I had a great experience renting a unit today from Carmella, and Ari. They made the process quick, and easy. I started to reserve my unit online, they immediately called me, and invited me in to check out the unit. Great customer service! Carmella was very helpful at the end of the transaction helping me with a lock, and a bucket for moisture in the unit as well. One stop shop! Highly recommend if youre in the market for storage.

Solid rates for storage, no-hassle insurance, and the best front desk staff in the game. Yeah, the companys cool and has a nice app and storage around the country, but yoooo only NE Sandy has Carmela behind the wheel.Carmela is the funniest, most helpful person in Portland, and she made the storage process a breeze. She was a blast to work with and my roomie and I were cracking up with her. Miss her already, bless her heart.

Avi is the customer service gal that helped us get into a storage unit. She is very versed in her information she provided for us. We left with no questions except how to leave a review. She not only walked us up to the unit we were interested in, but she also explained how everything worked and called our unit the penthouse unit. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and made the move-in/move out process very easy for me. You can buy a lock from them for $20 or supply your own. You will need renters insurance or you can buy some from them. Its about $15/month. Space is clean, elevator is old, but it works!

Its super expensive but I like that its climate controlled. Its a safe place to keep your items.

Location and value brought us to use this facility for our recent move transition but what we hadn’t expected was to be delighted by the staff. It is rare today, in any business, to be treated with such professionalism and genuine customer service as we have, and continue to receive, from Avi and Lynn. They simply go out of their way to take care of their customers. They have gone the extra mile to help, with no hesitation or attitude, when issues arise. It’s a big old facility but they make it work because they work - with humor, a readiness to assist, resourcefulness and heart. I would never have thought I’d be writing such a review about a storage unit facility. It’s just space, right? But these two women make the difference and are stars. Five stars!

It has taken me a while to write this review because it has taken this long to write my review because I couldn’t (and still can’t) find the words to say how incredible Avi is. My move was extremely stressful and very unexpected. Avi sensed my anxiety and instantly made me feel comforted and safe. She walked me through step by step on how to navigate through the facility. She was always right there willing to answer any questions or help in any way she could. I hope I won’t need a storage facility any time soon but I will absolutely go back to this public storage over any other because of Miss Avi!

Decent customer service and rims good prices but they always seem to have issues with the elevator went to go on a camping trip with all my camping gear in storage and the elevator wasnt working so I couldnt get to my stuff out I end up having to buy a new tent and supplies for my trip which was a huge added cost I wasnt prepared for

I recently reserved storage space here. After arriving, the property manager, Monte, made us feel very welcome. The space I reserved turned out to be too small. Monte quickly located a larger unit for us and helped me get the online rate. He was professional and courteous, yet funny and exhibited that Portland “ vibe” that was one of the factors that brought us here. Cheers Monte! Well done brother.

AVI is a wonderfully helpful person. Very competitive rates and a decent space. Rental process is simple as one would expect with a long standing company that has had time to get it right.

Five stars, hands-down, the best storage facility I’ve ever rented from! Sure, the units are nice but it’s mostly because of the awesome property manager, AVI! She always goes above and beyond for every customer, whether she’s just opening the doors or about to close them at the end of a hectic day, she helps every single customer who walks (or runs up at the last minute) to the doors needing her help. I’ve seen it countless times. Her day ends when every customer has been helped. Personally, she has made my day go from bad to really special and memorable many times. And I’m not alone. The people at the front desk make a real effort to be helpful. The location is super convenient if you are based in inner NE/SE. I didnt love the freight elevator, but the staff are on hand to help out when people have trouble with it. Felt very secure. Thanks to Jack at the front desk for helping make our move-out easy.

I could NOT believe what a good eye they had for ensuring i got the right unit size for my needs. My movers loved the HUGE elevator and my move was super fast and that saved me money. Loved every part of this experience!

This is an update to my previous one 10 months ago. The manager Avi, and assistant Lynn, go above and beyond in their concern for their clients and the cleanliness of the location. When I had a bad month and paid late, they advocated for me and got the late charge refunded...who could ask for more! I wish the rental prices were a bit lower, but they cant control that.

This facility has a great freight elevator.Avi showed me all the great features of the property and had me setup in minutes! Thanks Avi!

Avi was so unbelievably helpful. I’ve stored my things here for years and have always had a positive experience.

I had to rent a unit for a few months while I switched housing. My experience was quite painless and favorable. Jack was courteous, helpful, and able to answer any question that I had. When it came time for me to move out of the storage locker, Jack was able to Pro-Rate my monthly rent for only the days that I was in the space. This saved me a great deal of money. 10/10 would come back to this location and use their services again in a heartbeat.

Nice place to store your stuff while you settle in to a new place. A bit pricey, we have a 8 x 10 unit that we pay $138 a month including insurance, but well secured with accommodating daytime hours but no 24 hour access.They require proof of insurance, or you can get insurance through their underwriters for about $10 bucks a month.They also require excellent locks, (they were adamant about the quality of the the locks accepted), which of course, they sell for another $10 bucks up front. We did get our first month rent at a steep discount. Major plus!Bottom line, this is not a long-term storage place. Well be moving our stuff out in another month now that weve settled into our new place.

Last week I came in to rent a unit and the attendant Lori was there to help me through the whole process. She ended up getting me a large unit with tons of space for what I owned. On top of that she got me an amazing deal on a monthly quote which is all I should need. Regardless shes very awesome at what she does and she was able to provide good assurance that costumers are a priority here and that this is a great place to go if you ever need storage short term or long term.
