I took this Orange 2018 Jeep Renegade home last week! Derrick did a fantastic job answering all my questions and helping me understand the car. Great truck buying experience all around! My husband began working with Rocco before we made the 90 minute drive to purchase our truck. Rocco was very energetic, kind and professional. I stopped by in June to test drive a Jeep Cherokee. Justine was my sales consultant and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem arose with her sales manager. I believe his name is Marco. He was arrogant, pushy, demeaning, and he insulted my sister! I would have definitely bought a vehicle from Justine because she clearly knows how to deal with potential buyers. Marco can learn a lot of people skills from her because he definitely does not have any.

Joe, Delia and the team were phenomenal to work with when I when there to trade in and trade up to a Jeep Grand Cherokee! Though they were busy, they made sure to communicate with me through the process and make sure that I was comfortable during the wait time. The initial buying process was not bad. Bought a decent vehicle for a decent price. However, After the purchase was complete, I am finding it very hard to get good service on a few items that the company still owes. My sales associate always answers with “oh I was just about to call you” when calling days after my replacement part was to arrive (just to find out it was never ordered). I get the need to get sales, but customers are treated like second class citizens after the deal is closed.

Thanks to Steve, I’m driving the most luxurious vehicle I’ve ever owned. Great job to everybody there. If you need a new vehicle talk to Steve, he was honest and open about everything and this dude knows his Mopar’s.

I went there to pick get a part. The guy at the parts counter was extremely helpful. He even came out to the truck to take a look at it. I got the right part put it in without a problem. It was a good experience. As a side note, they had some real sharp looking vehicles out there.

I am really happy with my experience at Jim Shorkeys. I had filled out a request online to be contacted by them, and I got a call back within about 10 minutes. The salesman, Mike, was incredibly nice and helpful (not the pushy salesman Im used to at past dealerships), and worked with me on financing when my credit wasnt quite on par with the loan I wanted. Most of the paperwork was done over the phone, so I only had to spend about an hour at the dealership-- including test drive time. Even his manager was super nice, and came out to make sure I was happy with everything before I left. I love my Jeep and will definitely go back to JSNH when Im ready to get a new one!!

I have been here many times for my regular maintenance services and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are helpful and friendly. I am normally there for a short amount of time when I wait for my vehicle instead of dropping it off. The big thing that I like is they dont try to inflate the bill with extra services. They will recommend services if you need it, but they will explain in plain terms what is going on and if you really need it or not.

Everyone here was very friendly and accommodating; I didnt feel any particularly aggressive sales pitches as you may expect from a dealership.I worked with Marco through the process, and though I did not intend to purchase during this visit, we were able to work out something that worked for me. Marco was knowledgeable on my questions about the vehicle, and was able to provide me good info related to financing and the value for my trade-in. He even helped me pack up the old vehicle and transfer all of my items over (including several that I forgot!) so I am appreciative of that. My husband and I recently (April 2021) visited the North Hills branch to do an upgrade on our Jeep. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by our sales associate Cody Stone. This was the smoothest and easiest trip to a dealership I’ve ever had. The best part was how knowledgeable these guys are about the vehicles! Been 90 days after purchase and my car hasn’t been registered or titled. My temporary registration is expired and can’t drive the car. I came from Buffalo NY to purchase this car. They didn’t payoff my entire loan on my trade and had I not called them they had no idea they didn’t register car. If your traveling to purchase your car BEWARE..... management has done nothing to help at all. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service. Temporary plate dealer installed fell off. Called the dealer and they said they would over night me a new one (because I live several hours away). A week later and still no plate. Go to the local dmv to get my permanent plates and the dealer didnt give me the correct paperwork. Called the dealership for 3 days asking for someone to answer my questions. Left a message every time and still no one has returned my calls.Only positive was the salesman, Keyshawn, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle.

All went well. In by the scheduled time & out 45 minutes later. Recall completed & vehicle was washed. Everything was explained to my satisfaction & Sydney is very proficient as a service coordinator.

And I’m only giving a Two because My salesman Lemont was EXCELLENT. But when I drove off of the lot who would have known my experience would turn out the way it did. I bought my Jeep July 16th Lights came on July 17th and my Inspection stickers also July. I couldn’t get an appointment until August. I was told this man Rich would handle me well and take care of me LOL once they got my car August 30th he called me the 31st to issue me a loaner and NEVER EVER RETURNED A CALL SINCE… September 15th (Do the math) told me my car was ready went to start it all lights still on (Abs, 4wd, Traction control) they looked at it and said Ooo it’s the HUD on the other side and we didn’t see that but it’s “Safe” to drive until the part comes (I left a voicemail with Rich and I have screenshots of me explaining in email) .. long story short because it is Lengthy today’s call was horrible I went there and things got fixed in 20mins .. but this isn’t even the half I’m just tired of typing

The customer service was excellent when I was buying the car and they were taking my money! Now that I have traded it in I can not get anyone to respond to the many messages I left over several weeks regarding a refund of my GAP insurance and extended warranty!! Never had a problem with any other dealership in getting my refund! So Im giving 1 star because it should be a great experience from beginning to end...not a happy customer!

No updates on my vehicle which was there over a month. I left numerous voice mails and never got a call back. I had to go in person to check on my vehicle. It was not serviced properly and I had to take it back. It STILL isnt right. I would NEVER recommend this facility and would give less than 1 star if that was possible

I leased a Dodge Durango from these guys. The salesman was Jake and the sales manager was Cody. Both these guys really helped me out and gave me a good price. Jake showed me all of the different features on the vehicle. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Good luck getting a service appointment. Asked for an oil change/diagnostic, Nakeesha said they could get me in in 3 weeks. OR I could drop it off, with no guarantee how many days it would be. LOL👀

They were really nice to deal with for a change.they said they would install my strut and springs for me as soon as I replace my water pump. And my head gaskets need replaced and I hope my heads arent warped as soon as I do the heads and water pump I will return to the dealership

Because of our plans to turn in a lease, the dealership needed an extra day to work things out. When we returned to purchase the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, Justine was unavailable, so we worked out final details with Patrick. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Lemont Morand was excellent. He listened to what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about his dealership and the programs offered. He related well to my son who is also a recent graduate of Georgetown U. & the beneficiary of this Jeep. I will be sending all my family & friends to seek out Lemont. It was especially nice to see the diversity of sales and great warm welcome feeling from all of the staff we interacted with. We loved the vibe of this operation and it was great discussing stock picks as well.

Zach was able to fit me in for service when others could not. He called me multiple times to update me on what was going on and what my options were.

Had brakes replaced last November and they have been squealing ever since. Have brought back repeatedly for relief with no solution. Initially denied hearing squealing, then blamed weather, now could be weather or brake pad material. While the new service desk personnel demeanor has improved from the previous surly sneering group the outcome remains the same. While my experience with the Sales staff (Steve) has always been wonderfully helpful and professional I question now whether I will ever buy another vehicle here.

My Customer Service experience was excellent. I have had the pleasure to speak and deal with Matt from the Service Dept and he has been extremely helpful. He went out of his way for me to assist me with questions I did not have the answer to and he did not hesitate to look things up for me. I’d say every Service Dept needs more of people like Matt.
