I’ve been a loyal customer for about 10 years now. As a woman I am very thankful to these guys for being so awesome over the years! They don’t try to oversell you or talk down to you because you’re a woman. They treat me with the utmost respect EVERY SINGLE TIME. After wasting tons of time & money at commercial auto care places (JiffyLube, Walmart, etc.), I finally found Spring Creek & I’m so grateful!! I had two different “emergency” issues with my car that needed to be fixed right away (leak and a hole in my tire), and I called and they were so kind and got me in right away and helped me on the spot. I also didn’t feel overcharged or pressured to fix anything unnecessary. The gentlemen who have helped me are always extremely professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back whenever my car needs it. :)

Very professional and kind people work at Spring Creek Auto Repair. Our son called us saying his car wouldn’t start last night and it had a brand new battery. I called Spring Creek Auto and the kind gentleman told me some other things to check and name for towing if we needed.Brought the car into their shop and 1-1/2 hrs later the car starts, he can depend on it, plus did his state inspection. We were very satisfied!

I was getting ready to take my truck on a long road trip and decided I should get an oil change before I went as it was coming due soon. While they had the hood open they spotted a belt that was getting shredded up because the previous owner of my truck had installed the wrong AC compressor. They definitely werent trying to upsell me, it was a legit problem that if left unrepaired could have left me stranded on my road trip. In the end, they got everything fixed in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable cost. Im very glad they had the attention to detail to spot that problem, saving me from some major headache down the road. Ill be back if I ever need anything else on my vehicles.

I went to this place might be more than 10 years. At very beginning just for oil change because they were the most inexpensive one around this area. After a while, I went for inspection, changed tires, repaired brakes etc.. they are very honestly every time. For example, one time one of my son’s car brake made a noice, one of the tech guy suggested to replac/repair, then asked the own came to take a look, and owner said might nit an issue and waited/monitored a while. Today I had a nail tire and went to JUST a tire, they told me need to replace a new tire which need to cost around $250 . Because this is brand new car only 1 month old, then I drived my car to Spring creek auto asked them to check, costed me only $10 repaired the tire. I really like them, very honest.

My car’s somewhere were broken on Friday. I went to Valvoline Express auto repair to ask the price. They told me it required about 6 hours labor to fix it. It costs 580 dollars for labor and 300 dollars for auto parts( tex not included). That is so expensive for me. I know they are franchised auto shop. But the price is too ridiculous. It is about 50% of the price of my car. Then I find Spring Creek Auto Repair near my living place in google map. This time, the cost decreased to 320 dollars with 3 hours. The manager is so nice and even told me some other stuff that happened to my car. In the end, the warranty are also in the receipt. Their service is so excellent. I recommend it to you guys!

Recently been there with my company van And they treated us with very much respect and care... especially during this COVID-19 time... they take very much precaution to make sure everyone is safe above all I was pleased with the pricing as well they did an amazing job ! At first I thought it might take the whole day to get my van back but just within an hour and a half they were able to get back to me to let me knw the car was ready to be picked up. Have been going to them for years for oil changes and inspections and have spent a lot of time in the waiting room. I have observed professionalism and respect and have never witnessed any sort of argument. Now that my not so new car is starting to need repairs, Im taking it there. My first repair with them: I knew my thermostat was bad after looking up the symptoms online. Since a thermostat replacement isnt an expensive repair, I thought it would be a good test to see if they told me other things were needed. They told me I just needed a thermostat and fixed it the same day.

Small local repair shop with good prices, and services. Its a lot better than big chains like Firestone where they only want your money, and give you unreliable service.

Very truthful guys! My Nissan Altima 2009 was stalling after every few miles. Mechanic Mr. Ray diagnosed my car free of charge with a smiling face & recommended me truthfully to proceed to the dealer since per his diagnosis the problem was transmission related. He did not try to fool me...very impressed with the service!!!

This shop literally saved me about $600 today. I was quoted a high labor cost from the dealership and purchased a part from the dealer also. This shop fixed my car using a far less expensive part and did so in less than an hour while the dealer quoted me 4 hours of work. They could have ripped me off but was honest and saved me hundreds.

Ray said he found the problem but didnt. Wasted my money!!!! I went to him because he gave good prices but u get what u pay for. He acted as if he cared but once he got my business his attitude changed. Will never go here again. I know someone else who had similar problems and they were very upset. The best place to go been going for yhe last year to get stuff done on my car they know what there doing and will give you a fair price and be honest with you every time its hard to find a good mechanic shop but this is the best in planplan all your needs.
