Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the new owner. Within 6 months they raised everyones rent $600 a year regardless of their unit size. They promised many upgrades to the property and security but none of that has been done. The office is only staffed part time, 3 days a week and the sign says to call for an appointment. Where is my extra money going? We are getting out ASAP.

My have stored at Public and also NWSS over the last 20 years and I have to say hands down the best storage experience weve had was at this lil place behind the Holiday Inn on Columbia Blvd! The couple that own and/or run it are so helpful and professional. We had valuable furniture which they suggested pallets for, set us up for invoicing and automatic withdrawals each month. It was just an all around Great Experience! TY David & Val
