09/27 bought a car online sight unseen with only pictures to make a decision. The car arrived with unrepairable defects that were not known to me beforehand. Not one picture of said defects. Clearly I was taken advantage of. Please steer clear of this business!

Lots of cars to select from, pricing seems neutral to fair, some are priced really good.Now for the loss of 2 stars that is due to the service. I cant even begin to say anything because there was no service. The only cars I was interested in they just pointed at me to go look at them. And they didnt have any info on them. I walked back through the shop from the back and got more service from their repair guys than the sales people. So, thank you sales guys for helping out and working on cars all at once.The lady that did approach me and directed me to walk the back lot alone really should work on trying to be more giving with her time, I felt like I was invading her precious time, yet Im the one looking to drop ton of money on a car so my time is more valuable and should be treated so.I left and went to BMW right up the street. Better select, better service.

Very unprofessional.On June 22 I found a vehicle with the specific features and equipment I want on TrueCar at Passport Motors (Stock: PM1437-338). I Clicked the link to verify availability, input my contact information and waited. Shortly after I received an email from TrueCar stating the vehicle was available. I then expected a Passport Motors representative to reach out to me. One never did.So, after a few days I checked Passport Motors website and the vehicle was still showing available. I contacted Passport Motors through the “Contact Us” link on their website. I waited a couple days and never heard from anyone at Passport Motors (yes, I check my spam folder).On June 28 I decided use their “Live Chat” feature hoping to finally reach someone. I chatted with Janice and she confirmed the vehicle was available but would have a sales rep reach out to me. No one did.On the evening of June 29 I went onto Passport Motors website and used the “Reserve” link and once again inquired if the vehicle was available and that I wanted to look at and test drive it the following morning. The morning of July 1 I finally received an email from Passport Motors (first one in 10 days!) from Sales (that appeared to be signed by Ariana Pena in the signature box) stating “This vehicle is still available, we are here till 7:00pm.”So at about 9:30 I drove out there and arrived about 10:00 fully prepared to do business. However, when I get inside I am told “the vehicle was sold, but we have other cars similar to it”. Obviously I was furious. I, told her I wasn’t interested, expresses my displeasure and left, fuming all the way home.Bottom line: After confirming 4 times that the vehicle was available including the morning I drove up there, after much time wasted, 45 miles driving, $8.00 in tolls, and 2 gallons of diesel fuel, It appears I simply fell victim to the old “Bait and Switch” scheme. I will NEVER consider anything at Passport Motors again. And if anyone asks, I will tell them to consider purchasing elsewhere and why.Full disclosure; prior to my retirement I worked 9 years at a Lexus dealership and was the Business Manager for the New and Pre-Owned departments when I left. So, I had basic expectations of how things “should” have gone.UPDATE: In response to Passport Motors reply; I have never purchased a vehicle from you, and probably never will.

This dealership is absolutely horrible. This was my first and last purchase from this place. Horrible customer service and sold me a car that has had consistent problems. I have only had the car 8 months and this will make my 6th time taking the car in for a check engine light issue. The owner John is awful to deal with. I will make sure that my friends, family, and business colleagues never step foot in this dealership.

I purchased my car from Passport Motors in February 2020. The experience was great. No pressure and the overall sales experience was quick and painless. Fast forward to this week...my check engine light came on and since I purchased the warranty, I called Passport Motors. Arthur checked the car and it appears to be a recall issue. He reached out to a local dealership about the recall and sent me all of the information. I have been overall very happy with the Passport Motors.

Let me start off by saying Rose is a liar.I ask her several times what was wrong with the car.She replied nothing it was a trade in.I took the car to Auto Zone the engine light wasn’t on.When I got back to the lot.I told her we took it to Auto Zone and code came on for emission.So my daughter goes Monday and purchase the car after doing a oil change,cleaning the car.Rose tells my daughter the inspection machine is broke.Only for us to find out today that the car can’t be inspected with an engine light on.That’s why they did inspect the car.Don’t be deceived by the nice foreign cars.It’s really not fair for you to have scammed my daughter after us telling you we can’t afford to be scammed.👀

What a wonderful experience in buying my 2018X5 BMW. Passport motors has a wonderful selectionOf vehicles and we had driven 5 hrs away with 2-3Choices. When we arrived we were greeted by Ariana, she is wonderful, she took us around and showed us 2 of our 3 choices. Knowing we were coming they had already detailed the BMW and had it waiting inside for our inspection, everything went so smooth from the time we walked in to closing the deal they don’t haggle on price which is perfect they give you a quality product had a fair price, they’ve already inspected it and done everything that it needs so you’re not getting something that’s been used and not inspected and that’s just thrown out on the parking lot for you to buy I have to say that both my wife and I will definitely go back when I get ready to trade my Lexus in for a BMW sedan. The financing was seamless and smooth with a 2.89% for 48 months with a down payment which we had planned on doing, everyone was very helpful and John Sardis the owner who i nicknamed Mr BMW even went out of his way to get us a great deal on 4 brand new Perelli tires, since most used vehicles do not have brand new tires on them, we wanted it complete when we left and after about an1 1/2 hr we had our car, and headed back to the hotel for a wonderful dinner. For possibly the first time in my life what an ease to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend you taking the time and drive down to Dallas to purchase your next luxury Car / SUV, you won’t be disappointed.Thank you John for everything, we will see you again.

We bought a car and the after sales service is ABYSMAL!! They change their words right after you put down a deposit. When we put down deposit, we inquired about having a service done before we picked up the car and also minor scratches fixed to which they agreed. But come the day to pick up the car, nothing is taken care of! They changed the story to the car didnt need servicing for another 10k miles. Are you kidding me?!? We know that! But we talked about having it serviced before we picked up the car!!! So either record all conversations with them or have it in written. Theyre not trustworthy!! Then they said they serviced the car but couldnt give us an invoice or any sort of proof. That doesnt make any sense! After arguing for a while, they finally agreed to fix it up. Thats very unprofessional!And Rosy is just the grumpiest, most unfriendly person ever!! She had the name entered incorrectly for title change and was very difficult to work with to get our documents in order!Bottom line, the car is okay. Arianna is good to work with. Rosy is just AWFUL! And their customer service is beyond terrible.Its extremely important to treat customers well but they apparently dont seem to think thats the case.

Saw a vehicle I was very interested in.. I inquired and they told me it was still available. I gave them all my information for a credit application and they tell me after they’ve pulled my credit that the car has been sold. I then tell them why I wanted that specific vehicle and the specific packages and they still try to throw every vehicle at me.. not even listening to what I wanted.. everything went in one ear and out the other.RESPONSE TO YOUR BS COMMENT: they told me the vehicle sold the night before. I know a deposit holds the car. The fact is you guys pulled my credit for a vehicle I was interested in knowing the vehicle had sold. The professional approach would have been letting me know the car was under contract and asked me if I still wanted to pull my credit after that . But No, your guys sales tactic is deceiving you lie to people saying the car is available when it’s not just to draw customers in to pull there credit then you tell them it sold after but offer other cars I don’t care what else you guys have to say . You guys suck period.

I put in an inquiry for a 2015 M5 they have. John responded telling me to let him know what I need. I sent a couple of questions and he answered them with what seemed to be no interest. Maybe because Im out of state, idk. When it came to my trade, he asked for all the packages on the car which I told him. The offer came back from KBB with no packages listed and the offer was below NADA wholesale. I told him I was aware that his offer was below wholesale and his next email gave no excuse but instead said yea but mine is nicer and yours is east coast trash. Im from Orlando lol Pic attached. I never said anything rude to him and I had a bank draft ready to go. Shame.

Piss poor customer service, my wife’s car broke down on 2/2/21 so she called passport where she purchased the vehicle, the service guy was out so she left her number for a return call. Today is the 8th and still haven’t been contacted.After getting the owners let’s blame everything on COVID response, it shouldn’t take more than a hour to reach out to your customers, 6 day’s even with COVID is ridiculous.

So happy with my choice for using Passport Motors to purchase my Mercedes. Website was easy to navigate. They have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. These are basically brand new cars. Yes a couple years old but most have very limited miles, mine had under 10K and I got a great deal. Ariana who was the main sales associate who helped me was invested from the begining and I couldnt thank her enough for all the help behind the scenes. I dont think I spent more than 30 minutes at the dealership. All the paperwork was done online, I just showed up to pick it up and was done. Very smooth, I will be back :-) highly recommend them.

I drove hundreds of miles to see a BMW last Saturday. Got there and test drove the car before closing. I asked Ariana if anybody could buy the car over the rest of the weekend and she said no. Sunday I scheduled an inspection and wrote an email to Ariana saying I wanted to buy the car for $500 less than asking because the rear tires were bald. I called Ariana at 9:30A on Monday and asked if she received my email. She said yes but they arent coming down on price. I said fine I will take the car anyway. She sent me the purchase invoice and I sent it to my bank right away. Somehow my inspection got the wrong address and was rescheduled for Tuesday. My bank was in contact with Ariana and I signed the paperwork electronically.Tuesday morning rolls around and I touch base with Passport Motors to make sure everything is fine. Ariana is off and I spoke to Rosie, she said they are selling the car to someone else. I asked why and she said they didnt like the payment instructions by my bank United Heritage Credit Union. I asked for a manger and she said they would call me back. Called two more times over the next few hours and asked for a manager again and nobody ever called back. I called my bank and they said their procedure of payment is accepted this way by every car dealer in Texas. My banker thought it was really strange they wouldnt work it out. Really frustrating Ariana never called and told me the car wasnt mine after I agreed to pay full price and she had sent me the buyers order. Think twice before buying with these guys. Terrible way to do business!

Ariana was great! Process was simple. No haggling. Did all of the deal online. Test drove once and picked up the next day. I was at the dealership a total of 20 minutes.

For starters I was looking to schedule an appointment because that is how they are operating during Covid-19. I was never followed back with and had to call the dealership 3 times only so that I could see this car in their inventory. There seemed to be no sense of urgency what so ever to help clients that are giving them business. Very short answers to questions about the car I was interested in. I pointed out a clear body panel that did not line up and was told that “ the car is just supposed to be that way”. this specific car was listed almost 3,000 dollars above market value and I was looking to negotiate even just a little but was shot down before I had the chance. All I asked was the price of the car and was told “ I don’t know for sure but we do not haggle “ never had such a strange experience at a dealer especially considering the car had been sitting on their lot for about 50-60 days. Wonder whyThe owner also seems to have very condescending remarks to any reviews that are meant to help better his interaction with clientele.

Is zero stars available? I went there on a Saturday a few weeks ago to test drive a 340i and they had only a couple in stock yet to this day there are at least five that I was interested in still listed on their website that they claimed just sold and then wouldnt let me test drive the least of my choice options. Seriously what sort of business model is going to bait people in with non existent options then not even let them test drive the non desirable options!? Was it the fact I already had my own financing that you werent interested in my business? Or was it the shorts and t-shirt?

The sales process was typical, but the after-sales and service is HORRIBLE.We purchased a maintenance plan that, as it was explained to us, covered all maintenance (even brakes). The PROBLEM is, we can never get an appointment to have work done on our car. They do NOT return phone calls and the maintenance manager (the only one who answers calls) never picks up when you call - its always voicemail or a message left with the receptionist.We resorted to taking our car to an actual BMW dealership, only to learn they do NOT take the prepaid maintenance plan we purchased from Passport. We also learned the plan only covers a portion of the cost (e.g., only the first $200 for brakes).Bottom line - the car we bought was fine, but DONT BUY any type of extended warranty or prepaid maintenance from this company.

The service department led by a young man named Arthur was outstanding. Absolutely everything I requested be checked, was checked; and due to the outstanding diagnostic processes Passport has in place everything a customer would want was attended to in a courteous, professional and efficient matter. And the price for this service was far, far less than I could have ever expected or imagined. Attentive, detail oriented efficient and effective.Also, during this terrible Covid experience, everyone at Passport Motors including but not limited to executives such as Ben S. insured me everyone was taking extra precautions to be extremely safe.

I went to buy a mini, the initial experience was not great due to the rudeness of the boss, I dont even recall his name. But then Rosy took on my business with a caring attitude, looking for the best available deal for me, also Arthur on the service shop is awesome, I have brought my car for preventive stuff and I am very happy with what they do!!

Had the worse car buying experience! Their online inventory shows a lot more cars than they actually have and they use that to just pull customers in. They will not budge on the price at all. Also, they have a big black cat that just roams around the place; quite unprofessional.My Car Buying Experience:I test drove the car, really liked the car, asked them to lower the price and they wouldn’t at all. We did all the paper work and I left with the car. No one ever mentioned the BMW extended warranty to me.The next day (Friday) I’m driving on the high way and the car starts shaking badly, the engine starts to smell and the AC air smells terrible. I text the girl, she says bring it on Monday. I get there on Monday and they say I have to leave my car here for 1 day. I mentioned to them that I only have have 1 car. Then he fixes the alignment and changed the AC filter. Note: This car has only about 30K miles. They fix the car in about 2 hours and I leave. I went to a BMW dealership. They asked it’s best to take it back to them because the car was STILL shaking. The guy said return the car to them. At that point, I was super worried. I have bought many cars (Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota and Nissan) in the past and this has never happened because I bought them from actual dealerships. Then I take the car back. I spoke to the owner to return this car because that’s being dishonest and unethical because no one told me about these issues. He was super rude and said “that’s not possible, this car is yours now.” Then he and the mechanic go on a test drive and say the car is still shaking and the smell is still there. He gives me a loaner and I leave. The next day no one calls me, I called to check the status of my vehicle. Then I get a call back saying my car is ready. I test drive with the mechanic and the car is much better, he had to replace an axle on the passenger wheel. I’m still worried. The service guy was super nice and helpful. I will NEVER EVER come back to this place. BE CAREFUL when buying a car from here. Go to an actual dealership!!

Buying a car is a big decision, finding the right used car for you is tuff. Finding a dealership that is honest, trustworthy, has great financing, and selling your perfect car at a great price…might seem impossible. At least I thought so, until I found Passport Motors! If you don’t read any other reviews, read this one. It will be longer, but I’m pretty thorough, and I did my homework. By the end you will see why I will never buy a used car ANYWHERE ELSE!I was in the market for a used luxury vehicle, it took me over 2 months to find the perfect one, but I could not be happier with my car, and the service I received at Passport Motors.You might be reading that and thinking how could it take you that long? He must have unrealistic expectations, or overly picky? I wouldn’t go that far, but I will say I set my standards high. I had horrible experiences with them.I continued to search for vehicles online, when I found Passport Motors. They had a great inventory of used luxury vehicles at a great price. They also have a bodyshop, and mechanic shop attached. I thought this was great as most of the other used car dealerships I went to, only serviced their vehicles prior to selling them. This also built confidence that if I had a future issue, they could fix it.When I called, I spoke with a gentlemen named Arthur. He was fantastic! I spoke with him on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in. He was able to answer all of my questions in detail and give me a great understanding prior to me coming in. I got a different vibe right off the bat when I called and I was very excited to test drive my car.When I arrived to Passport Motors I was greeted by Rosy. To my understanding she is in charge of all of their financing. I had already obtained financing prior to coming in, but since my credit was already pulled for my initial inquiry I figured it might not hurt to shop around. The credit app was very simple and done online. Upon receiving it, Rosy went over different term lengths and APR. She really went out of her way to make sure I received the best term. I really appreciated this. I have great credit, but she was able to save me 2% APR less than my original financing. I would have never thought that would be the case but I would definitely recommend having them get you a quote.Arthur and his team really went above and beyond. When I picked up the vehicle it looked BRAND NEW. It wasn’t just some quick wash to sell the car, but detailed cleaned. The floors were vacuumed in a way that resembled fresh cut grass! To me it just showed how Passport Motors takes care of their clients, and the level of service I can expect when servicing my vehicle.I hope this short novel shows you how pleased I am with Passport Motors and their staff! As I said in the beginning I will never buy a used car anywhere else, and neither should you.

This place is so everywhere. I spoke to 2 ladies on the phone maybe they were the same person but either way both bubble heads .. I asked if a car was still available and she said yes and then I said really someone said it wasn’t and then she said oh wait yeah it’s not and Then she suggested other cars similar which was expected.. then I told her my preferences being a Msport package and she literally told me one was available and I asked her to send it to me and she said she would send all the cars they have .. like bro I told you only m sport packages and she sent every other car besides m sport . Come to find out the car she mentioned that was available in m sport wasn’t . They really need to keep sales and front desk in a whole different department .. unprofessional it doesn’t look good .

Bottom line: we got a great deal on a good car. Since Passport starts advertising cars they are selling before they receive them, we had to wait a few weeks for the car to get to Passport’s facility. Thankfully we were not in a hurry to get the car. The salesperson, Ariana, took care of everything she said she would do.

If I could leave less of a rating, I would. called them about a car they showed on their site. they said it was available and I asked a few questions about the vehicle. I call back the next day to put a deposit on the vehicle and I was informed the car sold the afternoon before.here we are, a month or so later, the car the sold is still available on their site. I had a friend call about the car and he was told it was on their lot and available. I was lied to, my friend was lied to, and I wonder if the vehicle is even in their inventory. dont buy from this dealer.editing as the owner has replied... I already purchased an m235i locally and am loving it so Im no longer looking for a vehicle. Having said that, showing you still have the car in inventory and telling 1 customer it sold and another that it is available is scummy.

Thieves!!!! This place is trying to steal almost 40,000 dollars from me on a car that Ive never even seen. On the phone they said they would take 1,000 down to hold it and when I got there they would not honor their word. And they advertised the car as being on their lot when it was out of state. If the car was supposedly sold, they are still advertising it as available and admittedly only consider it on reserve, but cashed my check for huge deposit and sent loan paperwork to bank before the car was even in their possession. I have had some things happen in the week the car was supposed to be on its way and I have done more research on that vehicle and it is not something I am interested in nor do they have a car Im interested in. Nor would I ever do business with a company like this.

I took my BMW to this place and they fixed it very well, promptly and at good price. I had taken my car to other brand shops and they did not find all the problems as Passport did. Nice friendly staff, high end cars, no pushy salesmen. The lot is rather small, but there is another lot around back as well. They do have a cat that strolls around the office and garage. I thought it was odd, but she is perfectly friendly, just might be good to know if youre allergic. I got a good deal on my trade in too.

It was good to a point but when you go to purchase a car and two tires are bad enough to now purchase and they say we do all this maintenance before offering it for sale is ridiculous. He said we dont do tires. A good price but having to add 1000.00 of two tires is ridiculous

Do NOT come here. No hospitality whatsover. Drove 3.5 hours to see a very rare 5 series I have been searching for for months. I was there to BUY. Was not in the building more than 5 minutes before the manager shood us away as all he did was preach about his no haggle pricing on his vehicles that were overpriced roughly 2-3 thousand dollars.Terrible place and not trust worthy.Do not recommend!!

Im hoping the issues I had were purely accidental though I will explain the problem. After 12 months with my BMW 328i which I loved, kept it clean, garaged and in great shape. Though after a change in circumstances and large car needed - the time to trade in came. TO my surprise it was flagged as needing the roof repaired due to hail damage. Which was strange as the car hasnt seen a single hail stone, let a lone a full storm. After having the car appraised - sure enough a hail repair was done before I bought the car - badly. Lots of dents repaired badly, bulging dents, wavey dents and some not touched. Shown under certain light which wouldnt have been seen when buying, but thats my fault for trusting the dealer to sell a car that didnt need $5000 worth of dent repairs. I genuinely was going to go to the dealer to get my next car - BMW X5 - though after this and losing out a chunk of money on trade in value due to the issues - will stay away and find a reputable dealer.Be warned - if you do go, check the car thoroughly and dont be blinded. Make sure the car is NOT in the garage out the back under poor lighting - get it outside and check it over.The dent company said if they had seen the car a couple of months after i bought it, they would have recommended taking it back for a refund.....its that bad.......partly my fault for not checking every inch of paint work!!!!

Visited Passport Motors 7/6/19 to test drive a Range Rover Sport. When arrived they said the car was sold but had another one similar to what I was looking for. I then asked if it was possible to test drive and look at the space he said yes. I waited for about 45min then to just tell me I couldn’t bring my 10 and 5yr old in the car.... My husband and I decided to take our business else where. So if you’re waiting to test drive cars from here don’t bring your kids. Note I brought my kids to see if we fit comfortably since we will all be in the car.

Found the car I was looking for online at Passport Motors. Emailed them, got a quick response and plenty of useful information from Ben over the phone. Total time at the dealership was 10-15 minutes and I was on my way with a new car for the wife. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend using Passport Motors.

My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to Plano, Texas because of the prices offered at Passport Motors. We were not disappointed. We purchased a 2012 BMW 328i and were pleased with the overall process. The prices are very fair and lower than other dealerships we were considering. The car was in great condition and we were pleased with the time afforded to us to inspect, drive and discuss the car with no obnoxious pressure from staff. There were a few minor scratches and the staff was more than willing to take the car into the service area to clean and buff it and were able to remove the scratches. We received a great value on our trade in and they were advocates to get us great financing! I would certainly consider getting another vehicle from Passport Motors. We were very pleased with our entire visit.
