I cant thank Huffines enough for the great experience! Josh Sprayberry was my salesman and got me into my new gladiator! I went to 5 different dealerships and none of them gave me the price I needed until I got to Huffines; they really did give me an amazing deal! I highly recommend Huffines Plano if youre interested in getting a new vehicle! The finance paperwork (with Stewart) was quick and easy and he helped with the amazing deal as well. I got to test out my 4 wheel drive in the mountains and it worked like a champ! Thank you Huffines!

Great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and excellent customer service. Ruben Perez was our salesman and he was awesome! Genuinely kind, and not the typical car salesman by any means. It’s always kind of nerve racking buying a car, but me and my husband were pleasantly surprised the whole time. Never had an experience like that at any other dealership. Ruben you are great at your job and deserve kudos (and a raise!) from whoever the boss is there! Thank you so much for great service and I absolutely love my new car ☺️

Gary was a superstar. He spent so much time with my wife and I to understand our needs. He was very patient and tolerant of our indecisiveness (we came in to look at Grand Cherokees and I left as a very proud Ram Owner). He made sure to constantly check if we were comfortable, or needed water or food, paying attention to our daughter to make sure she was entertained as well. He really did an excellent job listening to our needs first before going out and making recommendations about what we wanted. I visited 3 other dealerships before Huffines and all of the other ones seemed to listen to my first request and push that car on us. Gary was the exact opposite and because of that I now own a truck. Something I never though I would have. Turns out he was more than right, and I love every moment I spend driving my new Ram. Gary built a few models for us to show the features and ended up finding a car from across the country that fit exactly what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about the service we received at Huffines. I’ve already recommended 2 other car buyers to Huffines and specifically to Gary. I bought my car from Huffines because of him. Overall experience I was very disappointed. I bought my first car from this dealership back in 2014 and had a great experience. But dealing with the service department it seems like they only give above and beyond service to certain people. It started with standing for about 30 min (pretty sure longer) waiting for the technician (Jason) I was told to see. I was directed to stand in front of his desk and he would be right there. I could see Jason and serval other employees finishing up with another customer appearing to give him amazing service as they had casual conversation while I was waiting. Which I was truly understandable about because I come from the customer service field and understand giving great customer service from start to finish and that their customer they had at the moment was a “talker”. There were several other employees though that were in the desk area where I was waiting (standing) and I would love to give huge KUDOS to Rose (I hope I got her name right) she apologized for the wait and checked on me the entire time in between her calls. After sometime and other technicians walking around me including Bill, my later assigned technician who seem to be flustered and bothered by his clients, Rose asked if she could take my name and number so Jason could give me a call as soon as he’s done. I was fine with that because it felt like almost an hour at that point and I could see them (client and employees) talking still. So now I’m onto the following morning I’m being woken up at 7am from Jason apologizing for not calling me the previous day. I told him the issue with my truck, someone tried to steal it and destroyed the steering column. I had the steering column replaced but needed a new immobilizer which was $300. Jason said that he would have the service department look at the truck to get an estimate for installation. Bill now calls me and tells me very quickly as if he’s in a rush it would cost $850 in total to have it installed and programmed (very simple task). I explained to him I was struggling financially at the time and needed a few days to get the funds as I already spent a lot getting the steering column replaced and the truck towed to the dealership for programming. We played phone tag for a day for him to let me know it’s going to be an additional $175 because the existing key will need to be replaced, I told him I had no choice and would try to get more funds. I get a call saying the truck is ready, front counter staff were very friendly and fast with the payment process. I was then told my truck would be pulled up out front by the service techs. No more than a few minutes one of the service techs pulls up the truck gets out and just walks away. No friendly conversation like they’ve had with other customers. No have a great day or anything. I get in my truck just to see they left my steering wheel EXPOSED. And I see the SAME key I had when I dropped it off. Unfortunately I was running late for work and couldn’t address the issues right then with whoever is managing this staff. Overall I can tell you they are very hungry for money but will only give your great customer service to get you to buy a car then when you’re dealing with Service you have no choice. When I buy my truck this year I do not plan to return to them, they “pick n choose” who gets the amazing service they preach.

Billy Bolding is an exceptional CDJR enthusiast and consultant. I was searching for the perfect Jeep Gladiator Mojave and although we could not find one locally or at any Huffines dealerships, Billy did everything in his power to help me. I wish I could have bought my jeep from him, its too bad I needed one quickly and could not wait.Any time I need a car/truck in the future Billy will be the first person I call. My wife and I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Huffines Plano. Our sales person Fernando was terrific as he was very knowledgeable, gave my wife a first class overview on how to work everything and great to work with. We looked at several different options as we needed something to pull a small camper. One of the best car sales people and buying experiences we have had. Also can’t say enough about Charlie in Finance as well, great guy to work with. Real pro also. Good job Huffines. I’ve bought about 6 cars from Huffines over the years. I would love to give a huge shout out to BILLY BOLDING in the sales department. I special ordered a 2021 hellcat redeye charger to my liking, he made it quick and easy for me. When the car came in it was perfect with every spec I wanted. He also kept me notified on every little part during the build all the way to taking delivery of my beautiful charger. Every dealership needs a knowledgeable person like Billy, he made my experience at Huffines the best he possibly could and I will forever come to Huffines because of Billy. Took my car for a recall service and person driving the car inside the station scratched on my wheels in the front, took the car back to them to fix the scratched wheel on my brand new car last Thrusday 10/08/2021 and today Monday I still waiting for my car to be ready after service advisor Jason told me it was only gonna take 24hrs to fix. Is not the first time I have a badexperience at this service center, not to mentioned that I havent even received a call since the drop day. WORST SERVICE EVER.!! I have bought 4 cars at this dealership, after all this they just lost a customer.

Huffines has a reputation of fair, honest dealerships. This was certainly the case for the Chrysler Jeep Dodge store in Plano. There were no surprises. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. If you have another dealer option, I suggest you try your luck on the other one. This dealer, just like many others, they are magnificent...until they got your money, then all their fake friendly personality and interest to serve, disappear and they dont even have time to text you back anymore. I Purchased a 65K Sports Truck, it took 2 months more than planned to arrive, Then It was missing some of the items paid from the packs. I specifically told the salesperson to verify at arrival nothing was missing, he asked me to do it my self, he did not even have the time to verify that. When I discovered, they ordered the missing thing. Took 3 weeks, then I went to get it install, Then they said they got the wrong parts, wait 3 more weeks, then they told me to bring it to get it install in the spot, then they sent me home in a rental, at the end of the day, they call me to keep the rental another day. Then I picked up, then It was installed wrong, they schedule a week later, I arrived and they sent me to work in a rental again, at the end of the day, IT WAS INSTALLED WRONG AGAIN. Then they schedule next week to get it fix...Then I arrive, the employee who was taking care of me did not show up to work. That was last week. Until now. They dont give a damn, and they have not re schedule to fix the wrong part. BY THE WAY. I PAID IN FULL CASH THE $65K When I purchased,,,,therefore, they don;t give a damn. Soooo, I’m extremely disappointed to find out that I’ve been swindled. At least they could’ve given me the limited edition with all the bells and whistles and I wouldn’t be as disappointed! I was told I was getting out of a bad loan and at least most of my money would be going to my principal and not interest. Well that was a lie. I hate when people are dishonest just for a sale. Reading throughly is definitely fundamental. It’s my fault. I accept that I played myself. Love their service department though.I haven’t found out how to to reply to a business but Scott please don’t try and discredit my review. The vehicle was purchased on June 25th under Myranda Howard. 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Now you may “investigate” the claim and hire credible workers in the future.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I had it with the bad attitude with this guy. I had been taking my car to service for a warranty, I had asked my brother to take my car because of my work hours and because I was told I had to take it in multiple times so they could measure how much oil my car was losing. Mind you I was able to bring it in last time since I got off of work on time, I asked Christian to just measure the oil and that Jason knew about the situation, he nodded as to agreeing he understood the reason for my visit. 40 minutes go by and comes back apologizing that he had made a mistake and had my oil change, and he then stated I needed to bring it in 5 more times. Mind you this was supposed to be my third time bringing it to have the oil measure. On top of it he said, don’t worry I won’t charge you for the oil change (don’t worry I wasn’t going to pay for a service I didn’t request). So here I come again today and I bring my car, I was told I had to bring it every 1,000 miles. I sit down and wait again, then here comes Christian again and tells he can’t do anything today because they had informed the owner of the car that I needed to bring my car every 1,500 miles. I looked at him and I said “I’m the owner” I was never informed this plus he had given me a piece of paper last time that specifically said 1,000 miles. He looked at me confused and with a rude tone he said that Jason had been speaking with someone else about this and that he had left the paper on the seat of my car for me to look at. Yes, granted my brother forgot to tell about this; I’m not upset about that. This guy Christian has very poor people skills and he shouldn’t be dealing with customers if he doesn’t know how to handle situations. I hate going to dealerships or mechanics because of this specific reason., some man don’t how to respect female customers. Please make sure this guy doesn’t come near me again, he messed it up by doing the oil change then he gives me an attitude? Please teach him people skills.

All I have to say is wow!!.. The fear of buying a new car is getting screwed over. We all dread to go too the dealership and listen to smiling lies. I can promise you wont find that here. Soon as I pulled up Mr.Ruben Perez said well lets waste no time I have the car ready for you. As a customer that made me feel good. He had the whole deal worked out before I arrived. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. From the moment I called them asking about inventory they truly listened to what I wanted. Within thirty minutes of calling I arrived to the dealership and had 3 vehicles pulled up to the front doors waiting for me that all fit my description of what I was looking for. After a test drive, I chose my color and sat down. There was no haggling on price because they came with an amazing deal. It was so quick and easy that I left with my new jeep in no time. By far the worst body shop I ever dealt with. I was called to pick up the car when it was completed and upon arrival I noticed within the first 30 seconds they didnt fix everything from the accident. On top of that they were suppose to take the car from the body shop to the service department to get routine maintenance. They failed to do this simple task. Thus the car had to be dropped off again so they could complete the work. I called to see if the car was finished and they said yes (despite me not getting a call to tell me it was done) and so I asked did you also fix everything else that was on the list. He said I dont know so I said but you just told me the car was ready to be picked up. He hung up the phone but before doing so called me an A_ _ hole. This place had no idea what they are doing and do horrible work. Stay away from this place.

This dealer has really taken a nose dive. I wanted to trade a 2019 BMW 540i and they offered $31,000.00 when KBB was $39,000.00 and made me wait forever to get this offer. I guess they cant read the KBB. Very insulting and I would recommend going somewhere else for a car purchase.

I have bought a lot of vehicles, in my time, but this is up there at the top.I communicated with Matt Solar through e-mails, about a Ram 1500.I saw it on their website. I met Matt at the dealership and test drove the Ram 1500. I really liked it and started the purchase process. I worked a quick and smooth deal with Zach and Matt. They were great and made the buying pretty simple. Charlie also, did a great job in financing. All three were professional and courteous. I have no complaints and highly recommend Huffines dealership in Plano.

If you are looking for pushy salesmen and additional upcharges like the recondition fee that is common in DFW, look somewhere else. I purchase a pre-owned Chevy Silverado. The truck had a few issues that Orlon (salesperson) assured me theyd fix.- Manufacturer recall- A/C didnt blow cold- Several scratches/scuffs/paint issues- Cell phone charger inoperableAfter the test drive we worked out a deal to resolve all of these issues. Orlon and Cris, the sales manager, did not once try to push me on any recondition fee scam or extended warranty. After making a deal, Orlon kept in constant contact with me to update me on the status of the repairs. I came back a couple days later to pick up my truck. Before I could walk up to the truck, Orlon was walking out to greet me and recognized they missed the mark on repairing the paint issues and wanted another crack at it. The cell phone charger would need some parts so we agreed to have the paint corrected at that time, so I drove it home.That weekend a horrible sulfur smell entered the cab any time I turned on the A/C. I also had to jump the battery to get started once and it cranked slow other times. I spoke with Cris about this and he sent a porter to my house (an hour away) to pick up the truck and drop off a loaner. They had this fixed in a few days and the truck is working and looking great.My experience with the truck has been frustrating, but the sales team (Orlon, Kevin, Cris and Rodney) made up for it with their service!

I bought my new RAM 2500 last week from Huffines and the process was hassle free and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly.I specifically want to call out my salesman Billy, he pretty much stuck with it the whole time other than a few calls. He was great to talk to and he made sure to get everything I asked for in the deal. Also, Charlie in finance, he has all the fun toys in his office (Tech Geek Talking), which made the signature process nice quick and easy.Keep up the great work guys and while I plan to have the truck for quite some time, I will definitely be back if I am ever in the market for a new toy or to replace this one.

My salesman Orlon was great from the minute I walked in the door until the time I left with new car keys! He went over everything outside on the car; pointing out all the great features, and then made signing the paper work a breeze. I sat down with Charlie at the computer desk and discussed the extended warranty. He was nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Finally an honest dealership who values their customers over profits. Recently purchased a used vehicle there that had minor paint repairs to be done and was promised it would be taken care of once the vehicle was sold and they were true to their word. Thought it would just be a simple paint repair but it turns out the whole section needs repainting and they’re doing so as promised. I’ve had previous experiences with dealerships that could care less about what was promised once the deal was sealed so it’s really refreshing to come across one that keeps them. I’d definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from them as I will again when I have to get another.

The price and care for this truck was impressive, well all but the bed of the truck and the purchase process.I asked my sales agent to clean the truck bed twice thinking it was just dirty. He informed me it was cleaned; I took it to two different car washes and pressure washed it myself. I found a spray on bed liner that should clean it up, but that bed is awful.My other concern is the purchase experience. I had the cash to purchase the vehicle, so I did not need to get a loan. I went to my bank in Plano just to find out they do not provide certified checks the day of the request. I would have to put in a request, and it would take a couple of days. I went back to the dealership and provided a personal check. I asked that the accounting department cash it immediately, and I would wait to pick up the truck once the check cleared, this was agreed upon. I made it clear I did not want my credit run. I am purchasing a house and did not need a loan to purchase the truck. Low and behold, I get a letter in the mail after the purchase was completed, that my credit was run. Not only did I get a letter for credit I did not apply for, I also received a call from my mortgage company asking me to explain the inquiry on my credit. This was quite disappointing for such great help purchasing this truck.

Four years ago, I bought my first 2013 Dodge Charger from this location. I had a great first time experience then. I would always go back to this location for oil changes and any maintenance the car would need. They always handled my car with care and expertise.June 17th I went in to pick up my 2013 Dodge Charger and I wondered over to the used cars side. I was only browsing. One of the salesmen, Barry, came out within a few minutes and started talking to me. He asked if I wanted help with anything. I said I was just looking. We eventually began talking about how long I had been a customer there and my positive experiences. I shared with Barry how my 2013 Charger was about to reach 100,000 miles and how the warranty would no longer be in place. I continued browsing the cars and I came across a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T with the Hemi. It only had 8,100 something miles on it. That is pretty much a brand new car! The price was good. At no point did Barry haggle or hustle me into any quick decisions. Barry offered to also have my car appraised for trade in value. The offer was amazing and much more than I expected. Then, I had the opportunity to test drive the car and as you can imagine the start of the engine is beautiful and the test drive was so amazing.I finally made up my mind to go through and purchase the new Dodge Charger. Barry, Huffines, Mikael Hays and their finance department were ALL AMAZING. They are like family. Everyone from the sales people to the parts department are loyal and amazing people. I was never pressured or forced to do anything that I did no t want to do or I was not comfortable with. Everyone thoroughly explained all of the steps along the way. It felt great to get my second car from Huffines. What is even better, the deal on the 2016 Dodge Charger is so much better than my first Charger!

Hello, I visited the car lot on March 17,2021. I only visited this car lot because my husband saw a vehicle online that he wanted me to go test drive. I was greeted by two a nice gentleman Rodney and Oralon Hill. They assisted me in the test drive. Once, returning to the lot I saw a vehicle that I was interested in and Rodney and Mr. Hill got the keys so I could test drive the vehicle. I arrived back to the lot and told Rodney I would like too start the paperwork on me a vehicle. Needless to say I would give these two men a FIVE star for their excellent customer service. Now, once I was taken over to the finance department I was treated with the uttermost disrespect. I hate to say it was my RACE but, STEWART in finance made it feel that way. Me and my kids was sitting in the waiting area along with another man. Stewart came out his office after about 20 minutes and sit in a chair and started asking me questions about my income in front of this total stranger. I felt that he should of called me in his office to have that conversation but, because I am black I felt like he was comfortable having a bad attitude with me and talking in front of another white customer as if he was trying to talk down to me. I left the office and decided that I was not going to do business with this company because of Stewart. I chose not to purchase my vehicle however, because Rodney and Oralon were so nice my husband decided to purchase his vehicle with the exception of not having to use Stewart as his finance person. Overrall good car lot.....STEWART in finance is Rude, Disrespectful and unprofessional. He should not be allowed to work and represent the company.

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger in March 2016 for my 16 year old son from Central Autohaus of Richardson, Texas. When we stated that we would require a vehicle inspection at closing to make sure the car had not been wrecked they told us to take it to Huffines Dodge where they had an arrangement, which we did. Huffines personnel, knowing our objectives, performed the inspection, gave us a clean report, and we bought the car.After being rear-ended in December 2016 we learned from Allstate Insurance that the car had actually been involved in a major rear end collision in 2015. A simple exam under the trunk carpet showed extensive and shoddy repair work.The carfax presented to us was clean. We also ordered a VinAudit which was clean. We then took and extra step and paid for an inspection with Huffines Dodge yet we ultimately were sold a damaged vehicle. Huffines now says the inspection was mechanical only. Very dissapointed in

I wanted to take a moment to rate my recent experience at Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Plano. As you can clearly see, I gave them a 5-star rating. My experience here was as smooth as butter from start to finish. I would like to especially give high praise to my salesman, Travis Hallman. Not only was he extremely genuine and helpful but he was also the definition of professional. I did not walk into this dealership at 1330 on Monday expecting to leave with a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I had a tattoo appointment; I was just wasting time before my scheduled time. However, the more time I spent talking to Travis, the more inclined I became to making that Jeep mine. I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I purchased the vehicle used from a GREAT guy at Sam Packs FIVE STAR Ford in Carrollton named Jared Wingard last year. I bought the best warranty available. Fast forward, I get a recall notice and I was having factory radio issues at the same time so I took it to Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Plano for service. At that time, Jonathon took great care of me. The recall issue was taken care of and my warranty covered a new radio. The only issue is my after market bass was never hooked back up to my radio. My tunes didnt sound the same BUT my factory system was working. I started listening to Audible for awhile, and just got around to having these guys see what the issue was.Mon, April 5 2021 I take my car to the service dept as directed. I told them Id need it for work the next day and they indicated I should have it. My vehicle was left with Bill Buckley. As I was dropping it off, Bill asked who helped me with it last time. When I told him it was Jonathan, he laughed and told me he was no longer with them. After some delays already, by 3pm Wed I still hadnt heard from Bill so I called. Thats when I was told that the reason my radio didnt work was because of my after market antenna and that it would cost me $120 to install the right one and that I would be charged. I said the warranty covered my radio, they should cover all the needed parts. Bill told me that the replacement radio wasnt compatible with my after market antenna because it wasnt long enough, therefore wouldnt allow for the necessary downloads needed to make my replacement radio work. I told him that didnt make sense and to explain that better. He only repeated himself so I asked to speak to someone that could get more technical with detail so I could understand. I thought he may put a technician on the phone, but instead I was transferred to KAREN. Karen told me the same thing with less detail than Mr. Bill. So then I started to think that someone screwed up somewhere and now some folks are playing CYA. I get it. We have all made mistakes on the job. Its human. But covering up mistakes AND wanting me to pay for it is just BAD BUSINESS.Bill says that him and KAREN are gonna do me a solid and try to get Mr. Thompson to OK my $120 antenna, I just gotta wait till hes out of his meeting. He said theyd called my warranty company and they denied my antenna coverage. I asked for the number so I could call myself. A guy named Kevin took great care of me. I explained my issue and he agreed it didnt make sense. Coincidentally, while I was still on the phone with him, Billy called to say it was all gonna be covered, even the labor that he was still trying to get me to pay for going to be waived.4pm Wed, Bill said it would be done soon so I got a ride to dealership. Waited around in parking lot for him to call. By 5:15 I go in to ask and they told me the tech had already left and it wouldnt be ready till the next day. They said they could send someone to get me in the morning. My ride drop me off at home and I notice a message from the dealership, saying they tried to catch me, but my car WAS ready after all. By now its 6:30pm. They close at 7pm. I called up there, KAREN answers. She offers to send someone to get me and I accepted. She called right back to say that it would put her guys past 7pm. Long pause on my end...then she offers to send a Lyft but was clear that it would put her past 7pm. I accepted the ride. Bill and KAREN were the only two left. Bill leaned on the counter and stared at me while he had the lady deal with me.I felt uncomfortable and that I had inconvenienced them. They never offered a loaner and I was placated with an apology. I think my bass was never reconnected when I originally took it in using my WARRANTEE and now they were gonna have to use labor to fix it and made up a reason why it was MY problem. I got the feeling I was on the WRONG TEAM when I was greeted by Bill and I feel he was trying to intimidate me through the process.

Took delivery of a Ram TRX on 03/20/21. Every other dealership in the area charging 5k-20k over msrp (TRX) and most force you to buy the tint, wheel lock and door edge protection (about 2k more) on all other vehicles. Huffines does not practice this padding. Gary in sales helped me custom order the TRX and gave me weekly updates. Huffines is honest and fair. If youre in the market for an FCA product, Huffines is the right choice. Better yet, visit a couple dealers first and then go in and see the difference. Thanks again Gary!

Taryn, you are AMAZING.This review maybe long, so skip to the end if you dont want to read my story time. :)This dealership unfortunately is not where I purchased my new car, and I cannot express how much I regret that. The dealership I did purchase from however, cheerfully failed at all things customer service as a whole, miserably. I left that dealership feeling like I was lied to, used, and as soon as papers were signed, they wanted nothing to do with me. I came to Huffines for I guess direction? Reassurance? I was upset and I remembered calling them to discuss the vehicle I was searching for. They tried to find one and couldnt, but they were great to work with as much as we were in contact. So I called them after the fact, feeling very frustrated, very confused, and angry. Despite my frustration they were more than happy to help me. Huffines (I worked mostly with Taryn, though I have spoken with people in sales and finance, who were also amazing,) stepped up without hesitation to help navigate me through my new vehicle, helped me understand and resolve what I had issues with, helped me remember why I chose Dodge in the first place, and now continue to help me keep up with my vehicles scheduled maintenance quickly, efficiency and fairly. All the things you WANT to find in a dealership and service department before you purchase a vehicle.If my experience has been any indication of what buying here is like, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Bought a used vehicle from Huffines last weekend and had a wonderful experience. I found the vehicle online and was able to work everything out through e-mail before ever coming in to look at the vehicle. When I got there the vehicle had a check engine light come on. I notified the salesman, they took it to BMW, had it fixed, and gave me a full report of what was wrong with it. I was completely comfortable the entire time I dealt with them. at one point when doing paper work i mentioned to them that I needed to go and they did their best to get me out of there quickly. I definitely had a good experience with them and would recommend Malcolm in used car sales.

I had a horrible experience with another dealership in the DFW area. I drove up from Austin and they told me I was ready to go only to find out after arriving the car is still in transport. I located a Wrangler on Huffines website, filled out the questionnaire, and was ready to purchase. The Wrangler was originally sticker priced for $39,500 and had all the bells and whistles that I wanted included in the price but was marked down to $35,200. The finance manager not only wouldnt offer the advertised vehicles price (wanted to charge me $44,000), but quoted me an outrageous interest rate without running my credit, and kept requesting my husband co-sign for loan or I lease the vehicle. Newsflash Huffines, women have been allowed to purchase and own property for about 100 years now. Its time to treat them like they are important.

I don’t think I need to tell any of you what a nightmare shopping for a new car at a dealership can be. The haggling, the bombardment of cars that you didn’t ask for that are always way outside the price range you’ve told them you can afford, the back and forth of “let me talk to my manager” leaving you sitting in an office for hours while they pretend to get you a good deal on a car that you’re more than likely settling for, the insincere fake kindness and cheesy vibes you get from car salesmen...we’ve all been there.My experience at Huffines Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge in Plano was the exact opposite.Our sales representative, Danyail Sanders, was nothing short of an absolute delight to work with. She showed us cars within our price range, gorgeous pre-owned vehicles with low milage and all the features we required and then some. They worked with us financially to get out from under a nightmare lease with D&M that we were totally upside down on with debt that we feared we’d be stuck with forever.But with a reasonably small down payment, and Huffines giving us an above market value buyout for the car we traded in; we drove off the lot in a beautiful low milage Nissan Altima will all the bells and whistles. A complete upgrade of a vehicle that ended up being $200/month less than the payments we were making on the trade in vehicle we had before.Huffines is a family owned business that has been around for the better part of 100 years and it’s clear that they have lasted that long by putting the customer 1st.I will never buy another vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t have the Huffines name on the building.Thank you Danyail for staying after business hours to finish our deal and thank you to the rest of your team for going above and beyond to make us happy and lift a huge, stressful financial burden off of our shoulders when we needed it the most.It will not be soon forgotten and any friend I have looking for a new vehicle will be pointed your way.Best car buying experience ever.

Not thrilled at all with my experience there this weekend. I am a current customer in car number 2 with them which my lease runs out in three months. After emailing back and forth with a sales rep Saturday I went there and wasted two hours. Turned out we could not get answers on the finance side until Monday. Ok, Monday comes around and early morning I receive an email from sales rep asking how soon I can get there and car would be ready. Then hours go by and the communication went away until mid afternoon the finance person calls me to discuss things. I send what he needed right away and it took me to reach out to them the next day to find out what is going on. Then at least four hours later I receive an email stating nothing really can get worked out. I will be turning my car in once the lease is up in February and take business elsewhere. I guess the third time is not the charm with them.
