The team at NTB was fantastic. I had a tire sensor light come on my car. Could not figure out which tire it was they did an extensive review and realize that it was just an inflation issue. But they just went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe on our vehicle. Would highly recommend this location.

I purchased four tires from the NTB in Carrollton. My tire light Comes on once a week. No complaint to this location. Thanks for helping with putting air in all my tires.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and new battery terminal before my road trip. They called and explained what they did and what else was needed and my car was ready quickly! When I went to pick it up they had everything ready to go and my car drives like new. Everyone was friendly and efficient and it was definitely the lowest cost out of other places I’ve been to. Highly recommend this store and especially this location.

I work in the customer service industry and I was certainly not pleased with the service received. I purchased 4 new tires. During the process of replacing the tires, I was told that one of my TPMS sensors broke. They “offered” to charge me over $150 for one new sensor installed. I declined. When my car was ready and I was paying, I had to ask for the form for the Rebate that they advertise. Once done paying, I went out to checked out my car. None of the valve stem covers were back on my car, two of the TPMS sensors are gone even though they said only 1 broke and one of the tires was mounted inside out. The tire clearly says on the tire wall if it the “inside” or “outside”. I had to install the valve stem covers myself after I went inside and asked for them since they were just sitting on the counter in a bag. I asked them to mount the tire correctly. After waiting another 15 mins they finally pulled my car back inside. Please note, I was told the entire process would take an hour since I booked an appt online. At this point, I had been there over 2hrs and they were just then pulling my car back in to correct what they did incorrectly and didn’t check their work afterwards before giving it back to me. I spoke to the Service Manager and asked her for the number to their Corp office - her response “You can google NTB and find it”.I am leaving this review hoping that a District Manager will reach out to me and I will also be calling the Corp Office on Monday. It’s not about the mistakes that we make - it’s about how we recover from them. Even the recovery was not urgent or satisfactory.Over 2.5 hours later and right at $1000 I finally get 4 new tires and 2 fewer TPMS Sensors. And then once completed, again they did not put back on my Chrome Valve stem cover - so I had to go back inside yet again. AND instead of going outside and putting it on for me, they just hand it to me. Priceless.

Ok, Soo BOOM!My car was making a rattling noise and I honestly wasn’t sure if this would be an expensive situation or a quick fix. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The receptionist was nice and was handling the front like a boss by herself. Mr. Mike took care of me quickly, fixed my skid plate and was able to send me on my way. The team on staff today seemed to have a good sense of communication and organization too.I’m grateful for the help and all they asked for was a review. God Bless.

Felt very unorganized and a little chaotic coming in here. I had an appointment for 11AM but when I came in they didn’t have anything scheduled. Took about 30 minutes to pull my car in. I was told it would take about 1-1.5 hrs. About an hour and 45 mins into it an employee checked on my car and it was forgotten about, sitting in the back of the shop for over 30 minutes. They then test drove it to make sure the alignment was good and it was still pulling to the left. They then had to look into it further to see if the problem was with the tires or wheels. They switched the wheels and that seemed to fix it. Super frustrating experience. It ended up taking over 2.5 hours. I came in for my 11am appointment and didn’t leave until after 1:30pm.

Good service & fair price. Ive been a longtime customer, and I cannot recommend their tire warranty enough.However, when the guy tried to upsell me on replacing my 2nd tire (I had one flat), I told him I couldnt take the financial hit because the governor is cutting off my unemployment.When I sat in the lounge while my tire was changed, I heard one of the mechanics complaining about people on unemployment being lazy and saying things like get a job.I dont know if this was in relation to me, but you dont know everyones struggle so maybe shut the f up and dont judge people when you dont know their story.Knocked off 2 stars for that alone.

Having to buy tires unexpectedly is never fun. NTB made this transaction very smooth. They had my car taken care of in about 40 minutes. Thank you NTB!! Oh and I forgot to mention the price was absolutely great for two tires and warranty.

Ive been a LONG-time customer of NTB because Ive always received prompt, excellent service from (almost) every NTB Ive ever gone to. Ive moved several times, including to different states, & I always find a nearby NTB (which is great, because they all have my service history in their computer system no matter where I go). I even found an NTB in west Fort Worth that had a woman service advisor, & she ROCKED! Shes no longer there, though, darnit! Anyway, I highly recommend NTB!

It was a good experience but be prepared that on a busy day your appointment could be pushed back which makes your wait time longer.

To be honest, it was a little slow. I went in for a 5:30pm appointment I set online to get my tires checked and an oil change. Got out of there about 6:50. Total was about $100.

It doesn’t take damn near 2 hours to fix a tire leak...

Saturday 02/29/2020 was my second visit to this location. i love these guys. they are super friendly and always provide quick service. I drop off my car early Saturday and by 1:00pm i had new brakes, an oil change, vehicle inspection, and new brake fluid. in the fall of 2019 i did the same thing and within a few hours, got 4 new tires (priced VERY fair). ill keep going to this place in the future for sure.

I woke up to flat tire on Sunday no less I looked up see who open n NTB Plano Pway was at 10. Put air tire shot over there greeted by Eric at counter extremely polite professional I explain my situation n company car so he looked everything up and with in minutes said got approved to replace both front tires for you. Now my nervous part, asked I really don’t want spend my only day off sitting here how long you think he took my key walked into shop came out said my guys do it now. Less then hour later I’m back home. Great customer service!!! I watched through window n Mechanic man he was fast n knew his stuff. Great experience.Thanks so much guys.

This place and employees are awesome! In from out of town and got a screw in one of our tires. Stopped in to NTB... ended up not causing any damage to our tire but we ended up going ahead and getting our tires balanced and rotated. They took the time to show/educate us on the particular wear pattern they were seeing on our rear tires and then gave suggestion o. How to get better life out of them etc etc. super respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend this Shop. The employees were Devin & Eric. Thanks guys!

Came in confused about my tire not holding air.. the guy at the front was courtious and let me know how long I would be waiting! Turns out my stem had scooted out a bit! They did an amazing job helping me out!

I came in to this location for a routine oil change as well as a tire rotation. While they were a bit busy, the staff were welcoming and helpful in determining what my car needed and giving me a good estimate on the time it would take, which was met. Overall a great experience - would recommend them if youre looking for an oil change! I would advise calling in if youre going on a busy day/time to save a potentially long wait, and the staff are more than happy to help!

Im a lyft drive I brought in their vehicle for new tires ir was approved i had to wait almost 2 hours when they said it would be an hour then they told it needed new brakes they were waiting on approval after I set in the waiting area almost 45 minutes i went to ask if it was approved and said he was still waiting I walked around the corner when I came back he was just getting on the phone to call them I just took the vehicle and left so 2 hours of my time wasted terrible service

Took my car in for an oil change on Saturday, first oil change with this car so didnt know what to expect. Chris the mgr was friendly and helpful. After my car was done I was happy to be told by Haley that my car was in great shape and only needed the wipers replaced (which I knew about) and the air filter which she said was an easy job. I was happy to see they reset my oil setting in my car and had filled up my slightly low tires which I hadnt mentioned. Great customer service.

All great, place is clean, employees are very nice and not pushy..4 stars because it took 1 hour and 1/2 to do an oil change . Place wasnt busy.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Service generally quick here. If you want it to be quicker tell them to skip the inspection. They do find issues that do need to be fixed and have fair ppl prices on service. But if you are in a hurry just let them know.

I will never take my car to NTB again - they will try to charge you fro things you dont need done and will not fill up your oil all the way. They try to take advantage of you.Took my car in about a week ago for an oil change and wanted to get the inspection done. First I was informed they could not do the inspection as the previous manager let the license expire. I then received a phone call later in the day that I need to have my serpentine belt replaced as it was starting to break apart and needed to be replaced; they said it really needed to be done soon as my car would not run when the belt broke. They also said my Struts we leaking and also needed to be replaced; I have not had this checked out by another facility yet. I did not have NTB replace anything at the time. During the week I had my serpentine belt replaced and was shown the original belt (looked new) - there was nothing wrong with it. Its been just over a week and my oil light came on - stating I was low on oil. Since it had barely been over a week I took it back to NTB and spoke with the manager about all of my concerns. The manager basically said the belt issue was a he-said / she-said situation and they cant prove what was said. He also stated the oil level is fine and where it should be even thought the light was on. I took the car somewhere else and they said the oil was low and filled it up at no additional charge; once the oil was filled to the correct amount the oil light went off.

Avoid this NTB!!!!! Ive been going here for years and have typically had great service until today. I called in and booked an appointment 2 weeks ago to get my car inspected and my oil changed so I could take the time off work. I came in this morning for my appointment and the guy at the desk VERY rudely told me they didnt have an inspector there today. I said that was weird because I booked an appointment two weeks ago. He seemed to keep trying to prove me wrong asking Did you make this online? This location? etc. before finally finding my appointment in the system. No apology was given and the only explanation was a mumbled something of We have a lot of new people here. Im very upset to have taken the time off work to be treated this way. I will not be returning and will be telling all my family and friends the same.

Love this location. Austen is always helpful and straightforward and does his best to accommodate his customers--seriously, best customer service Ive EVER experienced at an auto place. I went in last Sat. to get my cracked hubcap replaced; Austen recommended I buy it myself to avoid the markup, so I did. Came back Sunday morning and even though Austen wasnt there, the guys replaced it on my car for free. Ive been happy with my service there each time.

First time at this place and I will be coming back. Went in with a nail in my tire. The manager Christopher was very nice, he rolled my tire in to show me the nail and also showed me that the tread was very worn. (I just got this car less than a week ago). All the guys there were very nice and informative and didnt try to take advantage of the fact that Im a young women that knows absolutely nothing about cars. Left with a brand new tire. Thanks guys!

Got a great deal on 4 new BFG all terrains for my wifes Jeep. Super smooth ride compared to the old worn out tires. Roughly an hour to do the work which is good for a busy shop. They let me know my battery was good, but I needed some other repairs soon. Overall great experience, nice friendly staff and a clean shop. I will be back.

This is a great store, with quick service, every time something is priced on a car that price is honored. I feel welcome and cared for, and my car was as well.

We always receive excellent service with NTB. We take both of our cars there. Yesterday was an easy one. We just needed some small adjustments with the battery.

I used to come to this NTB all of the time. Ihaf a bad experience with a manager and hadnt been back in a while. Went back this morning and they have a new manager. He was extremely helpful and a pleasant guy to work with on my cars needs. Can say enough really!!! Will be back for sure!

Went in for a $19.99 oil change for a 2010 Toyota. They told Me that the factory recommended synthetic oil at $49.95. They refused to put regular 10/30 in the car that i have been putting in for 9 years. I called Toyota of Plano and after they stopped laughing they said absolutely not. Not sure if this group either A: doesn’t knows what they’re doing or B: not good at up-sell. Either way I will NOT be going back.

I have been coming to this location for years. I find the people very friendly and helpful. Every time I go there, they are very knowledgeable. I even send my 82 year old mother in there with no worries. They do a great job with her

NICE BUT HORRIBLE: I have 65k miles remaining on 100k tires (all 4). I had a screw in one tire and told I needed 4 new tires and brakes for $1,100.00. The tire was in a fixable area and another company did it for free. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Scammers. After being told my new tires would cost me $750... they then came back and said it would be $2,600 because something was supposedly bent on the tire. Said whatever and let them do it all. THEN we realized a tail light was out... they told me it would cost me $299 NOT INCLUDING LABOR to change out the lightbulb in my tail light!!!! Needless to say I did NOT get it done by them, drove down the street to autozone and they did it for me for $8!!!!! Go somewhere else unless you love shelling out money for no reason.

I do not like writing negative reviews but I have to call it like I see it. I needed new tires for my car that were not available at my local NTB shop. My shop called the shop in Plano to let them know what I needed and that I was on my way. I arrived twenty minutes later and waited an inordinate amount of time to be helped. I finally got to speak to someone and explained the reason for my visit. I also stated that all I needed was two new tires and that I would not be interested in any tire warranties of any sort, I just wanted the tires. I spent the next two hours waiting in the waiting area while other customers walked in and out with their vehicles serviced. During this time, I asked if I would be helped and was assured that I would be taken care of. After another thirty minutes, I called my husband to tell him what was going on. My conversation was overheard by Austin who abruptly and rudely said to me that if I had a problem with his shop, I could speak to him because he was the MANAGER. This same manager saw me waiting, allowed his service techs to take lunch at the same time, and charge me for all types of warranties that I did not want at the conclusion of my purchase. Needless to say, I will never return to this location for service.

The entire staff at this NTB is great! They greet me when I come in (and remember me from earlier visits), explain any issues or recommendations they have for my vehicle, and get the work done in a timely manner. I leave knowing my truck is running right and will get me through many more miles on the road.

The shop was unable to fix my car due to the need for more specialized equipment to the Nissan Z and particular knowledge of the cooling system, but Giovanni was very helpful and Id recommend you ask for him when you go to the shop! They did what they could and I appreciated it. Schedule in your visit for a slow time if you value transparency and a lot of communication, it can get pretty busy there because of the location.

I have been going to NTB since 2000Every time I left that place was with totally satisfaction.The staff are always accommodating with your schedule.They are all very knowledgeable and experienced in their filed which help to diagnose and fix with totally honestly and integrity.Theres no ifs or buts. Today I took my car in for an oil change. The manager Chris was very polite and took fifteen minutes to answer all the car maintenance questions I had.The service level at this location was much higher than other franchise repair shops. Very friendly employees and I will be going back.

I cant say enough how pleased I was with the service! The integrity and quality of service here is bar none! I had called for a quote prior to my visit. The manager, Ryker gave me a quote and it was honored when I went for my tires. I checked prices at Sears, Sams Wholesale, and Discount Tire. None could compare to NTB!

My sisters loaner car got a flat when we were on our way from Plano to Austin on a Sunday, when many businesses were closed. She spoke with Chris over the phone, who not only was professional, but also kind and empathetic to our frustration. The tire was replaced in just under an hour. We were thankful for the quick service we received and the kindness was an added bonus.

Took an appointment to change a Tire and was done in an hour on Saturday morning.

Efficient and conscientious. I had my alternator and battery replaced there two months ago, and when my battery light came on yesterday, I immediately brought it to this location. They quickly assessed that the replacement alternator was faulty, and they replaced it at no charge within an hour.

They will definitely take advantage of anyone who doesnt know what theyre doing, but have decent prices on tires. I spent over $600 today on tires and when I picked the truck up they told me they would void the warranty on them if I didnt do all the suspension work they recommended.Well, that makes sense. If your suspension is faulty it would certainly wear the tires faster. And I bought more expensive tires because of the better warranty.The estimate to repair the suspension is $2500, and includes virtually EVERY single part of both front and rear upper and lower suspension components. The funny thing is that the ENTIRE suspension, and I mean everything, was replaced 2 months ago. Even the struts were replaced. And all the fittings and boots, and and and. Of course they didnt know that when they told me that it all needed to be replaced.The only thing that might have needed replacing were the wheel bearings. And I even mentioned that I was skeptical of those and to take a look at them. Those WERENT on the list of things to replace.But everything else was. All of which is 2 months old and in great shape.They also recommended we replace the spark plugs and do a fuel system tune up. The spark plugs were replaced when we did an engine swap in November.I swore I wouldnt return here after they almost killed me two years ago when doing a patch job they didnt tighten the front drivers side wheel lugs and the wheel almost came off on Bush. Fortunately as the vibration got worse I got it pulled over and the Tollway Authority loaned me a lug wrench to get them tightened to limp it back to the shop and have them fix it. That was really dangerous. And seriously, is there anything more basic than tightening the lug nuts? I mean really?

Went in on a Sunday to get a tire patch for a slow leak and ended up buying 4 New tires.Friendly and had a good price on the tires.

I bought my tires at Firestone. I have a warranty and road hazard. I just dont have it at 6 30 PM on Friday night. These fellas had me fixed up in no time. Stayed late to get it done. Guess where the next set of tires will be bought?

NTB. The number 1 competition to Discount Tires. Both of which are great places to go for tires though obviously NTB out does Discount in the fact that they also sell batteries and some other small services. Both are clean, efficient and usually well staffed, With polite and Proffessional people. Depending on your needs as to which one you should go to. I recommend them along with Discount Tires. You really cant go wrong. At least not normally.

I called ahead and asked what time they closed - STATED I needed to get my car inspected. They said they would be there until 6pm. I arrived at 2:40pm and was told I just missed the Inspector. He was already gone. Think they could have informed me about what time the Inspector was leaving since I called ahead? Oh, was that important? Don’t expect them to anticipate anything for a customer or be honest.

I just want to know why this overpriced shop that supposedly has professionals working in it would replace a directional tire with a non-directional tire knowing its going to mess up the way the vehicle rolls? Now Ive gotta go replace the replacement tire and return the NTB tire. Talk about poor Customer service and Zero Satisfaction!!!!

Katherine Jobe is top notch. She went above and beyond for us. We had a blow out and with luck we were down the street from this location.When we drove into the parking lot, she spotted us from the inside and came out to help. I was impressed.She was also very cautious and extra helpful with a customer that came in that was handicap.Thank you katherine. You made NTB look like a star that you are.

This is my first time here at this location. They did my oil change fast and the gentlemen in the front were very polite and helpful.I will definitely be back

So its Saturday and there is only one person greeting people! He is doing a fabulous job handling the place by himslef, i work at a dealership and came by to purchase one tire after waiting 15 min in line, he told me we only accept cash if you only want to buy the tire without us installing it, okay i drive to get cash, came back and there is another line in front of me, and he totally ignored me so i had to wait another 20 min just for him to help me out again. I mean i understand its Saturday and he is short handed but this is not right!

They told me I needed $1500-1700 in repairs or my new tires would be ruined. (According to mechanics I showed the pictures of the parts to later, that was a lie). Repairs ended up at $2300+. Turns out they charge 75%-150% premium over retail on all their parts. They won’t tell you that, though. They will just tel you they get them from O’Reillys. I paid $1400+ for $600+ in parts. Corporate offered me a laughable $50 “loyalty check”. We will see if the manager follows up as I requested.

They areva great group of pople there. Had a bad battery and 2 tire got me in and out in an hour and a half.

We were trying to get home after a very long, hard day traveling for a family emergency, and then I ended up with a blown tire. We were surprised to find out that this NTB location was open until 8 at night. A put on my spare, drove the family to a drive thru, and headed over. It was after 7, and there were still cars in the bay that they were working on. Patricio at the desk didnt bat an eye, he was very welcoming, found me a tire and told me that they could get me taken care of that night. The manager, Chris, came out and was very friendly and helpful as well. After getting the vehicle lined out, we took over their lounge... literally, took it over. We had food and 4 kids spread out, trying to get every one taken care of while the tire was being changed. We fed the kids, let them run around, turned the TV to Disney, and they were completely understanding, and never said a word about the chaos we were putting their store through. At 815, after they were supposed to be closed, the car was ready. They turned the AC on for us and told my family that they were welcome to load up, and chill out while he got some information off of the vehicle. I paid and we were able to get back on the road and home that night.Awesome customer service at this location, and great people!

I have to agree with many of the other reviewers posts, do not come here unless you would like to be taken advantage of. I had a nail in my tire and simply needed to have it patched, my usual go-to tire shop was closed for the day and I was forced to attempt to get my tire patched at one of the many other tire shops that were still open for business. I walked in and the girl behind the counter had the worst scowl on her face and seriously looked so bothered that I even walked through the door. A technician comes into the lobby from the shop and she tells him I need to have my tire patched. We go out to look at my tire and he tells me that I do not have enough tread on my tire to safely patch it (which was not true), he then tells me that I need 4 new tires, which they do not have in stock and will have to order. He then continues that if I have them order the 4 new tires and put a deposit down for the tires that will arrive the following week, he will attempt to patch my tire today. Let me get this straight? Its too dangerous to patch it, BUT if I purchase 4 new tires that you will have to order, then you can patch it?!? I immediately walked out of there, and today I went to my normal tire shop (also a large, corporate store) and had my tire patched for free with no mention of the tread on my tires being any issue (because the tread is just fine). I will not ever step foot in one of these stores ever again.

Work was completed in the promised amount of time. The techs also diagnosed bad motor mounts, which I know to be accurate. 3 stars only because they failed to check tire pressure after wheel alignment, tires were under inflated by 2 - 7 psi. Had to spend an extra 20 minutes getting that adjusted the next day at another location.

Got there at 6:00 after work at 6:27 someone finally acknowledged me standing there while I was on my phone looking for another place to go open past 6:00. I told him I was in for a tire rotation, oil change, and inspection. He told me he couldnt do the inspection because the inspector wasnt there. He also said it would be 45 min till he could get my car in the garage. So why wasnt I told when I walked in it was going to be an hour 15 min wait? Because the inept new manager apparently cant manage anything but to lose customers. He spent that entire 27 min I was there with one customer repeating how he didnt know how to use the computer system and looking up the wrong car. The guy who finally talked to me was someone coming from the garage. Thats right, the manager was still with the same customer and likely for a time after I left. I went to jiffy lube at that point and they knocked out all 3 services in about the time I was waiting unacknowledged at NTB. I even got greeted before I made it to the front office door. My advice is to find another location or do your business with someone else.

I usually go to Discount Tire for all my tire needs but today I had a tire loose all air while fuelling up my Work truck at Quicktrip down the street. I thought well Ntb is just down the road a few hundred feet why not just call and inquire about a loose tire replacement.I spoke with a fellow named Ceaser and he gave me a price and said bring it on in and we can get you in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I thought wow maybe I will give these guys a shot at handling all my swimming pool company trucks business. Well I showed up with my loose wheel they tell me they only accept cash for a loose tire replacement. I tell them this seemed a bit odd.They respond with Well we are trying to protect ourselves from fraud. I said no problem I will use the debit option on my card. They said without a phone number and address they can only accept cash.I then asked why wasnt I told this on the phone. They didnt have response other than call corporate if you will. I tell them there will be no need to waste another moment of my time dealing with a company that puts the customer not second but last. I am sorry Joe @ Discount Tire I will never stray again or ever set foot in a NTB. PS .Only Two customers in the lobby on a Saturday? That should have been a sign right then.Good luck NTB.

SCAM ARTISTS! I know my vehicle VERY well and they try to rip me off every time I go in there. I have done most of the maintenance for the last 11 years. When I went in to ask for shocks to be replaced, they told me I also needed a new air filter. Its a PERMANENT air filter I had JUST cleaned! They installed new shocks and it rode TERRIBLE. Brought it back for them to fix. Its better but not good. One year later (bringing in for standard rotation, balance and alignment that they had to keep the vehicle overnight because they kept pushing other customers in front of me), they said the shocks were OBVIOUSLY ORIGINALS and to REPLACE them! They either lied about putting in new shocks or lied about them being originals. I used to like NTB (only company Ive used for tires and brakes for the last 20 yrs.), but every store has become like this. Its obviously coming down from corporate. STAY AWAY!

I recently purchased 4 tires for my grand Cherokee here. That part went just fine. When they were finished they called me at work to let me know it was ready to be picked up but insisted I needed my rack and pinion replaced and that my power steering could go out any time because it was leaking. I arrived at the store and asked them to put it back on the rack and show me the alleged “leak”. The guy goes, “oh I’ll just get down and take a pic for you”. I couldn’t tell anything from that picture. I have since had two second opinions and both insisted “THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY RACK AND PINION”. Needless to say they tried to take advantage of me and get me to fork out $1500 for a non issue. Do not trust these guys!!!!

Went there with a flat tire. My car does not indicated which specific tire is flat and more than one tire looked low on air. I asked them to check all four tires. They came back and told me I needed to replace 1 tire. Two days later another tire went flat.I wish they had better technical service and their techs had properly inspected all of my tires. It would have made them more money and saved me some time.

Had a 4pm appointment and did not take my care until 4:30. Had an alignment done which only took 20min. Another customer had a 4:15 appointment and took their car before mine. Customer service could had been a lot better especially since I work in retail at an auto store and know how I treat my customers.

Ever walked into a shop and instantly had the gut feeling that you should go somewhere else? Which is odd as a 6ft1 200lb man... It Felt like a shakedown, overhead another customer arguing with an employee about a repair. Wish I would have read the reviews here first! Only went in for an Oil change, suddenly I also had a oil leak and a nail in my tire odly enough, the nail didnt look warn, or like it had been there long (Ive had nails in tires before) oh, and coincidentally it was too close to the side to be plugged... Didnt ask me what tires I wanted, just tried to pressure me into spending $800 for all new tires... Heck no! I had them finish the oil change and got outta there (was too late to just cancel the change and leave). Overheard them telling another customer about high priced repairs... Needless to say went somewhere else and got better service and tires for way less! Youve been warned!

This location advertises that it is an official inspection station, and has the sign indicating that they are an official inspection station. However, when I took my car here this morning for an inspection, I was told by the staff on duty we dont have any inspectors on staff and havent for months.Per Texas Dept of Public Safety requirements, part of the qualifications to be an inspection station is having licensed staff to perform inspections.If theyre not going to hire the staff necessary to meet those requirements, they really need to stop advertising themselves as an inspection station and remove the sign from their building.
