I brought my car here in 2019 for damaged in the driver door . They did a great job, so when last week uninsured person hit my car the first place came to my mind was Linear Automotive. Staff are super professional and nice, job is great and I just found they are dog lovers. I am so happy this place can fix my car and take all the stress out of my life

What a great experience...from the first phone call to picking up my 2020 Tundra 16-days after dropping it off after a rear-end collision. Brian Sully Sullivan was my contact (CSR). His great attitude and love for life made me feel like a long-time friend. Unlike many body shops, the staff at Linear are enjoyable to speak with and provide great guidance. Over the past 47 years of driving, I have had a few body shop experiences. This has been the best. It is nice to find a shop that still believes in the Golden Rule.

My 2012 Toyota Sienna was rear-ended while turning down my street, by a speeding kid in his dads minivan who didnt see my turn signal and brake lights because he was zipping around a sharp bend in the road. The damage was pretty bad. Linear Automotive restored the tailgate perfectly, using OEM parts, and matching the paint to a T. In fact, I wrote an email to Adam, who worked with me:I wanted to get back to you, and let you know how pleased I am with the work your team did on my van. I is beautiful! It is hard to believe it was in an accident. I think it looks better than before! Plus, my eagle-eyed husband, Robert had no complaint whatsoever. That doesnt happen very often.Thats a first, I NEVER write letters of praise! So, they really are special!

This shop pinstriped my new 2021 Tucson yesterday. I absolutely love the results! I wanted something more on the line of subtle, not super sporty. I had an idea of color in mind. Service Manager, Alan, assisted me through the process. He spent a great deal of time with me, and even placed several tapes on the car for me to view possibilities. He guided me to what was not my original choice.....but he was SO right! I cannot imagine being more pleased with the final product....and Im a very fussy person.Shop does more than body work; transmission, brakes, etc. Given the excellent service and attention to detail I received on my project, I cannot imagine that choosing this group for other work would not be an excellent way to go. You just know these people are really CAR PEOPLE the minute you walk into their shop, which is very clean and comfortable.Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle to Linear Automotive for powder coating of my wheels and brake pads and rotors. Adam helped me and was awesome. He was courteous, responsive, and I feel honest. The work was even better. The lady @ the front desk was also very pleasant to work with. I cant remember her name but hope the owner knows how much of an asset that she and Adam is to the company on top of the quality of work. Shout out to the technicians who performs the work. Linear has become my go to for any service on my F150. Recently went for a scheduled oil change and Adam noticed the transmission being a little odd. I had noticed but had blown it off. They were able to diagnose and fix it in addition to the oil change. Thanks Joel, Adam and staff.

These guys have take great care of my BMW 550i. First they painted my tires and tinted my windows. The work was a amazing. Next we had them do a muffler delete and added new muffler tips. The car sound and looks AWESOME...Thank you Adam!

The best body shop you will find, bar none (and I’ve been to many). Recently had someone back into my vehicle, it’s a tri-stage pearl that is REALLY difficult to match and they could not have done a better job. Their work is superior, this is the only place I take my vehicles for paint anymore. There just aren’t place like this around anymore that take the pride in their work like these guys do. Their staff is excellent, Sully is just plain awesome to deal with - treats you like gold and family. I’m super picky but I never worry with Sully taking care of me, he always goes the extra mile and makes sure things are done the proper way. Communication is always excellent and they really take care of you. Go see them!

I wrecked my BMW 128 this past June when someone turned left into me as I was going through a green light. My entire rear quarter panel and suspension were damaged. I did my due diligence in researching collision repair shops and I decided to choose Linear. Adam was very helpful throughout the entire process. My car was returned to me promptly, but after driving it for only 20 minutes, I realized there were several issues. Unfortunately, as I was driving it back because the back up sensors were not working, all the power in my car died as I was driving, including the blinkers and spedometer. Once I got it back to linear I noticed there was water in the rear tail light as well. Linear put me in another rental and I had my car back in a few days. A few weeks passed and my car failed inspection. I had some extra time to take my wheels off to check the repairs as well and thought it might be a good idea before I took my car back again. I noticed there was a crack in the rotor, the window panel was mounted incorrectly and my brake pad sensors were broken (I had bought the car less than a year prior and the brake pads were brand new). I took it back again, and Linear went above and beyond to make it right. They put new rotors and brake pads on each of the rear wheels. The reason I am goving them a 4 star review is because even though there were problems, they made it right and fixed my car no questions asked. Many mechanics might try to argue or claim that damage existed before the accident, but Linear truly cares about their customers. Adam was always kind, helpful, and caring. The only thing I would like to say is that I would not have minded if my car was in the shop for an extra week if it meant I wouldnt have had to take it back several times. Overall, I understand that mistakes do happen from time to time and I would like to thank the team and Adam for helping me get my car fixed and back on the road.

Man - this place is the definition of top notch service. I had a rim that was cracked on my Yukon and needed to be repaired. This review isnt just about that, although the work was quality and the experience was great... this is more about just how they handle their customers. I had been waiting to get my truck back after getting the rim put back on and I overheard one of the employees talking to a customer. Lets face it, no conversation at a body shop is ever pleasant b/c its usually something you dont want to spend money on but dont have much of a choice. I 100% feel like this place is quality and honesty to the core. Just overhearing the conversation, they (multiple people came to help have that conversation), did not belittle the customer. They matched where he was and were empathetic to the situation. They werent talking thousands of dollars either, it was under $1K.I will 100% bring my truck back here to get the front end worked on even though its way out of the way from my home. My 2019 Toyota Camry needed collision work to the rear bumper and trunk lid. I went first to the dealership because I wanted to keep my car all OEM. I got a bad feeling at the dealership. I did a web search and I liked the reviews for Linear Automotive. Sully gave the car a very good, professional looking over. I was very impressed. Sully showed me what the damage was and the scope of work. Which was not done previously. Sully also told me how the insurance company worked. Im so glad he did, the 2k+ estimate came back from the insurance company at $450. I knew the game, and again Sully reinforced everything to me. The final claim came in a little over 2k, Sully didnt pad the estimate he knows what hes doing, thats experience at work.Linear got the car, repaired the car, cleaned it inside and out and handled everything with the insurance company. Oh by the way, all the parts are genuine Toyota parts.I cant express enough that I would recommend you use Linear Automotive for all your automotive needs. I drive a Camaro. The low slung front end is a prime candidate to get hung on high curbs when head in parking. My bumper stuck on one recently & when trying to get off of it, the front bumper was pulled loose. Dealership said the labor alone to repair it would be approximately $300. Linear was recommended to me and I am so thankful! They were able to reattach the bumper for under $180 total bill and it looks GREAT. And, they only had my vehicle for a few hours, instead of days. Great customer service too.

Problem was solved but it cost same as the dealership.They dont clean up after themselves in your vehicle left dusty footprints and a greasy steering wheel along with dusty seats. 1 day fix turned into 2.

Went to talk to them about lining up the hood on my C6 Corvette. Not only were they super nice and friendly, a guy came out with tools and did some of the lining up right there in parking lot...for no charge. Will be having them align the rest of my panels and do any body work I need from this time forward, customer service is hard to come by now a days and they blew me away.

I took my BMW to this place for a fog light change and to replace the interior melting passenger handle, Marcus was there. Not only did it take less than an hour for everything to be done (perfectly), I go there to pick it up and he tells me he noticed I had a lamp out (parking lamp) and he took care of it. Free of charge. Without me even mentioning it! The same lamp I went to autozone to get and they wanted to charge me $75 without installation for it. All this for $50!!!! I was stunned. Professional, great price and quick. This will be my place to go for all my future repairs. Thank you Marcus you are wonderful!

Extremely thorough on check-ups, mechanic Mike is an expert, he knows his stuff, Adam is a great manager who went through each line item and addressed any concerns I have. Already referred 2 people. I took my car to this place because of all the great reviews and I’m so glad I did!I got rear ended by someone who had Allstate for their insurance. Adam took care of everything with them. Although it took a long time (about a month) for me to get my car back, my car feels like its brand new still!My car is a 2020 Toyota Corolla so I didn’t even have it for more than a month before it got damaged. They had some issues with finding a bumper and that’s why it took so long to get my car back.I just really appreciate though how my car feels perfectly fine now and that Adam walked me through all the repairs that my car had to go through. At other car shops, they wouldn’t go into much detail what they did to my car. So this gives me more peace of mind!I’ve definitely found my go-to car shop!

Ive had work done before during the whole hail storm a year or two ago. Just recently took my car back again when I got damaged again on the back right of my car. Im so happy that I took my car here. I am a long-time customer of Linear, and have always been very impressed with the service and with the quality of the work. My most recent experience, however, was maybe my best. My sons car gave a transmission warning, and I brought it in. Sully and his team checked out the car, determined that there was a likely clutch issue, and then researched whether the work would likely be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Then, when they determined that I could get the repair covered by the manufacturer, they advised me to go to a dealer for service - rather than doing the work themselves. Compared multiple body shops before going to Linear, they are by far the most professional and honest I found. My pristine 2007 was a victim of a parking lot hit and run so I was very particular about choosing the only shop to ever touch my vehicle--I do all my own maintenance but body repair is outside my skill set. Met with Adam initially and he was very understanding of my concerns and vowed to get it fixed like new. I dropped it off the next day and Sully took over the project and dealt daily with my insurance co to ensure it was fixed right. I was kept up to date daily as parts were being ordered and the repair progressed. I even made an unannounced visit to get my garage door opener a few days after drop-off and they had no problem showing me my vehicle and pointing out the additional damage they found during teardown--was good to see them that comfortable and having nothing to hide. Repair quality and paint are superb, vehicle is 2007 metallic silver, they blended the fender color into the hood and door perfectly--cant see a color difference at any angle and in any light. We contacted Linear Automotive to have my wife’s rims painted on her new car. I emailed to get an estimate and Adam promptly emailed me back with numbers and we even talked on a Saturday when they are not typically open. He took the time to talk through the process and set our expectations. We also spent a little time looking at what else they do in the shop. Everyone was really nice and there was a nice family feeling to the business. Adam took great pride in the process and took the approach as if he was dealing with his own car. You can tell he takes great pride in the work that they do and cares about the quality and safety of their customers as if it was his own money. I would recommend anyone that needs any work done to them and will definitely be a return customer. Their price was good as well.

Took my car to get the inside dry because it got flooded during the notorious rains of May 2015. They also did some repairs after and do quality work. While you wait or pickup your car they have a good doggie named Calvin that is so soft and friendly to keep you company. Very professional staff and extremely nice.

Worked with Adam to get some bodywork on my truck fixed and tint on the windows. Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He also came in on a Saturday due to a delay on my end. Great experience with Linear. I also had a second quote for the job which lined up with their quote except they complied with OBDII checks required by the manufacturer. I will be a repeat customer.

I asked for an estimate on a spoiler and bumper that needed to be repainted. And, the price that I got was double than anybody else in the Plano, Allen area. I dont doubt that they do high quality work, but for double the price. Really? So, shop around and pick the best deal for your pocket.7/10/2018Thank you for your response, Joel. I highly recommend this place. I originally had an appointment at a different shop, and Linear charged me a little more than half of what I would have paid there. I know it was a fair price too because I did some research online beforehand. The staff was friendly and they have a waiting room with coffee and water. I now have a shiny new alternator and my car is running perfectly.

I recently took my 1987 Pontiac to Linear Automotive for some minor mechanical work and a paint job. Upon entering the establishment, I was met by a very cold and unfriendly receptionist and owner. I was sternly informed they do not work on vehicles that old. I reminded them their website said they work on all models which is obviously not true. I let them know I was prepared to spend a great deal of money for their services but again I was sternly told no. Such bad management and business practices. They need to be reminded, they are not the only automotive repair shop in town!

After getting several estimates from collision repair centers around Dallas I settled on Linear Automotive. I wanted my 1998 Ford Escort painted. I wanted quality work at a reasonable price and I didnt want to be without my car for an extended period of time. I just got my car back and I couldnt be more happy. It took them less than 2 weeks to have my car looking new again. Highly recommend.

Best auto repair in Plano! Great service, fair prices, and very clean office and shop. I saw the reviews on this place and was not sure at first thinking it was too good to be true. After having my van serviced there I was pleased. I was in an accident later on when someone ran into me. They have a body shop too so I tried them out and they did a terrific job. We absolutely love this place!!!! The staff is wonderful and explain everything. Adam worked with us and made sure to keep us updated on our car. I rear-ended someone in my husbands Boss 302. It buckled the head and damaged the front bumper. We cant even tell work has been done. Color was matched perfect!!!!! This is the third time we have used the facility and will continue to use them!!!!!!!

If you want hail damage repair on your BMW performed by BMW certified technicians using BMW standards, but you dont want to endure the two months without your car and the indifferent customer service of the local BMW dealers body shop, bring your car to Linear. I read the reviews of Linear (compare them to the local BMW body shop), stopped in and looked over their technician certifications, and talked with the owner at Linear. And then we chose Linear. We got our repaired vehicle back in great condition eight - thats right only eight - days after taking it in. Linear has earned our business for sure.

Above and beyond expectations -I’m a DIY car guy and know when I do any work on the interior I’ll inevitably break one or two plastic clips along the way. I needed a few clips and the dealers in the area were out of stock. Adam at Linear hooked me up with exactly what I needed. They’re a repair shop not retail and yet they still were able to get me the parts I need to finish my project.I will definitely be seeing them for any work I cannot complete myself. After my first experience with Joel and his team, I am not going anywhere else! I had a unique problem with my Subaru that four other places could not fix. I was recently in a collision. After doing some research, I had my vehicle towed to Linear Automotive. Unfortunately after additional review, turns out my vehicle is totaled. I reached out to Sully who actually gave me a heads up and let me know that my vehicle was totaled. He shared steps on what I should expect next as far as my insurance company contacting me, etc. He also suggested that I pull out my maintenance receipts so that I could get the most $$ for my vehicle. I went to collect my personal items from my vehicle. Sully was very kind and nothing but a pleasure. Although I did not have any actual work completed, the top notch service and the kindness speak volumes

This is the 4th time Ive taken my car to Linear Automotive. I have been rear-ended twice, front bumper fixed twice, a windshield replaced and my hood repainted. The guys (first two times Sully, the last two Adam) have always taken such great care of me! Not only does my car come out looking better than it did when I got it from the dealers lot every single time, they also dont allow non-OEM parts and fight that fight with the insurance company every time. They take great pride in their work, theyre prompt, they communicate throughout the process- I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

I have taken my truck to Linear Automotive 3 times-large hail damage and 2 wrecks. I would never take my truck anywhere else. They somehow work their magic to restore my truck back to looking like no damage ever happened.They are also great in working with the insurance companies. On my most recent visit, the insurance company was only going to pay about 35% of what it would take to repair. Adam eased my worries and told me he would take care of me. In the end, he got the insurance company to cover the entire repair.I highly recommend choosing Linear. Adam is the best!

I just had the absolute greatest experience with Linear Automotive. I have used Linear Automotive to work on my Jaguars in the past mechanically, but I found myself in serious need of body work. 30 minutes after the accident I had my car on the way to their facility. Adam Godinez checked me and my car in and assured me everything was going to be fine. Fine in an understatement. Adam kept me posted on each and every little nuance. Adam worked with my insurance and made the process absolutely painless for me. He and his team went through the details of my car so thoroughly, they found minute details I never even thought possible to notice. This past December (2018), my vehicle was t-boned by another vehicle in a parking lot. The damage to my 2014 Ford Explorer was extensive (around 10K).I wasnt liable for the accident, so I took some pictures of the damage and provided them to the other drivers insurance company. I expected the insurance to provide a lowball estimate, but I was shocked that they only agreed to pay about $2200. This was a little disheartening. I was a couple of weeks away from Christmas and facing vehicle repair deficit of $8000.After researching, I decided to take my vehicle to Linear Automotive. The reviews for the shop were great, so I decided to stop by. I wasnt disappointed. The shop was clean and modern, the staff was professional and friendly. Linear is also a full-service shop. They have mechanics on staff, as well as paint and body. If there were any additional mechanical issues with my car, I didnt need to make a separate trip and hope for the best.At Linear, I met Adam. I explained my dilemma, my accident, and the distressing news from the other drivers insurance. Adam reassured me that insurance payout was based upon the photos and didnt represent the actual damage. He worked on my behalf with the other drivers insurance company. During these negotiations, Adam and the crew at Linear didnt stop. They got to work on my vehicle to ensure it was ready as soon as possible. Adam dissected my car, isolated every piece of damage and negotiated the full cost of the repairs with the insurance company. This was the best Christmas present I received this year. In addition, Linear has a relationship with Enterprise Car Rental, so it was easy to get the loaner vehicle provided by the insurance settlement. By the end of the ordeal, my vehicle was returned to me in a couple of weeks and looking better than my Explorer has looked in a couple of years. It was cleaned and polished and the work was flawless. Linear takes great pride in their shop. They take pride in their business. They take pride in their work. They take pride in doing it the right way. I am very thankful that I made the call and took my Explorer to Linear, and Im proud to call myself a customer. Popped in without an appointment to see if some marks on my bumper could be buffed out. I was turned away from a body shop up the road because it was end of day. I googled and found Linear. Not only did Adam take care of the marks on the bumper on the spot but he also gave me some great advice on how to handle the situation with the guy that rear ended me.
