I got the car that day! Everyone is so nice at Rohrich. Craig is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he is a car salesman! CJ and Jenn were great too. I was surprised that a car buying experience could be this pleasant.
The service team was very courteous & efficient in setting the appointment & servicing my car. I was in n out in less than 4 hrs. (Inspection/Emissions/Oil change/tire change). My sales rep, CW, was not responsive. Prior to purchasing my car, I left several messages and he responded only after I spoke with the finance manager. I figured he may have been busy. I finalized the purchase of my car and asked if he would drop the car off at my home. He provided the date and time. The car was a gift and I wanted it to be a surprise waiting in the driveway. After CW was a no show, I called the dealership and they stated he was off. I spoke with 2 different people in management. One stated CW was at a funeral and the other stated he was out sick. Which one is it? If someone would have notified me that it was not going to be delivered i would have made other arrangements and would not be upset. One additional note, I thought the mats were in the trunk. They were not. I’m waiting for them to send the floor mats. My sales experience left something to be desired. Let’s hope the service department is better!

Bought the car at the end of September and Jay and Steve were the sales representative, they were so nice and knowledgeable, shown us all the good features, reached the deal after the test drive.There was a small issue and they were able to fix it quickly, made a happy ending. I had my car in for service a few weeks ago. I needed a special part ordered and had to return at another date to have it put on. When I picked up my car I was charged for a tire rotation of which I did not ask for and I don’t understand that if I needed a tire rotation it wasn’t done in the three days they had my vehicle prior to this visit. I emailed about it but haven’t heard from them. Also, my car hadn’t been washed either time which they promote as a service. Lastly I visited the dealership about the offer to upgrade my vehicle to a new CX-30. I didn’t want to upgrade. I keep getting letters bothering me to upgrade my vehicle. It’s annoying. Anyways up until this point service has been fine.
Jay O. is a very personable salesman a great asset to Rohrich. Jay fully explained all equipment thoroughly. Worked to get me the exact vehicle I wanted in these hard times to get new vehicles. The Finance Manager was very efficient and quick. Positive experience yet again! Highly recommend them. Car was delivered very clean and additional items installed.
Customer service is a big deal here. Jay made my first time purchasing a car fun and he made everything seamless. Rohrich has been great and they do not forget about you after you drive off the lot. The individuals involved once I arrive at the appointments are great. However, calling to make an appointment can be a hassle. I am sometimes transferred repeatedly before I am connected to the right dealership scheduler, and sometimes no one answers or I have to wait for someone to call me back. Perhaps that can be addressed.I do really appreciate the upgrades to the customer waiting area that includes tables and chairs where I can plug in my laptop and work while I wait.
Terrible experience. I have been a Mazda Advantage member for over 3 years and this has never happened but I had an 11am oil change scheduled. Around 12:30pm I went to the desk to ask about the status of my car because I saw it sitting out where they parked the finished cars for about 45 minutes. All of the service staff went to lunch and forgot to come tell me my car was finished. So I was disregarded for 45 minutes while my car was done and nobody tried to make the situation right. Very disappointed that getting to lunch was more important to the staff than making sure their customer was taken care of.
I needed a tire for a blowout, emergency situation. Pat Was more than accommodating in getting me taken care of without an appointment. 10/10 would recommend!

Posting just in regards to selling used cars. Would not recommend. They were all very nice otherwise.I gave an accurate description of my car to a few dealers, Rohrich being one. When I brought it in they took thousands off for worn tires (new tires were in trunk which I told them for original quote) and mileage (which I told them in original information for a quote). They offered me $3500 LESS than quoted because mileage and tires. Again, that was disclosed originally. I took it to the other dealers and in the meantime had hit a deer and it cracked my front bumpers...both those other dealers offered me the original amount they quoted (almost 4k more than Rohrich) because everything else was in great condition.Go somewhere else to sell your used car! I felt it was a bait and switch experience, and Im glad I got second opinions.

Dave, from the service department, was so nice and pleasant to work with. They looked at my issue, and while the service department can’t fix it (understandable as it’s a roof panel issue requiring a body shop), Dave kindly typed up detailed notes of what happened. They also checked for and fixed a recall without me having to ask! Would definitely recommend
I had a good experience with this dealership and Ethan the car salesman was great. Ended up paying a little more than I wanted, however the care package was great. Only have to pay for tires and breaks for the next seven years. It was a friendly hassle free experience from start to finish. Jen was great too.
Exceptional service. Needed to update some paperwork while at the shop and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful even though I was under prepared.
So I stopped in at Rohrich Mazda (I purchased my car there) to see about getting a check engine light cleared from my dashboard due to the fact that I had been trying to get my oil changed at a Nation tire and battery store that refused to change my oil unless I paid them 125 dollars to run a full diagnostic on my car to clear the light. After explaining my situation to the staff, they were more than courteous and helpful with my predicament. I was in and out in 10 minutes and no more annoying light... My bank account thanks the kind folks at Rohrich Mazda for all their help.(If you were wondering for some reason why I did all of this it was because the light was on for my spark plugs which had been changed.)

Jay Obertance was from the beginning very attentive and made sure that the process was as smooth as possible. For both lease experience we’ve had, he’s been able to get us in and out of the office with our car within hours. Some cars do sell themselves, but they have always given us great customer service at Rohrich.

My husband and I brought a mini van from Rohrich Mazda. We had a great experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable. He was patient as we were deciding. He was even fine with my cousin meeting us there to also check out the car as he is a car guy to give us advice on whether it was a good purchase. We purchased the van. The price was fair. Salesperson was great, everyone was friendly. The cost of my vehicle on purchase was more than $6000 more than I was originally quoted, while the finance charge was less than $4000. Found the “document fees” and various nickel-and-dime fees a bit ridiculous, adding $2000+ to my cost even after. Overall a very good experience in terms of customer service, but very upset with the financial aspect.

Given that I assume a bias among most reviewers to typically only write when they have bad things to say, Im happy to reverse that a bit.I bought my Mazda used from another Rohrich dealer, but have serviced it with Rohrich Mazda. Having owned my car from the 60K mile mark up to the present 97K miles, the Rohrich Advantage program has allowed me to maintain my car almost for free (besides a brake job prompted by an inspection elsewhere and some trivial expenses for cabin air filters).The staff at the dealership is friendly, providing free oil changes and checking for other issues. Theyve taken so little of my money over nearly 3 years of ownership that it almost seems too good. My car is running great, and Im very thankful for the service and care of the staff.

Always a pleasant experience here. They were able to work me in very quickly, and even though it was a non Mazda vehicle, They were able to get the correct parts needed shipped in, same day, and perform the inspection and oil in under an hour and a half, and I was good to go. Plus they were honest and advised me that I was coming due to get tires, instead of forcing me into them like other dealers. Would highly recommend for all Mazda and non Mazda vehicles alike.

Went in for my complementary oil change on my 2016 Mazda. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Things might have been slow because of the previous snowstorm the day before, but I was very impressed with this service experience.Was back again for oil change and state safety and emission inspections. All done in about an hour. They run a smooth operation.

Pat did an excellent work coordinating our Mazda maintenance and repair. He was very welcoming, listened carefully to our concerns and questions and addressed them properly. Honestly, before this appointment, I had not been back to Rohrich Mazda in 3 years or so due to a former disappointing customer service experience, but this time everything was very different and positive and I plan to be back.

Efficient and thorough— dropped off my car in the evening — took a loaner home and picked up my car the next day. Also, on two occasions, I have had parts installed/replaced (Apple CarPlay and a side view mirror). Both times I saved $$$ by purchasing the parts (official Mazda parts) online and Rohrich was happy to do the labor!
Amazing staff. Not only did they do my inspection but they went above and beyond. My windshield wipers needed replaced and they replaced them. While inspecting my car the mechanics found a nail in my tire and fixed it for free. I am so impressed by the customer service. 5 stars all the way.

Took my car in for the oil change promptly. Finished oil change and tire rotation in under an hour.
So recently I reached out to Mazda to inquire about getting a car. Did application online to be less hassle, and hours sitting there. Was connected to someone was told he would look in to it and get back, but nothing. Reached out to the person again, said a vehicle we looked at was sold was they willing for something else of course, and again no response. Me, and my husband recently got a vehicle was totalled within a week by a careless driver rushing, so I thought my insurance company I been with over 40 years was covered under gap, to find out they wasnt so still owed 3000.00 on totalled vehicle. I know our credit is not the best, but someone could at least said sorry we cant help me right now, do you have anything to put down, anything I felt hopeless, and like I was not worth the time to follow-up. I just needed something for appointments, and get around without counting on someone else. I feel if I had perfect credit, or said I have money to put down my phone would ringing like crazy. I usually dont do reviews but this kinda hurt my feelings especially when youre at a lost of something out of your control.

The best dealership I have ever worked with from Sales to service and back again. If I lived in a different city I would travel to Pittsburgh just to go back to Rohrich. Compared with Cochran, the worst company I’ve ever worked with by far in any industry. Roheich stands out above the rest.

Went up for my annual inspection and an oil change on my 2020 Mazda 3. I had no problems and the service was done quickly. The oil changes and state inspections are always free when you purchase a vehicle from them so the only thing I had to pay for was the PA emissions test. It was like $45 out the door.
We’ve happily worked with Rohrich Mazda in Pittsburg for more than ten years. They have an awesome service center and the finance people are super great too. Jennifer and Carlie took good care of us. We’re especially glad for our sales rep Dale Gensamer who has given us great advice over the years. We’re thrilled to get into a 2021 CX-5 — our third time to get a CX-5!
