I was there looking for a car right away, and had it not been my desire to buy a new car, I would have purchased a car there that day. Their prices are a little high but the cars were in good shape. There was also a large variety of vehicle styles to choose from. I was pressured into taking a test drive, and the sales rep just tossed me the keys and said, see you later with full trust I would not take the car and drive it like I stole it. Every other dealer rep insists on coming along and dictating a route. Not there. Blaise, the rep was very friendly and accommodating without trying to pressure me into buying a car. He appeared honest and relayed the pros and cons to the cars I was interested in. I try to relay to anyone interested in getting a used car with low mileage and that brand new feel, to go to Enterprise to look for a car. Here are just a few of the cars I was interested in. They all had low mileage and were between 14,000 and 24,000.

Luke at Enterprise on Campbells Run Road made purchasing my van the easiest process ever! Most of the process was done over the phone, and when I came in to test drive and purchase, I was in and out in less than an hour! They also gave me the highest value for my trade in, 3x what another dealership offered! I would buy from them every single time, and recommend anyone to go there!

Never thought Id be dealing with a Rental place of business to buy a vehicle.Im glad I did though. After dealing with different dealers and getting nowhere, I thought what the hell lets try something different. After seeing an ad for vehicles for sale from rental agencies it was worth a try. When I made the appointment with Blaise, I had only intended to look at vehicles. Once I was there he asked questions to figure out what I wanted/needed and then showed me what they had available. He was not pushy at all and let me take my time looking over the cars and taking a test drive. Ive bought several cars over the years. We had an excellent experience with Chris. He was professional but also realistic. He never made us feel like he was there to sell a car. His main priority was getting us a car within our budget that fit each of our other requirements. He told us the good, the bad, and the ugly on each car we were looking at while making us aware of key features of each car that would benefit our family. I’d give him 5/5 stars. The only thing I felt that could have been better was the trade-in value that was offered to us (by another employee, not by Chris). When everything started adding up and they wanted us to purchase additional manufacturer protection and gap coverage, we almost left, so they doubled our trade-in value. It was nice and worked to our benefit, but if they could have offered that all along then that’s what they should have offered to begin with. Any dealership would have done the same but this one has “no haggle” written all over the walls. I’d go back to these guys for our next car for sure- but next time I’ll take a print out of the Kelly blue book (which I should have done to begin with) so that I know not to accept a lower trade-in (or to shop around if the offered value is low). Lesson learned! Big thanks again to Chris for excellent customer service!

I was approved for financing and strong-armed into returning a vehicle after two weeks because they supposedly could not get financing approved. I attempted to work with them and even brought in two other cosigners and was denied. I was asked to return a vehicle I had a signed contract for and was spoken to waaaay out of turn but the financial leader. They went so far as to threaten me as well as attempted to block in the car. I had nothing but praise for this company but will now take any other action needed to either get my car back or make sure they are unable to do this type of business with people in the future.

No pressure car sales? Really? Wow. Just wow. We had an amazing experience, and we were treated like human beings instead of just another schmoe who walked through the door. We did a lot of shopping around both online and pounding the pavement. The financing left a little to be desired, so if you have a choice you may want to arrive armed with other choices.Overall, a wonderful experience and I can guarantee that we will be back when its time to replace our other car.

Even after some down falls with my bank being picky about credit score and the loan officer having to take vacation they hung in there and made sure I got what I wanted. Highly recommended! I had totaled out my car in March 2019 and enterprise was my rental company. Due to the long process of the bank on my totaled car and gap insurance I ended up renting way longer than I wanted to. I inquired with enterprise car sales about the possibility of buying a car from them. I originally spoke with Lukas who I told that I did not want to come out there and they could not help. I had no money for down payment and there were other issues. Low and behold what happened I needed a $2500 dollar down payment. This went on for almost 2 months. someone new would call I tell them the conditions and guess what either I needed a down payment or I would not get a call back. It became so bad that the sales manager promised call backs and never did. the final straw is when a sales rep said I will call you back in 20-30 minutes. Hey guess what still waiting on the 20-30 minute phone call back and it 3 days later. I am not mad they could not help me I understand that, what upsets me is the lack of PROFESSIONALISM!!! even if the answer is no call people back. If you are not sure on how to deliver bad news take a customer service class. No is a word that wont kill people. I most certainly can accept the word NO and I would have been less upset if they would have remained professional. After all its your commission not mine. Please educate your staff on the dos and dont;s of customer service and how to actually deliver news that maybe less than favorable.

I told them what car i was looking for and the price and they found one by the next day and drove it to the lot closest to me. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend them and will go there in the future.

This had to be the BEST car buying experience I ever had! They give you a price, give you KBB for your vehicle, and even offer extended warranties and more and thats it! Theres NO haggling! You either take it or leave it. Prices and warranties are VERY reasonable and they are VERY fair on the KBB. No spending HOURS at a dealership. You are in and out! Honestly, I cannot even begin to say what a wonderful experience it has been doing business with the Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA location of Enterprise Car Sales. To begin, had it not been for salesman Steve Volosin seeing beyond my hopes for a car that I had come in to look at - that had already been pulled for another buyer, I would have walked away and kept searching elsewhere. But, unbeknownst to me, he led me down the path of the possibility of purchasing a car from Enterprise in another state and having it transported here. Even the confidence he gave as far as Enterprise delivering a quality product without on site availability made for a fear-free adventure. After a couple short weeks of staying in touch, I ended up with a car better than what I initially came in to look at. Im not sure how well advertised this is, but the ability to have a much larger pool of cars than a used car lot - specific to what someone is looking for - is just amazing! And dealing with Anthony with the financing was nothing but efficient and enjoyable.
