Very helpful and friendly staff. They were able to provide me with the information I wanted very quickly and easily. They were also able to explain things to me very thoroughly and patiently.

No one buys Teslas because of some storefront.But Ive discussed products with the guys who work here a couple times. Once, I just wanted to have a seat in the show model and get a feel for UI, and comfort and asked a couple questions about home chargers. More recently I asked a different guy about past schedules for deliveries and other events.Both employees were very knowledgeable and charming. My impression is they arent even salesmen, either that or they have a basic human morality most salespeople lack. Not pushy, just helpful and patient

Having a Tesla dealership nearby in Pittsburgh is awesome. Customer service is top notch and the cars are great. You have to give a company props for changing the paradigm of how we do things. Tesla is pioneering electric cars, technological integration but also the process of purchasing a car (no third party dealers, delivery of a car with only six papers to sign, purchasing and getting loans digitally without even having to talk with anyone). I can respect not only what Tesla is trying to do but also how they do it with a wonderful product and super staff!

Truly an awesome store with amazing people! Jude was very helpful and gave me a lot of information! I thought I knew a lot about Tesla but they shared so much more. The test drive was comprehensive and honestly a lot of fun!

I am a Tesla customer. Whilst the cars are great, the customer service is the worst I have experienced from any company.I have been unable to register my car in my state because Tesla has failed to send me the documents that I need. In addition, the company has not gotten back to me despite innumerable attempts to contact them by phone and email. I really could not be less impressed by a company.

I had the pleasure of meeting Robbie and Jeremy yesterday afternoon. They were both very knowledgeable, informing, and helpful about all of the Tesla Models. Thanks to their suggestion I will probably check out the new service center in Wexford later this week. I will pass on my good experience to all of my friends regarding Teslas service.

Im a big fan of Tesla, but a bit disappointed by this particular store. We recently test drove an S and I put a deposit down for a Model 3. Since then, theyve called and emailed my husband twice to ask about his experience and if hed like to upgrade to an S, but they havent reached out to me at all.... and Im the one buying the car!
