Very happy with my car purchased here, 2008 T-Rex (Ford Taurus X) purchased in 2018, a year ago. Paid less than half the Edmonds/ KBB price, clean CARFAX and clear NMVTIS. By the way, any time you buy a used car you should run the NVMTIS even before a CARFAX. They dont cover the same information. An NMVTIS report is only $5.00.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS YOU ARE READING... THEY ARE PUT THERE TO TRY AND MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD. I PURCHASED A CAR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AGO. I TOLD THEM HOW I STRUGGLED TO SAVE MY MONEY AND THAT I HAD BREATHING PROBLEMS AND NEEDED AC IN MY CAR. THE MAN NAMED JOE BRAGGED ABOUT HOW GOOD THE AC WAS IN A PARTICULAR CAR... TOLD ME I WAS MAKING A GREAT INVESTMENT AND THAT THE CAR I WAS PURCHASING WAS GOING TO LAST ME A LONG TIME. THREE DAYS LATER THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND THE CAR NEEDED TO BE JUMPED... MY FRIEND CALLED JOE WHO TOLD HER TO LOSE HIS NUMBER AND NOT CALL AGAIN OR SHE WOULD BE BLOCKED. (KEEP IN MIND, SHE IS A VERY NICE PERSON AND WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY WAY) I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH JOE, WHO WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP ME. I HAD TO CALL AAA FOR A JUMP AND HAD TO BUY A NEW BATTERY. THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE CAR DOES NOT RUN AND THEY CAN CARE LESS. IM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I AM CONTACTING EVERY NEWS CHANNEL AND IM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Extraordinarily disappointing. My current vehicle is in repair shop. I called J&M they described a vehicle which would work for me. I asked what time they close: 4-5. Arranged from childcare, grabbed my cards and took an Uber over. Upon the Uber dropping me off at 2.50PM the doors were locked and the place was closed. They wouldnt answer the phones. (Its been 20 minutes since our conversation!) My husband and I were completely stranded. The place next door said that they tend to do this a lot and a many customers wonder over confused. Prices are good, vehicle quality is poor, and customer service could not be worse.

I referred a friend to j&M Auto. She didnt have a lot of money and shes saved up $3,000 to get a used car. Shes a single parent and supports her son and really needed to get a used car. I had dealt with him about a year ago and I thought they were okay to refer her to. We first went and looked at the car and she was hesitant on buying it. Joe that works there got disgusted with her and walked off and literally left us standing in the parking lot and he went home. she had questioned him on if the car was hit because she saw and irregularity in the bumper. Obviously he got mad at her because of that but the next day the car was marked down two hundred more dollars. she decided to give them another chance and she ended up purchasing the car. when I initially talked to him about the car he kept saying how great the air-conditioning was in the funny thing is 2 days after she bought the car the air conditioning stopped working. After that the car would not start and she had to have it jumped several times. AAA came out twice they said the battery was dead and we got a new battery. The next day the battery was dead again. The car is not working and they cant figure out whats wrong with it. I called the dealer and they said that they are going to do nothing about it. Joe told me to lose his number or hell block me. shes going to get a lawyer and shes going to contact the news stations because this is just totally not right they knew the car wasnt working right and they just wanted to get rid of it. Ive never seen someone treated so poorly in my life and I feel horrible for referring her to them. Please do not go to this used car lot. They are scam artists and just want your money. They are there to make a buck and thats about it. You dont treat honest people that way. She left several messages and they did not contact her back. this is not how you do business but this is how they do business. Hopefully you will see their name on the news soon. We gave them every opportunity to make the situation right and they chose not to. Do not buy a car from this dealership.
