We brought our car in because of an oil leak. The technicians at Precision Diagnostics located the source of the leak (loose oil filter) and repaired it free of charge. Honest assessment and fantastic customer service!

Percision Diagnostics was highly recommended to me. I took my Mercedes in for Service B and a issue with my driver window. They definitely did not disappoint. He was very informative, and friendly. I felt comfortable letting them do the work. They got me in quickly for my appointment. Returned my baby back like new. Would definitely recommend!!

Went in for a routine oil change and a pre trip inspection and asked them to check a rattling noise that I was getting. They explained to me that one of the brackets to the muffler broke and needed a new. They replaced the bracket and finished my inspection and oil change in a timely matter and a affordable price love the fact that I can get everything done under one shop and thats why I keep coming back for all my automotive needs.

Took my Charger here to get a muffler issue fixed. Took the car to get a custom exhaust at Oxbo and they installed my mufflers backwards and tried to justify as to why they did that instead of fixing it. Didn’t argue and decided to take my Charger to Precision Diagnostics and they did a way better job right off the bat! Definitely bringing any of my cars to Precision, service was amazing, quality work, and honest people. Definitely come here for any exhaust work these guys are good at what they do.

I had a loose tail pipe on my Porsche 911 with a sports exhaust system that only needed a couple of touch ups to fix. I called several places to see if the would address it for me and nobody took me, they were too busy being Friday July 3rd and holiday weekend coming up. Until I called Precision Diagnostics and Jose (owner) was super nice on the phone and explained they were busy but he could take my car later same day Friday early evening. When I got there, they took my car right away lifted it and fixed it and in a matter of 10 minutes I was out. No Charge!Clean place, quick and easy. Had a lift kit put on my jeep very quickly after calling to get an appointment. Very flexible. Charged much less hourly than other companies. I Trust precision with my vehicle even though I don’t trust many companies. Jose the owner, is very honest and only hires people that know what they’re doing. Antonio has helped me the last couple times I have taken my jeep both for alignment and lift/ alignment and he has been so helpful and honest. First time going and after testing vehicle my alignment ended up being ok which any other shop would have charged me full price. Precision did not. They were honest and helpful. Would recommend and do recommend precision diagnostics to anyone who wants to go somewhere where they will actually take their time with your vehicle and do it right.

Excellent place! They put on a new exhaust and tips, which look and sound amazing, as well as they did all 4 breaks and a front end alignment. One of my calipers push piston wasn’t going back in, so they had to get a new one, but ordered it that day and came in 2! Very fast service and a great job too!

Jose was great. First time Ive used Precision Diagnostics. I needed new pads and rotors. They were the only place, and I called 5, that were transparent on their web site and showed both the cost per axle and a choice of brake pads. Will go back for other services. Dumping the national brand.

Took my car to Jose today get an alignment instead of just charging me and making any adjustments, he walked me to the back of the shop to show me my car was already perfectly aligned and didn’t need any thing done. That’s honest work!

They charge $120 per book hour. On top of that when you get suspension work done the alignment charge should be included in the price they charge you for that job since they are going by the book. They tried charging book rate and on top an alignment fee. Would Definitely not Recommend this Shop and I’m really not sure how they have so many great reviews must all be fake.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ran into an issue with my vehicle that required immediate attention. I walked into Precision Diagnostics with only 30 minutes before they closed and they stayed a full hour after closing to fix my problem. They give you the best prices and the best options they worked with me for future things to look out for and I felt comfortable they staff was incredible and very nice.
