Absolutely fantastic movers. My place is on incredibly steep hill that they could not get the truck down but still manged to make it work and they still got everything moved insanely quick, nothing missing or broken. I couldnt be happier with Bridgetown movers. Thanks you guys!!

I’ve used Bridgetown twice before if I recall correctly but latest experience will prevent me from using them moving forward. We initially had an issue with the time of arrival: we were quoted after 10, but at about 2:30 PM had yet to receive a call indicating they were even on their way. The person we had available at the apartment for the movers had to go, so my wife left work to be there for them. Movers show up… and the guy who must be a team lead starts flirting with my wife. Asking how old she is, commenting that she’s too young to be married. Exceptionally unprofessional. When I arrived at the new apartment they were still present, finishing up, and immediately commented “Oh now you decide to show up” before giving a sly look to my wife. Finally, we go to pay and leave a good tip despite these issues then they refuse to sell us some wrap for one of the sectional pieces. Needless to say, the “lead” is lucky he got a monetary tip and not something else from his inappropriate behavior with my wife. Use any other moving company.

These guys did an amazing job moving us into our new place. They were efficient, respectful, and friendly. I was really impressed by their handling of all of our televisions and bulky items. Moving is the worst but these guys make moving day feel like a breeze.

My last moving experience with movers was a disaster, so I had a lot of anxiety about picking out a new company. I decided on Bridgetown movers after calling around. They ended up doing a wonderful job and being quick.

Bridgetown Movers is seriously awesome, and the three gentlemen they sent (Homero, Sam, and Jose) were absolute professionals and rockstars! We had a ton of stuff in our 4 bedroom house and they carefully packed up our furniture and managed to fit everything in one truck. Ive never seen such hard working, talented movers. I was dreading move day and they made it fantastic. They are affordable and fair and efficient, couldnt ask more!

We just used Bridgetown Moving this week for our cross-town move, and they were absolutely fantastic from the quote to the move. They recommended a team of 4 movers and 2 trucks given our homes size and contents; when it turned out we didnt need the 2nd truck the day of, we werent charged for it. The crew was on time the morning of, and they worked FAST. We had quite a lot of stuff and moved 30 minutes away, and the entire process start to finish took 3.5 hours. Amazing. They used their own materials to wrap bulkier furniture and asked us where to put things if it wasnt clear from the item/labeling. Would highly recommend Bridgetown Moving if youre moving in the Portland area.

After planning for our moving day with Sully at Bridgetown (who answered all of my confused questions with patience and clarity) the big day was last week. The team arrived exactly on time and with Alfredo as the foreman did our move in less time than I had anticipated. Even given that they were very careful with our goods, re-wrapping and re-taping items when needed, and avoiding any bumps or marks around our newly remodeled home. Nothing broken. Nothing lost. No damage at all. We had a very confusing move from two houses, two storage units into one multi-story home and the guys worked very hard to make sure that our items were in the right rooms - all right on time and on budget (in fact a bit below what I had planned). I strongly recommend Bridgetown Moving & Storage.

Unfortunately the first time I did not use Bridgetown Moving because I tried scheduling late and the available date would not work. My fault. After this pleasant experience with Bridgetown Moving I would have definitely used them the first time if I could have waited longer. The experience was night and day.They unwrapped everything and cleaned up after themselves, placed everything as directed, asked questions whenever anything was ambiguous, made sure everything we needed was done before leaving, super efficient, and made sure to carefully move items without damage.I would gladly hire them again and if needed wait for them to be available instead of trying to find another moving company. They’ll get your items from point a to b without stressing about damaged items or damage to your home.

We chose Bridgetown Movers because of the many stellar reviews that said how gentle they were, but we were disappointed and would not recommend them to others. We had two movers come to unpack a storage unit at our new house. Bridgetown had a more expensive hourly rate and a 2-hour minimum, of which we only ended up needing an hour. Our movers were on time and very polite, but they caused significant damage to our house. They removed our front door without checking with us first, and it was unnecessary since we didnt have a couch or any unwieldy furniture that would not have gone through the door. When they replaced the door, they hammered it in with a leatherman and a hammer, causing extensive damage to the doorframe that we had just gotten painted. They also dragged a dolly filled with boxes up the interior steps, damaging the steps, which again was not necessary for speed since we had plenty of time! They also dented another freshly-painted wall carrying a piece of furniture upstairs. The mover told me that Bridgetown would have a touch up team sent back here to touch up the damages, but when I spoke to their office, they told me that was false and that they could only provide a modest discount to our move ($90, which was not close to how much it will cost to repair the damages). While a dent or scratch here and there is par for the course with movers, I was really unhappy with the extensive damage to our door and to our steps, especially given the cost and the many glowing reviews. I would not recommend Bridgetown, and I would not use them again.

I could not be more grateful for Bridgetown Moving. I spoke to Sully who helped me set up a last-minute move after my original moving team cancelled two days before my move date. I have to admit that I’m embarrassed I chose a different company originally because I was blown away with how efficient, helpful and most important - reliable - everyone on the Bridgetown team was. Roberto and Lino moved at a pace I was not anticipating. They were able to take more items than I thought they could in the time allotted which I was grateful for. This saved me time I thought I would spend moving boxes on my own. They broke down and put together my furniture with ease and were familiar with the building I was moving into which also helped as they knew which elevators to use, where the loading dock was, etc. I just don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how much of a dynamic duo they were. I would highly recommend asking for these two gentlemen for your next move. Sully - thank you so much for setting up my move and please give your team a pat on the back for a job well done! One of the easiest moves Ive ever had. Daniel and his team showed up on time and worked quickly to move me from downtown Portland to the West Hills. Their pace never slowed down, they were quick to adapt to any changes or needs, and they were very careful with my possessions. Their hourly rate is one the least expensive I found, but the quality of service was top notch. I would use them again for any future moves.

Al and George are the DREAM TEAM! It was incredible watching these two work! It was like a dance, the hand carts were like an extension of themselves and they worked in such synchronicity it was a incredible to watch!Along with their proficiency in their skill, they were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had Bridgetown store some boxes and my large sectional designer sofa for about five months while we had our kitchen and living room remodeled in Portland (this was in 2018). They mistakenly shipped my sofa to Los Angeles and lost it! We have been paying for storage (and thought that it was in storage) but apparently somebody else was living with it! Eventually they found it and got it back to us but it had been “repaired” (very badly) and basically Had to be reupholstered because the repair job had caused so many holes. The company did nothing to reimburse us… We got an “oops sorry!” but nothing more than that - not a refund, not a discount nothing! So beware!! you may lose your stuff if use this company.

Needed to clear out space for a remodel. When I initially scheduled, I had the wrong date. Noticed VERY last minute. Sully was great. He called first thing in the morning and squeezed us in. This could have been disastrous, as the contractor was showing up at 6:30 am. The workers were efficient and got the job done. Thanks for working with me on this!!

Im so thankful for the team at Bridgetown. Specifically Sully in the office and Roberto and his team on site. You see, I threw my back out (bulged disc) the week prior to the move and lost my ability to sell some household items. I understood they were on a timeline to help other families move that day, but as I kept asking for them to move one more thing, Roberto would give a sheepish smile and accept warmly. Another thing I was impressed with is how the crew of three jumped out of the truck and warmly greeted me. This was my first time ever using professional movers, so I don’t exactly have anything to compare this experience to, but WOW. Austin and Martin were such great, professional guys who worked very quickly but also carefully—my stuff was treated so thoughtfully and people walking by commented on how well it was packed up and handled. Reasonable price as well, and worth every penny. Can’t stress enough how highly I recommend this moving company.

These guys were fan-freaking-tastic. From scheduling to communication to the actual move, they absolutely crushed every detail. My crew was outstanding; theres not one scratch on any of my stuff, or any dings on walls or door frames in either home. I contacted Bridgetown after receiving several quotes for moving from Slabtown to Goose Hollow over Labor Day weekend. The crew (Daniel and Angel) were professional and courteous and I didnt feel overcharged for the work. These two gentlemen were efficient, and packed everything well, along with putting some small items that were unboxed into large wardrobe boxes. The only mishap - they accidentally left a computer monitor in one of the wardrobe boxes, and took it back with them in their truck. Once they realized it, they called immediately and one of their office team, Sully, actually delivered it personally to my new home 3 days later (my choice, I also knew per the voicemail left that if I needed it sooner I could get it).I would most definitely use this moving company again and highly recommend them. Fair pricing, great service, great experience.

This company does not understand Covid restrictions and will not work with you. I would recommend Northwest Grace they will work with you.Sorry but they suck!

While the guys were extremely nice I felt like they were taking their time moving us. We had everything wrapped and boxed and completely ready to go before they arrived. In thier paperwork it states we start getting charged once loading begins. Well after speaking with someone about our charges that’s not technically correct. We get charged the moment they arrive. So we got charged for them to arrive, come in to see what they are moving, go back out to their truck and grab their moving supplies (which took about 20 minutes). It’s $100 for 30 minutes... so I paid 20 minutes for nothing I feel. And then the drive to where our items were being dropped off at is a 10 minute drive and it took them 30. So I got charged $200 for them to get their items to together and for them to drive. So again, while the guys were VERY kind and very good and organizing my storage unit... I’m a little bummed as I just spent $850 (that includes a tip) on movers when I could have done it myself in the same amount of time for a heck of a lot less money.

Highly recommended! The guys were on time, professional, and respectful. Much better than my experience with All My Sons two years ago. Not only where they great, they got the job done on time and didnt waste anytime. I will use them again if I ever move!

This is the 2nd time Ive used them and they are always my first choice. I schedule things around them because Im so happy with their service. Im also a helicopter packer (worried about scratches, if it will fit, etc.) and they really made me feel like they cared about my stuff and they fit it in better than I imagined it would fit. I wish they worked where I am moving to (different state), but Im glad I had the chance to use them here. The customer service, contact, and speed were each 5 stars or better. If I move back this is my first call!

I just want to say that we have used Bridgetown Movers three times in the past six years when moving. The last time was about three weeks ago. We use this company ongoing because they are hard working and professional. However, this time they broke one of my crystals and damaged the door way when moving from out from our old home. What made me upset was that we were in communication with the company about the damage and they stoped responding to us. They also had a small truck that we had to spend double the amount to do an extra load. The guys who helped us were great and went above and beyond but should have been up front about the damage and the company should have contacted us back. I wanted to say good things about them too. Ask them for additional help and they will above and beyond. They have a good positive attitude and they just want to help. Good company that we love but this time was different.

We are a business which occasionally requires moving of heavy equipment and desks locally around Portland/Beaverton/West Linn/Lake Oswego as we redesign our offices. 5 years ago, we hired Bridgetown movers and they were so professional and prompt that their service stuck in my mind when I had another moving job. Arranging the dates and locations (there were multiple stops) was professional and organized. The movers where polite, careful and put things exactly where we wanted them (and did not even seem to sigh we changed our mind on an item after it was moved). The staff watched in awe as they moved some amazingly bulky items with smooth teamwork and ease. Costs and time calculations were very reasonable for the work received. We will definitely use Bridgetown again for all of our moving needs and recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for excellent movers. 5 stars!

Every time Ive moved, and every time I will move in the Portland area, I hired Bridgetown Moving & Storage. They are my go tos! Every time, without fail, theyve been wonderful!

I have had my things in this storage facility since July 2019. Since then I have found extra charges on my account through my bank for October for 289.09 dollars. And they are still trying to charge me an extra month to get my storage. Plus fees of 150.00. So if you want to trust them. Just fyi.

Was extremely impressed with our movers. They moved us out of our 2 bedroom apartment (all things packed except half the kitchen) into our 3,000sqft home in 4 hours! Not a single item was broken or event dented, and not a single scratch on our floors or walls in either place. Their rate was very reasonable for the work they did. They communicated clearly what they needed from me and what their plan was. Will be recommending them to anyone I know!

We had a couple of treadmills we wanted to swap out. We have a two story house, so it was a difficult and heavy job. Martinez and his partner did a great job! Hired them for my move this week. They did an amazing job at a really reasonable price. There were no hidden fees, and they made it easy to book and set everything up. Two young men came on time and were very professional. They even managed to hoist my sofa up over the balcony because it wouldnt fit up the stairs. I definitely tipped them for that. Nothing was broken in the move, and there was no damage to either place. They worked quickly and got it done in two hours. Would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience. We booked ahead to get their service and had to move the date a few times and they accommodated every single time with offering of different availability. On the day of the move, the team originally scheduled was running late so the dispatcher kept us informed on status and ended up sending a different crew to our site to ensure we get our move started in the arranged time frame. The move went extremely smoothly and the crew was fantastic. The lead was great at understanding our needs and ensuring it is communicated to the rest of the team as they were packing and moving our furniture. The move went a lot smoother and no horrible wall dings! Moving is an inherently stressful experience. And I want to applaud the crew that Bridgetown sent for being professional and getting my move (a 1 bedroom worth of stuff) done in less than two hours. During that time they did unfortunately break my $300 coffee table. But even then the moving crew was nice and gave me options about how to fix it. They charged me and unfortunately the tablet with the square reader died during the transaction. I saw the charge go through on my card but they didnt. But no worries. Theyll follow up.So why is this a one star review? Its a one star review because the next day I got treated like a deadbeat by the main office. It turns out that the good customer service I got from the moving crew didnt actually exist. They would not take care of my table and instead could offer me a small discount. It turns out the crew charged me for a 2 man crew not 3, so now my price is increased and they made that seem like my fault. Oh the fact that you got charged already, thats on you to figure out. Sully and the crew in the office there should be ashamed of themselves for providing such terrible customer service because it detracts from the actual hard work the moving crews do.Despite a broken coffee table I went in with a positive experience and Sullys call made me feel like I did something wrong even though Id paid and tipped well. He made me feel like theyd gotten screwed. His tone and attitude was beyond the pale. He should not have a job in customer service and Bridgetown should figure out its policies.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. Scheduling was easy and they were even able to give me a next-day appointment. My move included two apartments moving into a single apartment, and involved MANY flights of stairs and challenging parking. The three-man crew was friendly, efficient, hard-working and even managed to get furniture up into the loft of the final destination after dealing with all those stairs. All glassware survived the move. All in all, they were great.

We moved on November 3. The team at Bridgetown Moving & Storage was awesome. Beginning with Meghan in the office. She returned my call right away, and, as promised called the day before the move to confirm. She was really great about going over the contract and was just plain great to work with.Al, Daniel and Tony showed up on the day of the move, on time, and ready to get to work. They were all extremely courteous, and had us moved in no time. It was so nice to have a move done under my projected cost. Absolutely nothing was damaged in the process. They were great about moving things around for me so that I would not have to worry about this later. I would call this a very pleasant experience, despite the fact that moving is not on my list of fun things to do.The cost was also as good, if not better, than the other movers I looked at on-line. I am glad this is the company I chose. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jan and Marcus did a great job with my move. They were professional, courteous, punctual and efficient. They were careful and respectful of my concerns and requests. I highly recommend them. Their rates are very reasonable and for me, much cheaper than hiring a truck and temporary labor to do the work.

They got the job done, but I wish they could be more efficient. One mover was texting and the wrapping was slow. I moved last year with Another company with more stuff and more stairs, it took them less time than Bridgetown.

This was a great choice for movers. I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment to move. Marco and Anthony were right on time. They were young and strong and moved things quickly but carefully. They were careful with my things and treated them like their own. After moving my stuff in they asked if I needed help putting anything together such as the bed, which was a great help. I have hired movers for the last three local moves Ive made, but this was the first with Bridgetown movers. They were excellent communicators from start to finish. I submitted my request for a quote online, and no joke, I had a phone call a minute later. Setting it up was super easy. They confirmed the day before which put my mind at ease. The movers showed up with their own truck, so the benefit of not dealing with a rental in addition to my move was such a weight lifted. The three guys showed up, on time, SUPER professional, introduced themselves and wasted no time in emptying my unit. None of my items were damaged or broken. I cant say the same for the previous companies I worked with. They got the whole thing done in 4 hours, which included a drive from Portland to Hillsboro. They were super respectful of my home, laying down runners in the hallway and insuring furniture and boxes ended up in the right rooms.These guys are absolutely fabulous and I would not hesitate to use them again, or suggest them to anyone looking for a mover.

First time Ive ever used movers in my life and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Very reasonably priced and the care that Eddie, John and Alex used in moving my valuables was greatly appreciated. They worked non-stop from the moment they got there till the moment they left. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience with bridgetown movers. Setting the appointment and making a few changes there to was quick and easy, and the customer service reps over the phone were kind, personable and more than accommodating with all my questions and requests. The movers themselves were outstanding, picking up traveling to the new location and unloading in a bit less than two hours! No small task seeing as w had allot of furniture and around 20 boxes between the two of us. Not one glass, or anything else for that matter, broken! I cannot recommend these guys enough, affordable phenomenal service and completely deserving of a Five star rating.

I had two close friends recommend Bridgetown Moving and Id have to say I had an excellent experience! Ive used movers 2 or 3 times before, but Bridgetown was far and away the best! They were prompt, polite and didnt break or damage anything!My movers even went and picked up a piece of furniture for me from a store! Also, they included wardrobe boxes at no additional charge. Id highly recommend Bridgetown to anyone looking for movers.

Bridgetown was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were competitively priced and had no extra fees, like a fee for stairs or driving to/from the warehouse. When they tell you that you will need 3 people for your move and you argue that two will be fine, please know that you are wrong. I spent less money having 3 movers and the work was done much fast. Pregaming the move helped with getting them in and out, but they moved my 1900 sqft home, drove to the new house and unloaded everything exactly where we wanted it in only 4 hours! Marco and his team were exceptional and they protected everything so well. They laid down floor protectors and blanket wrapped anything that could get bumped and bruised. I absolutely recommend Bridgetown Moving!

The guys called when they were 30 minutes out, then they were able to load up our 3 bedroom home in exactly an hour, with exceptional care for our possessions! Literally the most amazing experience Ive ever had moving. Honestly, Id never used movers before because Id always heard horror stories:1. Itll take FOREVER and cost a TON!2. The movers will do the bare minimum3. The movers will leave everything in the garage and you have to move it to the right rooms4. They will charge you for drive-time to and from your house5. Lots of hidden fees6. The movers will have bad attitudes, be inconsiderate, theyll make you think theyd rather be anywhere else but there.But the experience with Anthony, Johnny, and Mike was simply INCREDIBLE.They showed up right on time, and got RIGHT to work. They had my entire downstairs wrapped and loaded in the truck within one hour! It took another hour for the upstairs, including wrapping all the cabinetry and furniture.They were humble and kind, always requesting first when they had to use the restroom. They never grumbled or had any pushback on ANY of the items needing moved. They were SO fast with everything, it was simply unbelievable! I thought it was going to take 4 hours or so to load the truck, but it was done in a shade under 2 hours. Amazing!Then at the new house, they asked lots of questions, making sure everything went into the right room. They quickly reassembled the beds, placed every item in the correct rooms (its a 5-bedroom house, so there are literally lots of options). Plus, Id initially asked them to place a VERY heavy armoire in one room, but it just didnt look right to me, so I sheepishly asked if they could move it to another room.No problem!!, and they jumped into action and moved it into another room. Amazing!They took several boxes at a time up the stairs, never letting down on the speed or efficiency. A very well-oiled machine!We had to take a second trip to finish up the garage, which was fine. Not everything had been fully packed in the garage (its hard to pack snow-tires, box fans, picnic coolers, etc), so I figured Id just need to handle that on my own, but they were like, no problem, lets get it all! and they worked with me in the garage to get everything into the moving van and on the way.Again, Anthony, Johnny, and Mike were true rock stars and made the experience absolutely amazing! I cant recommend Bridgetown any higher. Id give them 10 stars if I could.Thank you!!

Hiring movers by the hour was a bit scary. I didnt know what pace of work to expect. But that fear was quickly put to bed. From the time our crew arrived, they were blur. Each time they loaded something on the truck, they literally were running back into our apartment to get the next thing. At the same time, they were very gentle with our stuff. From wrapping what needed wrapping to negotiating tight corners, it couldnt have gone any better. These guys were pros! Moving is never fun and I hope I wont be doing it again any time soon. But if I do, I will definitely be using Bridgetown again. Kudos and great thanks for a job well done!

Fernando and John from Bridgetown Moving arrived on time, were friendly, personable and professional. They communicated very well and worked together like a well oiled machine. Bridgetown did a great job providing information, setting up the appointment and calling to confirm. They even gave us a special, custom gift when the move was complete. Bridgetown was awesome and far exceeded our expectations. The guys were friendly, helpful, well coordinated and totally professional movers. They were careful with our furniture and wrapped everything, disassembled and reassembled our very heavy king size Tempurpedic bed and made our move easier than we thought it would be. Their prices were fair and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else!
