When I decided to buy a car, I really didnt have any pull towards any make or model. I came to this Kia location while on my car hunting journey and up to that point, I had very little luck. Several visits to numerous dealerships and each time I walked away discouraged, frustrated, not knowing anymore than when I came and no closer to buying a car or even understanding what my options looked like. When Jordan approached me in the parking lot, my luck changed. He was a huge help, very knowledgeable, and actually offered an opinion when asked for it. He was able to help me understand the pros and cons of each possible option and when he didnt know (which was rare) he said he didnt know but would find out. 5 out of 5 stars and I would highly recommend stopping in here if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Our experience with Central Kia was the best car buying experience we have had. We purchased our Telluride in September and it was factory ordered. Jordan Garrett made the experience smooth, with lots of contact and made sure to get us what we were looking for. We had contacted other dealerships, and Jordan communicated frequently and saved us thousands of dollars compared to the others. When our Telluride arrived, he had it prepped, windows tinted and ready for us the next day, as we had about a two hour drive to come pick it up. David in financing had all the paperwork ready, a great rate and did not pressure us into any additional warranties/insurance we did not want. He also recommended not purchasing something that was not a good fit for our buying situation. We have thoroughly enjoyed the Telluride and look forward to future experiences with the team at Central Kia!

Be aware of this dealership is not to be trusted. After 3 weeks we have to recover our car due to a lack of any service completed. Called numerous times just to be ignored placed on hold, the technician is in the lunch break at 5 pm at 11 pm but as soon you try to speak with a manager the technician is there and not in a break anymore. We were promised to get a lowner and after 3 weeks to came that they dont have any..In this process dealership remove the plastic panel inside the week and never replaced it. They promised to replace it.. They never did after they confirmed they order it.. Is just a running around and not any worth of taking care of any business.. We dont give names in respect of people. Avoid this place if is possible is a waist of time

Before I walked in I was met at the door by a salesman. It was so different than the other dealers I had been to. This gentleman was very nice. He didn’t go to tell me about all the high priced cars, instead he wanted to know what I liked and wanted in a car. He was not pushy and said he could show me anything and everything I might be interested in. No hurry and no rush. Answered all my questions and concerns. I really had a very nice experience. I appreciated there honesty.

Worst business practices ever. Terrible customer service. No one returns phone calls. Left multiple messages never returned. Left messages with people promising they would find someone to call me back. Never happened. Cant get answers on a vehicle they have had in the service department for 2 months. Cant get status or information because no one will return our calls about the car. Most unreliable organization I have ever dealt with.

I came into Kia at Plano for an oil change without an appt. unaware that I needed one. I took the work day off to take care of errands and to get my oil changed. I was offered to make an appt and drop off my car next day and a shutter will take me to work. Unfortunately, I work far and that wouldn’t work. After talking with Eduardo in the maintenance department, he took the initiative to ask the mechanics in the back if they could squeeze me in. Needless to say… Eduardo worked his magic and I was able to get my oil change and he accommodated me and my wait with amazing customer service. Thank you Eduardo and the hardworking mechanics in the back I appreciate you all. I highly recommend Kia of Plano. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

The process with this dealership has been exhausting to say the least. Their 2022 Kia Stinger GT1 was inaccurately quoted for $38,473. Ed told me to come in and he will accommodate a lower price from the MSRP $45,525, since they made and error. I never met Ed and they did not want to accommodate the price. I elected for the 2022 Kia Stinger GT Line instead after playing the dealership games for a few hours. I was specific about what I wanted. I sold my current car on 05/22. I was verbally told 05/26 then told it was supposed to arrive on 5/30 and it did not. I was then told 06/06, it did not. Then told 06/12. It arrived on 06/08. On 05/30, I had to beg for a loaner so I can continue to work and run personal errands. The practices appeared misleading, and Austin continuously harassed and pressured me throughout many of my work days to complete a survey and demanding a perfect score so he can get paid. I was going to give 9 or less based on my experience. They promised to give me an employee discount for puddle lights if I gave them a perfect score. I did and they did not fulfill the agreement.

I liked the experience and service I received from my sales rep we had used him previously (just nine months prior) and actually knew of him years before that. The GM and there was also another gentleman that assisted with setup of software in car were all very pleasant to work with. However their finance department could use some work in helping the consumer who had questions about the numbers better understand how they arrive at some of their numbers.A good job at knowing the cars and selling but actually explaining in finance needs improvement. Also be fair to the consumer and make suggestions if you see a concern with your rate and a rate they may could get someplace else outside the dealership who seems to want to keep you financing with them.I will give credit to sales rep, software and Gm for their good work. But the recognition stops there.
