1 of the few places around that will resurface brake drums and rotors. I brought mine in off my truck and they took care of them in under an hour. This saved me about $ 100 in new parts. Very grateful- will return 👍🏻

Mitchell’s garage was the best! Hands-down! Where everybody is making people wait for up to two months these guys got me in and out so fast. I was told by other mechanics that I needed about 3000+ dollars worth of repairs. They quickly responded back that it wasn’t anything more than a new fan and and hose that was needed. A few hundred bucks and I was back on the road. Professional, competent and honest… I won’t take my car anywhere else.

My car broke down on the trip from California to Utah and on my way to Provo I called Chad and he said I could drop off the vehicle and he would be able to look at it by Wednesday or Thursday. He ended up exceeding expectations calling me Wednesday morning informing me of the issue and then telling me my car would be ready by that afternoon. This shop really was a lifesaver and completed the repair for a very reasonable price including some services for free.

Traveling through Provo from Oregon to Colorado, the engine on my 2016 Honda CRV lost power on the freeway and the check engine light plus others lit up. After looking at the reviews for local Honda dealers that were not stellar, I found Mitchell Garage with some wonderful reviews. Even though they already had a full schedule, they fit my car in, figured out what the problems were, fixed them, and got me back on the road. While there, I witnessed Chad take care of other people’s vehicle emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and take care of customers, all with a smile. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by Chad and the technicians was something I have never seen at any dealership. Their pricing was also fair. My only regret is that I live way too far away to take my vehicle to them on a regular basis. All of the great reviews don’t do these guys justice.

Mitchell’s Garage is the best! I first went to them a few years ago for an overheating problem my car had after going to several mechanic shops. After years of spending money on repairs for this problem that never worked- the mechanics at Mitchell’s realized that the lid was the wrong size and that was why my coolant was leaking out. They gave me a new lid and I never had a problem with overheating since!I have a 1997 Honda Civic and it is an old car with all kinds of repairs that pop up. I go to Mitchell’s every time! We’ve done Axel Alignment, resonator/exhaust system welding, full tune ups with them. Fair prices and quick work!! Chad is great at explaining car stuff and has never made me feel foolish for what I don’t know. Thank you Mitchell’s!!

Mitchell Garage services have always been fairly priced, the mechanics have been honest with us through the years about what really needs to be done & what can wait, & they do excellent work. They are busy because they are good, so sometimes it takes a little longer to get an appointment for them to start on a repair if its going to be a bigger job & not something minor that they can do the same day, but theyll tell you if thats the case. They also follow up with you to make sure what they did took care of the problem. The last repair they did for us was a head gasket job, cleaning out the engine & replacing the radiator on one of our cars. The car runs really smoothly now and there are no overheating problems. We are glad we found this place when we moved to Utah 28 years ago!

I was having engine problems that they were able to fix (turned out to be a #3 spark plug). But it was expensive. Over $700 for 6 spark plugs (they said I should replace all six, even though I’d just replaced #2 a couple weeks before), two air filters that they said were necessary, and they said my battery died when it was there so I had to replace that too. So...it’s great that my car works but it was a ton of money for some basic work...but I was desperate.

I had a great experience here! They fixed my car fast and were honest and dependable. I will be taking my car here from now on!

I scheduled an emissions test with Mitchell Garage several days ahead so I could register my car. I arrived at the scheduled time and Chad was friendly and helpful. He estimated the test would take 30 minutes to an hour so I sat down to wait. He came back in 15 minutes later saying he was done. I had a really great experience and I am grateful for Mitchell Garages help.

I was traveling in Provo, far from home, when the engine check light came on. I contacted my mechanic, who referred me to Mitchell Garage. I called Chad, and he worked me in first thing in the morning. He did a scan and a visual inspection, and we determined that I could safely travel home. I made it safely, took the car to my mechanic, and they repaired a small vacuum system leak. I was very pleased with Chad’s work and how easy it was to get in and out. I recommend him strongly. Mitchell Garage was friendly, helpful, quick and fair. They got my tire fixed up in no time and were very helpful. My only complaint is the employees were not wearing masks. There was plexiglass, at least, but the CDC and health departments agree that plexiglass is not a replacement for a mask. There is a statewide mask mandate, and being helped by a person not wearing a mask made me uncomfortable, nervous, and feel like they did not truly value employee or customer safety.I would give you this place 5 stars if they would mask up!

I went in for a pre sale inspection, and an alignment. I do most of my own car maintenance, but this was stuff I couldnt do on my own/didnt have the time for. The cost was very reasonable, the people I talked to were very personable, and overall it was pleasant and easy. They found the source of a vibration I had told them about and fixed it without needing new parts, only charging me for half an hour of labor, which I very much appreciate.When I went to pick up the car the guy at the front counter insisted my car had one kind of transmission when it didnt, and said my tires were ok when they were just about to hit the legal limit, so I was a bit concerned about the lack of precision there. However, Id definitely recommend this place to people as the price and service were both great.

Mitchell’s Garage has always taken care of me. I had a road side guy come give me a jump because I left something on and he kept pushing and pushing to get me to buy a new battery. I took it to chad and he said he didn’t feel comfortable selling me a new battery right then because my old one was working just fine at the time. Fast forward a few months and the battery did actually die. They kept it on hand for me and put it in without a ton of hassle. They even showed me how it all worked and what caused it. It was really nice. On top of that, when I changed my oil, they replaced my cabin filter and my dealer has never mentioned it to me. My car smells 100% now! It’s worth it.I would recommend them for anything.

They’re always fair with their prices, let you k ow when they see other red flags that need attending, but ALWAYS ask before performing that work. I’ve had shops in the past that perform and tack on additional services without letting me know and then try to hold my vehicle hostage until I pay up for services I didn’t ask for. Mitchell’s Garage is always fair and they work very quickly to get me in and out and on my way without breaking my bank unnecessarily.
