My experience here was great. Kate was very helpful and informative. She was able to line up some pretty good SUVs for me to look at. Everyone here is very nice friendly and professional. My only problem is that the vehicle I purchased didn’t really have any gas in it. They could have made sure it had at least a half a tank. Other than that they were great. I would recommend them.

The dealership has a calm and friendly atmosphere. Joshua worked with me, and he has a casual, no-stress approach to sales. He completely knows what he’s talking about, and is very organized in the way he presents information. He’s also pretty funny. Great experience, and Josh was very patient. He helped me find the car that has what I need and I couldn’t be happier with the way that worked out. If you’ve had any traumatic car sales guys experiences, this is a great place to start over.

Granted Ill not see this loan to fruition... Meaning the APR is out of this universe! 22.09 APR is horrendous. For a vehicle sold at 15389.00 and lets say all payments are made over the life of the loan... Just a tad over 40K. Yeah... Thats gonna be a no from me. But they will sell you a very good and decent vehicle. Thats a fact that Ill be tripling payments to the principal balance.Moving on,Josh at drive time Plano knew his product and exactly knew how to place his pitch.Once Again... This a last chance finance company.

Josh helped me from the beginning and found several cars for me . But he didnt give up he finally found something new that just came in. I came by after work test drove my Cruze. Then one month later i was one payment late and they repod and terminated my contract in 24 hours. Said the only way i get it back is to pay 17,000g loan. I dont recommend them

DO NOT GO TO DRIVETIME. Waste of time and money. I paid my down payment. Went to go pick up my car it was not what I asked for. Then tried to get me into something I did not want. Would not accommodate that I drove 40 minutes to pick up the car. Misleading.

I had a great experience with the DriveTime staff. Due to a situation at work, Covid etc...the process took longer but everyone was helpful and considerate. They kept in contact via phone calls and text messages to see how things were going. When the timing finally worked they helped me get into the car that I really desperately needed. Kudos to the whole team!

I was in a transportation pickle after totaling my perfectly good car on Wednesday. I just decided to try out Drive Time, and it worked perfectly fine for me. Was able to pay even less monthly than I had bee paying for an even better car than the one that I had been driving. The sales staff did not pressure me and made me feel good. In my head I said that if I could be at this number I was ready to walk away from the deal. Instead I drove out with a great car. Yolanda was great to work with, again with no pressure, and finding the car that worked for me.

Went into Drivetime on a Thursday. Saw a car I liked and put $500 down to reserve the car until I could get it the next day. Before leaving, I asked my salesperson Josh Nolan if I would be able to get my money back the next day if I decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. I was informed by him yes as well as the guy who took my money yes. The car I was interested in had the wrong tags on it. It stated it was a 2016 Chevy Malibu with back up camera and all. While test driving, we realized there was no back up camera. It was late, so I let it go. But I googled the 2016 Chevy Malibu at home and it was a totally different body style than the one I reserved. It was in fact an older model. I decided not to get the vehicle and went back the next day to get my money back and was told that I could not get it back until 7-10 business days in the form of a check, which was not what I was told. I suggest If purchasing a vehicle from here, make sure the car you are interested in is labeled correctly and dont reserve a car, especially if you arent 100% you are going to get it. They will hold your money. Im still waiting on my check.

My appt was ant 4:45pm and we didn’t leave til 7 or 8pm I think. Anyways, I recommend throughly checking your car and reading your contract. Mine jumped up from the initial price which I was like WTH, but then remembered I added GAP coverage 😅. That’s really worth it.
