Amazing service, Andrew took care of me right when I walked in. Told him the problem I was having, and the team took care of my problem. They came out and explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix the issue. There was another service Tech that was also helping a customer and truly went above what people do, so to Gunner great job! The entire staff is awesome 10/10. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We went here for our tires. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, Steve and Joel were very helpful and knew their tires. The waiting area for customers was very nice and kept clean. There was a small fridge with water for the customers if they were thirsty. This is the only tire shop we will got to for all our tires needs. We will tell everyone we know about this place. Best tire place we have been too and will not go anywhere else for our tires. We have alot of friends and will tell them about Tire Discounters and how friendly they are here. I pass this place on the way to work everyday they always have a funny saying on their sign...I was in desperate need of new tires so I thought I would give them a try the salesman who helped me was very friendly and very knowledgeable he did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. I purchased the Drive My Car package. I wanted some peace of mind that my car was running good before we took our vacation. I was told everything looked good & won’t have any issues. Unfortunately that was not the case. The check engine light came on 6 hours into our 16+ hour drive. Luckily there was a dealership near by that did a diagnostic check & found several issues. One issue was the air filter compartment was left open when I had the oil changed. The other issues were sensors that could’ve cause serious issues with the engine. I’m giving one star because I didn’t get the peace of mind I paid for. I will go somewhere else more reliable & with more experienced technicians. It’s unfortunate because the location is convenient & the gentleman working the front desk was pleasant, but the service is untrustworthy.

Stopped to air up 2 tires that were low. Had to give personal info before they would start. They pulled the car in and found problems with tires that I plan to replace in a few days when Im done fixing my RV. Pulled the car out and said theyd aired up the tires. Still looked low so I checked with my gauge and NO AIR ADDED. Went to Discount Tire, pulled into tire check area, got all 4 tires checked and aired up, no questions or info needed. TD just trying to scare me into buying tires. WILL NOT RETURN OR RECCOMEND.

Most place make you feel like your just another job that has to get done but these guys made me feel like I was a valued customer on my first visit. It took me 1 hr and 45 min to get a balance an rotate and I had an appointment. Took 50 min to get car in for service. Why schedule a appointment if they dont honor it. Not very happy it took so long.

Stopped in after my car stalled at an intersection nearby. They were quick and transparent with pricing. The employees were super friendly, offering bottled water, coffee, tv channel adjustments, etc the whole time. I had a sensor replaced, brakes done, oil changed, and more and I thought the pricing was very fair. Would recommend again.

Hit a rock that put a hole in the sidewall of a tire in a vehicle with no spare and needed to put the same tire on since its a new leased vehicle, called a few places and nobody could get one until the next day! Called Tire Discounters and Keegan sent a co-worker to pick the tire up at another location and had it in stock in less than an hour! The price was great and the work was fast! This is my go to store from now on!

I got 4 tires from here, they did a really good job on everything and they were pretty fast. However, my car had the absolute worst smell of body oder when I got back in. They need to shower more or at least put on some deodorant.

Service was rather quick and the prices are competitive. Ill go back there next time I need tires. I had to revise this review. The last two times I tried to get the tires rotated the wait time was at least an 90 mintues. That its unreasonable considering today, they had at least 2 open bays. The free tire rotation is if you have a complete open schedule and dont mind waiting.

Ken and the guys at the Plainfield location did a excellent job! They did a good job explaining my options and helped me made a sensible decision for my tire purchase.

They were unable to provide me with an answer to my car problem. They claimed it was one thing then said it was another, and another...i felt like i was getting nowhere. My dad is an engineer and has been working on cars since the early 70s. The store manager wanted to argue with me on the issue when i told him to check that first. He was very unprofessional in the manner and began attacking me. The female manager i spoke to was nice. Overall, i would not recommend this place to anyone if youre trying to get your car fixed.

If I write one it’s because a business went above and beyond my expectations and has won me over as a customer and highly deserves a great review ... or completely lost me because of poor service and deserves a bad review. I don’t give reviews when a business performs for me as I expect them to.With that said, I am writing one of my rare reviews for Tire Discounters because they deserve it. In this case, I give Tire Discounters in Plainfield Indiana 5 stars for their exceptional service (I’d give more stars if I could). I have to admit that for the last 40 years I have been a big customer of another chain tire store that I won’t mention. As a customer I know what I want. In recent years, that other chain lost me as a customer when I encountered the exact same degrading comment from a store in Arizona and Indiana which I found surprising and attributed to their in house training.Their loss is Tire Discounters gain. Stephen White and his staff at the newly opened Tire Discounters in Plainfield have converted me into a Tire Discounter fan. I needed new tires for my Dodge Charger R/T and Stephen set me up with a deal I couldn’t say no to. The entire staff here was very professional, friendly and fun. Stephen’s staff had my new Michelin tires on, mounted, balanced and even did a free front-end alignment and had me on my way in under 45 minutes.Needless to say I am grateful it didn’t take hours as it has at the other chain tire store I used to frequent. My in and out time was a new record, but don’t let the speedy service fool you. No sir, that fast service included thorough inspections, reports, and the highest of quality and care you should expect from from a tire store. Quick and efficient.In summary, I’m very happy to have run into Stephen and his team at Tire Discounters. I have many cars that will need tires in the years to come and I’m glad I have complete comfort and peace of mind knowing my new friends in Plainfield will have me covered. For that I thank you.
