We were packed and ready to leave town for a road trip when we found a nail in one of our tires. We took our car to Parker Custer Tire & Service and were helped immediately! They even topped off my low oil. We were so thankful to have their help at such a critical time. We have been taking our cars to this place for years and they have always been friendly and done a great job. We would highly recommend this business.

These guys were awesome. Daniel very helpful and honest. Thought I needed all new brakes, just needed two new sensors. And gave me the remaining %s left on them. Thought I may need two new tires on the front, but only needed to really get one right now to replace a blow out and got to take advantage of the Road Hazard Warranty, saving me even more. 2018Took different wheels there and each time their installer(tattoo on neck) would chip the paint or mar the aluminum on the wheel when installing the new tire. First was on a 2016 BMW X5. Second, separate time, same installer gouged the non-facing side of the aluminum wheel from BMW 228i. Never brought up to owner since I felt like he really couldnt afford to do anything about it.I liked the owner but he was stuck with the workers he had. He said possible candidates he would try to find for hire were a mess. He also said the wheel installer only wanted to do limited set of things. Felt sorry for this owner.Went by this week (Dec 2019), shop was deserted and a construction sign posted showed NTB was revamping the place. Owner sold out which I cannot blame him and would had done the same. Sad to see a nice owner of a small business calls it quits.

I decided to give this shop a try for my annual inspection, since my previous favorite has changed ownership and gone downhill.These guys were able to get me in and out quickly, the tech and service manager were courteous and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.So far, Im happy. Will update once I have and oil change or other basic maintenance done.

Excellent and friendly service here! I had to have four new tires in a hurry. These guys were extremely helpful and even stayed a little bit late to get them mounted up for me. Old school honesty and service!Ill be getting my oil changed and all further repairs done here from now on!

Friendly is the best word to describe Steve and the staff here. They remember me when I return, which is nice. Ive purchased new tires, had flats repaired, oil changes, lights replaced. They even replaced a key fob battery at no charge. They are honest. I dont have to shop around because I feel they are giving me a FAIR price, which is really what you want in the service industry.

I dont usually like tire companies for my mechanical repairs, but Parker/Custer Goodyear is an exception. Owner, Steve, and Service Manager, Daniel are just the start of an exceptional experience where reasonable pricing goes with excellent quality workmanship. I have a 2003 Lexus GS 430 and have gradually let them make repairs I only held out for the Dealer with no issues. (Radiator replacement, rotors ground, tires and general service are now things I dont even think about going anywhere else). Give them a try, youll be glad you did.BTW - Steve is an exceptional person where he personally met me at a stranded motorists location to provide assistance - WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? The guy who works here is super nice. He gave me a great discount since my mom worked at Goodyear and he also offered me a free water. The seating area while you wait is also very comfortable. I would highly recommend coming here if you need your car fixed.

I walked in today without much of an expectation, except that they appeared to be well rated on google. I must say, I feel my expectations were exceeded.I walked in ready to purchase a new set of tires since the last mechanic I saw mentioned that my treads were running low and should be replaced soon. I brought it up and they told me they would take a look at it. They told me my tires were fine and just needed a rotation. Let me re-iterate. They gave up a sale because the car did not yet warrant the purchase.I feel that honesty is worth my business.

They do great work and they saved me a ton of money.I had a dealership quote me for a repair that would cost $1200. They did the repair for $700 and replaced it with a better part.So, I called around to a lot places to get quotes to fix my AC. Most other places want between $150 to $250 to check the freon, flush the system, and check the electrical. These guys figured out what was wrong with my AC for $58 and then fixed it $20.I cant say enough positive things about them.

Honest repair shop!! I thought I needed a repair and after inspecting my car, they concluded the repair was not required. They could have easily told me I required the repair and charged me. I have been taking my vehicles here for 9 years and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Ever since it opened, its been owned by the same people. I have always been satisfied with my repairs and their customer service is fantastic. Quality skills and trustworthiness in a mechanic is so hard to find and so I am really happy I have them. Also, there is this tiny chihuahua there and she will sit in my lap and let me pet her while I wait and I love that!

I am giving Steve 5 stars. This was my first time in his shop but I am impressed by how it seems to be run, very professionally. I really like the idea that the owner is in the business daily. This trip was for a state inspection so I cant speak much to the talent of the mechanics but I know I will be back when something breaks.

This place is the best place ever to do wheel alignment its way better then Meineke. When I emailed Steve I asked him how much is for the wheel alignment he said “its $79.95” but then he gave me a 10% off discount so the price is $69.95 and it comes with a 1 year warranty like if I hit a curb or pothole I can come back and get a free re alignment . When I got the alignment done my car was driving straight and smooth. Then about a week later I came back and asked Abel can I redo the alignment? he said “yes we can redo the alignment for you” because it is still under warranty. So if you want a very good wheel alignment I would talk to the Owner Steve because he is a really nice man and he gives 10% off on the alignment. So I would recommend coming to this place.

Always prompt and attentive. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off. Always kindly take me home and pick me up. Although they do have a comfortable waiting area. They make a list of things that need to be done and give me a choice as to what I want to do. They also tell me what is coming up so I can plan financially.

Went in there for a check up because my engine light came on. After 30 minutes of check up they called me and told me that they couldnt open up the coil head because of screw problem, so I need to change the whole cylinder head. The price was ridiculously unreasonable (around $3000) and they never told me what was really wrong with my car except they couldnt open up the coil to look into my cars real problem, so I left. Went to another auto shop and they told me they could fix it easily within an hour with new parts for just $150. Oh, they also open up the coil really easily without any problem. Will never go to GoodYear again.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They installed my battery in no time at all. Facility was very clean and really nice ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly, helpful staff that won;t charge you for services you dont need. Went in for flat repair, oil change and an alignment and after they repaired the flat they determined that the alignment wasnt needed. They could have easily charged me for it, but they told me it wasnt really needed and gave me the option to not have the work done. Would return in a second if I had more auto service needs.

The owners and their crew are fair and equitable, friendly, and knowledgeable in all they do. They dont try to over or up sell you on things you dont need. When they make a mistake, as no one is perfect, they own the problem and fix it with a sense of urgency. Its refreshing being able to do business with them.

I took my car for service and after talking about what is wrong and what they will do to fix it, I knew they werent out to pad the books. I felt totally comfortable with the diagnosis and charges are very reasonable. I feel like I finally found an honest auto service.

I arrived near the lunch hour to get an auto inspection. I was greeted promptly and left my car during lunch. Upon my return I learned that my car failed inspection because of a faulty gas cap. Steve pointed me to the nearby auto parts store where I found what I needed for $12. I returned 15 minutes later and a friendly crewmember took my car immediately for testing. I took a seat in the waiting area where theres a comfy sofa and large TV as well as new magazines. It only took about 10 minutes before they called my name... beforehand I saw pictures and thank you notes from other satisfied customers on the wall. I have to admit, for complicated repairs I used to have a bias towards going to the dealer. But I had a noise from my car that the dealers couldnt figure out... and they fixed it here, no problem. Its also much easier to get an appointment, and service has always been great. They have changed my thinking.

These guys shoot straight and do good work. They will also handle extended warranty work so you dont have to hassle with the dealership!

Parker Custer Tire and Service did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing some rather complicated problems with our 18 year old Buick Le Sabre. We dont drive many miles but after the repairs the car will still be useful for our purposes.
