I had the opportunity to speak to a person over at Huffines Auto named Paul Gauvey about an issue, not from any of his stores but regarding the one I work at. While talking to him, I realized he truly cares about his customers, and he, himself expects great customer service in return. He wants to make sure all his customers are taken care of above and beyond their expectations. So, thank you, sir for spending time with me on the phone. I think i learned a little more today about making sure everybody does their best to meet and exceed their customers expectations, and truly take care of each person who comes in contact with me or anyone at our place of business.

I was looking to buy a Ecodiesel from out of state amid all the covid craziness and Orlon hill from huff ones went the extra mile to help me get this rig purchased, making what could have been a futile attempt very smooth!

Great place to buy a car. Used or new. No pressure from the salesman. Brought a 2014 Dodge Ram Long Horn home.

They have no protocol in place for covid 19 positive employees. They do not require employees in direct contact of positive individual to also be tested or to quarantine. They do not enforce any face coverings at all. Which is why the service and parts departments keep having it spread through. So when they get in your car they don’t do anything to protect the customers or their coworkers. Nothing but ignorant redneck science deniers. Especially in Lewisville.

Super chill. Walked in on them after they closed (door was open and we didnt know) and they stayed late to let us drive 2 cars. There was no pressure afterward to buy that moment, which Ive never experienced at another dealership. Although we didnt purchase for personal reasons, I highly recommend this dealership, their selection, and working with Andy.

Wanted over $6,000 for a car that had over 100,000 miles!! Outrageous!! They have no decent affordable cars!! Everything priced way, way too much!!

No one ever likes to take their car in for service, but I think this place does a great job of making the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Example: Had a problem on my drive home from work and called Suzie in the service department from my car. She told me to come straight there and theyd look at it. They gave me a ride home and had the issue fixed by that afternoon. Highly recommend it.

I received an online offer from Huffines Hyundai. When i got there i felt that no one was interested in my business, I had to push the sales man to see the car and ask him to provide the finance/lease options.Once they came back with the numbersthey were double of what i received in the online offer, i was very disappointed as the terms of the offer were the same as the ones i was asking.I wasted my time working with them.

I had been going to Stonebriar and was not satisfied with their service. I purchased an extended warranty with my car when it was new.One of the benefits stated in the warranty is the use of a rental car if the service requires 2 hours or more. At Stonebriar, they never honored that. They always claimed that they were all out of loaners....that is until the parts didnt show up one time, and lo and behold, a loaner became available. They have me the impression that they just didnt have time to fill out the necessary paperwork to get reimbursed. It was convenient for them to inconvenience the customer.Well, Huffines is the exact opposite. The customer comes first. Romney, my service adviser took painstaking steps to contact the warranty company. Sure I had to wait while he made some phone calls, but the bottom line is that he followed through even though it was tedious and took time. Ultimately, he even arranged for a rental car from Enterprise.Im this case, the part was also delayed by a day, yet Huffines response was different. They called me and advised me that they received the part late in the day. They arranged for an extra day for the rental car, then have me an estimated time that the service will be completed the following day.When everything was finished, Romney personally pulled the car to a parking spot immediately in front of the service area. That really expedited the process of picking up a car from dealer service. Every step of the way, the customer was clearly their priorityPlease like if this review has been helpful to you.

They did decent work but didnt fix one of the items they said they were going to and didnt mention the fact they didnt fix it so it wasnt till my daughter said her window still didnt work that i realized they hadnt fixed it.

Usually my experience here is good and always deal with a service advisor name camon i think but anyway someone else help me this time name Dale and made me think that this $339 battery was my only option so I purchased it and left and then realized by doing some research that I can have a regular battery and dont need a gel battery that can be placed upside down if need be its placed right side up in my car so why do I need this expensive gel battery that can be placed any position? So I purchased a regular battery at AutoZone and switched it out and then they acted like they werent going to return that expensive battery that had been in my car less than 24 hours but after crying to JJ the service manager they accepted the battery back thank God anyway lesson learned and I will always deal with my other service advisor
