Used them for about a year the owner isnt necessarily the most personable person Ive ever met in my life but I appreciate you taking care of my moms belongings

They are really nice. They have the gates open during business hours then you can enter with your pin # after hours. There are cameras everywhere to help with keeping things secure. They also call you when your bill is due to remind you, which I personally love.

Easy to rent a storage building. All the information needed about sizes and prices on the units was listed on the website. An individual got back with me within 24 hours through email, making sure that everything was good. Complete process was simple and quick.

Ever since they switched to the new manager Charity all my previous issues with this place were taken care of almost immediately! She is so friendly, professional, and knows how to keep the place running smooth! Its good to know my personal belongings are protected and accessible around the clock. Reasonably priced, they do have indoor climate control and Ruby was a big help!!!

Too expensive...wanted $80 for a 10*10 unit. Lots of extra fees... required insurance...a $20 processing fee... The list goes on and on! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ive had the same unit for over eight years through different owners and I dont have any negative issues yet

They were a little disorganized, took a little bit longer than it should haveBut the price is good and the unit was clean enough.
