Charity is a wonderful woman. Have been with this storage facility for 7 years now.
Since new owners arrived customer service is down the drains! I was set up with previous owners to automatic withdrawal payments due to my job keeping me out on road over 200 days year. Tried to get into unit and gate key was deactivated due to late payments? Wasnt home to check the mail, to find out I had to resign an authorization form? They know when Im on the road due to my trailer is gone with me. Previous owners knew how to use the phone. When I called, they gave me an I dont care attitude. I would think when you drop 1.6 million on a business the intention would be to keep your current customers. I just got home, its 2 am, today Ill be squaring up on some BS late fees and moving to another storage. I dont think the new owners are aware there not in a lucrative business. I would suggest to anyone, if you value your belongings, find another storage!
I concur with the negative reviews on the web and it starts with the owners. Ever since this company was sold by the original owners it has been nothing but bad. The manager is rude and won’t give you the time of day. He charges way too much and takes advantage of every possible fee known to man. From water damage to mice to spiders to rude customer service, this place is horrible. I miss the previous owners. The new lady in the office is much nicer than the first person they hired. But her hands are tied. This company is the pits.
I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. They charge you insurance even with a copy of your policy for contents. Then they go up on price and never sent me a notice. The original owners were great. As soon as I get a chance I will move my stuff. Really no stars on my eyes
Giving this location a 1 star is by far being generous. I read the other review that states “I’ve never dealt with such rude people in my life” and well rude doesn’t even begin to describe how horrible the desk girl was to me. This woman got in my face yelling at me, yelling over me, and refused to hear anything I had to say. I hadn’t paid my bill because my attempts at reaching them to discuss discrepancies either came with no response or not being in the office when told they would be. This comes after being left in the cold waiting over an hour for them when I was trying to check in the first time. I was told to be there by 5:30 and no one was there. Attempts to call the number were in vain as no one answered and no response to my voicemail. I finally got through to reservation team who assured me they were on their way. When the girl arrived, she never even apologized for keeping me waiting. So here I am trying to discuss my bill and this girl is screaming in my face! My sister was watching from my car parked next to the office window and could not believe her eyes! Not only have I retrieved my belongs and will never do business with this company again, but I will be lodging a formal complaint. There is NO reason whatsoever that gives right for someone to yell at a customer, yell over them trying to speak, not listen to anything they try to say, and bully them into paying their bill. Which in fact was inaccurate. I will make it my personal mission to tell every single person I meet what this girl did and to NEVER do business with this company, even if it is the last storage facility on the planet.
