They let me drop off my truck that broke down and repaired it without installing any parts. A passerby let us know this was the best place for repair. It was far away(15 miles) but so worth the trip. I really loved my experience with Ace Car Care. I am a clueless college student, that doesnt know anything about cars but I felt at home and taken care of by both John, Jamie, and the other staff members there. My tow truck driver brought me here and told me that this was a GREAT company and that I didnt have to worry about them taking advantage of me. And it was EXACTLY what he said. I was really encouraged during my visit and even how fast and efficient their work is. I got there at 12:30pm and left at 2pm and that is with replacing a destroyed alternator and battery. My visit here was amazing and they hold a special place in my heart. This will always be my go to mechanic and I will most definitely invite friends and family! Great mechanics at this garage. The front office is very nice. Ive been using them to service both of my vehicles for 10+ years. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is top notch.

I cant recommend Ace Auto Care highly enough! Weve taken our vehicle to them 3-4 times over the past couple of years and have always received topnotch service. They are professional, honest and thorough. They will only only repair what needs to be repaired. Many shops could have and would have charged us much more, but Ace has actually charged us less than originally quoted on a couple of occasions. Their shop may be tough to find on your first visit, but youll be glad you did!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! When I took my Toyota to the Toyota dealership, they tried to charge me $3,500 for a repair that Ace Car Care did for $800!! And in half the time! Theyre professional, inexpensive, and very flexible! Would recommend!

John and Ronnie have been working on my familys cars for over 20 years. They have always been honest and up standing. And even though I live practically 40 miles away now, they still do the work on my car.

The guys who actually work at this place are really good and very honest, the only downfall is the new person at the front desk.There used to be a nice young lady working at the front desk for them...now there is this elderly woman who is always in a hurry and trying to give her own diagnostic in a very rude manner...I used to love this place but now the service went down the drain.

Natalie the office manager is a delight and goes out of her way to get you the best price and takes good notes so you dont have to remember what you were told at your last visit. They track all their work so you never have to remember when was the last time you had something done. These guys and gal are the best!

Always gave me straight forward results and estimates for a an everyday average family car/van. All the estimates they offered were frequently more than I could afford, but they were also willing to wait on the projects which were not needed immediately.

My husband and I have taken our cars to John Williford and his Ace Car Care team for nearly 30 years. Theyve worked on our vehicles, old and new, domestic and import. The work is always top notch and fairly priced. They are good to offer savings when they can on expensive repairs and still give their verybest effort. We now have three generations of our family who trust our cars to them. We cant recommmend them highly enough!

This place is great, the people are nice they are very knowledgeable about cars, and they generally care about their customers. This is the place to go when your car brakes down. I would trust these people to do open heart surgery on me lol.

Always fair and reasonable quotes. Friendly and clean. Never does what not necessary. Been taking my vehicles there to be serviced for over 10years now.

Seem to go round and round with repairs. Will take the car in for a $40 fix, then have to bring it back for a related $80 fix, then come back later for a $1000 fix that replaces new parts plus the ones they already did, because they finally found the root of the problem. Was a fan two years ago, as they are honest, I just do not think they have the expertise to get it right the first time. If you are OK with multiple repair trips/cost, then this place is alright. They eventually DO get issues on my American cars fixed, but have to look at them multiple times before they really get it. You can tell that they really arent into their work unless you have a hot-rod or a fancy/powerful engine they get to touch. I just have normal cars and they always seem disinterested in spending the proper amount of time on the issues until I have been in a few times for the same thing.
