Got a brake job done here, i was not around had my 65 year old mother go pick up the car she drove up the street said passenger side makes noise when she hits the brakes, took the car back within the hour and they could not even drive the car around the lot to figure out the problem was. Jason refused to do so said he can schedule back on Monday when I asked who’s the manager he said I can talk to him, then I said you should be able to help me then. Then he says his manager is mike to talk to him, When I asked what the refund policy is. He said he will stay take the brakes off which I paid over 1g for also wasted 2 days and put my old ones on but not do the courtesy to drive the car around the lot to figure the problem. Don’t need to spend money with people who can’t even have common courtesy but have an attitude. Horrible experience if you want customer service not the place to go to.

Dropped off my van for a brake job.Many hours later they called me with a qoute which I accepted.They told me I could pick it up in an hour.When I arrived 2 hours later they told me that it was a bad qoute and would now be twice as much money!!!! And they never told me where the brake leak was! Complete disregard for their customers time or concerns.I will not return,nor send anyone here. NOT ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE

Save yourself the time, headache, and hassle of dealing with this location and staff. This will be my last visit here. The staff bad mouths one another in front of the customer. Very unprofessional. Every single time I have waited three plus hours to get my car back on a “scheduled” visit. They never have my information in their computer system. I have been coming here for two years. It’s always a new excuse.

A big let down. I took my vehicle in and it stayed over night even. I made appointment for a CVI to be done due to car wanting to stop running maybe alternater or battery maybe. I was told tires it needed two tires and thats all I was told 200 some dollar bill. Tires put on and car was released and I went to get receipt later that day and find out by reading that it had coolant and oil mixing which means block problems and a massive oil leak that they put 3 bottles of stop leak and then got charged for a lifetime alignment ended up with a 499.99 bill but was not informed of nothing but tires I was told. I asked why with all these problems you sold a lifetime alignment and tires for a car that did not need it and why didnt you tell me about any of the these issues I had to find out from reading the invoice. Was charged for work I didnt approve of or even know about and the vehicle stopped running otw home. I blame them cause not knowing at the time of release the problems I would not have aloud it to be driving and the money that was took from me could have went towards fixing the real issue not tires.

I have been coming to this location for around three years and in this time, my experiences have ranged from excellent to downright horrible. My last visit in particular has caused me to finally shed light on this franchises bad business practices.On Thursday, January 21, 2021, I scheduled an oil change for 9am. Upon arriving, I was informed by Brittany that the technician had not made it into work yet (they open at 8am) and I could wait around or try again another day.While I am a fairly understanding guy, this is not the first time this has happened. Not only that, I drove 40 minutes from Northeast Indy to have the work completed and took a morning off work. Back in July of 2020, the store manager, Mike, gave me his personal cell number because of the number of times I had been wronged.I appreciate all the good service I have had over the years, but am disheartened by how many times you dropped the ball. Sad to say, you lost a loyal customer.

This branch is no good. I declined their offer of 512 for a water pump which I search prices online for my 15 years old car and it is only 100 dollars. So does this mean its 400 for labor? After declining it they got really rude at me, they did not even let me in the shop when I tried to get my keys. Instead, they made my wait outside and handed my keys.

Let me please let you know that I’ve been coming to the Plainfield location for years to get my routine oil change completed but today I inquired with Brittany about a quote for rear and front brakes as well as a front passenger wheel bearing. They no way let me down and I was able to receive professional service in a timely fashion as well as truly saving so much money. Her team of John and Mike are so incredibly knowledgeable and test drove my car and kept me informed of my car’s performance. Her and her team were so professional and customer service friendly there is truly no reason I would ever go anywhere else. I received the ultimate service experience at the unbelievably price. I am a loyal customer forever!!! It’s so truly awesome to be treated as a part of their family and taken care of as if I was. You will also love the service and experience. Had an appointment for 9:30am today, had another person with me so I wouldnt have to wait around, drive by around 11:40am and my truck is still sitting right where I parked it... They used to be decent about time, now you sit around forever, something needs to change at this branch, half the stuff I take it in for I can do myself, just dont have the time.

Upon arriving to location manager(Mike Simkins) had everything ready, i arrived 9:02am my car pulled in for service (back 2 tires replaced) out by 9:43am. The service great warm environment and outstanding service will recommend this location to family and friends

Would have given a 5 star over last 4 or 5 years. Always got great customer service. I have a fleet of 5 vehicles and they always did great. I would drop off my vehicles and pick them up a day or 2 later( on weekend) as my time is always pressed. However on the one time I scheduled a specific time to have my tire repaired and pressed the issue of being seriously under a time crisis I scheduled a specific time, arrived at said time only to have the General Manager shrug his shoulders and laugh as he told meyou gonna be waiting a while I understand being behind but to not give me courtesy of a call to let me know my appointment was an hour behind and to be so flippant, not concerned how he had robbed me of 20 precious minutes driving in was unacceptable. I will now give Best One of Indy an oppurtunity to earn my business.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!! Called and had an appointment made at 1pm to get four tires balanced. Around 2:30pm they finally got my vehicle in to balance the tires I had in the back of my truck. I sat in the waiting room and watched an entire football game. I told them if they was going to take this long and waste my entire day they might as well swap out my rims and tires with the new ones. Then they proceeded to break off one of my wheel studs. They ordered a new one, for an S10 I drive a 1500. Just avoid this place at all cost.

I have used them a few times now and have been very pleased. Was referred to them by my co workers, and they have done outstanding each time. Brian at the front counter was very knowledgeable and polite. Its nice to have a place close to work that you can drop your vehicle at and know that they provide honest exceptional work.

We got there around 5:45pm and was told they would be done around 7:45pm because there were two other customers ahead of us, which is understandable. I finally CALLED THEM at 8:05pm and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes and they were just about to pull my car in. After another hour later, we called back again and was told 10 more minutes. It took this long for a tire plug people! I have had a tire plugged several times and it NEVER took more than 20 minutes. Ruined our night and have to be at work very early in the morning.

They gave me options on tires that would work for me at multiple price points so I could make a decision about what would best fit my needs. I enjoyed my visit and felt like I got a fair deal. I was disappointed that they would not price match a discount from Peppboys coupon. Also I set for over 75 minutes after my appointment time before they took my car in for service. The alignment was only successful for only 3 of my wheels. But it appears in my short driving test to be a successful alignment.It was over priced but I had been warned that I should have used other alignment services after I had my appointment.

This month alone we took our our used car to T Plus. We can drop it off over night, with no reservations.They did a great job. The staff is awesome. Last night picking the car up, I had to call the store after leaving thinking I dropped my phone in parking lot. It was slightly past closing time. I called anyway and someone answered. I explained and he was happy to go out and check! Well be back! Thanks T Plus.

Conscientious installers. Service writer didnt try to upsell me a bunch of superfluous stuff I didnt need just because I brought them a Mercedes to install new tires on. Been doing business with them for several years, and they earn my repeat business every time.

This place has great customer service and are very fast when it comes to the services they provide. They have always answered all of my questions and have even directed me towards other places to receive more support and help. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family.

Tires plus an @$$ f☆☆☆☆☆☆ rude staff overcharge and make excuses based on what is easy for themselves and expect you to have no idea what is going on.... go to a mechanic with an adititude that is different than its not my car... could not be more displeased with allowing myself to pay for the work instead of just doing it myself the right way without the headache and hole in my pocket.

Seem to be honest and truthful. Had a wonderful experience dealing with Chris. I went for alignment and after inspection they informed me that it was not possible due to problem with tie rod which had to be fixed first. I was impressed by their honesty and went back for alignment after getting the required things done.

This company was willing to go out of their way to make sure that my wife had tires the next morning. Also was willing to put me in a just as good if not better Tire then the competitor was.

Being a single mom I bought a used car for my 16 yr old and Mike the manager was very helpful on informing me on what was important to fix now to make the car safe and what can be fixed later, I would recommend them to anyone

I had an appointment at 4 and my tires had not come in. They waited till after my appointment to send someone to go get my tires, who then got lost. I waited for an hour and a half before finally being told it would be the next day before they could install them, causing me to have to get a rental car. The manager took no responsibility for the mistakes and accused me of cursing at and yelling at his employees, which I had no done.They did not even bother to reset the tire pressure light when they were finished.

Go anywhere else. Every place is better than this shop. Inaccurate alignments, bad service, and the manager does not know much about aligning cars. And definitely doesnt understand customer service. Place is a joke. Makes total sense on why the shop is always empty, while other tire shops down the street are super full! Go to a real place.

Went to get my tire plugged for a nail. They told me it was too close to the side wall and I would need to replace the tire. In addition I would have to replace all 4 tires due to my car being AWD costing an estimated $800. I decided to take my car to Dearry Automotive where they were able to fix my tire for $20 stating it was “ now where to the point of not being repairable.”

Fair pricing and always helpful. I have bought several sets of tires from this place over the years and they have always treated me good.

My husband is just leaving there after being quoted a different and much higher starting price to fix brakes than we were given the night before over the phone. This is completely unacceptable! When I spoke with the manager about this bait and switch, he denied this behavior. Then, he said that the woman was new and may have misquoted. Then I told him that the coupon offered $70 off per axle, not just $70 off and that is when he said that the price quoted was a starting price and could go higher. Ah, very convenient! And he also said that that depended on whether or not they needed to grind down the rotors, which it specifically says is included in the service and we already knew they didnt need to be replaced. No, thanks. Well take our business elsewhere.

The staff was very professional and courteous from start to finish. They didnt try to sell anything that wasnt needed and were very respectful of our time. I highly recommend them and will use them for any services needed in the future.

Really cant say a lot bad or good about this place the place seems to be pretty clean and the staff are friendly. Though unless you are looking for specialty tires I think this place is pricey when it comes to a basic set of tires. For two new tires and install I was out the door at over $350 with basic all weather tires compared to the other two same model that hit me for about $250 at Walmart in Brownsburg.

Been coming here for a long time now. Always honest and able to get in and out quickly. I get all my vehicles serviced here and when Im not able to work on it myself.

Every time I go in to get a balance and rotation done its at least a 4 hour wait and Ill get there when open and first one in and they cant balance 33x33x11.5r18 at all Wal-Mart is better at it said but true and I just got my front end aligned because got the one year unlimited to try it I just put a new front end on the truck 15,000 miles ago and new tires and got front end aligned 3 times since and last alignment was 4500 miles ago front tires insides trashed bald as a drag slick back tires great front outside and middle 60% they said alignment needed done more frequently thats whay caused it it bull I will never go back or recommend anyone to go not knoligble on fixes properly or know what to do horrible experience

Im from Gary, Indiana. I went to visit with my granddaughter in Plainfield, Indiana. 2 and half hours away. My car over heated, needed a radiator and fan. I was stranded. Feeling down . Worst shop I have ever been to! Mechanics there are idiots! Went there for a 4 wheel alignment and they couldnt do it because the bolt on the back wheels controlling the camber was preventing them from getting the tire the 3 degrees they needed for it to be fully aligned. I pick up the car with no charge since they couldnt do the service. So I drove it home only to feel like it was fishtailing come to find out the idiots left the bolt lose! Are you freaking kidding me!! Most incompetent group of people Ive ever had to deal with!!!

Had a flat repaired. Price was good and the staff were kind and helpful.

The tires were cheap, and we get what we paid for 2 months later with a flat from hitting a pothole. Warranty is a joke and only offers a discount on a replacement. While we were getting these tires the mechanic brings us our air filter and says its dirty but theyll replace it for $130, yep... 15 bucks at AutoZone, no thank you. 20 minutes later hes got my brake pads and offers to replace them for 200... Sure thing, change my tires please. Didnt align the car because we didnt get the right tires so we also got to pay big o for that since the mechanic offered to do it for another 175, strangely enough the back tire somehow came 20 degrees out of alignment while in the shop. All in all, go somewhere else... Crooks.

We can give you back the 11.95. hot dang!!!!! i mite be able to buy an 1/8 of one tire with that. I NEEDED 4...thanks alot TIRES PLUS. ** and as a side note: how can you call yourself a repair shop if you can even weld a dang Braided exaust pipe in.VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS NATIONWIDE COMPANY.

Honest group that admits their mistakes and make them right for the customer.

This is going to be a long, negative review unfortunately. I realize many wont read the whole length so I would summarize saying that this particular shop caused my car hundreds of dollars worth of damage due to their ineptitude. There are many other mechanics down the road, so I would strongly encourage you to seek out those before trying this shop. My problems started in late March when I had an oil change and coolant flush. Unbeknownst to me, the mechanic left a funnel stopper in my car which ended up wedging itself up against the radiator and burning out my fan. When another mechanic at the new Avon Kia Service Center found it in my car I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since mistakes happen. I was thinking it was the size of cap or some other small object that could have easily gone unseen, but this tool is nearly the length of my forearm (a picture is attached). This is pure laziness and carelessness on the mechanics part. Do they not count their tools? Kia told me the new fan would cost $499. Tires Plus agreed to pay for it, but insisted that they install the fan since it was their mistake and they did not want to pay a Kia mechanic. The day the fan came in we dropped the car off at TP by 2pm and the car was finally ready at 7pm that evening. Well, the fan didnt work. While driving home a couple of days later on a really hot day, I noticed my car never seemed to really cool down even with the AC all the way up. My engine temperature light also came on as my engine was overheating quickly. The repair person at TP never checked to see if the fan actually worked before releasing the car to us. My husband later found out that a fuse needed replaced (no doubt as a result from the burnt out fan), so thankfully he was able to buy a new fuse and replace it himself. Im very disappointed in the service I received at TP in Plainfield twice and will not be going back. We were offered no sort of refund for their services, which caused both of us a lot of time and stress. Its worth noting that we had two separate mechanics work on my car at TP (one who left the tool in the car and the other who didnt check the fuses), so this carelessness was not isolated to one particular mechanic.

Me and my girlfriend went in to get a tire and the next day the patch didnt hold, turns out it was a hole that they didnt find and didnt see, so after doing what they could they gave us a brand new tire for free

Was told 2hrs for my car. Now it’s been 3 hours car still haven’t even been in the garage. Still told just 15-20 minutes. Crazy!! Didn’t know this was how I spend my day off
