I had a bearing pressed out of a steering knuckle and a new one pressed in + hub pressed in. The caliper bracket did not fit correctly afterwards. Brought to vw of old saybrook tech and he said they bent the knuckle when it was under the press. I called and politely informed them and was immediately told im not replacing your steering knuckle i said why are u immediately denying liability ? And he said ive been doing this 25 years and thats never happened. I said ok thats great but theres a first time for everything to which he denied. DONT DO BUISINESS HERE. completely unprofessional and refused to own up to a $200 mistake. I have contacted NAPA corporate and they are handling the situation. If 0 stara were possible thats what id give.

The women at the check in counter was not very welcoming and rude. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but appears they need more of a people person checking people in for an appointment or service.

I was lucky to have the starter of my vehicle replaced by Robbins Auto at the last minute. I drove the car the day before and it worked just fine until about 1130am the next day. Robbins was able to pick up my vehicle around 2pm and tow it to their shop and replace the starter by closing time at 5pm that same day. I am grateful for the quick turnaround. Thank you guys!

Dave is an awesome guy and a great mechanic. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has serviced my F150 for the past 8 months or so, and I dont have 1 complaint with his service. Hes very accommodating (I drive 45 minutes from RI to CT to use him) and his pricing is very fair. Called Robbins auto on Wednesday looking for 4 new tires. My tires are usually very expensive but the price they gave me was amazing! Gave me an apt for Friday, I brought it at 9am they took it right in and the wait was not long at all! I have a few other issues that they gave me a price on that im also very happy with.
