasnt aware of, theyve presented the benefit of fixing it, been honest about the cost, and then left the decision to me. If I ever didnt have the means to fix the problem in the moment, I never felt pushed to get it done then and there. I definitely recommend this team as one to trust!

Work done quickly and they always inform me about any other work I can do but I passed this time because of time commitment. I like their waiting room, always clean.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and went back to work. Left them my name and number, and never received a phone call after 2 and a half hours. Pulled up to Jiffy Lube after getting a ride from a co-worker and it took them 15 minutes to get someone to the register so I could pay, even after letting a worker know I was there to pick up my truck. After paying for the service, somehow my emergency parking brake was messed with and it got activated. They messed with the pull line and didnt put it back. Also noticed that they didnt put the sticker inside the truck to let me know when the next oil change was due.... Had to take it back to Jiffy Lube for them to fix the hassle they created. Poor effort on Jiffy Lubes part. I know its little things but those little things lead to bigger problems on customers vehicles.

Fast, efficient, and great employees. i went there today after a desperate need for an oil change and they took my right in and i was out in less then an hour. all the workers were nice and gave me and update on everything going on with my car and broke it down for my understanding. will definitely come back to this Jiffy Lube!

They walk you through a screen of all of the options with their prices and dont force you to do anything to your car even if they recommend it, so you have full control of what all they do for your car as long as you pay attention. They are quick and cleaned the inside of the car for no extra charge. It was about $80 before a coupon for an oil change and coolant refill. I got the lowest synthetic blend oil, so Im sure it would have been cheaper if I had asked them to do the lowest quality oil in general.

They got me in super fast. Very friendly service. Never have trouble when I come to them.

I had already stopped by two other Jiffy Lube in Lindon and Orem. Both were over an hour wait. I needed gas so I checked where the closest Jiffy Lube was. I completely spaced this new location. This was a great experience.

Came in at 9:30am for a tire repair that I was told would take 15-20 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. There were two other cars in the garage when we got there. In the 2 hours we were there, about 5 other customers besides the original 2 came and went. No explanation was given while we sat in the lobby or when they finally finished. Not sure Ill be coming back to this jiffy lube in the future.

Great service. Very careful and helpful. I usually change my own oil, but I was out of time this go round. I take my car to another garage for most service issues I cant resolve at home but Jiffy found some stuff I did not know about and their price was lower than my regular guys. Cool cool.

Very friendly shared that there was a broken sway bar on vehicle and gave me detailed advice on where to fix it. I could tell they were giving me actual helpful advice.

The told me that they would have my brakes done in an hour and a half but I waited for 4 and a half hours. . I was late for my mother’s birthday and I had to show up in my gross dirty work clothes cause they took so long to do my truck and they had so many workers and very few cars to work on. They all started cleaning up the shop and taking the garbage out before finishing my truck.

They were very thorough and honest. Will definitely go back again!

It took me two tries to get in- the first time they had almost a three hour wait, so I left. But when I did get in, the service was great! I was in and out in half an hour. Kendall was super awesome at explaining everything to me, and helped me fill out the information I couldnt find on the paperwork. I definetly will be coming back!

The service was fast and the younger guy who helped us was very nice and personable. They didnt try to upsell us for any service we werent there for, which I greatly appreciate. Technicians were smiling, even when not interacting with customers. The waiting room was clean, didnt smell like old oil, the chairs had obviously been cleaned very recently, and the prices were fair. We used to go to a different jiffy lube but this one has won my business. The guy who helped us even opened the door for both my daughter *and* me, which was a nice parting touch.

The individual (David H.) who greeted me on arrival today when I visited the provo location was the absolute best customer service representative I’ve had at Jiffy Lube to date. He was informative, attentive and very respectful to everyone he interacted with. When I got home, I noticed the glovebox wasn’t closing properly so I drove back and he greeted me, took responsibility and fixed it in seconds. Completely honest, kind and calm individual who knew how to handle a potentially stressful situation.

The assistant manager and employees were super helpful. Not too pushy but great at providing important safety issues to consider! They got me in and out quickly and gave me the best deal based on the coupons I Brought!

First, I came in for an emissions test and they proceeded to do an oil change. Thankfully, they hadn’t gotten too far into it before we noticed. Second, I was then sitting in the lobby and heard raised voices and swearing coming from the bays. I saw the assistant manager (Lindon, I believe was his name) verbally accosting one of his employees, to the point that he was in his face and another technician had to come physically separate them. What the what?! All of us in the lobby lost interest in what was playing on the TV and just watched the entertainment in the bays. It was truly bad. The most unprofessional display I’d ever seen. Those employees deserve better leadership. Jiffy Lube corporate: SOS.

This shop has an amazing crew of hard workers that are sincere in their efforts to work with the customer in an efficient and affordable manner. If I express concerns of costs, they will find a solution that meets my needs.

They were very nice and accommodating. They even told me I didn’t need a tire rotation when I thought I did. I like honesty! But they said they vacuumed and cleaned the windows and they didn’t. My car needed a quick vacuum and I was disappointed that the paperwork said it was completed and it wasn’t.

They got me in quickly. But they weren’t too sure on how to use a car warranty that covers oil changes. They also told me they vacuumed my car when in fact they didn’t at all. When I asked about it, he just said oh sorry. But other then that for the oil changed quick and fast.

Fast, easy. Dropped my car off and they took care of it . Would recommend to anyone . Staff is friendly and service is superior

The work was fine but the technician was filthy. My steering wheel was black, the gear shift was greasy, the inside upper door was greasy, the door handle was very very greasy, and worst of all there were grease stains on the carpet. I have enjoyed Jiffy Lube in the past and will continue going there but never again to this location. Horrible experience. They failed my emissions inspection incorrectly, I took my car to Big O and they did it correctly in half the time. Then they wouldn’t refund me. Never going back to this location or any jiffy lube.

This place conned me out of $90. Dont go here. First They charged me 150 for registration but my car is over 3 years old so it shouldve been 110, also i paid partially in cash and part on card but the whole bill showed up on my bank account so whoever checked me out just pocketed the cash i gave him. Dont go here.

I come here for my scheduled oil changes and it works out pretty well. Most recently they warrantied a radiator for me when it broke during a coolant flush. I appreciated their efforts to source the replacement overnight and make sure my car wasnt out of commission for too long.

Very helpful and respectful. Was able to print out all recommendations for me and went through them together before I approved them. Keep providing me recommendations and review them with me and you have my business.

They’re quick and they do a great job. Most places bug you about upgrading and trying to sell you everything but that isn’t the case here. And for me that is something I appreciate.

Very disappointed with the service.My wife and I got there at 11:40am; at 1:20pm we got our car back with just the emission checked. We asked for a general check, transmission, oil, breaks, etc. For more than one hour we were setting in the facility and no one came to inform us that our car was “ready”. The oil was not changed, they checked the breaks and informed us that it’s time to change it. However, we were sitting there for a while and none came to ask if they could change the breaks, they said if we wanted to change it we needed to rescan the car all over again. What was the point of the wait?I think they are competent, but extremely disorganized.

The gentleman workers at jiffy lube on North University are the most thoughtful and honest people. Ive been 3 times with questions regarding spark plugs and coils and car registration wavior. They walked me thru what I should do. Then I went for a second opinion. Went back to Jiffy lube and they confirmed my suspicion towards another car place estimate. They said they could not fix cadyalic converter and advised me to be careful, as some places arent honest. I had the run around for 3 weeks. I finally went to the state emissions. Where Chris diagnosed correctly and gave me referrals. Im very impressed with Jiffy lube and state emissions.

Clean, well-maintained facility, great service, and a very fair price. Friendly staff, they are helpful for pointing out warning areas that may need preventative maintenance, and will even refer you to a mechanic if your vehicle needs service beyond their capabilities. The waiting lobby is nice and there is free WiFi.

I had my oil and spark plugs changed and brake looked at. It was a wonderful experience, Joe was super helpful and kind. Wasn’t pressured to get anything done that I didn’t want and everything was explained in a way that I could understand!

This was probably the best auto care service I’ve ever received. I was greeted immediately and taken care of quickly. Their staff was so polite- thanked me for coming and just so friendly. The service was very quick and the waiting area was nice and clean. So impressed!

The employee I interacted with was very courteous and polite. I left feeling happy and confident with the service I had received. However, that changed after I looked over the receipt. I had asked for a simple oil change. They went through a list of additional services, which I declined. Clearly it’s my fault for not asking more questions about what they were doing but I thought when I declined the additional services I was ONLY getting an oil change. I had looked online prior to my arrival and they offered a coupon for their “Signature Service Oil Change” but I didn’t want to pay for extras I didn’t need. I ended up paying full price for this anyways and then several of the services weren’t done or were done poorly and not worth the money. My windows were obviously not cleaned, my windshield wiper fluid was still empty, and they only vacuumed the mat at the driver’s feet. These are just the things I could easily see weren’t done as I drove home. I’m skeptical they did anything on the “service checklist” they claim to have completed. They cleared the “change oil” message my car had been giving me so I’m hoping they did at least perform the simple oil change I wanted.

This location was fast, thorough and low pressure. I will definitely use this location again!

Had an oil change and an emissions test done. I think I was in and out in under 30 minutes! They even set the time in my car...I was still an hour behind. The only thing that was strange was the young man who spoke with me...he always said ‘if you follow me over here real fast!’ They were definitely very focused on speedy service 😃

The service was pretty good. They took a very long time which was uncomfortable given there were 3 people out of the 5 of us not wearing masks. There were two signs that I noticed saying face masks were required. The space was small and I had my 1 year old with me who was exposed to these people not wearing masks since he is too young to wear a mask. It was rude and selfish of the customers but also really irresponsible of the employees walking these unmasked customers into the lobby and not asking them to put a mask on in respect to others around. I was very unimpressed.

Jiffy lube is always a great option for all of your auto care needs, even though they do occasionally over charge. They fixed a rock chip for me while I waited, didn’t charge me for it, sent me on my way in about 45 minutes (which is what they told me to begin with so that’s totally great). Only thing I have to complain about is the restroom. DO NOT go to the bathroom at this location unless you’re the only one there or if it’s an emergency. The reason is because whatever happens in the bathroom will be amplified and broadcasted to everyone in the lobby due to the acoustics of the building. Other than that, wonderful establishment, great staff, good service.
