My experience was the worst. I bought a car from your team all of them saying this is the best car Fax we have seen. Granted I fell for it. But I got it home and right away it started having issues. I hand brake pads done and it kind of expensive. Might bad again. But when I was looking at the car I said I am buying this for my son and he is driving it cross country next week. Can you please tell me everything will be okay and you have looked at everything. They assured me all is good. In the middle of Kentucky on the way it breaks down and costs 3-4k to fix it. I am ghosted by Michael the sales manager and the owner tells me why would I do anything for you, you bought a used car. So it gets fixed and he drives it for a year and I sell it because it had more issues when he was in Pennsylvania. So there is nothing you can do now. Some of this is on me for trusting a car sales men. Your company is just not trustworthy.

I for sure paid more, almost $10K more...but my experience was light years better, and I have peace of mind with CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) warranty until 2024.

Just purchase a vehicle from Hiline Motors last week. Thoroughly a good and different purchase experience. There was no over the top haggling or suffocation from the dealership or the sales people there. Jason was an excellent salesman, polite, respectful, and was non hassling. I drove 4 hours to the dealership after work right at their closing and they were willing to stay open for me to get there. The car was detailed and parked right up front ready to go for me to test drive as soon as I got there. The purchase was so easy that it felt like I was missing something after the sale was done. Again there was no hassling during my buying process including my trade in as well and was able to be done over the phone and email.The only two cons I have which are more of just a different way of sales from most dealerships. The first is I did not have to do financing with the general manager or a finance person. It was all done with the salesman. The second is the overall in courtesy most dealers give you after purchasing a car with a full complete detail and a full tank of gas. My car was detailed but was not full on gas. When I asked if this could be done. I was told that this is not what they normally do. Like I said however, this is very minute. Just an honorable mention for those that expect every dealership to act the exact same.I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again!

Inquired about a vehicle and sales lady was very rude and not accommodating at all. She told me on the particular vehicle I was inquiring about that they had had numerous applications on said vehicle and that all banks on all applications came back requiring at least 8k down. I told her the vehicle was way over priced if all responses were the same and she got rude with me and told me our prices are set and are NON NEGOTIABLE.... piss poor service....I have never spoke to someone so unenthused to sell a vehicle. I bought a used and beautiful Porsche 911 in perfect conditions, low milage and very fair price. I bought the car remotely from NY state in TX. Bob Tauber my sell contact person was just amazing. Bob was right to the point without sugar -coating, firm but very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I start the deal on a Friday and the next Friday the car was in my driveway in Westchester with no problems whatsoever. The tile arrived within a few days and they even found the second key! Bob checked with me all the way from the initial inspection to the delivery - he was alway available and very responsive. I highly recommend HiLine Motors in Plano TX without any reservations.

This is a quality pre-owned car dealer! The GM has a keen eye for quality, style, and performance, as everything on the lot is super clean and sharp. It is a beautifully curated experience from the time you pull onto the lot -- all around you are gorgeous vehicles, hand-picked by the GM, I learned. I went there after months of searching online for a 2016 Mazda CX-5. They had an impeccable Grand Touring and I drove down from Central Arkansas to buy it. I felt secure and well communicated with throughout the process with my salesman, Jason. I was honestly a little intimidated once I realized most of the cars they seem to sell are Lexus and Mercedes, but that just solidified for me that they saw the potential in this make and model! I purchased a used 2012 BMW 740 LI from Hiline Motors this past September and it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I inquired about a car online and promptly got a call-back from my salesperson Carmen, who scheduled a visit. I got my loan approved in advance, and there was absolutely no haggling. The original car I inquired about turned out not to be a good fit for me, but Carmen then introduced me to the BMW and Im so glad she was able to get a good read on my taste and desire in cars and matched me up with the perfect ride.The entire transaction took less than two hours and wouldve been quicker if Id had gone with the first selection. Carmen also referred me to a reputable foreign auto repair shop where I can get the regular service completed far cheaper than the dealership. Ive already been to the shop for a minor repair that Hiline Motors graciously covered 100% of the repair cost.All in all I must admit that this was a great experience and I plan on being a return customer when its time to upgrade again. Id recommend Hiline and Carmen to anyone interested in getting a great vehicle for a great price without the arm twisting and pressure thats so prevalent in auto sales.

Most terrible experience ever. Suggest even close in this location down. Waited for 1.5 hours and had to ask what was going on and no response. Already a bad experience and to top it off guy in charge is cursing at a customer. Doesn’t matter how anybody comes and talk to you but in a professional environment such as this dealership claims to be cursing shouldn’t be allowed from an employee. Asked to dispose of all my info and take my business elsewhere.

After selling the car, the company never followed up on paperwork to send registration papers to my state after more than two weeks. Also, they never disclosed that GAP insurance is not required, but added it to my financial loan anyway. Please be aware of this. It is optional and you have a right to refuse it. I have left messages for the GM and others who havent called back for more than two weeks. They will also push you to give five star rating before you even drive off the car from their lot.

Came to look at an Audi A7 they had. Receptionist was lovely and asked me to wait a moment while she grabbed someone. Coincidentally, sales guy comes in not 10 seconds after, talks to receptionist who calls him over and then directs me to follow him to the showroom/warehouse. Car was pretty immaculate. Previous owner liked the curb a bit. Issue I had is he opened the car, dropped the key in the center console and then disappeared. He didnt ask me anything, didnt seem even interested on my being there. So, I checked out the car, top to bottom, just trying to see if hed come back. Never did. Left me with the keys. I had to turn off and lock the car and give the keys to the receptionist to give back to him to put away. I left. Dont recommend unless they get someone else to handle their sales. Wont be back.

My salesman Mike was great. No pressure, No B.S. best car buying experience ever. Bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered. The pictures didnt do it justice. More than what I expected . Although almost 2 months later and the air suspension on the rear went out. They just had it repaired and should be under warranty. They wont return my text or calls. So Im looking at a $3000 fix. Be careful what you buy. Really sucks. Smh
