Went in to get my brother in laws alignment cleaned up and have tires rotated. When they got done they told me the control arms needed replacing and wanted to charge me somewhere around $400 per arm, total was $1000 with labor... This is a $50-$150 part. I didnt care to deal with it and the price was bad so I told my brother in law to take it to another shop. He went to two shops and they both told him the control arms were completely fine.

Brought in my car because it was making sounds so loud even my wife could hear it on freeway and she is hard of hearing. Guy behind counter said he couldnt test it out on the freeway. Handed me the keys and shrugged his shoulders. This is not how you diagnose an issue professionally. Best to take your car to better professionals who at least seem to care

Just left the East bay location Ryan just saved $1100.00, and completed my issue for free!I got a bolt in my tire, took it to Discount, since that is where my husband bought the tires. I was told it was not fixable and I would need new tires, it was in the middle of the tire not the sidewall. I left Discount with a Ill think about it, drove to Les Schwab and they fixed it no problems and said everything was fine and free. Thank you Ryan!

We stopped into the Les Schwab in Provo to have our motorhome tires evaluated before continuing our journey to Yellowstone. We discovered early on in our trip that we had some outside wear on our front tires. Jonathon could have sold us new tires, but instead was honest and assured us that we were OK to travel and to just keep an eye on them and have them looked at again when we returned to Phoenix. Angela Schwab even called us and left a voicemail wishing us safe and happy travels! Great place. We’d be back if we lived in the area when the time came to purchase new tires.

Went and waited in line for 20 minutes today. There were 3 people in line with one lady working the counter and a guy sitting at a desk behind the counter. After 20 minutes of waiting and the girl at the counter answering the phone over and over again helping them, looking things up for them. Instead of helping the people that were in the store waiting in line I decided to leave. This level of service is terrible. A phone call should not come over the customers who are already there waiting. Plus I still have no idea what the guy at the desk was doing. He stood up multiple times like he was going to come help but just sat back down. Will not go here again

I had a great experience visiting this Les Schwab. When we pulled up Jesus came right to our my door to find out what he could do to help. When I told him I thought the back tire was out of balance he said okay Ive got it from here. We got out, he jumped in and took it right in the shop. Jesus came in about a minute after I sat down and asked me to look at both back tires which were worn down to the steel belt on the inner edges. We went in and were greeted by Jason who went over our paperwork from the last set if tires we bought. He discounted the new tires because of the mileage warranty on the worn ones. They got the new tires on in no time. As I was signing the paperwork Jason gave me the pair of Valeo windshield wipers that I had asked about earlier for my pickup. Just gave them to me! I really appreciated that he recognized that I am a loyal Les Schwab customer. Thanks again Jason.

LIterally the worst Tire Center ever. I came in to change my battery, but they ended messing up my car. They then made me pay for a tow truck to get my car towed to another car repair shop. I literally had to rent a car for a week because of Les Scwabs carelessness. They said they would pay for any damage they have caused, but they are only offering to pay half and are not returning my phone calls. My stereo system is also broken now too. DO NOT COME HERE!

I just want to give a shout out to these guys! One of my company vehicles had a flat due to a big nail in the tire. They got us in and out so fast we didnt even have to alter schedules or anything and they didnt even charge us for the repair. I really appreciate their friendly service, and kindness and consideration for a small local business. They took care of our needs perfectly! These guys will take care of you!

They have been nothing but great to me. I always show up first thing in the morning and they are always ready and welcoming. 90% of the time I walk out with my issue resolved without it costing me a penny. I would highly recommend this location.My only complaint is that they have a TV that is always on in their waiting area - it’s a little annoying when I’m trying to read.

Amazing staff! I brought in a tire to get patched and they didnt even charge me for the repair! They were very quick as well. I believe it was only 15 min and they called me saying that it was finished.

Hate to give 1 star. Buy 4 new tires and they dont align and dont tell you! They want another 150 dollars.

I went in yesterday for a brake check and was told my brakes were down to 1/32 and needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. I was also told the same thing with my tires. They quoted me with over $800 of repairs that needed to be done as soon as possible. I took my car in to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told that my brakes/tires were fine. Every time I go to this store I feel taken advantage of as a female college student.Update: I tried to follow up per the email below and the email address was invalid.

Made an appointment prior to taking my car in. Took 3 hours to do tire rotation and brake inspection....they didn’t take my car back for an hour or so and then another two just to do those two things. Will not return to this location. Orem location is much quicker!!!!!

I took my friend to have his tire repaired or replaced under the Free Peace of Mind Tire Protection warranty. They said it was not repairable and they would not replace the tire. I had to drive him there and waste my time for them to tell us it wasnt repairable when we already knew that. We just wanted it replaced under warranty because it was covered. Thanks for wasting my time Les Schwab! I have never done business with you because every time I do a proce check on your tires it is way more expensive than anywhere else. I guess that doing the right thing doesnt really matter!

Great service from this location. My wife and I get off work late and cant always make it mechanics, banks and other places that close at 6. I believe Tyson helped us. He was so friendly even though they were about to close. They got us a new set of tires and they were so fast and professional about it. We will definitely be taking our business here.

We had low tire pressure and the website mentioned free air, so we pulled around back to fill up. An attendant came over and told us we could pull up front and he would fill them up with a better hose with higher pressure. Very kind. Thank you!

Of all the car services franchise or otherwise with the exception of people I know personally I have felt that they offer true honest service to the need of the car. The free inspections and quotes are helpful. As with anywhere there usually is a wait time.

Went in to get new lug nuts for my tire and they broke off the screw that connects the lug nuts to the tire and wanted me to pay for it. Not very honest wouldn’t recommend going there. Although their waiting room was playing HGTV which I loved and is why they get 2 stars.Went back still had to pay.

So grateful for this place. They fixed my wheel bearing way cheaper than any other place would. Only complaint was that it took longer than expected and they didnt communicate to me that the car would stay overnight. Will be using them again, though!

Today I had Litteraly one of the best customer service experience times of my life. From a guy named John. I had a flat I asked if they could put my spare on I didn’t have my wallet on me and they did it free of charge! True holiday generosity. Obviously I need new tires and on payday I’m heading to them. I was thinking about going to discount tire. They sold me 6/5 star review.

Great customer service a little pricy on tires but it seems like the warranty on the tires should make up for the pricyness of the tires.

Had an appointment at 4 for a tire rotation, if there is an hour wait, a notice to reschedule from them would have been good service. Getting to mine at 5:00 when I was on time or early to my appointment just feels wrong. I go here for a tire rotation knowing Im going to get a 3 sec evaluation that my tires are garbage and a quote on new tires. I shouldnt have to wait an hour to be sold to, especially since I made an appointment.

Incredible customer support! We’re from the Midwest on vacation so we had no experience or knowledge of the Les Schwab organization. We picked up a screw in a tire at 11:30pm the prior evening while driving in Provo, Utah. Put on the spare tire and looked online for local tire shops to get the tire repaired the next day. I chose Les Schwab based on location and a few online reviews and made an appointment for 9am the next morning. I arrived shortly after 8 am and was immediately greeted after walking in the door. They were able to get started right away. The tire was fixed, put back on the truck, the spare was re-mounted under the bed of the truck, and TPS reset. All this in under 30 minutes!! I then discovered that there would be NO CHARGE!! Totally unexpected but Awesome and very much appreciated! I decided I needed to post a review. So, I started by finding the store web page where I discovered that the person that made the repairs was John the store manager! Wow! I’m very impressed with the service and my experience with the Provo, Utah store. Thank you for making this vacation episode painless!

Fast and friendly service. Ive been using Les Schwab for the last 15 years and I have had a great experience. Some stores have different employees therefore a different quality at different times. Overall I would recommend them to take care of your vehicles tires, breaks, and wheels.

Ran over a blade and got a hole in my tire. Drove it on a spare to this location and they got right to work. I was only there for 30 minutes or less. Staff was friendly and got it taken care of quickly and free of charge.

Is there anything above 5 stars because they deserve it. When I had a flat tire and I wasnt even a customer they fixed it for me and fix the tire nicer then what it was before. There is nothing I would change with how they do things. If you ever need a fast and quick and quality service and product this is the place to go

I never leave these reviews, but I HAD to because the service was above and beyond. We live in Massachusetts and were out visiting family. We had purchased a Ford 350 and were going to drive it 2500 miles back. On Friday night, we slid into a ditch and hit a culvert. Saturday, I called around to get an alignment. Les Schwab was recommended by another shop who wasnt able to do it. John was our technician. He was amazing. They didnt have a part and said it would be Monday. I explained our travel situation and he called to get the part we needed and said that even though they closed at 5:30 pm, he would stay until the job was done. He did a amazing job. It drove perfectly all the way across the US. John cared about us and our situation and went out of his way to accommodate us no matter how much time it took.I cant say enough good about Les Schwab and especially John and the care he took. Thank you again!

Ive taken in my truck a few times and still have issues with the steering that wore down my tires. Ive also had to replace warranty shocks that they had on the computer but billed me regardless. And i do still have both work orders within a year.

I ask if they take Snap the lady at the counter said that she didnt know what it was and that she cant take payments other than a credit card I just came from Midvale Les Schwab and told the that all of their locations takes snap, Ive noticed that this location in Provo dont know how to help and I questioned of these employees know what theyre doing.

Jason and his team are extremely efficient, fair, and great at taking care of all my needs. I am gong over to pick up my trailer and on the way plan to call my next door neighbor and recommend that he sees Jason and his team for all of his tire needs. Whenever I need my tires serviced, I come to Les Schwab. Twice in the past year theyve patched up my damaged tires at no cost. Their mechanics and customer service people are kind, helpful, and trustworthy. I have not bought tires there, but my friend who originally recommended them to me has, and he was pleased with the price and quality of his tires. They will forever have my business. :)

Thy never have time to rotate your tires. They always have time to sell you tires but if you need service like a “free rotation” there is always an hour plus wait. Service is poor. They don’t take appointments for tire service. The same story at other Les Schwab stores. I guess they don’t want your tires to last, so they can sell you more. Best to go to local independent tire shops. They can give you as good of prices and will actually service your tires.

Ive been treated with a lot of courtesy each time Ive gone in and Ive never felt rushed to make a decision about what services to get or what recommendations to follow. Theyve been quick about doing tire rotations and other services. The other day I went in to get a leak checked in one of my tires and they fixed it free of charge! Made my day; two thumbs up.

I busted two of my tires that I got from Les Schwab in December this last weekend. I had my car towed into them and they replaced both tires without question. The services and warrantees that Les Schwab includes with their tires makes this company the best tire company you can be a customer of. I appreciate the quick help from Jason and his staff

They did good work, but I was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes for them to change my lug nuts. I planned things around that time.Then it took over 2 1/2 hours for the job to get done. If I had known that, I would have taken the bus home and got things done there.Theyve got to tell their customers the real time that itll take to finish a car, not just guess at it.

Les Schwab provided excellent service and value on my recent brake repair. I began noticing problems with my brakes recently and decided to take my car in to Les Schwab because I heard about the free brake inspections. In less than an hour they had the quote ready and a description of what needed to be done.I was impressed by how professional the staff was. I have experienced other mechanics in Provo who are very aggressive and belittling when you want to take time to think about repairs, whether to do more research or shop around for other quotes. Les Schwab was the opposite; no pressure whatsoever. They were very understanding and polite in letting me find out more and shop around before scheduling a repair.After the inspection I was told I would need a replacement of both front brake pads and rotors in my 1997 Honda Accord. They quoted me a price of $350. Other shops in the area quoted the same service from $420 - $480. After some additional research online I confirmed that this was a fair price and scheduled the appointment.What really impressed me the most was what prompted me to write this review. While performing the repair the mechanics discovered that the rotors were in better condition than previously thought and would not need to be replaced. Though they could have easily replaced the rotors anyway and not said anything (as I had already agreed on the quote), they instead resurfaced the existing rotors and saved me $120. The final cost of the repair was $230 and I couldnt be happier.Thank you Les Schwab for being both professional and honest. Rest assured that I will continue to bring my vehicles here when I need something done and that I will recommend the same to friends.

You just cant beat EXCELLENT! I drove past a lot of Auto and Tire shops to get to this location. We had a great experience traveling thru Reno with a Les Schwab and Im happy to say the same experience with the Provo folks. Many thanks for such a great service and products!

Took my truck here to get a tire alignment. When our truck came back the steering wheel was slightly off center and pulling to the left a bit.Took it back the next day without any issues and they fixed it right up for me.All the staff I dealt with was super friendly also.Everyone makes mistakes, but i appreciated that it was super easy and no hassle to get the issue resolved.

We have been long time customers and they came through for us big time yesterday. We had a flat tire that couldnt be repaired and they were able to find another used tire that worked. They hooked me up with some tires, and now I have tires. Big plus here: they have popcorn in the waiting area, and it has the great smell of tires when you walk in. Idk if youre into that kind of thing, but me personally, I like the smell. Also the guy helping me out was sincere and recommended the cheapest option, which I felt was really generous because idk that much about tires and he could have scalped me and I wouldnt have known better. I love the service here. The managers are amazing especially John. Any issue I had with the tires and such they are quick to assess the problem and help me out. I definitely recommend them as the place to get tires. The tires are a little more pricy but the warranty and quality outweigh the price difference. Plus popcorn!

Used to be a great place. My Dad took his truck there to get aligned. Five minutes later the tech came back and said that he needed new ball joints and wouldnt perform the alignment unless they could replace them. Dad told them to take it off the rack. He took it to another place. The mechanics could not find a problem with the ball joints and aligned the truck. Good to go with someone else. I hate when mechanics try to get more from you than what you need. This wasnt the first time either. No more service from me.

I have an old white Grand Am and my brakes failed the safety test this year. Les Schwab was the only place that could see me before next week, so I was happy to try their services. They adjusted my brakes, but I failed a second time. The staff at Les Schwab were great to help me-they adjusted my brakes again for free. I really appreciate their going above and beyond to help me out. Really, a pleasure doing business with them.
