I had my Jeep Cherokee serviced there and they did a great job. Curtis was my service advisor. I did an online appointment. Dropped it off the night before. 12:30 the next day he called me to advise repairs were done and they had vacuumed the car and would have washed it had it not been raining.He never tried to sell me any other services and was very professional. Everything was covered under the warranty.I have gone to many other dealerships and not had anything like this. I highly recommend Curtis and the team at this location

My experience was super pleasant here. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle, salesman had no knowledge of the car I was looking into buying, he was in fact trying to sell me a totally different car and still gave the wrong information about that car. After my test drive we returned to review details of the car and prices and nobody was willing to help me as a customer at all through the whole experience as far as real details of the vehicle I was really hoping to walk away with and Absolutely would not work with me on price or budge on payments.

Curtis Woods the service advisor has been an excellent individual to work with replacing Jeff Fite. Our storied ownership of 8L577623 for 14 years has been fun. We own a Mopar Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and an MVP Mopar Max Care Lifetime Service Contract with $100 deductible.99.9% of our problems have and always will be with mother Mopar and their lack of willingness to issue approval early and often to the service writer to expedite our repairs. 9-14 drop off to 10-25 pickup does not sit well with me as the total days out of service in 14 years is now over 1000.Curtis you do a wonderful job communicating, advocating, writing the story, and pushing for completion. Keep up the good work we’ll be ordering a gladiator for Mr. Spehar soon!

Ron Lewis Jeep and Chrysler in the South Hills service department is the absolute WORST!! NEVER will we be returning...just got our oil changed Wednesday. After seeing weird spots in the driveway my husband went to investigate to find that our car is now leaking oil everywhere and has ZERO oil left in the car. We should have learned our lesson the first few times when they TWICE left tools under the hood of our car and ONCE didnt replace the oil cap and then slammed our hood shut on top OF THE CAP DENTING OUR HOOD! 😡🤬 BEWARE of this service department!

My vehicle was towed here for no crank no start issues after talking to the technicians on multiple occasions and explaining that I know for a fact that my starter may be bad but thats not the underlying problem with the vehicle and ask them to do a very good diagnostic on my vehicle they reinsured me on multiple occasions that my car was fine there was nothing wrong with it I paid $727 for the starter to be replaced. I pick my car up and drive my car from Ron Lewis in pleasant hills to beachview. Next morning drove to work and the car stalled out again. Just really disappointed with everything.

Go elsewhere. Jon citizens or Kenny Ross both offer lifetime oil changes warrentyies and free inspection. All free these guys offer nothing.
My Jeep needed 4 new bolts underneath.. I was told labor would be $500 because it would be a difficult job to get them off … They also said 2 of the bolts had already fallen off when touched! So that left only 2 to work on…..I said I would rather have my own mechanic look at it…I then had to pay a $110 assessment fee… I took it to my mechanic… with no problems he had the other bolts off and total cost me $95 … I would have paid $400 more for 2 bolts that took a total of less than an hour to get off and put new on! Very disappointed
They were very helpful in checking my brakes on the spot for a problem when I was from out of town. The repair cost would have been three times what I would typically have to pay, so I opted to wait til I got home. Service department was excellent and very helpful.

The service department is useless. I went to them 4 times to fix the squeaking noise coming from my breaks. Every time they sent me away saying nothing was wrong with them. Even if the breaks were in good shape, I wanted the squeaking to go away. When I expressed these concerns in a survey they sent to me, I only then received a call from the service manager. He then turned the conversation around saying I did not listen to everything he had to say and this is how to fix the noise. That was a total lie, I was never told how to fix the noise. They ignored every single one of my calls until my father got involved; and then suddenly they were all ears and wanting to fix the problem.After a few months of having the Jeep I noticed that the driver side floor was soaked. I took it to the shop and they fixed it. The problem was never resolved. When I call to tell them that it was never resolved, they never picked up, and never returned the call. To this day, I have never received a call back. I had to take my Jeep to a local shop and they figured out every single problem with the Jeep in a matter of a few minutes.Ron Lewis- Pleasant Hills, in my experience, has been nothing by unprofessional, not helpful, and incompetent.

Service department is as bad as they come. Couldnt diagnose jeep transmission because check engine light wasnt on. I drive 100 miles + per day so it resets. Scanned the vehicle and found it all in pending. Issue still existed and they have seen in 4 times in 6 months. Still have the issue...
Working with the technicians was great, super responsive, easy to talk to, and they were very quick. The elderly lady at the cashier station however, was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I don’t think she should be facing customers with a mood as awful as hers.

My only advice is to do your online research before coming here - I got an offer from the website with several rebates listed. In person, they didnt offer the rebates until I brought out the printout from the website with the web offer. Also, the new car that I came to buy had 4800 miles on it (and trash and random junk) from the associates using it as their demo car. Kind of tacky - and not what Id really consider new.
I never write reviews but had to for this. I was buying a car from Ron Lewis in pleasant hills. They made me an offer which I agreed upon to buy with my own financing. Afterwards the finance manager asked if he could run my numbers to see if they could beat the apr% of my credit union. When they gave me the numbers and they were not better than my credit union I told them I wasn’t going to finance with them and was going to stick with my credit union. He then told me if I wasn’t going through them I couldn’t buy the vehicle and he would turn his guys around to stop them from picking up the vehicle I was buying. I don’t believe what he did is even legal and I also still have the signed offer that he refused to sell to me. FYI the salesmen I was dealing with was great.
My wife called the dealership at approximately noon on New Year’s Eve and spoke with Jessica. After discussing trade in value and potential finance options my I was prepared to travel from West Virginia before close of business to purchase a vehicle. We were instructed to fill out the credit application and would receive a call back. The call back indicated that the dealership had not yet received the title as the vehicle was acquired in a recent trade. My wife and I made it clear that we were prepared to purchase the vehicle. Due to the early closing, we had to wait until January 2 to deliver a deposit and wait for the title to arrive. While I was on my way there, Jessica called to let me know that a Pennsylvania resident would be test driving the vehicle at noon. I would have delivered the deposit prior the PA resident test drive. That test drive lead to a sale. Jessica sold the vehicle out from under us. I understand that businesses operate to make money but the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. If you don’t want to deal with out of state residents that’s fine, but make that known prior to a potential customer wasting time and money. If you value positive customer service, I encourage you to find a different dealership.
My experience with Ron Lewis Chrysler was average. My vehicle went in for key replacement. I spoke with a technician who advised my vehicle would be ready early in the AM as the keys had be cut and programmed. I received a call from a technician who then informed me the price quadrupled from the original price and another part was needed to complete the service. Then I called in the afternoon the next day and was informed the vehicle was ready by the Service Department and was then transferred to the cashier who advised she had no knowledge of my vehicle even being at the dealership. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes, returning the call and informed me the vehicle was located and was not ready. I was then transferred back to the Service Department and spoke with a different technician who advised me they were waiting on a part. Exasperation on both sides was clearly present. The technician informed me he would do his best to get my vehicle completed by the end of the day as long as the part was received in in time. I did receive my vehicle by the end of the day, but I do believe the customer service needs a little help with communications not only amongst their team but also with the customers calling as when we were speaking on the phone each person I spoke with seemed extremely uptight and/or overwhelmed. At the end of our conversations each representative became more relaxed and communications between us were much more comfortable. The work on the vehicle was exceptional 👌.
The service was awesome! We went in for a simple fob replacement. Once they had looked into our profile they noticed there was a recall on our tailgate lock and offered to replace it while we were there. It only took about 15-20 mins total to wait for both replacements. The people were very friendly and helpful and we even got a great price for the replacement of our key fob! 10/10 would recommend

He gave me the resources to service my vehicle that my OWN Jeep dealer refused to provide. Just as the traffic thins out on Route 51, this gem is on the horizon. Check them out!!!

John was excellent. I made appointment for a recall then asked him to add inspection. As I waited, I got a call from my dads nursing home that they were sending him to ER. I asked John if I could just take van and he said it was in the air. He checked with mechanic and found done in 15 minutes unless more than wipes comes up. I came back to John and said my wife picking me up and no need to rush. John then tracked me down and said 5 minutes. John checked me out quicly before the car van was done.Bottom line: John and mechanic Andy beat the time estimate and got me on the road to my dad in ER!

My husband and I stopped in yesterday to see a used car in their lot that was on their website. Scott was our salesman and Id talked to him prior to stopping in. We went for a test drive and when we got back, Scott ran us through everything theyd done to that car since getting it in their possession and guaranteed us that certain things that they worked on, if at any point after purchase theres issues with, they would take care of. Which is very uncommon and was a pleasant surprise. We did let him know there was another car we were interested in at another dealership and that we wanted to see that before making a final decision. Scott gave us his card and told us to contact him (on his personal cell) if we had any more questions regarding the car he was selling AND the car wed be checking out. He completely understood that this was a big decision for us and wanted us to make the best choice, regardless if that meant a sale for him or not. Ultimately we did go with the other car, but it had absolutely nothing to do with him or the dealership. It was just more what we wanted out of a vehicle and when shopping for a used car, theres a lot of things you have to weigh out. Im leaving this review, because we were blown away at how genuine, kind, and helpful Scott was. We will definitely consider him and/or Ron Lewis whenever we may need to get another vehicle, hopefully loooong down the road.

Went to the dealership on a whim to check out some vehicles. Was originally looking into a Compass but decided the Cherokee was a better fit. Scott was great to deal with! He even personally delivered the new vehicle the next day (due to it being late in the evening). This was the fourth vehicle O have purchased from Ron Lewis Pleasant Hills. Every time has been a joy to deal with them and their customer servise is second to none. The last three I bought from Bob Grimes who is a great salesman.
I was highly disappointed with the service my sister & I received. We had a scheduled appt, & it was confirmed during the afternoon, yet Jessica Slabon was helping someone else & was unable to assist us in a professional way. She sat us at another desk & had personal info shared through the sales floor instead of walking over with paper & writing it down. I wouldnt have been surprised if the other customer was her boyfriend. She stated she could not take us for a test drive because she was busy. On our test drive, I noticed that the new vehicle had almost 3,000 miles on it, when I asked why, we were informed that it was a loner. We should have been told that before we arrived. When we asked the manager if there were any other like vehicles his response was everything is on our website well, the computer was right in front of him, he or she could have shared what was available. And of course, we were well informed that if we dont buy the car tonight, someone test drove it in the morning & will be buying it tomorrow, nothing like being pressured even before you walk in the sales room to talk finances. The sales person knew exactly the incentive that we were looking for, it turns out it is not available, we should have been informed of that as well, before we arrived. We will be looking elsewhere.
First of all.. I had an appointment on Thursday with the service department . Something was wrong with my wheel or steering so I was driving and had to pull off and get it towed to the dealership . This is on a Monday or Tuesday. I called the service department to let them know that it would be dropped off in about 20 minutes and I had an appointment Thursday they said okay. They didn’t call Thursday so I figured maybe I’d get a call Friday. Still nothing so I called. The guy who I spoke to originally answered the phone and told me they have me as a no show. (after my car was towed there almost 4 days prior) really? He said Kirk is off and can’t get to it until Monday. I said okay. Monday comes still nothing. Tuesday zack from the body shop calls and asks was I in an accident (my car has no indication of it being in an accident) I call him and tell him no it’s suppose to be serviced because something is wrong with the steering. He said it was in the body shop. At this point I’m frustrated . I called Kirk the guy in service and he says he never even knew my car was there. It was just the run around. Zack ended up helping me out and fixing it in the end. But I don’t suggest going here. They don’t seem to communicate with each other . I’m not happy with the service I received at all. Go to a different dealership I’m sure your money will be well spent somewhere else.Update Keith the manager called me and apologized and was very concerned with what happened. We came to a resolution . I am happy with the acknowledgement of the problem and him making me happy at the end of the day. I appreciate him reaching out to resolve the issue. I would go back.

Patsy took extra time to test drive the vehicle, make sure it was right for me and was super knowledgeable of all of the features and options. Buying from Patsy was like buying from family. Not one sales person was wearing a mask and more than few customers were not wearing masks either despite official PA government notices to wear masks on all their doors. The service department however seemed much more attentive to the rules and fixed my car quickly. When I arrived it took 20-25 minutes for them to find a lot attendant to bring my car around, and the attendant in training was not wearing a mask while in my car. I will not be returning to this dealership, Three Rivers Jeep is much better and not much further away.

What an enjoyable process from the moment I walked in the doors through driving my new 2021 Jeep Latitude Lux off the lot. Patsys friendly demeanor was a joy to interact with. Once we settled on the vehicle, Jack in the finance department walked me thoroughly through the many options available to me. Everyone there went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and fit it within the budget I needed. I cant express enough my satisfaction as a whole with the dealership. Bad Dealer! refused to repair the Ram Promaster 2500, as they were too lazy to lift the van.
Absolutely wonderful service! Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, & efficient. I dropped my car off for my appointment & within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, and told me they could fix it but that it would be a few hours. I didn’t have anyone to pick me up so they gave me a courtesy ride to my destination of choice & even offered to pick me back up! I declined (but only because I had to go somewhere else). Within about 2 hours they texted me & my Jeep was finished. What an absolutely fantastic dealership!!! I will not go anywhere else!!!!!!!
Red carpet treatment.I was in with my 10 year old vehicle for only a recall issue and oil change.I left like I was a valued customer.Will absolutely look to Ron Lewis when ready for a new vehicle
The service team was courteous and knowledgeable. They supplied us with a loaner and kept us updated on the status of our vehicle. The turn around time took a little longer than expected.
