I have scheduled an appointment for cleaning my car and left it at showroom this morning . I came back to the showroom to pick up the car after I got a call saying the car was ready. Later when the salesperson handed over the keys, I went back to look at the car. And I saw that the car was not cleaned outside nor inside.PFA the pictures took after seeing it. Immediately I called the sales person asking for a reason why it wasn’t cleaned/washed. For the same he replied, “It is cleaned, but it is not cleaned in the way you think. I am sorry I will clean it properly this time”.I live 30 minutes away for the showroom. Round trip 1 hour. It is really a very bad experience for me as a Audi owner. I had a BMW in the past and a Honda before that. Honda does much better than this for the price we pay.
Bryan Cabrera was a very friendly and efficient service professional. He kept me informed of where my car was during the entire service process. I will definitely return to Audi Plano and seek Bryan’s assistance for any future help with my Q5. Thanks Bryan!
I was told the wait would be 2-3 hours, which I agreed. After 3 hours, I walked over to see my car running in the completed line. After patiently waiting another 15 minutes for an associate to check me out, I approached service advisor Gilbert who informed me he would be with me in just a moment. I thanked him, and patiently waited an additional 10 minutes while observing Gilbert have multiple conversations with coworkers. Finally, I interrupted one of these conversations and informed him he could either check me out then, or I would simply get in my car and leave. At long last, I was able to pay for the service and leave in my car that had been running in the completed line for at least 30 minutes (thankfully there was enough gas in the tank!).The initial waiting time was understandable and a warning was given. However, having cars sitting idly in the completed line for that amount of time with people waiting in the lobby reveals where the customer ranks in this departments list of priorities.
I dont recommend this place for anybody their service advisers are not very truthful. All they know is to over charge you higher price for a repair.This is my second visit to audi plano in this month.1st service:Last time, I had a 45k service, front and back wiper blade change and multi point inspection.problems after 1st service:Day after service fluid leak from wiper fluid tank. and new wipers were striking too loud and sticking to window .checking the problems caused by them:Took my vehicle again, they ended up saying, we do not take responsibility for fluid leak, we just changed oil. common it was fine until service and you didnt find anything in your dumb multi point inception. So I decided not to go to them again and booked appointment with audi dallas.Audi dallas:Little slow but they gave me best service. Changed the wiper fluid motor from which water was leaking, and said as I purchased wiper from audi plano I should go there for any warranty. So booked an appointment with audi plano.2nd service:Agent had no time, to listen to problems. They just read what is in the appointment and asked me to sit in the waiting area. After 10mins an agent took me to the someone else car and said I couldnt any issue you mentioned. I laughed and said this isnt my car. Then they found my car and check wiper blades was striking very bad. So he just pulled the wiper blade and changed a new one. Common its a brand new wiper blade that you changed a week back, how will it fix the issue. He said that wipe might have been bad. Is audi genuine parts so out of quality. 2nd issue I asked the agent to stand behind my car and turned on back wiper with spray. He said everything is fine, while the sprayer was spraying water outside the window. It was literary spraying on nearby vehicles. Then I pointed it to him that sprayer position is not correct, he tried to fix it and said we need to change them it would cost you 69$part and 80$labor. I said ok came out, Parked in audi plano parking and moved the nozzle with a small hair pin which the issue. Common again you want to change part for 10sec fix. Totally ridiculous service.
I dont recommend this place for anybody their service adavisors are not very truthful. All they know is to over charge you higher price for a repair. Please dont work with Bryan he is not truthful. And I will not recommend this place for anybody body cancel ❌
This service center is the worst I have ever seen. Clearly whoever manages service is either doesnt care or doesnt know how to run a service center. Either way INCOMPETENCE has a new address. This place has put me off Audi for ever and the brand should re-think if this low is their quality.Now the issue : Went for service some 2 months back. Some Mr. X handled the service. Had a broken mirror so ordered one and another part. Paid almost 2800$$$$. Mr. X said the part will be ready within a week and hell call.No call back even after 6 weeks. When you try to call and reach service no one picks up and it goes to VM. I reached out to Sales and they said the parts been there for weeks but Mr. X has left. I asked what next? Despite me telling them no one picks the phone @ service, they still transferred me to service and I get the VM. Next time I picked the option on phone to schedule a new service. Explained to the lady again. She again said Mr. X has left and again transferred me to a VM.So clearly no one cares about solving a problem. From their attitude it looks like neither this Service center nor Audi took a single dime from me but Mr. X ran away with all the money. And a customer has nothing better to do but keep calling them.This is a classic examole of someone runnIng the Ops who is HIGHLY INCOMPETENT. If you dont know how to hanfle open cases when an employee leaves, then you clearly are not suitable for this JOB.
Do NOT LEASE Audis. Ive only leased Mercedes and Lexus and never had so many issue with new vehicleAudis have way too many technical and mechanical errors and lacks proper service support. None of my issues are ever resolved, service department never has a solution, issue just goes away and issues return later. What is the purpose of leasing a new vehicle if its not going to get fixed. I cannot keep dropping it off. Ridiculous. I get better help on Google.The car drives well but the technical and mechanical issues are just ridiculous
I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. I have been in search of a new vehicle for quite a while now, but was just being patient until the right vehicle came along. I was searching for Audi Q3’s on CarGurus and found one I was interested in, so I submitted my info and requested more information. I received a prompt response from Gino Bresolin, a Internet sales manager at Audi Plano. He sent me pictures and information about the vehicle. I scheduled a test drive a couple days later, on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and offered me water/coffee. I sat down with Gino and he was great. He was full of energy and excited to be a part of my car search experience, whether I was buying that day or not. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I liked about the Q3’s. After talking a little more we went out to the car for a test drive. He first walked me around the vehicle showing me different features and then we got in the car. He explained the rest of the features before we went on a drive. He even brought his cord to hook my phone up so I could test the speakers out with my own music. I’ve never had anyone do that before. Once we returned, we went inside and Gino printed me out the total cost of the vehicle and a rough estimate of what the monthly notes would be, should I decide to get it. He stepped away and gave me my space as I thought about it. I decided to proceed and he walked me through every step. Then I sat down with Andrew Ardissone, who is Audi Plano’s finance guy. He got me an even more amazing deal. He got my note lowered, my interest rate cut in half, and a great Audi maintenance care package. I am so thankful for Gino & Andrew and loving my new Certified Preowned 2020 Audi Q3 Premium AWD Sline. Thanks guys

Always great service! Unfortunately, a deer hit me in the loaner... yes it hit me lol! I was so concerned about how they would react. They made feel comfortable and confident I their process. Their first concern was if I was ok and making sure no one was injured... Tgis is my first Audi and I have used Audi Plano for 2 years. Amazing team of people and worth every penny...
The service is great, although a little expensive. Free loaner car while they repair yours, or you can wait in a very nice lobby, which has a TV, chips, cookies, and a refrigerator full of drinks. All free.

It is really hard to believe that a luxury car dealership has a service department with this level of service. I love my Audi. Getting it serviced is another story. I call to schedule an appointment, leave a message, no return call. I call to get a price on tires, leave a message, no return call. I finally get a service appointment, and when I check it in, the service tech is like, oh you need tires! Well, Sherlock, I already bought them down the street where they answer the phone, thanks though. Driving home on the turnpike after I picked my car up, the brand new windshield wiper flies off and hits the car behind me. I could have done that well by myself. And what really irked me is that they didnt wash the car before returning it to me, which is Audi standard procedure. Didnt even say sorry, the wash is broken, or bring it by anytime and well wash it for you no problem. They always tell you, please rate me a 10 when you get your survey, or I will lose my job. How about giving 10 level service, lets start there.

Completing recall took a couple more days than originally stated, but they provided a free loaner, so no complaints.
Emailed Part Dept for parts and possible cost on installation, no reply. Audi McKinney not only called and left a message but also sent an email with quotes for both part and labor in 24 hrs.
They have the most wonderful atmosphere and dealership ive been to,it was rocky from the start, but worth the wait!
