Overall carlos provided a much more enjoyable experience purchasing a car than other salesman i normally have dealt with - especially from out of state.

Avoid this place. They sell lemon and salvaged titles on some of their cars. We drove an hour and a half to come look at a car, test drove it, and had the guy do an appraisal on our car before he told me it had a lemon title. And the only reason he told me was because I told him we would be financing through our own bank which he informed me wouldnt be possible because of the lemon title. I wonder if he ever would have even told me if I would have financed with them. Super shady. Then, he blamed me for not checking the Carfax before coming to the dealership. The Carfax, by the way, that they DID NOT pay for to advertise on the cars listing. Do you really expect people to pay out of pocket for all of the Carfaxs on every car they want to go see? Thats crazy. Nobody does that. Dont waste your time here. Any dealership that isnt selling exclusively clean titles has a bunch to hide.

I had a really good experience at Auto merchants in Plano! I was able to find the car I wanted on line on their website.I found the car on Saturday night and was able to go up there first thing on Monday morning and test drive it. I got there at 845am,(technically before they opened )I was surprised that anyone was even willing to help, because I was there so early.Jacob came to the door and brought the car I was interested in up to the front. I never felt pressured to buy anything I have owned a lot of cars(8). in the past and talked with a lot of different sales people, Jacob was awesome he listened to any concerns and answered any questions.I did end up getting a warranty for peace of mind, and again I was the one that brought up the warranty, I never felt pushed in anyway.they let me test drive the car after the test drive I met with Tommy, one of the finance guys he checked my credit and we put a bunch of different numbers /down payments on paper (playing with the monthly payments . I already knew what I was going to be paying monthly before I had really decided I was even going to buy the car, I put a little money down to hold the car (this part is important because at one point I verbally told a different dealership that I wanted to hold A car and I was told he was going to hold the car ......and long story short he sold the car... that I wanted... so I think putting down money to hold a car is fair) AND A GOOD IDEA. I was able to take it to any mechanic or get advice from a friend or family member about the purchase for the whole day .I brought the car back a little later and purchased it the same day. The finance department Tommy and Conrad are awesome and very patient.I even got my license plates sooner than I have it any other dealership. I have been in communication with Jacob the salesman and what a disappointment this has been. We live 5+ hours away and have been requesting for several days to get a thorough interior and exterior video including all imperfections before making a final decision to either make the drive there or buy it and have it transported. Jacob has done nothing but drag his feet and give so many excuses for not taking a video or any pictures. I have never dealt with a salesman or dealership that makes no attempt to make a sale but gives you plenty of excuses of why not to buy from them & to take your money to someone else. After researching their dealership and seeing complaints about them, especially on the Better Business Bureau website, we are glad to walk away from them!

This is the sorriest dealership. We really wanted to test drive a BMW i3. We were ready to purchase. Walked around their lot for 20 minutes...no one came out to talk to us. Went inside their showroom for a while. No one greeted us. Guy at the reception desk was on his phone the entire time and never said hello. We gave up. Sad because we want an i3 yet they apparently dont care about customers. This was on Saturday 3/6/2021 at 1pm.

We were both there at the same time and could have talked, but we had been told it was too late. Arkansas, if youre reading this, Im sorry, I cant believe this miscommunication even happened. The cars had been there for months and we both arrived on the same day, what are the odds.

Found a car I was interested in on Cargurus.com at this dealer and went to test drive it. Ended up driving several and purchasing a different one. Jacob was friendly and helpful on the phone and via text before we came, and he arranged the test drive for me even though he was not physically there the day I decided to test drive. Once I settled on a vehicle, he made sure the little things I asked for were taken care of in a timely manner, and was always polite and helpful. The car they sold me was a lemon. They preyed on the fact that I am military. They cleared the car code and sold me a lemon. The first day I received the car I had major issues.They didnt fix the issue with the car. Buyer be ware. If you buy a car from them get it check out by your own mechanic. When I was test driving the car I had no issue. When I actually bought the car as-is, the car needed a plethora of fixes nd oil change, inspection now, an O2 sensor, a the engine was about to fall out. This car was a terrible buy. Dont shop here. This was the very first day I had this car. I am contacting the state general attorney to get assistance.

I actually was looking to just sell my truck and went to carmax but noticed that they buy cars here too across the street. Went in and I cant believe how fast I just sold a car.. they gave me $200 more than carmax would, within 5 minutes I just saved $200 while browsing their luxurious showroom, nice inventory will consider buying from them if they are that quick with business.

We bought a 2019 Yukon XL in June. It was supposed to come with the 4 sets of factory headphones pictured in the vehicle profile. They were conveniently missing when we picked the vehicle up. After calling and asking about them multiple times they sent us 2 aftermarket sets that dont work with that vehicle. After many more calls to address this issue, they stopped returning calls or answering any efforts to address this.

Omar sold me a car that has three recalls & neglected to inform me about this issue. He also neglected to inform me about the extend warranty, I’m now a year into having this car and my transmission is going out! Do not purchase a car from here !

It was expertly curated and perfectly priced! This car was almost 10 years old yet looked new, was ready for another 10 years of faithful service, and conscionably budgetable! I was expertly and patiently guided through the buying process, including using my online veteran’s credit union financing by Omar Alajami who got me in my car, complete with a newly installed Toyota factory battery pack, guaranteed for the next 100,000 miles! After searching for months for an electric vehicle, I went out to view several local dealerships and vehicles. The first dealership I saw was an appointment to see a Chevy Bolt EV. Though the appointment was scheduled a few days prior, they failed to realize that there were recalls (which I was aware of) on the vehicle, and because of this they could not sell the vehicle to my surprise. I then drove about 5 miles to another dealership where I test drove a black 2017 Nissan Leaf with 19k miles. While waiting quite some time for financing approval, I had called Auto Merchants to inquire about a red 2017 Nissan Leaf listing with 9k miles on Cars.com and spoke with Omar Alajami and asked if they were able to competitively price the vehicle. He put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with a fair offer. After getting off the phone with Omar and the other salesman failed to budge a penny and negotiate a fair price with the competitive price from Auto Merchants, and said and did everything they could to keep me from walking out the door, from pressuring me to saying they were family that knew them at the other dealership and that they were telling me one thing on the phone and they would do another. I let them know I had to see for myself. I went, met Omar, got the carfax, test drove the vehicle, got financing done with a better deal then previous dealership offered and a more affordable down payment, and finished financing paperwork with Conrad Bongo who was a pleasure and easy to work with. The other dealership called me right after my purchase only to find out I was a serious buyer that had taken my business elsewhere. Thank you Auto Merchants, Omar, and Conrad for the great experience and for getting me into my Nissan Leaf which I’ve enjoyed so far.

I stopped by here looking into getting a new car. The sales employee who help me was Jacob. He was very helpful and did not pressure me into buying a car. He helped me look at ones in my price range and was honest and showed me the car fax for each vehicle I was interested in. He also had a great attitude. We had such a great experience we might be back soon to trade in another car. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

DON’T TRUST THEM. Omar told me a lot of fantastic functions, but when I got it, I figured out it doesn’t have that at all. Omar describes it as a very luxury car, but what I got is a just basic one. A 2020 BMW without keyless entry, ambient lighting and so on.What they did is illegal and fraud. If you have a lot of money and like playing a car sell game, you can buy your car from here. If not, go somewhere else.

My sons 2011 Mini was totalled. Found a 2017 Mini here. Spoke with and text with Travis Potash at Auto Merchants....our lower offer was accepted. Travis recommended a pre purchase inspection..which was a great idea. Car was in great shape. Picked up car within a week..easiest car buying experience ever.
