This experience was truly an incredible and easy one that I would HIGHLY recommend! We had significant hail damage back in April from a nasty Texas storm and the weeks that followed were endless knocks on the doors from Car companies and Roofing companies. When you work from home ( as most do now due to pandemic) - this is extremely annoying everytime the doorbell rang, dog barking etc when you are on conference calls. However, Matt Payne had a very kind demeanor with his sales approach and he followed up AFTER work hours which was so helpful for my husband and I. We wanted to wait until after summer and he continued to follow up and we finally started the process. I had thought it was going to be tedious - and it was truly wonderful. The communication was amazing, they hand delivered our rental cars and took our cars to be repaired and it was that easy!! We had two cars with hail damage. They offered essentially white glove customer service from beginning to end. We never had to even leave the house. Cars were picked up and delivered back home. Rental cars were provided. They were very good about keeping us informed. Excellent business. I highly recommend.

100% satisfied with my experience! I dented the driver side rear door, quarter panel and wheelhouse molding of my brand new Audi SQ5 a few months after receiving it and my heart dropped. I immediately reached out to multiple body shops in the DFW for quotes. I worked with David to receive a quote via yelp and was at first a little skeptical because DMG quoted me about half the price of other shops, but decided to give them a shot because of all the rave reviews theyve received. Needless to say, they have earned my trust! My car looks brand new. I am blown away with the service I was provided here. I originally sat on a waitlist for 6 month over at caliber to even get a consultation for the hail damage to my car. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company! Mr David was very easy to get along with and professional. Geico had to pay over $5,500 and I didn’t even pay 1 cent. My car looks great and it was taken care of during transport. The delivery driver, Calvin, was great too. Always friendly and professional as well. Saw Zach putting a flyer on my car and had a decent talk with him about the process they go through to repair hail damage. Super nice guy and I ended up using them to repair my vehicle. The process was a pretty straight forward and easy. Reported the claim to insurance, let them know Dent Mechanics was going to be my repair shop and they took care of the rest. Covered the deductible and my rental for about 3.5 weeks! The rental was nice as well. 2021 model, and very clean. They came to my office to pick up my car and deliver the rental, very easy process. They updated me about once a week via email, phone call or text to let me know what stage of repair my car was in. They did a superb job, not a single dent left and it was super clean when I got it back. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I dont have to :D ).

These guys repaired all the hail damage on my truck and I didn’t pay a dime out of my own pocket. They waived my deductible and worked directly with my insurance provider to get this handled. It was nice to have my truck/rental car delivered to my house instead of having to drop it off. Matt Payne was my point of contact and he was always accessible and did a great job keeping me updated on the process.

I worked with Dane initially and he was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He brought the rental car to me, I received updates on my vehicle about once a week, and David called me when it was ready for pickup. He was very kind and helpful aswell. My vehicle was damaged from rain and hail back in June. I called Dent Mechanic and spoke to Mack Wright who was VERY professional from my initial call and throughout the repair process. I also had a chance to speak with manger David Gorena, who also was VERY professional and explained in detail the repairs that my car needed. Had my truck repaired for hail damage they brought my truck with all kinds of debris stuck to my paint and windows. My trucks paint is rough and not smooth. All kinds of small debris stuck to windows and all over truck. Do not recommend these guys. Mathew Casarez is smooth talking but Dent mechanic group caused me more trouble than help. dO NOT use these guys. Poor service.

After a hailstorm in my area, an angel came in the form of Marianela to help me through the tedious process of getting my car repaired. Except, this time it WASNT tedious! They scheduled a time to come pick up my car and drop off a rental, then dropped my car back off at my home and took the rental for me. They finished 2 weeks earlier than estimated, and my car was shiny and clean inside and out when I got it back. They communicated with my insurance company so that I would have to handle as little of the process as possible. Every person I met was so nice and communicative. I had some work done here with a rear bumper that is plastic.I had received an estimate and had planned to use Dent Mechanic right away but had to wait several months due to settlement from a big box store that damaged the bumper.I was concerned that due to the time waiting for the insurance payment the estimate might go up but it didn’t at all. Dent Mechanic honored the original estimate and they did a little extra to make the repair complete.The work is a perfect match on paint and also workmanship. I’ve had no issues at all and would recommend them for paint repairs and such to your vehicle. What a great experience from start to finish. I called them because I had extensive hail damage on my car. Marianela stopped by a few hours later to get the ball rolling, even though she was very busy. She guided me through the process of filing the claim with my insurance and everything went smoothly. A couple of days later they dropped off the rental car and took my car to the shop. I didn’t have to lift a finger. The whole thing took much shorter than I expected. David from the office called and informed me my car was ready. (What a pleasant guy.) The next morning they dropped my car off and boy it looks brand new. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

However, found out that they are farther away from where I live North of Dallas and they still made it all happen as described! A rental was delivered and the car was picked up at the same time.Once the car was completed - i was kept up to date on its return by Lee.Seamless service and most of all they listened - turns out they do tinting and i had been in the market for this service. However, always held back as i didnt feel like i could trustother companies. Once i spoke to David, i was glad id waited. Got the car back today and it looks great!In todays world, customer service is not typically based on integrity and true customer satisfaction- DMG service has been very refreshing and accomplished both with their accommodating services.

Joseph A. put a card on my hail damaged vehicle, I researched the company because prior there was another company that did this that had scam like reviews. This one checked out. Decided to take a leap of faith. They paid my deductible like they said they would, did a pick up/drop off service right at my house, and stayed in touch and kept me updated throughout the process. Good customer service and trustworthy. It took them 2 weeks from pick up to drop off.They did bring my car back and the electrical connection to open my garage was not connected correctly so I had them take the car back so they could fix it. That took another 24-48 hours but they fixed it. Mistakes happen, just gave them a chance to fix it correctly which they did. Would recommend them to anyone because they took ALL the HAIL damage out of my car. Thank you guys for the white glove service. Looking forward to referring others to get this $200 check yall speak of.

Check your vehicle, and really check all aspects of it, keep contacting them with every issue you see. It’s sad when you trust a business to do a particular job and it is not fulfilled. It felt like they were trying to hurry and give me my vehicle back without it being complete. When they already had my car for over a month and a half. I know for a fact they saw the many mistakes(how could you not) when reaching out to me to tell me it’s finished.I’m not one to ever leave reviews but I felt as if my business was unappreciative. Like they did not care about my car. So if you took the time to read this just check all your options before settling with this company. Had hail damage to my truck. Matt took care of my claim completely. My insurance company substantially underestimated the needed repairs, but Matt handled all of the communication with the insurance company and had my vehicle repaired to the highest standards. If I find myself in this same situation again, I will definitely call Dent Mechanic again.

Experience was very easy. One day after agreeing to use Den Mechanic, Mark set up a swap of my truck to a rental at my office. After a couple of status calls during the process, my truck was done and delivered back to me. Super easy, and the truck looks like it was never even in a hail storm. Great experience.

These guys were great. After the April hailstorm, I contacted them and dealt with Paul. He explained the procedure and stated everything could and would be handled by him even the insurance. I didnt even leave my driveway. Enterprise Rental is on site at Dent Mechanic so they brought a rental car to me and swapped out my hail damaged car. Paul kept me informed throughout and the car was returned as good as new.

Honest review from an initial skeptical person. Matthew Payne knocked on my door and I answered, when I usually don’t when it’s someone trying to sell something. We spoke about hail damage repair and I initially said no thanks. After 2-3 minutes, I ran back out the door and called him back to check out my car. Matthew could tell the hesitation in my voice and was very professional and answered all my questions. He scheduled a day to come back to inspect and setup my claim. Afterwards, I got a call to schedule the concierge pickup of my car and drop off the rental. The rental was a Tahoe and needed servicing and the tags were out of date, but it was good for me. At least for 2 weeks before a tire went flat. Enterprise sent a tow truck (after some painful back and forth due to limited inventory) to pick up the Tahoe and directed me to a nearby Enterprise to pickup an Infinity SUV. Fast forward, DMG had my car for over 30 days due to back ordered parts that were needed but promised that the overage from the rental coverage would be covered by them (my car was just delivered yesterday so we’ll see…) Finally my car was repaired and Matthew had to deliver it because the drivers were gone for the day and I had to go out of town. My perspective of Matthew is 5-star because he communicated with me throughout the entire process, then step outside his role and became a deliverer to bring my car safely. I did not deduct a star for the length of time that DMG had my car because I understand the nature of our world and the impact that the pandemic has on our economy including inventory, shipping and lack of workers. Overall I’m satisfied but it just took too long to get my car back. So if you’re a little skeptical like I was, it’s ok…give them a try!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From my first phone call to picking up my car, everything was impeccable! I couldn’t recommend them more. Melissa took care of booking my appointment in a timely manner. I had to get my bumper reattached to my vehicle and David made me feel very confident that the job would be done thoroughly and well. He also has a great sense of humor! Very friendly and professional staff and the work they did on my 2019 Audi A6 was excellent. I’m blown away by their service. If I didn’t love the job I have, I’d go to work for them!!

I just got my car fixed and they did an amazing job! They provided an outstanding customer service. When I picked up my car, they washed it and cleaned it which I had never had a body shop do such thing. They went above and beyond. David was great. He got back with me and answer all my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job.

My experience getting hail damage repaired on 2 of my vehicles was beyond exceptional. When I first met with Kyle he ensured me that the process would be smooth and it was just that. Kyle kept me updated on the progress of both of my vehicles the entire time. The work was completed in a timely manner and my cars look great. If I could give this company a thousand stars I would. I didnt want to do it at first because I thought it was going to be a hassle but Anthony assured me that they take care of everything and he kept his word. Best experience repairing hail damage on my car. They filed the claim on behalf me, picked up the car coming with the rental car and came back in a few days with the car repaired. Highly recommendable.

I trusted this company after having second thoughts.Lets just say they had my car for 3 weeks. Once returning there were still dings. So, I had to driver did he have a reflector so I can make sure my car was repaired throughly. I ended up driving to the shop and they put the reflector on my car. Let just say they were more dents. Sad but true. For 6100 i expected a better job. Oh and the communicatin was POORRRRRR!!!!!

OH HAIL NO!!!There was a good sized hail storm that ripped through my neighborhood back in April 2021. The storm produced about quarter sized hail. Nothing too large as other neighborhoods got it much worse, but there was significant hail. I park my car under a carport, so I assumed my car would be free from damage. However, that was not the case. This hail was being blown in sideways, right under the carport. After the hail storm, we assessed the damage.....minor damage but noticeable. The car that got damaged was brand new, less than a year old, so I was saddened and upset that this happened! I contacted my insurance company and did all of the appropriate paperwork and pictures for them to provide me with an estimate. I wasnt thinking this was going to cost too much, but I still wanted to have a claim ready. The price game back barely over my deductible. My wife and I discussed the options and decided to just wait for a few weeks.After waiting for a few weeks, I came across an ad for a hail dent repair company in our mail box. It was grouped along with other business coupons and what not. The ad seemed too good to be true. It was exactly what I wanted. Paint-less Dent Repair with rental car and no deductible?? YES PLEASE. Again, that sounds too good to be true, right? Well, somethings are just that good. I reached out to Dent Mechanic Group (DMG) a few days later just asking for a quote and to see what can be done. I talked with Mack Wright and David Gorena initially. Awesome guys! They walked me through all of the steps. DMG was going to work with my insurance company on getting a more accurate estimate as well as arranging a rental car for me for the allotted time it took to repair my vehicle. I think it helped that I already had a claim number and estimate for the services from my insurance company. DMG provided a rental car for me, delivered it directly to me at my home, and picked up my car to take back to their shop for repairs. Once it was back at their shop, they kept me in the loop every few days. Not sure if this is normal timing, but the process from them receiving my car and initially starting repairs was about 10 or so days. There was a backlog of vehicles (probably from that April hail storm), plus they were still waiting final approval from the insurance company for the damages. All in all the process took about 3 weeks, give or take a few days. Once the car was completed, they arranged a time that would work with my schedule for rental pick up and car drop off. I work until about 6pm every day, but the car exchange is open until later. When they dropped off my car back to me, it was around 8 pm. It was nice not to have to reschedule my work and my life around getting my car back.I couldnt be happier with the process and the end results. No cost to me!! BRAND NEW CAR. You cant even tell there was any damage to the vehicle. Amazing work. I will definitely keep Dent Mechanic Group in mind should my vehicle receive hail damage again. I do live in North Texas and we are prone to nasty weather....Thanks Mack and David and the entire Dent Mechanic Group Team!Did I mention there was no out of pocket cost to me? I worked with Anthony ( Tony ) he was very professional and helpful when I spoke with him. When in my home he was personable he always had answers for my questions. If there was something he was not sure about he would call the office and get clarification in order to be certain he was giving me the right answers. Matt at Dent Mechanic Group was extremely professional and made the hail repair process on my 2018 Traverse seamless. They provided me a rental and picked up my vehicle at the same time. Their place of business is a good distance from my residence which I did not notice bc they took care of everything. They corresponded with my insurance and negotiated all pricing and repair costs. Did not collect on my 1000 deductible! Matt kept me up to date on the progress and Alexa delivered my car once fixed. Whole process was 2 weeks. I was surprised to find my vehicle detailed and looking brand new when they delivered. Great business who cares about the customer first. I recommend this place to anyone.
