Excellent customer service, very professional, and helpful. I went in yesterday for the first time to get a few things done to my car, they were friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize I needed work done on my truck and they let me know of important work that needed to be done especially with the mileage I have on my car and they took good care of everything for a fair price. I can tell they are honest and care about helping customers.

I love this place! Cayle is amazing. They got me in right away and did a ton of maintenance and check engine light diagnosis. The price was much cheaper then taking it to the dealership. They warranty their work and it’s good. I have zero complaints. Customer service is top notch from drop off to pick up. I never once felt like I was paying for unnecessary repairs. I pretty much know my Tahoe inside and out and everything they pointed out was spot on. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Made an appointment at 12pm to inspect and repair brakes, was told inspection would take ~30-45 minutes. Was asked when I needed my car back, I said 5pm or so was fine and that seemed doable to the guy I talked to at the counter.At 2:30, received the inspection and estimation, which included stuff not related to brakes.At 5:45 (they close at 6), Id heard nothing from them. I asked what the status on my car was, they said they could probably have it ready by 9 the next morning.The dealership wouldve been cheaper and would either have been done in a day, or theyd have been able to give me a loaner car for the evening. Instead, I was left without a vehicle for the evening (no way to pick up groceries that I was planning to get, nor pick up my girlfriend from work), and they werent even going to contact me to say that it wasnt going to be done that day. If youre going to ask me when I need my car back, at least inform me when you wont be able to meet that time. Not to mention time was wasted checking stuff that I didnt ask for an inspection on.Id only gone here due to the convenience of its location and how badly my brakes needed done, but theyve certainly blown their chance to get a regular customer out of me.

I brought my car into Christian Brothers at the Plano location because I damaged the knee assembly when I hit a curb. The staff seems friendly and helpful but my experience was not the best. I had to keep calling to get updates on my car and the first time I called, I was told that my car is not recognizing the key FOB and because my car is push to start, the only thing they could do was order me a new one for $290!! This is when I began to lose trust in them. Somehow they were able to jump start the car and miraculously the car began recognizing the key. I started doing more research and looking around at different rates, Christian Brothers was charging almost double. Not to mention they charged me $100 just to do an alignment on the car which is something that most auto shops do for free with the repair. Even if this were to be considered an out of pocket expense, the most an alignment should cost is about $35-$50 on average. I understand that every repair is different and rates may vary but after calling around it became apparent that they were indeed overcharging me. I needed to have my car repaired ASAP and didn’t have time to take it anywhere else so I agreed to pay the cost but I regret not doing my research before taking my car there. The only positive experience I had was that my car was repaired and in a timely manner however I can assure you that I won’t be bringing my business here nor will I recommend anyone to come here. Do your research first!!

This company took very good care of me twice in the last two weeks when my vehicle broke down. They helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle and prepared documentation to bring to the dealer for a recall fix that I wouldnt have known otherwise. I have recommended CBA to many people already and wont be going anywhere else from here on out.

Im from Abilene and was in Plano visiting relatives when my check engine light came on. At 7AM the next morning, they read the codes, cleared them, explained a possible cause, and sent me on my way to see if the codes recurred. They followed this up with an email showing a HONDA tsb...all at NO CHARGE. WOW!!So far above and beyond. Thanks, CBA.

This place is not for a single mother trying to make it. They were nice and very responsive while in possession of me car. Just to high! Youll waist your time. Just paying them for diagnostic check to get a high price is not worth it.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice, caring, friendly and polite. We were there for a vehicle inspection and they had it done in under 15 minutes. After they were done, our car was waiting for us right at the front door. Great service in all respects!

Charging to do a diagnostic is unacceptable. What do yall do different then the other 100s or 1000s of shops that do a diagnostic for free? I was told yall charge for diagnostic and couldnt believe it until I called. Smh

But today after a state inspection I asked them what are the charges but the person there said, its 25.50 but its okay you dont have to pay, just help someone out. Polite staff, and clean waiting room at location. I came in for an oil change and inspection. Quite a bit of oil was spilled onto the engine cover, which makes me think the oil change was done carelessly. That being said, the oil was changed, and at the correct level.

We have been going to Christian Brothers Automotive for many years. We have always received the best car care by the friendliest staff. We are greeted by name each time we arrive. The staff has done their very best to find us the most cost effective solutions for our car problems. We were once told by the dealership that we needed an $800 part and CBA was able to find us a used part for $300. They go the extra mile to ensure our cars function properly. It’s great to know there is an honest automotive shop to help us when our cars fail.

I can attest that Christian Brothers did an all around fantastic job when I recently took my car in. From customer service to timeliness to quality of work, they excel. All I got done was an oil change, but they made me feel like I was a regular. One thing that really stood out to me was that they took HD pictures of the work being done on my car during the process, and these pictures were available before they even let me know my car was ready. I will definitely be using them from now on!

My car has 116,000 miles on it and I took it to them to have them run thru to see what all it needed. Got my estimate and was happy with what I saw. I was not at all pressured into what needs to be done. Instead I chose what I wanted done and got it done with no hassle. They picked up my car and brought it back to me at home so I didnt have to get out(Corona), called in payment. Done. No hassle, no pressure and complete respect for my car!!! Honesty, integrity, fast, and reliable! I have shared my experience with multiple coworkers and friends because everyone deserves to be treated the way I was when I brought my car to Christian Brothers. My car had been hit and I didn’t know who/when/how it happened but I ended up needing a new rear axle. The 3 shops I took it to first told me they wouldn’t even give me a quote until I filed an insurance claim because I was going to need at least several thousand dollars of repair. I was desperate when I came to Christian Brothers and they gave me a free quote and free ride to work after dropping off my car! The quote for parts and labor was less than my deductible (and nowhere near as high as the other shops led me to believe) so I was able to get everything squared away without the hassle of filing an insurance claim. I explained that I wasn’t concerned about cosmetic damage and just wanted my car safe to drive and they actually listened! I never felt pushed or oversold (a regular occurrence for anything car-related as a single female). There were frequent updates and transparency about the how the repair process was going and the breakdown of the costs. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else now- they have gained a customer for life! Christian Brothers definitely delivered on Matthew 22:39 and I couldn’t be happier to recommend them to everyone I know!

I was greeted by a courteous and professional at the front desk. I came in for a state inspection. I did not have a physical copy of my insurance card on hand but fortunately they accepted a virtual copy that I had to e-mail to myself.I also had a maintenance light on my vehicle that the previous servicer did not turn off. Luckily Christian Brothers Automotive noticed this. The servicer politely asked me if I would like this reset which I happily obliged.I did not wait long and the servicer cleaned my interior upon completion. Overall a great experience at this shop. I look forward to doing business in the future for any additional work on my vehicle.

December 28,2018: Called asking if they provided any state inspection services and was told that someone just left- ran right to their store so I didn’t have to wait. The person who answered the phone was super courteous and I appreciated it!The location is super tidy, the staff member that greeted me and drove my car inside and back was super receptive and kind. I was offered a drink and took a health bar that was sitting on the center table (more unhealthy options available, haha). He said that they should be able to finish in 15 minutes- actually took them under 10 minutes!I was getting ready to pay and the gentleman said, “Don’t worry about it, no charge. Happy New Year!” I mean, what else can you ask for?! Seriously y’all, thank you for the top service. Please keep it up!December 27, 2019: Still great service!

How refreshing to do business with a company that understands and delivers customer service. From my initial interaction on the phone,( asking how long the wait was on getting a State Inspection) to being greeted in the lobby by the man that spoke to me on the phone.I was trying to avoid a lengthy wait...it was babysitting day and I had my 11 month old granddaughter with me. I was treated like royalty. The men, all being Daddys and/or Granddaddys understood the delicate balance of timing when a baby is involved. Although I was not the only customer on-site at that time, they made me feel like I was.Their lobby was amazing, it felt like a living room. It was clean and inviting. So clean, that I let the baby crawl around. I have never let a baby touch anything in a repair shop, much less crawl on the floor.The icing on the cake was the reading material available. The books for children included Bible Stories and even a Childrens Bible. I found myself sitting on the floor reading about Jonah and the Whale to my Granddaughter.In a world where people are intimidated from addressing their beliefs, this company stands on it. I applaud them. Their Christianity is not in name alone...it is what they are.

I have lived in Texas for the past 11 years, and this is the first reputable and dependable automotive service I have found. A month or so ago, Christian Brothers worked on my truck. This week, we discovered an oil leak. I call Christian Brothers, and they immediately sent someone to get my pickup. They discovered a bolt had come loose in the alternator, and caused a hole in the oil filter. They repaired the truck quickly, and to my surprise, delivered it back to my home before I got home from work. The final bill? NO CHARGE! I am amazed at this level of service! I have definitely found a new auto repair shop!

The entire staff is fantastic. As always the shop is clean and the shuttle service is very much appreciated. I took my car to them today for a small sound in my exhaust they told me they could fix it but that I should shop around at a muffler shop as they would have to replace more then what was likely required because they dont usually cut and weld at their shop. I ended up taking my car to a muffler shop which resolved the issue for half the price. However, their honesty was very much appreciated I will continue to bring my business to Christian Brothers of Plano for all of my needs.

I recently went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Plano and had a wonderful experience. I had a mysterious rattling noise under the hood of my car. I stopped by because I wanted to make sure it wasnt anything to be worried about. They figured out what was causing the noise, and did a simple repair complimentary! Very professional and genuine team!

Finding an automotive repair facility that is honest and good is not an easy task. Donnie, Walter, and the rest of the team are always nice and professional. I have used them for years. I have had a couple of repairs that did not make it to the warranty and they repaired them again...No cost...No hassle. I have had several occasions where they charged less than their estimate. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have taken my vehicle to this location twice and I really like their professionalism and service. Really quality staff and they stand behind their work- they were even courteous to point out additional items that needed attention. Wonderful experience, another repair center asked to replace struts immediately and needs wheel alignment. I was not convinced as this car (Lexus hybrid) was driven smoothly and serviced by dealer regularly. I took my car to Christine brothers for 2nd opinion and they said everything is good and they didnt charge for inspection. I would strongly recommend these guys. Staff is very friendly, well maintained facility.

I got my jeep repaired recently at Christian Brothers. I was very satisfied with the work and with the service. They are honest and will treat you fairly.

Its a little embarrassing that a company would use a biblical name and play Christian music in the lobby when these dudes are con men plain and simple. They will do the work they want to charge for, not the work you need.Be prepared to somehow pay even more than you would at your dealer without any of the actual quality. They had the nerve to try and install a used auto part that was crackndeand damaged. When they were told no thank you, they tried to sell us the part for $150. The used part in perfect condition on ebay is 49 dollars.Dobt be fooled by the name, it really should be Crooks Brothers.

Ive been a customer at the Christian Brothers in Garland for several years and always had a good experience and relationship with the staff there. I did want to find a similar mechanic as we have moved. I took the car in for an oil change with a schedule at the Plano location. The change was quick. The staff did have a list of suggested repair or maintenance items with photos. I thought that was really neat and after skimming down the list I saw that there was an air filter change suggestion and a brake cleaning suggestion. I had already planned to schedule a brake cleaning as they were a bit dry and dusty and starting to make noise. I asked the staff member at the front to make a note on our file that we change our own intake and cabin filters. I then asked to schedule a brake cleaning but indicated I was not ready to do any other of the suggested items. I came back the next week. When I came in the (same) staff member pulled up the paperwork and printed off the sign form and it had all of the originally suggested items instead of just a brake cleaning. I let him know that I had scheduled for a brake cleaning only and he took the other items off the list. I dont know how the system is set up on their end but I was really taken aback. It could have been accidental or an oversight but it made me feel that I cannot trust them if they are not willing to listen to me. I dont want to be pressured unnecessarily and I do want to be able to trust that if they tell me something is important and work needs to be done that they are being honest with me. My experience doesnt seem to be the normal experience most reviewers have at this location. That being said, it was my experience and I do not feel comfortable returning to this location to service our vehicles.

We are so happy to finally find a reliable shop to work on our vehicles. We have had several bad experiences with Lexus dealership in Plano. Now we have a place for ALL our vehicles. We own a service company and understand how hard it is to meet everyones expectations, but this shop is fantastic! We now rotate 5 vehicles in and out as needed for maintenance, which is the key to having a reliable vehicle.

I called to make an appointment and find out the cost of my oil change. When I got there, I told them that I wanted SYNTHETIC BLEND and they said ok. When they completed my oil change, they told me a DIFFERENT PRICE ( more expensive) and told me that my oil only comes in 100% Synthetic. I called Honda after I left and they told that this is NOT TRUE, so either Christian Bros lied to me, or they dont know what they doing. I went back in after I talked to Honda, and they said they would credit my a account. How am I supposed to trust Christian Bros them ever again??😕

Very friendly, listened to what I needed done. - brought in a rear end differential to have the proper torque applied to the drive shaft yoke. The job was conpleted in minimum time while I watched and waited. Thanks, Ken for a job well done!
