This dealership was so welcoming, not aggressive and extremely accommodating. I attribute alot of that to my salesperson, Devon. I did a test drive with him and then the next day I was back in their showroom ready to buy. He even got my windows tinted in time for delivery, that was less than 5 hours. His manager, Matt, even got me an Education discount that I didnt know about. Thats true customer service. And finance was a breeze as well! No pushy sales pitch on extended warranties and Steve gave me a physical and digital copy of everything I signed. I love my Chevy!

Reggie was very helpful and kept me informed on what was needing to be done on my car. It took a day longer than expected but I was very pleased with how everything came out. My car was also detailed and it looks brand new. I was very happy on the care I got from Reggie and the service department.
We brought our 2004 Suburban in mainly for Air Conditioning problems and for an oil change. A/C now cools like new in seconds, with temperature dials holding a setting. The Suburban, being an older model, service always checks/replaces anything they see needed. We appreciate that...as we plan to keep enjoying this faithful vehicle!

We had the best car buying experience with Bianca at Ray Huffines in Plano. Every single person we spoke with there was helpful, honest, and friendly. Bianca was so helpful getting us the vehicle we were looking for and she actually seemed to care, while some other dealerships were less than helpful. We also really appreciated that Huffines isn’t taking advantage of the vehicle shortage by marking their vehicles up by thousands of dollars like a lot of places are. They told us the price and there were not any tricks, they gave us a fair price for our trade, and they made us feel taken care of. We are telling everyone we know to go to Huffines!
I love my advisor, Matthew! He’s been working with me through multiple vehicles over the span of a few years and his level of care and concern never wanes. He takes the time to explain repairs and never tried to over-sale anything no needed. Bottom line: I never feel taken advantage of or ripped off. This is the main reason, I’ve been a customer for so long even after I have moved out of the area.

Long Review:My interaction with Mr. Darrell Rice has been strange to say the least. Initially, he was professional and friendly. However, the more I emailed him, the more I felt like I was inconveniencing him. There were several moments where I would ask a question and would receive no reply. Im not sure if just didnt see it in my email or if he chose not to answer.Anytime after that when I would email him, the answers would be very short and impersonal. When I scheduled a test drive, he got the date wrong and when I asked him the correct date I never received a response.I reached back out to him this past Monday to try and reschedule the test drive for a sooner date, only to be told the truck has sold. Again, very brief and impersonal. If he knew the truck had already sold, why did he not reach out to me to let me know? It would have been a simple courtesy to inform me that the vehicle I wanted to buy was no longer available.No effort was made to reschedule, no other vehicle options were mentioned, and again, it seemed as though he didnt care one way or the other if we purchased a vehicle from this business or not. The entire interaction after the initial email was a bit off putting. His responses made it appear as though he felt that I was wasting his time, so I thanked him for his time and have made no effort for further contact.It was my hope that his actions (or lack thereof, depending on how you look at it) were not a reflection of the customer service and professionalism shown to customers by the Ray Huffines Chevrolet of Plano.Evidently I am mistaken in believing that, as when the General Manager, Mr. Craig Robbins, emailed me to ask if Mr. Darrell Rice was taking care of me and if there was anything he (Mr. Robbins) could do to help, I informed him of how my interactions with Mr. Rice had gone and received no reply whatsoever.I also expressed to him my willingness to still visit their location, if my SO and I were welcome to do so. Apparently that is not the case, as I have also not received any reply or further contact from the General Manager, Mr. Craig Robbins.For a business that claims to care about its customers opinion of them, I can honestly say that this has been one of the most debilitating and disappointing experiences Ive ever had the misfortune to be a part of.Truth be told, if I could rate their customer service 0 stars out of 5 then I would. I called to notify the staff that I was running late for my appointment. The lady on the phone told me that apparently I wasn’t on the schedule. She went ahead and scheduled me last minute and told me to get there safely. I arrive and I received excellent customer service. Not only that, my service appointment was very quick and I was in and out pretty fast. I am grateful for Chevrolet Huffines!
I love that Im able to go online and book an appointment that works for my schedule - AND gives me the ability to select a service advisor. Matthew is my go-to-guy. I drive an older vehicle - that I bought at Huffines. Matthew does not push me to buy something new - but explains what is needed now to keep my vehicle running and what I will need to do soon. I feel well informed and never get the sense Im being sold something I dont really need. My friends make fun of me for continuing to have all work done at the dealership as they insist it is more expensive. I find Matthew trustworthy - so I keep coming back!
Free transportation provided from my residence to your dealership and free return trips by a known courtesy driver is a great perk. The body shop did a fantastic job in repairing the damage done to my truck which now looks even better than when I purchased it from your dealership 5 years ago! We brought our 2015 Impala here due to error codes we expected it to cost thousands to get it fixed Keith was awesome kept us posted on everything and the entire service team was very pleasant as well they fixed the issue with our car it definitely wasnt the thousands we expected it would be.. so glad we came here we will definitely be back for all future service!

Went for warranty work, part not available.No loner car. Got part 1 week later had to limit use of car. Water pump replaced next day got over temp warning. Stopped the car. Car got towed and repaired but was left without a car when I really needed it for getting ready for a flight the next day

The person that made this happen was Walter Segovia. He is in the certified used car sales department. Walter is the most easy-going and professional salesperson I have ever purchased from. I originally worked with a new car salesman. He used some less than suitable tactics to try and get me to buy the car that he wanted me to buy. When I didn’t want to purchase the vehicle that the unnamed salesperson had suggested, he pretty much told me to take a walk. He gloated about his corvette delivery the next day. I felt like he didn’t really want to work for my business because he had a high-dollar delivery the next day. The next day the manager called me to ask why I hadn’t purchased and I explained to him that I felt pushed and then pushed away by the salesperson. The manager apologized for my unpleasant experience and asked if I would still be willing to do business with them if they could get the vehicle that I actually wanted from a different location. I agreed to come in and was directed to Walter Segovia. Walter actually drove me to a different location to see the truck that I had seen online and then we took it back to the Plano location so that I could purchase it.. I purchased my truck that day with a smile on my face. Walter made my experience a pleasant one and gave me confidence that Huffines was willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Go see Walter if you want a great deal on a certified preowned vehicle.

Horrible service this time. Lube oil filters tire rotation and balance. Appointment scheduled was told that they could not do tires because lift could not hold the wait of my vehicle raised cane and all of a sudden they found a left that could hold my vehicle. Just amazing that we as customers have to put up with this kind of serviceI would like to than the service manager and general manager for reaching out to me today to discuss my issues and concern. Not many companies would take the time to do this so even though there were issues I would be more than happy to give them a five star ratingThank you gentlemen

The work was done promptly but it didn’t fix my transmission problem. General Motors has a severe problem with its 8 speed transmissions. Everyone I know is leave GM vehicles because GM is NOT fixing this transmission problem. They should immediately recall all of these vehicles and fix or replace these transmissions or they are going to lose all of their life long customers.
There was some initial miscommunication and misunderstandings but Craig Robbins and his team worked with me to clear things up and make a deal that both sides were happy with. Ive been using this dealership since 2019 and they are much more responsive and customer-focused than any other dealership Ive interacted with. Even using the service department is a relatively easy and hassle free experience.

Purchased a 2018 Denali Yukon. The car had a few minor issues the dealership did not fix or tell me about. When I asked them to fix them, they referred me to their service department that did not treat me right at all and tried to make me believe the problems are in my head. They had the car for a total of 3 days on 2 separate occasions and were not able to even address it properly.Stay away.
Worked with Reggie usually work with Dante but Reggie was cool.... especially because I needed my wheel locks taken off. Let me say I drive all the way from DeSoto because I appreciate the service at this location. I used to live in the area but after moving all the way across town I have no issue driving because I know I’ll be treated with courtesy and respect!!! I could say some really horrible things about Freedom Chevrolet in DeSoto but I won’t I’ll just say thanks I am grateful for you all!!
Quite happy with my experience here. Was shopping from Colorado for a specific factory-certified model with incentives. Doug Shaw was super helpful, and found a great balance that other dealers/sales people did not between nagging me and ignoring me. Just the right amount of help and communication when necessary. They were happy to help me arrange to have the vehicle shipped, if necessary, but I came down to pick it up - and Doug was kind enough to come pick me up at the airport when I flew in.Craig - just to clarify - I came in from Colorado to pick up a Bolt and bring it back home to Colorado. Rather than getting a Colorado pickup truck.

For as long as I can remember Reggie has always been polite and very helpful when it comes to servicing my Silverado. I always wait for my service to be completed and I see him interact with other customers and he is always professional with customers. I 100% recommend this location and especially Bryce Bressler. I will admit I went in pretty much knowing exactly what I wanted since I had previously test drove the vehicle at a different location and had been researching the vehicle, but Bryce was so knowledgeable and nice! He literally took me step by step on all the specs on the vehicle. When we went on the test drive he taught me all the tricks on the vehicle and explained them to me in detail. That made me 100% confident in purchasing from them. I had two car dealerships I was interested in as stated earlier, but his attitude sold me. I was never pressured nor did I ever feel like they were trying to sell me things I didnt need. I came in with my own financing and they still treated me the same. A big A+ from me. We also completed the deal the same day. They were efficient and it was a pleasurable experience. He even made sure I didnt get rained on - chivalry isnt dead. Its been a week and I am 100% confident in my decision! I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe SEL 2020.
Everything was very smooth, it didnt feel like I was shopping around forever to find a car and my friend joby made the whole process very smooth.
Romney and the team addressed my concerns with plenty of communication. They gave me an honest assessment with suggestions that made sense. My Tahoe is an 02 and they could have easily oversold what was needed but instead they had high integrity and only suggested what was absolutely needed for my vehicle.
My experience was 5 star because of Darrion, my sales representative. He made everything seamless and easy. My finance experience was 5 star as well. I would recommend Huffines Chevrolet Plano to anyone in the market for a used car!

Took way too long to get an oil change/ tire rotation. (2-1/2 hours) Just seemed like everybody was moving in slow motion. Also, the cost of the service was entirely too much. I used a coupon for $35 off the service and still paid almost $45. I set an appointment for 7 AM and was there promptly. After I left it with the representative, it sat on the driveway for 51 minutes. Then I saw it go in and then come back out, where it sat for another 30 minutes before it went back in for something else. Oh and your payment process was painfully slow as well. I just dont have the free time to wait that long for a simple oil change. I also heard three different repair consultants tell three different customers, including me, that we all needed new cabin air filters and engine air filters. Might be coincidence but it made me think its a good way to increase revenue without any real proof that we needed them. My trust in this shop just isnt there anymore

I brought my vehicle in for service with no warning lights on dash and when it was ready for pickup the ABS light and swerve light were on. Service agent states technician was gone for the day. This is terrible service. Nothing was mentioned to me and I had to show this to service agent.Update: 6/22/2021I received a call from GM and Service Manager asking what can they do to make it right? I responded, service my vehicle the right way! So, they followed up and through and exceeded my expectations.Thanks for getting the job done right ✅

I had a check engine light come on in my relatively new Silverado (16K miles) the day before I was to be heading out of town with my family to our lake house about 2 hours away. I would be towing a boat so I absolutely needed to be certain that a bigger issue wasnt going to unfold. When I arrived for my appointment that Huffines squeezed me into, they jumped right on it. They were done finding and fixing the problem in under an hour!! Our trip was saved! Went to the used Huffines lot in Plano to look at Hyundai’s. Eric Stovall helped us get a great deal on a Santa Fe sport which still includes the original warranty. He was nice and easy to work with and got our deal done very quickly without a run around. I would recommend him to everyone and when we need to buy again it will be our first stop!

Dealership is great. Service personnel are excellent.GM has a lot to be desired in the 2021 Tahoe. It is a shame when you buy your dream vehicle and you have nightmares about it at nights. This can cause anxiety when you drive it. Seems that I’m expecting the next trip to the dealership for another 10-13 days in the shop.I’ve had numerous Tahoe’s and I wish I had the 2015 back. So disappointed in the mechanics of this 2021!!😔

This was my first experience with getting service on my new Tahoe. This was a service that I had purchased for a routine oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection. Apparently the the wheel lock was never given to me at time of purchase so they needed to order a new lock and I have to go back again which is little inconvenience as I have to take off from work again. All personnel at the dealership are always professional. Havent experienced any significant issue so all is good.
Well you guys didn’t find the problem cause it’s doing it again still the same sometimes when I’m starting the car it drags and doesn’t start and my voltage is low around 11+ amps
Battery issues brought me in. I was met by Keith, who saw me right away. Keith ordered me a Lyft home, for which I am much appreciative. My new battery was installed within an hour (!!!!)- grateful for my warranty, as I only paid for labor. This was an easy and efficient visit
I really liked the shuttle service and going from the dealership to my home was great. Getting picked up from my home to the dealer was very problematic. The app link provided by the dealership did not work and I had to call the dealership to arrange the ride for me. The driver could not find my apartment and I could not contact the driver unless I set up Lyft. I had also asked for the auto to be washed but it would not have been if I had not asked the cashier to make sure it was washed.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from here. The customer service is top notch. They stayed after hours to assist me, and the salesman drove my new vehicle to my house. To explain I just stopped in not really planning on walking out with a new 1500. So when all was said and done I had the vehicle I showed up in (did not dare trade my wife’s car in) and the one I purchased.
