Tony offered us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, which drove well for a 2008 Jetta. All maintenance was updated with new tires.Completion of the purchase was very smooth and not time consuming, he offered us several different warranty packages which was great because we all know things happen with any vehicle. Shady tactics and misinformation lost my trust. I was told twice that the oil had been changed. It wasnt. An oil change sticker on the windshield was placed on it, but the oil was the same used, black/brown oil and the same dip-stick level. While they did repair some problems with the car, the experience did not live up to the We want you to be satisfied and we stand behind our vehicles, claim I was given. The car I paid for was with the company for about 3 weeks and during this time, I had to make every effort to call about it for updates myself. After a long list of problems with the vehicle, that I was told would be fixed correctly, I still had to spend well over another $2,000 to get the vehicle running correctly that I was told was in good condition. This is not the way to run a business, and my wife and I were disappointed and felt taken advantage of. They will likely mention their week of no questions asked warranty but what good is the warranty if problems are still left unfixed and trust is broken? I took my car from them as soon as I could and got it to a mechanic I can trust.

Bought my truck from Tony and Ira at 3400 auto sales and it was a great decision. Used truck with 152,000 miles was a slight gamble but, I am glad I bought here. Not only did they fix the things I brought up right after the sale but, later when my regular mechanic quoted me $1100 for a repair I went to see Tony about using his shop. He actually recommended a $7 fix (tryst worked) instead of jacking me around. Like my regular mechanic did. No longer using the regular mechanic. Thank you guys.

Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle and when I arrived they were doing a major repair on it so we had to wait almost 3 hours. Drove it home and found that the stereo did not work at all and both windshield sprayer nozzles where broken. Also found that the keyless entry key fob was completely dead so had to go out and replace the battery. After really inspecting the vehicle Im starting to think that it was a flooded vehicle at some point, theres brown dirt/sand all through the interior hidden and underneath the car. Not a happy customer for sure and would never go back to this group!

Tony personally attended me and let me know that the dash lights did not work because the dimmer control was dialed all the way down. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I went here yesterday to try to buy a car and each one was worse then the other. I test drove three cars and each was worse than the last one. Took a Tahoe to my mechanic who put it on a lift and there were parts missing and everything was leaking. i returned the tahoe and Ira tried justifying the cars condition bc it was a usef car. He also said he really didnt want to sell to an uber driver but was making an exception because we needed a car. We were livid. Go somewhere else where they will not pull this. You may desperately need a car but look elsewhere.

I just needed a car specifically for work and informed Tony that the car had to have certain requirements, and he nicely went through several cars with me and help make sure I was getting the right car for me. Went to the dealership and test drove several cars. We liked one in particular but it had an oil leak and the radio was broken. After speaking to Tony at length about pricing and financing, we asked if they could fix the radio and oil leak. Tony said they would take a look at them and told us how important the customer is to him. We were pleased and told him we would be in touch later that same day. Called back to see if the radio and oil leak had been fixed and Tony told us that they were an easy fix but he sold the car to someone else after we left. Glad we got the oil leak and radio fixed for the new owner.

I recommend this place to anyone...Ira and Tony are great to work with. I bought a Nissan Altima from them a little over a year ago and the engine went out...most dealerships dont care and expect you to still pay for the car....Tony gave me 2 options to fix the car at their discounted rate without having to put all the money up all at once because the repairs were well over $1000 or either I could get another vehicle off the lot. So of course I chose another vehicle and I must say I am very satisfied customer.

These guys are the bomb.Ive dealt with a lot of small dealers and repair shops before, so I was unsure when my wife said she found the exact car Id wanted since I was 15 for a decent price out in Plano. I cleaned out my old death trap and we went to see what the deal was.We showed up and Tony was totally nice. He could tell how much I loved the car (Deep Purple PT cruiser, dream cruiser series, with a convertible soft top), so he let me know right away that I should make a list of repair requests. It was everything I dreamed it would be. It was used, so there was some wear on the seats and the console that controlled the power locks, mirrors, and trunk was broken.Even though I was basically sold on the car without these minor fixes, Tony made sure everything was taken care of! We got the car at about 6K, which was really fair (especially because they took my previous death trap trade in without even looking at it).They walked me through financing with a company they use(Which Im happy with thus far), and I drove car off the lot that day. When I had time, I came back and had the issues on my list fixed. And when the plates and registration sticker came in a few weeks later, they had me in and out in about 15 minutes!Tony has kept his word, been totally pleasant and professional, and has promised continued satisfaction with future repairs, purchases, and upkeep. 3400 Auto will be my go-to car place for the foreseeable future.You can trust this review because as soon as I feel like Ive been treated unfairly, Ill be sure to write another one

Do NOT buy a specialty vehicle from these people. They either dont know how to or will NOT repair their vehicles correctly. I purchased a BMW from these people and spent half of my purchase price to fix their repairs. They mixed up bolts on the engine and if didnt have a bolt they stuck it together with silicone. Do NOT let them do any repairs on your vehicle even during their warranty period.

Buyer Beware! If i could give this dealer no stars i would do it. Tony sold my son a car, his first car, that never should have passed inspection! A week and a half after my son bought the car we had to have $2000.00 worth of repairs done and we were told it should not have passsed inspection. It still needs more work that will cost a little over $1000.00. I realize that when buying a used car some repairs are to be expected, but come on!, it should not have inspection issues!

TWO DAYS LATER THE CAR WAS DOING THE SAME NOISES, THEY ONLY HAVE A GUY WORKING ON THE CARS THAT HE PROBABLY HAS TO MUCH PRESSURE FROM THE OWNERS HE DOSE DOT THE JOB RIGHT, THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CAR BACK BUT IT WAS NOT FIXED I CALLED BACK ANGRY AND TONY SAID HE WOULD NOT FIX IT CAUSE IT HAD BEEN FIXED HE REFUSED TO FIX IT, AFTER A LONG TALK OF ME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING HE AGREED TO FIX IT BUT TILL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL ..... BELIEVE ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!!

Having been quoted somewhere else, I wanted to take advantage of their labor discount. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra from them about 2 months ago. Price was good and they were very nice, accommodating, and really flexible. They let me take the car to the shop of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection which is huge as I had been to a place prior that would not let me do this. They were even flexible enough to let me keep the car a little longer due to delays to get it into the shop. They offered to take care of anything that came up in the inspection. The shop just suggested that a transmission fluid change be done. I took it back to Auto Sales and they took care of that as well as a few other small items I had noticed while inspecting the car (driver side car lock getting stuck occasionally, etc.). They addressed ALL my concerns and it was a very pleasant experience. They were also flexible with payment and they are open later than most dealers. They even stayed open a little later while I was trying to look at the car again with my wife. I definitely recommend them.

I am giving this a solid 1 star, and wish I could give less. I live in Fort Worth, and found two cars on his lot that were for sale that I was interested in. The CarFax on both vehicles looked okay, so my husband and I decided to drive to Plano to go take a look. Upon arrival we see both cars and Ira greets us and we tell him what we are interested in. After test driving, we decide on one and go inside to make a deal and get fincancing done. I specifically ask him outside of the CarFax, if he was aware of any problems with the vehicle. He said no, and that he had a 1 week guarantee that if we purchased and found any issues, we could come back to him and get them resolved in a week. We decided to go through his recommended financer, State Farm, and go to their office to fill out paperwork and pull credit. After pulling our credit, our agent gets a call that they will not finance because of frame damage on the vehicle. Rightfully so, we decide to back out, and not purchase the vehicle. Ira proceeds to call me back (in a seemingly panicked state) and I tell him we are no longer interested in the vehicle because of frame damage. He then goes on a 5 minute rant about how it was just a fender bender and that the frame was fine and continues to push the sale of the vehicle with another financer, and then says he can finance it himself. If a major financer such as State Farm will not finance a vehicle, and actually is making a customer aware of these major issues, why would I give my business knowing I am being played? I am honestly completely disgusted that someone would go so far to lie about a vehicle and continue to push the sale when the structural integrity is compromised. Honesty and integrity are a huge portion of building client trust, and this place isn’t it. I do not recommend putting your trust or business here.

I purchased a car there and I knew it was used and I would end up having to fix things here and there luckily mad dad is a mechanic and has been doing the work... When I purchased the car I dealt with Ira and then Tony... These 2 individuals although nice are crooks and take advantage of people... A day after I bought the car my check engine light came on I contacted them and let them know I was bringing it back in they said ok and then they kept it for a few days.... Always saying its gonna be ready the next day the next day when I finally picked it up I was told that if they light came back on I could take it back no problem... I took my car for inspection and I was told the check engine light was out so I told my dad and he took the dash apart to see what the problem was turned out someone had placed a piece of black tape to cover the light from showing through the dash. I contacted Ira to tell him what we found and to explain how wrong that is to do and hopefully get the APOLOGY I DESERVED AFTER SPEND $4800 in cash! He got defensive and said he and they dont so that there... So basically DONT EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE THEY MIGHT BE NICE BUT THEY SURE WILL STICK IT TO YOU!!!! I wish he would have at least apologized for the troubles as my dad already took car of the problem but of course like all businesses they take no fault or try to resolve the problem accept place blame on someone else... Which I know the tape came from there as no one else had worked on it since the time I took it to them cause the light had come on!!!!

I purchaed a great Eclipse Spyder convertible from Tony & Ira a couple of years ago. Since then, Ive takn adantage of the customer disount on service for this car. I was so impressed with their work, Ive been bringing my other vehicles to them as well. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is good. I purchased a car three weeks ago & dealt with a man name TONY or i call him a LIAR TO GET A SALE; At that time I thought he had a great people person attitude. I forgot con-artist do to. When I called to inquiry about the FIRST LIE he told everything would be $2500 but then when it came down to swiping my card the total was around $2900 cash. Then when I was doing paper work SECOND LIE he said I had to be responsible for my inspection sticker because THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MACHINE TO DO MY CAR. LIKE A FOOL I BELIEVED HIM & the check engine light wasnt on. Then the check engine light came on for EGR-VALVE & Tony THIRD LIE he said charge me $160 no labor but then try to charge me $200. Then the check engine light came on again for same code, took car back to TONY & FOURTH LIE he told me code had something to do with exhaustion&told me go to Triple A Exhaustion. I did & Howard said the code is EGR & guy at AUTOZONE stated they probably didnt clean connection. Tony said they do it TOOK CAR BACK ON SATURDAY & when I was sitting outside I NOTICE A BIG SIGN THAT STATES THEY CERTIFIED TO DO STATE INSPECTION?????People telling me I got the right to take it back under the lemon law. But people like TONY forget that some people BEEN THROUGH ALOT AS A COLLEGE STUDENT & DEALING WITH A HEAD INJURY & BEYOND FED UP WITH THE WAY OF HOW SOME NON-GOD FEARING FOLKS.....LIE TO ME JUST TO TAKE MY MONEY THAT I DONT HAVE REALLY. I cant help but assume did he do me like this because IM BLACK & A WOMEN THAT WENT LOOKING FOR A CAR ON MY OWN.Like Ive told everybody IM TOO STRESS WITH OTHER THINGS TO DEAL WITH TONY LYING SELF. IF I GET A TICKET FOR NOT HAVING A INSPECTION STICKER, I WILL GO TO COURT & PLEAD MY CASE THAT IF TONY NEVER LIED SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE MACHINE TO DO INSPECTION I WOULDNT NEVER BROUGHT THAT CAR.Robin (VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER)
