Very Clean, well kept Storage Facility. Secure main entrance & access to elevators (both with codes required)! Absolutely NO worries about people getting in that shouldnt be there. They even have push carts for easily moving your items from the car, to the elevator, to your floor! Office Staff are all very friendly & helpful.VERY easy process to get signed up & start storing your items at their facility! They even have specials/discounts from time to time, on storage units to make it more affordable. Highly recommend Security Public Storage!

I just got started with this place a week ago. I did discover an issue with the dimensions of the unit. The nice lady working the desk did come to my unit to observe the measurements (it was off by ten sq. ft. out of 50), then found another unit to fit my needs better. She did a great job resolving the issue! That counts a lot!I surmise that when it was built, they made electronic measurements... maybe stick to an old-fashioned tape measure...if it aint broke, dont fix it.

The Staff is very knowledgeable about your needs and provides accurate estimates for space needed and accessibility, Super friendly and caring employees. Facility is exceptionally clean compared to the competition! Security level and program instills confidence, though nothing is ever an iron fortress, it does very well in this arena, along with a staff who will help back it up. I noticed renters also pickup after themselves to maintain a tight and cleanliness experience. Most everyone seems to be on the same page which is like having a supporting neighbor. The space is very clean and customer service is top notch. Everything is very secure as you need a code to go in and out and use the elevators. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you want storage for a good price with lots of security!

We recently needed to rent storage space to keep our furniture while we renovated our home. The 10’ x20’ space was perfect. The location is ideal also because it’s just a few blocks from our office.

They are noy very secure when some one can break in over the top of the unit get in though a side door and thats secure i dont think so i do not recommend this place stay away,,,,,I dont think wht you did is fair u kicked me out for something someone else did i did not know he had code, he stole it from my car when he stole my car how im i supposed to know this, and my alarm did not go off on my unit he climbed over the top of it to get in shows how little you know or look at your cameras

After finding a $10 fee on my account I called and was informed they cut the lock without notifying me, because it wasnt latched correctly. With a standard lock I purchased from their establishment, that literally just goes through a metal loop on the door, so I find that hard to believe. Also, this was after 5 months of the unit being untouched. I havent accessed the unit since September when I left for Texas. Now I have no way to know if my belongings are still locked away and safe, and Im having to pay to return to Portland just to check that nothing is missing. They have breached contract by cutting my lock without 48 hour written notice. With no reasonable explanation. Also theyre wildly expensive. Cant recommend.EDIT: They responded to this review asking me to call for no reason. They did nothing.

We arranged for a storage unit from 900 miles away with no hassles and almost no effort. The staff have been courteous and helpful. The unit and facilities look brand new and very well designed. So far it has been an outstanding experience!

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and security of this location. Access is remarkably efficient, quick, and painless. There are many access points and it made shuffling things to my unit very easy. The leasing process is transparent, simple, and 100% contact free. Ryan and staff were prompt and helpful in answering my questions— so despite not having any face to face contact, the customer service is also top notch.

I don’t post many reviews but credit is well deserved and worth sharing. I had a great personable and professional conversation about unit sizes and prices with both managers who I believe are Tianna and Ryan. Our moving plans are up in the air for now but will definitely be returning once everything is set in stone. They offer great discounts along with many unit sizes options. The place is clean and the Mangers held themselves and property to a high standard!

Very nice staff with a welcoming attitude to meet your needs. Clean clean clean...its amazing what shape and care they put forward to keep your belongings safe and sound. The only thing I can say that was disappointing was the lack of consistent information online and in person. It was not something I take lightly. If I. Am quoted a price and the unit is available I should not be told by another company staff that its not valid and I have only one choice they gave me. It was drastically different than the original guy. But I need to sustain the unit and so I am enclined to go with the flow.

I had a really great experience with this storage facility. The building and premises is totally secure and the units are temperature controlled and super clean. I am a wheelchair user and I had no trouble accessing my unit. The staff is super friendly and prompt with answering and returning phone calls. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Called to clarify a few things on a price. After that 2 phone calls over the weekend with annoying voice messages. My advice: if people need you, they will call you. And don’t bother people on a weekends. There are much better deals out there anyway.

I really appreciate all the help Carlos has given me! I rented a unit from California, and Carlos was very helpful in getting the right unit at the right price. There are no hidden fees like many other storage companies, and I can cancel at anytime with no fees. Its a convenient location off the Fremont Bridge with easy access, and the extra security at this facility is great. The building is new, ad there are carts to help you load and transport boxes, and conveniently located bathrooms. I want to thank Carlos for going the extra mile and helping me out of a tight spot. I was in Washington state, and became ill, and I called him and asked if he would accept the trailer that was due that day, and let them know where to park it, and he even put a lock on it, and I promised to pay for that as well as soon as I was able to get down there. Very good customer service indeed.

Easy sign up process and friendly staff. The unit is convenient to the Pearl and cheaper than most places there. My unit is easy to access and clean. Automatic payment option with my credit card takes the worry out of missing a bill

Clean facility, great security, and good service. I needed a climate-controlled storage unit and this one has worked great. There isnt even any dust on my antiques after three months.

The facility advertises 24/7 video surveillance. They dont have an after hours number, they dont have on site management available 24 hours, they have video cameras recording and nobody watching. If you go in late at night the facility will let you in but will not let you out. I literally had to call emergency services to get out of the storage unit.Bathrooms are constantly locked and not really available for public use, there are homeless camps all around the block, and no security company to monitor anything.

New facility ~ Very clean and state of the art security system. Great company to trust your belongings with, especially compared to the last storage facility I was at that had constant break in. Staff is really nice as well!

This was my first time ever needing storage and I was pleasantly surprised how awesome this company is. They helped me get the appropriate unit that would fit all my items while not over charging me like the other places I had contacted for quotes! I have been eyeballing this property throughout its construction and was thrilled to see they have finally opened their doors. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that each of their storage spaces had its own alarm. The staff was outgoing and eager to help me find the perfect space for my needs.

Not very satisfied with the service. I have movers to move my stuff to the storage, but I realized after I arrived to the storage that the access code for the gate was not activated. I had to pay for another movers other time. They made me pay twice as much for the movers. In addition of making me pay, I was supposed to travel the next day, but I had to change my day because of inactivated code!! The only thing they can say is sorry but really it doesn’t change anything.

I just signed up with Security Public Storage! They have by far the best rates in Portland, and are very affordable! Lindsey the Manager was very helpful, and made my moving transition effortless. They have autopay/online payment options, extended access hours, and every unit has an alarm on it! This place has awesome security features, and is extremely clean! Lindsey went above and beyond to find me a great unit, at a price I could afford. They gave me a new customer special for moving in this month as well. So happy I found this place!

Im late on my bill, I get it. But last monthI wrecked my car, broke my new phone, and lost my wallet with cash, cards, and most importantly my Drivers license. I even got a ticket for it. Rules say theyre not supposed to let me in and they have once already, but they wont now. This is different, my birth certificate is in there and HAVE to have it to get my drivers license. Cant even start my new job. CANT DO ANYTHING!!!

I rented a U-Haul truck through Security Public Storage two weeks ago for a move. Placing the reservation online was easy. The truck was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up so checking out didnt take very long, and it was clean and in good condition. Carlos was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly as he got me checked out. I especially appreciated his attention to detail in making sure I had all the information I needed to be able to check the truck back in online since SPS would be closed when I needed to return it. I highly recommend SPS for U-Haul rental!

Careful, you can get locked *IN*We are customers and generally happy. But watch. Their access hours are till 10PM. We entered the property @ 9:40 and tried to exit at 10:03PM. The gates were LOCKED! There is no way to contact anyone (no emergency contact). Called Portland (non emergency) Police and they arent able to help since its a private facility. They returned our call the next day to blame *us* telling us this was our fault and part of the contract.

I had such a great, easy experience getting a storage locker here! I will absolutely come back if I need a storage locker again!
