I’ve found my BMW service shop! They’ve fixed several issues I’ve had and kept me informed the entire time. The neat part is that they send an inspection report with actual picture of the things that need attention, If only the dealerships would do this. Customer service is 5 stars.

New customer here, I had my 2016 BMW M235i in today to fix what another shop damaged. I must say, even after just one business dealing with this shop, I am absolutely impressed!! The repair was performed perfectly as expected, car drives like new and, an unexpected plus, the interior of the vehicle wasn’t even dirty or smelly when I picked it up. In every other shop I’ve been to, the steering wheel always feels gritty and dirty, and I have always seen sweat marks on the armrest upon vehicle pick-up, but not at Eurauto- there was no dirt on the steering wheel and no sweat marks or other smells anywhere on the car. That tells me that they are detail-oriented and are really looking out for their customers. I am now a new convert, this will be the only place I ever take my BMW to from now on. Had some work that needed to be done on a couple cars. Everyone was at the shop awesome. They went out their way to explain everything to me and help me out. Highly recommend for work on BMWs

First off I just want to say these guys are my go to for my vehicles. I took my x5 into another shop for a unreal deal on a oil change. They told me after inspection that my valve cover needed to be replaced, oil pan gasket was bad and my cv axle boot was beyond repair. The cv axle looked like someone took a knife and made a clean cut. Kinda shady right. The quote I was given had overlapping labor also. I shared all of this with the different x5 groups I am in and got some good feedback. The most important was a second opinion which Michael the owner offered me. His mechanic Jonathan went over the car with a fine tooth comb and attention to detail. The oil pan gasket was not bad but the valve cover leak created a stream that led down to appear that the oil pan gasket was bad. The cv boot that the other shop said initially had to have the whole drive shaft replaced turns out they could do just the boot now that I said something to them. I went with EurAuto because they are a shop with integrity and transparency. EurAuto is my shop. I am happy I found them. Check them out ask all the questions you want and leave with a smile. I did.

EurAuto took grate care of me. My car was at a body shop and they didn’t do a great job. My hood was installed correctly and couldn’t get it to open. Took it to EurAuto and Michael and his team got my hood open and did my oil change all in a matter of a few hours. The shop is very professional and all around great quality work. They even lubed my hood latch to make sure it stays operation for a long time! I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

Everyone from the front desk (Ron, Jeff) to the owner of the shop himself (Michael) was professional and courteous to me and my vehicle. I initially had big plans for my car but these guys were able to find several problems other mechanics failed to find. On top of that, their thorough diagnostic is not only cheaper than everyone else’s, but includes high quality photos and descriptions right to your phone. Definitely recommend.

I took my car here per a recommendation by a friend and also because my old shop had let me down one too many times. EurAuto employees are professional, knowledgeable, and are willing to answer all of your questions. Two outstanding points for me are: 1) when doing a vehicle inspection, they take detailed pictures of the vehicle and describe the condition of the part and 2) they will give you an honest opinion on what and how they would repair your vehicle. This was the first time I had a shop complete in a day after diagnosing my coolant leak from my receptor and radiatorI love the way these people took care of my needs. They got the parts, contacted radiator dealers for warranty and the efficiency was spectacular. Highly recommend

The team at Eurauto was great! Jeff, Ron and all the mechanics who I met were all very friendly and customer service oriented. I had a lot of maintenance type work to be done on my 2009 Porsche Cayman including oil change, front and back brake pads/rotors replacement, front tire replacement but I also had a leaking steering pump hose that needed replacement. It took 2 days from initial evaluation, getting the parts, and completing the work. Which I feel was a very reasonable amount of time. They provided a very detailed diagnostic evaluation and estimate including pictures of what the issues are. Which is a very nice touch! There werent any surprise issues or suspect problems that you find at other shops. They were very honest in their assessment and pricing is very fair. They took great care of the car when it was in their possession. A very good experience all in all.

Brought in a 987.2 Cayman for a PPI on short notice when no other places in the area had availability, Eurauto was able to quickly get the inspection done and sent me a link with all the findings and comments. Possibly not the most thorough PPI but very well packaged, quick and a great price. I’d definitely bring the car back here again for work as needed.

I took my BMW M4 in on yesterday for an alignment issue. The team was able to schedule me in and get the alignment corrected. In addition, they were also able to discover that my brakes had air in them. The team was able to fix my alignment, flush out my brakes, and also service my air conditioner. I would recommend this shop to anyone that cares about having high quality repairs performed on their vehicle. The turn around time was super fast as well. I definitely will be using this shop for all of my automotive repair needs going forward.

My BMW X5 had a coolant leak and I needed my car repaired quickly. Michael found the problem and replaced the heater valve quickly. I had my car by the end of the day. He was honest, fair and very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

My truck didnt start. I had it towed to EurAuto Shop to have it diagnosed and fixed. They had already figured out what was wrong with it before it even got there. They had it diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired with in hours of it arriving in the shop. Jeff was very professional let me know what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair it. The owner is a very nice guy who cares about his customers and his employees. And the price was great it was about half of what I expected it to cost.

This is my first time using this auto repair shop, however I brought my business here because Jeff has been working on my vehicles, as well as several of my family members vehicles for years and has never disappointed. I’m a single mom driving a 17 year old Honda Pilot and do not know anything mechanical so auto repairs are super stressful for me. Jeff is honest, trust worthy and provides excellent customer service. My mom has taken her vehicle to other locations who tried to over change for unnecessary repairs. She used Jeff’s shop for a second opinion and was pleased with their service. They value our time and our business. Euratoshop is by far the most professional patient technologically advanced shop that I’ve entrusted with the maintenance and repair of my vehicles. From the day I dropped off my car wishing 24 hrs I had an email with a link to the quote that detailed every finding on my 2005 BMW X5 4.8is which detailed items that checked as ok, may require attention soon, and items that require immediate attention. They also didn’t push any repairs on me that I didn’t want. Their shop manager Jeff also called me to explain in great detail all of the findings. Then throughout the repair process through my many calls for updates they were always very energetic and helpful with giving updates and helping me to find solutions to stick within my budget. By recommending the items that were worse off and the items that could wait till a later time it gave me a little peace of mind that they weren’t just one of these shops out to make a buck but to ensure the highest quality of customer care.
