The entrance to the car rental was not obvious, we had to walk around and find it others could not find it either. The customer service was good.

Hugh was honest, easy to work with and drove to Ft. Worth to pick up a jeep that had just come in so that I could look at it the same day. Came back, drove it, loved it, and bought it. Drove out with my 2018 Jeep Compass with only 14,400 miles on it with a great price of 28,999 fully loaded. Second time in 2 years that I have bought a car at Enterprise. The staff is great, the cars are inspected and have a warranty and I traded in my Jeep I bought 2 years ago. I used to hate buying a car. Not anymore! Thanks to Hugh and Enterprise!

WOW!!!!!!! Enterprise Car Sales in Plano is the BEST PLACE TO GET A CAR!!! Their customer service in selling cars is 100+ the greatest. Ms. Cameron and her team fight to give you a great sale and put your needs FIRST. Im a VERY BUSY PERSON 7 days a week. When my life was toss upside down within months and my car I had since 2017 engine went off. I felt COVID-19 took everything I work hard for to stay on top. I needed a car that was reliable to keep me going. Mr. Hugh went the extra miles to help me from every text or every call and was there. When it was time for the paperwork to be sign and overnight everything to my dad to sign his part. Enterprise car sales in Plano jump very high to reach the finish line. To finish the race like CHAMPS they delivered my 2019 Nissan Kicks to my house in Anna, Tx to give me my NEW CAR like a trophy. My car (Dymond) had everything. I had to add the tint.

Clean your cars better ENTERPRISE were still in a Pandemic. And... if your policy states NO DOGS in your vehicles and a vehicle is returned and theres DOG HAIR everywhere AND you rent it to the next customer without your cleaning staff cleaning it and no one checking to see if theyre actually doing the job they were HIRED to do, then shame on you!!! YOU should change your sales pitch because you all clearly arent living up to it. So disgusting to get into a car thats filled with dog 🐶 hair. I love, love, love, dogs. Just dont want to WEAR dog to work.

This was a very pleasant experience. I’m not sure if most people are like me, but I HATE car shopping. I totaled my car and was sent to enterprise to pick up a rental. While at Enterprise in Las Colinas a young man at Enterprise informed me that Enterprise also has a car sales department. I came in because I was being removed from my rental by my insurance company prematurely. Josh was recommended to me by the rental office in Lewisville that knew my situation. I told him what I wanted and what I needed. We eventually settled on what I needed, and he got me a great deal on a 2016 Ford Explorer with less than 30,000 miles. This was his first choice, and he knew the numbers would work even better for me. He was a constant professional.

I wanted to thank Danny, Jake and the whole finance team for working so hard in getting me approved for my 2006 Nissan Altima. By sheer fate, a couple in Arlington decided on a Maxima, which led to the entire team stepping up and bringing the Altima from Arlington back to Plano. Just got a vehicle from this location last week. I am pleased, Ryan, Josh, and James (Ryan was the lead on the sale) all really helped us out. They each exhibited a professional attitude. Helped us find what we were after with no pressure. The cars are a little higher in price than what they should be for fleet vehicles, but they seemed to be looked at well and we have more peace of mind having a warranty period on the vehicle. (After having a troubling prior experience with another vehicle purchased elsewhere.)I would definitely recommend.

Very nice and fun staff, always felt welcome. This was my first buying process and I did feel a bit lured to a specific car and rushed to make a decision as if it was my single option. Once getting the car it wasn’t fully what I had expected which I feel could’ve been discussed more when buying, my salesperson just kind of picked one without looking closely at the details. Color and some of the style was off from what I imagined and we could’ve avoided that. Lastly, no one did a thorough check on my car, I had at least 3 internal breaks or missing parts and that lessened my car buying experience. Lesson: don’t get rushed to pick a car unless you take the time to go over what you’re getting, and don’t feel uncomfortable to do a thorough check through and drive through before leaving the lot.

Good selections and nice to test drive several types of cars. Unfortunately when I decided on a mini van they raised the price midday by $1,000. Literally drove a van, next morning looked at it online and decided to go there that afternoon and from the time I looked that morning to when I got there it had a brand new price of $1,000 more. Seems like a bait and switch or at the very least a poor business practice to say no haggle price then raise the prices by a grand and not honor the original price from 4 hours prior.

I had been looking online for a while at their cars, I finally put an inquiry in and the next morning I received an email from Andrew, he answered all my questions and we agreed to meet the next morning. When I got there he had an emergency (which is perfectly fine, I had zero issues with this!) and handed me to James and let me tell you, James is amazing! We went right into test driving, he answered all my questions and listened when I had feedback on a car whether I liked it or didn’t. He even went out of his way to spend twenty minutes trying to find a key for the car I wanted, which is amazing and didn’t complain once while I apologized to him for the inconvenience. The financial manager, Dennis, was amazing as well as he went over all the information. I am a first time car buying which I bet was obvious and he dumbed it down for me when he could tell I didn’t necessarily understand what he was saying.

I was amazed at the wide selection of cars and SUVs to choose from. I was able to get in and out within a couple hours and Im very pleased w my purchase. This is really the way to go, if a person doesnt want to pay the price of a new car. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. I will be back in the future.

Beware car buyers i bought 2016 CHEVROLET Malibu with all sensers issues also they hide past history issues as well. Give you a 12000 mile warranty after they sell you the car thats a pretty quick bail out. I am not one that throws around positive reviews online. However, I felt compelled to write this one. I recently purchased a vehicle out of need that would be used both for work and for my growing family. After doing deep online research, I found that there are MANY positive reasons for purchasing 1-3 year old vehicles from Enterprise based on their exemplary on-time servicing of the vehicles and the overall value of resale versus the usual market. Not to mention the little know fact that Enterprise supplies so many auto dealers with their cars anyway, going to Enterprise is a good financial decision.What surprised me is that the value they bring to the transaction doesnt mean that you sacrifice service. This was the single greatest car buying experience I have ever been a part of! The entire team was STELLAR! From the non-pushy sales approach by the immediate sales professional that helped me all the way through the finance office. I cant say enough about how up-front and expedient this team is! I LOVE the vehicle I bought and I will be back when my wife needs a new one! BRAVO!

I really enjoyed buying my new to me car at Enterprise Car Sales. The process was simple, non-pressured, and Gavin was a wonderful advocate. He went to bat to get us the best possible interest rate on our car loan. He also made both my husband and I feel at home. Great experience. I picked out my vehicle and was able to do much of the paperwork, including applying for financing, online before arriving. Drove my trade-in over, took a test drive in the new vehicle, came back and signed the paperwork, and was on my way, in a total of about 90 minutes. My third vehicle purchase from Enterprise. I saw the vehicle I wanted online, test drove it, put the paperwork in, got good financing and easy insurance quote, and they had the vehicle ready, very easy process and quick. Andrew was very helpful. The car wasnt cleaned very well, coffee spelled around the steering well, white dust or paint on the back interior door, smelled strange and not vacuumed very well. Other than those minor things, great experience

Been renting from this company for a year. The past 10 months or so I have been renting every month all month due to no vehicle paying around 1,000$ per month. The past few months at the branchs that I have been renting from has been telling me to contact this place and get one financed and it will save me a lot of money ( but they appreciate my loyal business). Due to pay that kinda of money on a rental every month and having issues with a few security refunds I agreed to have someone from here to contact me about financing a vehicle. The salesman called and left a voicemail so I called back a few days later and talked to him. I had an issue on my credit history and explained everything and he told me he is confident that they can put me in something once I arrived in person and talked to them so I schedule an appointment. The morning of the appointment I sent him a message about it will be a waste of my time to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes if their wanting a large downpayment. No response to that but received a message seeing if I was going to make the appointment which I said yes as long as there is no large downpayment. No response. Well I arrived 45 minutes early due to bad weather and was greeted by another salesman. Told him my situation and he said he understood and hes sure he can put me in something that day to help me stop paying around 1,000$ a month on the monthly rentals....but he said he really appreciated my (continued loyalty through the rentals). After everything was done he said great news!! We can put you in this for 4,500$ down!!🥴 Told him I cant do that due to paying around a 1,000$ per month on rentals. Hes like well give it a few weeks and let me know if you have the money😡Ill just say for a loyal client in the rental field constantly....month after month for around 10 months or so I dont feel as a loyal as they seem to say in person! If you want to make a sell you can make it happen even with no money down!Whats really messed up is that Ive went to the Nissan dealership and Toyota dealership and they can put me in something for 1,500$ down.If this is how they treat their so called loyal clients I hate to see how they treat their non loyal clients!!

I worked with Kendrick Turner and he was amazing. He immediately greeted me when I came in. I knew which car I wanted and he worked hard to get everything within my budget. He even transferred my items out of my rental car into my new car for me and plugged in my charger. He also took my rental car back for me even though I rented from somewhere else and made sure my remaining funds and deposit for the rental car were returned. I was able to drive off the lot and make it to work on time from start to finish with all paperwork completed within 1hr and a half. He has advised me that no matter what he is here to help me if I have any issues no matter how long I’ve had the car. Didnt have any Toyota Carolla on the lot. The cars they are trying to sell are poorly built Nissan,Hyundai, Kia, Dodge, etc. I have purchase many cars from Enterprise. Never seen such a poor selection of poorly built cars.

Ive purchased quite a few cars during my lifetime and this was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I was referred to the Car Sales department by an Enterprise Rental agent when I had picked up a rental car. At the time I had been looking to buy a new car, but couldnt find the right vehicle at the right price and options. I received a call from James in Car Sales later that same day. I told him what I was looking for and he told me to come on over so he could get me in a car today. We set up a time for me to drive over that evening after work. I didnt think much about it at the time. My family arrived at the dealership, but James was in the middle of showing some other customers vehicles but he introduced us to Andrew and said he would take good care of us. We sat with Andrew and talked about what things we were looking for and price ranges and he pulled a listing of vehicles they had on the lot matching our criteria and we started walking the lot checking each of them out and narrowing down which ones we were most interested in. As we were looking I noticed a vehicle that appeared to have everything we wanted and then some and asked Andrew about that one. It was a bit above the price range we were looking to stay in, but it had everything we were looking for so we asked to test drive it too. In the end thats the vehicle we settled on and started the application process. We got the approval and worked out the final details and signed all the paperwork the next morning and drove off the lot in our new vehicle all smiles.

Enterprise Car Sales was great. It was so easy and pleasant. Everyone was so nice. They had lots of choices, no haggling, and no time wasted trying to get a good price. All the cars and prices were good. This is the second time a bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales. I recommend it to everyone.

Best car buying experience EVER! Hugh Britt is a rock star. February 2019 Hugh helped our grandson with the purchase of his first car. He was amazing and made the process easy. We left the dealership feeling a good decision was made with a safe, dependable car. July 2019 I called Hugh and let him know I was ready to purchase a good, used car for myself. We have traded for many cars over the years but never had a dealership or salesman that was so committed to the customer. We are definitely customers for life!
