Owner provided honest work and could not ask any better quality in service. I have a Tahoe that Chevy dealership had a incredible story of all work that brakes needed and Auto Fix It found the real issue at 1/4 of cost Plano Chevy dealership quoted.I had other car with issue that 2 repair shops including large Ford dealership that could not find the issue and Auto Fix it found both issues. I was at a point selling both cars and buying new vehicle. Auto Fix It has saved me from the hassle of owning older vehicles.I finally trust other mechanic in the DFW area.

This repair shop is THE WORST. We will never use them again and Ill spend every spare moment I have telling everyone I ever meet not to use them as well. We used them initially because they were close and had good reviews (how, I have no idea). We took them a car that needed a tricky brake pad repair that my son had started and couldnt finish. They were able to finish the work in a reasonable amount of time for an exorbitant amount of money. We paid the repair cost and were happy that was done. Then the brake issue returned a few months later. We took the car back, as we were told there was a warranty on the work for one year. This is when the problems started. They clearly dont want to do the warranty work and theyve done everything in their power to avoid it. They asked us to leave the car there and theyd get to it the next day, but it took them almost a week to even get to the car. And when they did they told us it was something else wrong and theyd have to charge us again. We were aggravated but went ahead with it. Now, several weeks later, the problem is back AGAIN. We called again, expecting it to definitely be warranty work now, because theres literally nothing else new to do to the brakes, and they are giving us the run around. First, they said theyd do a ride along and to bring it in one specific day after lunch. We did and they said the ride along guy wasnt there and to come back the next day in the morning. We did, and guess what - the ride along guy isnt there again and to check back in a couple hours. Apparently no one else can do the ride along except the one mysterious ride along guy who keeps not showing up to work. Dont offer a warranty if you wont honor it. They clearly want us to take the car somewhere else so they wont have to honor their warranty and that is exactly what well do. Its aggravating that we have to spend money somewhere else to fix their mistake, when the honorable thing to do would be for them to fix what they broke, but I guess you cant always depend on people to do the right thing.

This shop stands out in my mind above the rest. Bobby is completely honest and upfront. Hes worked on mine and my brothers truck. Both times he was quicker and less expensive then the other quotes we had gotten. One of his guys is an E46 guru and thats the next car Ill take in. He actually answers or calls you back and even responds to texts. Ill keep bringing​ my vehicles here.

I have gone here more than a few times. The owner is a great guy. Always kind and super helpful. He has never tried to pull the wool over my eyes and lets me know my car is in good shape; just to keep up oil changes. I would recommend that anyone supports this local business.

I had an extremely negative experience coming here. I came in the late afternoon hoping to get an oil change. Once I came in, I was promptly ignored by three of the workers there. I was referred here by another auto shop to speak with Bobby, who would take care of my oil change. After waiting and everyone seeming to ignore me, a kind employee came into the store and asked if I needed any assistance (not Bobby). I told him I needed to get an oil change done. The nice employee then asked who I assumed to be Bobby whether this is possible. I was told that they aren’t doing anymore oil changes for the day since they told the other workers to leave (understandable). The main issue was the unprofesionalism and how the situation was handled. I didn’t feel welcome when I came into the shop nor was I acknowledged. I would also like to address that I am a woman, which I believe played a major part as to why I experienced this. If anything, I highly recommend you check out Auto Xpress off of Main Street in Allen. My car was serviced within 10 minutes, everyone there was welcoming and professional, and the price was such a great deal. If I could give Auto Fix It zero stars, I would.

Ive been going to Auto Fix it for over 14 years. They are excellent mechanics. They are honest and their estimates are very accurate. They have always been fair and completed the work on time. I cant say enough good tings about them. Ive bought my cars used and taken them to Auto Fix it for repairs. I have not had a car note in 14 years!Ive saved a ton of money by driving used high end luxury cars. From a 1997 Infinity I30, to a 2003 Lexus, these guys have saved me tens of thousands in new car payments. The total bill (parts included) is usually less half than the dealer estimate on any repair.

I cannot sing praises loud enough for Auto Fix It & its manager, Bobby Caldwell!!!Nearly a year ago, I was selling one of my cars & it had some mechanical issues that needed to be repaired before I could do so. When I spoke to my dealer about said repairs, I was quoted am excruciating price & given a lengthy wait time. I googled for local mechanics with great reviews & this place came up. Bobby got my car in immediately & fixed everything for an extremely reasonable price! I was thrilled that I could, then, sell my car in good conscience. & the young man who bought it for me says its not given him a single problem in all the time hes had it.Secondly, I have a leased car that is almost due to be turned in & my air conditioning stopped working. Again, my dealer told me it would take some time. More importantly, even though any repair would be covered under my warranty, he quoted a $160. diagnostic test fee! To me, that was absurd!!! Bobby got me right in, again...& found the problem. & he DIDNT charge me!!!! So, I was able to go to the dealer & have them repair it for free, with the information Bobby had given me.Being a woman, a LOT of car folks are very condescending & abrasive in their demeanor towards me. Bobby treats me with respect, which is most appreciated & he explains things that are beyond my basic knowledge. I ABSOLUTELY trust him & his technicians! They are thorough, MORE than fair, give above & beyond quality service & expedite ones requests. Even though I will still use my dealer for a number of things, since my car is leased, I will ALWAYS use Bobby for ANYTHING that ISNT covered! PHENOMENAL!!!!!!

Supposedly this is the cheapest place but paying $1000 for the blades that turn the tire seems steep even tho I was quoted like around $500 but I guess they can argue the quote wasnt on paper but still I went to a junkyard and fixed it myself with used parts for less than $150. Not only that but they had to disconnect the battery which stopped my ac from working and they refused to fix what they broke.

The new owners are great! Fair and honest. I really trust them to do right by me. I am so glad I decided to give the new owners a chance. You should too. You wont be disappointed.

First some context. Im pretty busy with work and all that, as im sure we all try to be. (Dont tell the police) Im currently driving with expired registration because I hadnt passed inspection. Today I was about to go in a long trip, and didnt want to risk being pulled over with nothing to show the cop that I was making effort to get my registration done as soon as possible. Also I didnt want to drive with the current issue, as further damage could happen. Called around since I had a light work day and had time during day. No one had availability, worse, no one wanted to use the part I had already purchased.I had previously purchased the part but then realized I didnt have the equipment to do the job safely.Auto Fix It was one of the first people I called, but were also busy. After some back and forth (Im terrible with names) the guy up front managed to squeeze me in. When I got there it was clear they were swamped! Yet they took the time to take my car in and fix it within about an hour.Its clear they go above and beyond for their customers and definitely plan on going back there anytime I need my car fixed.Tl:dr my car needed servicing. I had time constraints that made it so, optimally, it was fixed that morning. These guys worked the schedule and happily took care of me. Definitely recommend.

They do really good work cause I havent had any problems since, but they dont check to make sure they arent scratching up your car while they are working on it. Also discovered some of the screws missing from the inside of the front under the hood that hold the plastic covers down. They were there before, but not after.

The Best, most honest and most knowledgeable shop around!! I would not trust anyone else to work on my Jeep!!

Started taking my black chevy 1997 Suburban to Auto-Fix-It back in 2000 or 2001 when the shop was under different ownership. The previous owners ran an honest shop and took really good care my vehicle and I eventually put over 240,000 miles on it.Bobby bought the shop a few years ago and I was happy to see that he made some improvements and continued running what seems to be a much more efficient and just as honest shop. Bobby worked on my last black chevy 2006 Suburban which I just sold yesterday (6/26/17). I put over 208,000 miles on it and the morning I sold it, I took it in to Bobby since Kwik Kar on Legacy told me it didnt pass inspection because the brake booster was bad but they could fix it for $675. So I took it to Bobby who quckly called me back and said it was fine. I then told him to check it out and see if there was anything it needed since I was selling it and didnt want to pass off a bad vehicle to anyone. Bobby put it on the rack, checked it out, called me back and said I dont see anything that I can take your money for. The vehicle is solid. I drove off actually feeling somewhat bad that he spent time checking it out and didnt find anything that needed to be repaired. My bill = $0.That sums it up. You just cant beat an honest shop. Not sure when Bobby will be seeing my new black Ford F150, but when something happens Ill be calling Bobby at Auto-Fix-It. An honest shop deserves an honest review.

They Took Care of My Fly Wheel problem and a couple of days later some other issue came up because of the repair, and I had to spend more on an Alignment and the issue still persisted.

Will never take any vehicle anywhere else besides to Bobby! I was without my Cadillac CTS for over a year and a half and had five different mechanics try to fix it. Took it to Bobby and boom....four days later he and Sean had worked a miracle and I had my car back. Do not go anywhere else in town, this is the place!
