Any problems are repaired with ease. The staff is courteous and professional. Had trouble with the hatch on our 2014 SRX waited two months for appointment, but was repaired within a week.
I like Rohrich Cadillac and have taken my SRX there several times for routine and repair work. The people are always pleasant and keep you informed about what is going on and what the timing will be. They never really reveal cost unless you specifically ask and dont really provide alternatives without some prodding, but they do give information when asked.I was touched with the kindness of the gentleman who worked with me. I needed a new wheel and knew that would cost $367 plus labor. When NTB lost the key to my lug nuts (did not even know this existed), he was able to calm me down and let me know they could cut it off, then asked if I wanted the four cut off as without that key, the wheels could not be removed. So, $1,000 later I was done. But work is always very good and I have had no problems after any appointment.The waiting room is very nice, half being a living room/traditional waiting room set up and the other half being a restaurant type set up with booths and electrical outlets at each table. Food selection is good: muffins, biscotti, sandwiches and any drink you want, including milkshakes. So eating too many carbs while sitting there is a nice distraction.
The greeting gave me and my brother, the quality and excellent customer service I left with a feeling of being satisfied. Thank you.
2013 Caddie was taken for specific rear end swaying issue because our regular mechanic recommended to take it to dealer. Rohrich replaced the complete shocks and a compressor to the tune of $2400. Experienced the same issues within 48 hrs & Stabilitrak warning lights come on which never happened before as I dont drive much. First available appointment for Rohrich to review unresolved issue was nearly two weeks out. Its apparent that they did not fix the problem &, in fact, made it worse. Giving Rohrich a chance to make it right - but we are not happy with the experience at all.

Before and after sale, the representative responded quickly to my text messages even after hours. Was going to get my Lexus serviced here but didnt really like an employees attitude towards me. But seem him talking to an elderly guy very nice.Felt that i was treated poorly because i was there in my work clothes and not dressed in a suit like there next customer.I will just drive even further to the next Lexus dealership to get my car serviced and buy my next Lexus!!!
Top notch service. The service department took care of me right away and even my salesman from last year, Joe Lux (who was absolutely wonderful), came out to say hello and chat with me while I waited. I had my nephew with me and they made sure to offer hot chocolate and cookies. I highly recommend this dealership. They dont forget about you after you buy!!l I even got a lovely Christmas card from them. Thank you, Rohrich!!!
All was good. They do a fine job. I just didnt like a two weeks wait and they are on a costlier side.

I cant believe Im writing a review for a car dealership, but I had such a positive experience that I just have to! I was so overwhelmed and terrified of the entire car buying process that I delayed it as long as I possibly could. This was my first time ever purchasing a car. But the folks here were wonderful. They were kind, honest, helpful, and not pushy at all.They gave me a great price up front, without bargaining or haggling, and gave me a great trade in price for my old barely drivable car. I did extensive research before buying, and Im thrilled with my purchase, even six months later.I didnt get any of the extra add-on packages, but my car came with the standard Rohrich Advantage that they give to everyone, which is awesome. They give me free oil changes and basic maintenance for life, and as long as I schedule a few weeks in advance, I also get a free loaner for the day. They also wash my car every time I bring it in. Everyone who Ive interacted with, in both sales and service, has been incredibly kind and helpful.I would highly recommend this dealership out of the many I visited, especially for those who are overwhelmed with the car buying process.

I was made to feel important even though I know Im not. So with sleight-of-hand free cups of coffee and a stale donut they were able to enhance what is a rather normal car dealership. The test drive was very nice and on a great Back Road where I was able to open the car up and have a little bit of fun I was even encouraged the open it up, for those I did not do. I like my drivers license.

My Chevy dealership was bought out by Cadillac but honored lifetime inspection still valid. First time appt at Rohrich and their service dept help were friendly and efficient. My rating is more about the waiting room sound and odor prevention which was excellent! It was also very clean and offered music, TV, and free Wi-Fi during the wait. But their hourly rate was way beyond a Chevy dealership.

I always bring my Mazda here for servicing and body work and I am always happy with the service, the quality of the work and the prices are not much more than a budget chain operation where everything is focused on throughput and not on service. I will happily pay a bit more for the friendly staff, good work and comfortable waiting area.
I did not but a car here BUT... The sales staff was great, knowledgeable and NOT pushy at all. They were helpful (even to the point of telling me suggestions for other cars that I might like that they didnt sell). If they had the kind of car that I wanted, idve happily bought from them.
A few special individuals in each store do the heavy lifting ! Ownership is very removed from day to day yet oppressive at times . Leadership would easily make this the top automotive organization in Pittsburgh . Treat your staffs better and they can serve your customers even better !

There were no signs pointing the way to the temporary Service department. Otherwise, not too bad. Doughnuts and coffee were empty also but that is just a minor party service...

Bought a van here in late 2016. Sales staff was nice and made a bunch of promises, but as soon as the van (was purchased), none of our calls were returned and the promises not fulfilled. Decent price on the van but wouldn’t buy here again.

Its weird to really like a car dealer, but Rohrich has been fantastic. From buying a car to getting service, they are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The service center has a great little café to wait with free coffee and wifi, which makes early morning appointments a little bit easier to deal with.

Sales doesnt pressure you and givescfair deals. Service courteous snd in addition to the standard free inspections get actually free oil changes when you buy a car there. Only problem there is it takes a while to get service appointments.
