Anyone can order a Tesla online. To get the full experience, you should go to our local neighborhood Tesla dealer. The dealership, like the car design, is minimalist but friendly. There is nothing like a friendly sales associate helping to sort out the complexities of selecting options. Lol. Humor aside, it is nice to have a knowledgeable person to help you be sure you get exactly the car you want the way you want it. Waiting for a delivery date is almost like waiting for your first born. The excitement is hard to contain. With Tesla, you can drive the future today.

I visited this location recently, but before we came in, I called in and spoke with someone by the name of Alex. I think that’s his name. Anyway, every guy in there was very helpful with answering all of the questions even when so felt like I was asking too much. These guys knew what they were talking about and they knew their product. Not only did they know about the product, a few of the employees own the product. They’re not salesman so you’re not pressured while you’re here or anything. I decided to purchase a Tesla after test driving the vehicle a few times. I have to say, it’s the best decision I have made when purchasing a car. It really make sense to do so. Why not use electricity to drive? I mean who wants to spend money on the terrible gas prices? Well i chose the Tesla Y.

My sons dream car has been a Tesla for about a year or so and hes only 8 years old! Hes been saying Im gonna buy a Tesla Its my car! I had never heard of this car until he repeatedly talked about it so I did some research. Problem is we live in a state that has no near by dealership so on our visit to Texas I googled nearby locations and thats where we met Joey at the Plano location. Phenomenal young man who absolutely WOWED 🤩my son with the Tesla Car Show. Thank you Joey for hearing our little story and making an 8 year olds boy dream come true!

So basically a place with no cars to show or try for a test drive except just a big old empty room with tesla logo on the walls. If it was about configuring a car I couldve done that at home over a phone and internet as well...

Lovely show room, awful car delivery experience. I drove 6hrs round trip to pick up my new car, only to have them tell me that the car wasnt there and it would be another week or two. So, I had to drive 6hrs round trip again to get the car, only to find that they delivered it to me with an empty battery. When I popped the trunk they had also forgotten to include the charger, as it was after hours, I had the joy of driving out there a 3rd time just to get my charger. I love the car, but the customer service and communication is on a whole new level of awfulness.

They need to have cars there for a little e experience.

The most horrible experience ever in buying a car. I was told about the on-road price and what they didnt tell is that the on-road price does not include the state tax of 6.25% which I have to cough up later. You also dont get your license plates like any other car, you get documents which you need to take to get the plates yourselves. I didnt have the inspection sticker in my car and when I called an agent she tells me that they sometimes forget to put it and I have to go back to their service center to get one. Probably my expectations were high but didnt have this kind of a horrible experience with any car dealer.

Pretty poor experience, expect to feel like you are in an assembly line. My temporary tags are about to expire and they still haven’t sent me the information to get my permanent tags. I guess I’ll have to park my new car until they figure it out.

When it comes to customer service its top-notch but when it comes to information from different customer service reps you keep getting different answers for the same question and nothing is consistent. Its hard to know what directions to follow.

They dont wipe any thing down in between consumers months into a pandemic.Sanitizer provided seemed like an afterthought. A hands-free unit wouldve been a high tech feature I expected.The entire area surrounding this brick & mortar was fraught with anti-maskers.Loved the Model Y...just not willing to go back to that particular location during a pandemic to reconsider it.

Tiny, only a Model 3 and a Model Y. They continue to be locked — allegedly due to Covid concerns, but since the CDC admitted there are no contact transmissions the likely reason is to save on personnel. The staff were haughty and dismissive, bordering on rude but not crossing the line. An unpleasant experience.

Loved the no pressure conversation. I was able to drive the Model Y, come back and ask all my questions and go on to continue my research. If I do end up purchasing, this will probably be where I purchase from.

This review is for the Tesla Service Center on Democracy Drive on their bungling of my state inspection. They failed my state inspection saying one of my rear tires had unuseable tread. I called Michelin and took it to their authorized dealer at Costco snd Discount tires, both of who provided written tread depths of 3/32 well above the state min of 2/32. When I sent a picture of this to the Service center, instead of owning the issue and amending their mistake, they now insisted that the state minimum is 4/32. This level of incompetence especially at Tesla service center is very disappointing. I expected a lot more.

Alex was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife and I test drove the performance Model 3. Alex was able to show us a variety of the cars features in a timely fashion. He was very open to questions.Our one complaint would be the online system for scheduling test drives. We instead had to reach out to a representative to get the appointment time we needed.I am glad I was able to drive the car before making a purchase.

I test drove my first Tesla at this location and Carlos helped my wife and I. Carlos was super friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience stress free, would highly recommend this place for their contactless test drive, we are now sold on the model Y.

I will give Tesla high marks for a cool showroom, but when you order a new vehicle, be prepared to get dissappointed at every step. My vehicle got delayed by 2 weeks, because there was a problem with the vehicle when it came to their service center in Plano. What kind of quality control are the folks running? I hope Elon Musk has a better quality control on the space rockets he is peddling!

Visited here a couple of times. The first time, I already had some knowledge of the cars, but learned even more from the friendly gallery advisors. Came back after scheduling a test drive, and both Joey and Carlos were terrific. Theres no pressure, only a fun learning experience. The quality, performance, ease of use, low maintenance, and low depreciation of these cars makes it a no-brainer for choosing my next vehicle.

Im a huge Tesla fan. Ive been following Musk throughout his various endeavors since the inception of Tesla and Space X some years ago.Its been incredible to watch the company have success and buy us a little more time in the fight against climate change. I only hope other automakers follow suit.Anyway, Ive been to one Tesla showroom previously and had the opportunity to experience the Model S (P85D-quickest car at the time) firsthand in all its glory, and Ill never forget the experience.I went to experience the Model X 100D this time around, and again, the experience was nothing short of other worldly.Branden made the experience particularly special, taking time to answer all of my nerdy questions and making the experience really enjoyable. Totally cool dude who is making the world a better place. Thanks dude, youre awesome!Overall, I cannot give Tesla and this location high-enough praise. Other car companies currently pale in comparison, and I have never in my life had a better test-drive.

Very positive experience. Very customer oriented. Test drove a Model 3 (by appointment). They went over the car in great detail and really let me experience driving the car.

The technology in the cars and solar panels is phenomenal! But best of all, the sales team is super friendly and helpful. I’m pretty sure I interacted with most (if not all) of the staff and they each showed me different features of the vehicles and the panels without any pressure to buy. It was completely informational, which I guess you can do when your products are top-of-the-line. I’m definitely thinking of starting a Tesla savings fund after this visit!

Purchased my Tesla from here in April. They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere!! As of today, I still have had no training on my vehicle. The guy literally dropped it off at my curb and said his Uber would be there any minute. Since that time I have made several attempts to get help but no one will return my calls. If I could go back in time I can promise you I wouldnt have purchased my car!

Great service, the representative was friendly and eager to help answer questions. We were able to get in the cars and look all around the interior. Loads of fun for a tech nerd or electric car enthusiast who cant afford a Tesla but wants to check one out.

Originally I had scheduled and appointment with the service center in Dallas. We traveled 9 hours to the Dallas location and then they said they were too busy, even though I scheduled an appointment. I called the Plano location to see if they could squeeze me in. They waited for us and we got there right at 5. They then spent an hour with us after they had already closed to test drive our Tesla for us to figure out the issue. They did not try to rip us off and told us itd be cheaper to get tires elsewhere. They gave us a free rental car for the night and quickly did all the warranty stuff for us the next day. This place has the best customer service ever!!! I definitely recommend going to this location if you live in Texas or dont have a service center in your state.

Horrible purchase and delivery experience. To purchase a Tesla in Texas, you have to pay in full before they will deliver. You have to pay in full before they will even move a vehicle from another area to Texas. Lets see what else one can expect:- Delivery adviser will ignore emails and calls and not respond- poor communication throughout the process. Be prepared to chase down your delivery adviser or call into corporate to figure out what docs they need to advance the delivery- they will issue you a vin # for your car and schedule delivery. You arrive for pickup and your car has been sold to someone else. Schedule for a different car and hope it doesnt happen again.- poor warranty and repair service should you need it

The new car purchase process has been an absolute confusion due to the constant,Consistent and bold faced misinformation of the sales people. The process has been incredibly disjointed. They have served no purpose to expedite or educate us on the process and it seems they are willfully feeding us wrong info which we later find out fromOther departments within Tesla are not things the sales ppl have any authority telling us. Basically this process has been a 6 week and counting drawn out process that has made us regretful we started it in the first place.

Very rude customer service for some reason.They came to my house for a mobile service appointment to change the recalled airbags out and while putting the dash back together the technician accidentally broke a screw anchor. Well no big deal, mistakes happen, but then he said he doesn’t carry those and they have to order it. I said ok no problem and it’s been over a week and I have not heard back from them.I finally contacted the plano service location to ask if I can bring my model S in due to a hanging panel and the glove box and the customer service lady was upset at me and told me “we only service vehicle by appointment !!” I then explained to her that I am having difficulty driving the vehicle with a hanging panel on my passenger side and it also blocks my side view mirror and their technician was the one who accidentally broke my car and she told me basically to call the road side assistant because she doesn’t care!!Honestly I love this car but when you spend so much money on a car and get this kind of service then it makes me think twice that I have made a big mistake.

Out of all Tesla gallery locations around Dallas, this is the best one! My wife and I had the best time test driving a Model 3 here!

Walked in with my wife a couple of nights ago, ready to buy a car and possibly the solar setup. Three very hip sales people in the store, no other customers. Could not get simple questions answered because they were busy talking to each other. Spent nearly 40 minutes there looking at the cars in the showroom. Despite repeated attempts to get information, I barely know anything more than I did when I walked in. Finally, I asked for a test drive. Apparently, they only do test drives during working hours on weekdays and limited hours on the weekend. I have a full-time job, so I had to schedule one TWO WEEKS out. Just before we left, a younger couple walked in and was swarmed by the sales people. I guess my wife and I arent cool enough to buy a Tesla. So we wont.

This place is almost equivalent to a Dodge Dealership. No one knows what to do. I could not get the correct information and what to do on my Tesla. Since my battery is completely dead, I cant drive the vehicle. So i have been trying for the last hour or so trying to get someone to help me out. Everyone keeps giving me the run around. Its a joke. I also asked to speak to a Manager and they say they dont have a manager? Then who is in charge???? You have kids answering these phone calls with no knowledge on what to do. Whomever is in charge... Do some training. No customer service at all. I mean i am a customer that is about to be spending money with you... And all on the phone call it seemed as if im bothering your reps that were talking to me. Like they wanted to get off the phone quick. So i am very disappointed and would love to hear back from WHOMEVER is in charge. You guys need some training on Customer Service and how to talk to your customers. Maybe you should be taking some notes from BMW dealership next door. They know what they are doing. Ill be waiting to hear back from you guys. Also this isnt spam email or a false review. I went to test drive the Model 3 and as always teals impresses me as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff. This place rocks the cars rock and if you are in the market for a Tesla give them try and the Plano showroom is a great place to start.

Walked in on a Saturday, hoping it would be a busy day for test driving and to learn new things about this vehicle. The shop floor was empty as they had even sold the shop floor models. They had few cars outside but wouldnt let us test drive it as it isnt scheduled. Neither did they say that they dont accomodate test drives on weekends nor care to explain the process of setting up a test drive. They just seemed to be interested in chatting with any customer and not be on their toes to attend to a prospective customer. Pretty laid back and chill. Tesla needs to hire few seasoned sales representatives who has art of pleasing and greeting customers.

Sales persons were extremely rude! I went in to look at a model 3 and was informed there were none in stock. We went out back and there were 3 in stock. It’s really too bad because I was torn between a Tesla and a Jaguar. Sorry, Jaguar wins.

This branch has a nice staff and nice area but why I like this place so much is because of there companys care to make everything top notch quality including there cars which they managed to make a electrical car that is the safest car on the market and in my opinion the best the only thing bad about Tesla is the price of the car yes the quality of the car justifys the price but the model 3 Tesla car is coming out which is a step towards fixing that one problem which is the price which it is starting at $35,000 I can definitely recommend buying a Tesla car but also make sure you have enough money to buy a Tesla and if you want to learn more you can go on there website or go to this store which I can most definitely recommend after going there

Had an appointment for test drive at 1pm... First there is no parking close by to find available. Then two guys greeted us, and told us to check in, sign, fill out info and then one left. After 15 mins later he comes back and told us that they have no vehicle for test drive, last one was sold last night at 8pm.First of all why they could call and tell us before we drove there?Second why would you check us in and make people to wait when they already knew...Doesnt feel like Tesla store. Will never return to this location.
